This Starbucks location is the best I've ever been to. I had a special order that I was a bit worried about since it required a lot of physical gift cards around the holiday season. I called in advance to ensure we could get it done, but truly, the service I received in store really was beyond my expectations. I didn't want to overwhelm them for my second order, so I opted to go to a different location, but left really upset by the treatment. I called this location to come back for help, and they welcomed me with enthusiasm. Their shift lead, Karina, was extraordinary. Truly the perfect person to lead her staff. Special thank you as well to Azul, Bryanna, Ceci, Mori, and Paul. Their team was so efficient, understanding, and really made me feel comfortable. They're hard workers, and they're kind. Thank you again, Karina! Will absolutely come back and again, so grateful to this staff!

The line was super long and it was going slow BUT the drink is amazing and I know the staff is probably struggling quite a bit to get all the orders out. They looked really short staffed and overwhelmed. However I just wanted to say-if the staff are reading these reviews. You guys are amazing! I am so proud of you! I know how hard this job can be and how overwhelming a long line and many orders are.. but you guys are still doing great!!! You are all amazing and I appreciate you guys so much ❤️❤️❤️
Wow, what a staff. Amazing eye contact, great presence, big greetings, all girl staff today, electric group. If I owned a coffee shop, this would be my team. I travel all the things for work and this team would rank right up there at the top with all of them that I have seen, as we all know there are some that are not so great but this is certainly in the top five of anywhere I've ever been
I had a great experience at Starbucks. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. My latte was rich and perfectly balanced, and the barista was friendly and attentive. The service was a bit slow during peak hours, but the quality of the drinks and the comfortable seating made up for it. Overall, a consistently enjoyable place to visit.
Me and my cousin ordered from here i ordered an matcha frappe, they didn’t put enough matcha it tasted very watery, my cousin ordered an strawberry açaí it tasted like regular strawberry lemonade, every time i go to this Starbucks there’s always something wrong with my order, I ordered matcha latte on November 6, my birthday, it wasn’t enough matcha it tasted like water, what’s going on?
I'd previously seen people working on their laptops at Starbucks. Went there about 8pm Wednesday night to study. I ordered a drink. The environment with the music was not condusive to concentration. I left after 5 minutes.
I been a customer with Starbucks for 16 years, i swear. This was the worst starbucks I have ever been to! The cashier was very rude, and the carmel frapp was the worst tasted 😤 if I don't know Starbucks it's good company I never come back again but for sure I never come again to the store.
Asked for a Java chip vent gave me a grande went inside because drive thru was full went in at 3:09 didn’t get my drink until 3:25 made me late to work and gave me the wrong flavor to gave me a mocha frappe .
terrible customer service in the water even if you're a veteran who served the disability was epilepsy and you're feeling lightheaded from dehydration. I know that because of the veteran, I have a disability. I normally make purchases but whenever i drink too much coffee i need water and they denied me access to water.
They really need to change the policy to where they at least give you your drinks at the door if they close the lobby earlier and you have a pickup order. Whats this about having to wait in this really long line when you placed a pick up order. The point of placing a pickup order is the convenience of going and just getting your drink without having to wait in a line like these. Not to mention the drink was ready 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. It says you can pick it up at the counter and literally says in store pickup. I waited for a good few minutes outside the store but my order was taking way too long so I decided to call and they told us that you have to go through the drive thru, such an inconvenience.
By far one of the worst Starbucks I've been to. I just waited in the drive through line for 32 minutes for 1 drink. At 4:30pm on a Sunday. Every time I've come to this Starbucks they are always super slow. If I order ahead my drink isn't ready when I get there. Just avoid this location.
Today I went in and asked to get the horchata oatmilk shaken expresó and they gave me the hazelnut shaken expresso. I have a nut allergy and was lucky to have allergy pills at hand. As I corrected them and asked them to remake my order the baristas gave an attitude.
Very bad Castumer service I order hot coffee she gave me a cold coffee when I tell her she was so rude and doesn’t wanna talk and after like five minute she come and she tell me you have to wait 15 minute more so I can warm it up for you I wish the management will take care of this issue, and also I will complain about this to the corporation
I came on Friday, June 20 at around 9:20 and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this Starbucks. Usually the workers are kind but the girl working the drive thru, the one with no glasses was the one that took my order and I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she was rude and sarcastic and simply unpleasant. I asked her if she had gum, which is an item you once carried and I had no idea you guys apparently don’t sell it anymore. I asked if I could order a pack and she replied very sarcastically “umm no you should try 7-eleven.” We asked if they had stopped selling since my friend and I were confused and she just said “no we don’t have it” in a rude and annoyed tone.we were going to order some drinks and food too but her disgusting attitude was enough to make us go. I did still pull up to the window to let her know she was rude. When she opened the window I told her she didn’t have to be rude and asked for a manager card to which she replied very sarcastically with a mug smile on her face “it was just a suggestion.” And she refused to give me a card. I will never be coming again. I hope you talk to her or put other workers who are more pleasant and seem eager to work because that worker was horrid.
I come to this location Monday-Friday I'm addicted to my order. However it's been 3 day's in a row that my order is wrong. I order the same thing every time. I have a firm and clear voice so I know I say my order correctly. The 1st time it was redone no problem mistakes happen. 2nd day sourness attitude was given to me. Yes was offer to be redone however was told I had to go around or pick up inside??? Why do I have to wait in line again or get off my car when my order was wrong? Anyway I didn't want to argue or start my day wrong. I went around got off and still waited 8 minutes for my order!! "Uggg" Today same thing however (Andrew) is having a really bad day or it's been a long day for him. Because his attitude wasn't right at all. He did offer to remake it however the awkwardness got to me. I just took what I got and threw it away. Yes its my fault for keep going. Because it's not the first time I've had a customer service issue at this location. However its the closest to my home why do I have to drive further when treatment could be different? I'm the type of customer who values and appreciates good treatment I'm a tipper $$ I always put myself in others shoes. Starbucks on Bristol and Warner please do Better we ain't getting anything for Free or Cheap!!
8:10 pm mobile order that says go in to pick inside at the mobile counter but when I arrive the inside is closed and the drive through line is bleeping long as bleep. Since I have laryngitis at the moment and had ordered online, I waited in the drive thru line for my tea and missed part of my son's ball game nearby. This is horrible customer service. You can't say open and pick up inside in 4-7 minutes on the app if you can't go inside quickly when you need to. It should say drive thru pick up only. Doubt they care about me being slightly inconvenienced and moody on a Thursday evening. On a good note my son had a good game and I didn't miss his at bats.
Service was very bad. Had to wait over 15 mins just to order. The only person talking orders was restocking. I guess restocking cups come before customer service. Hire or schedule better. Over 10 customers walked out. My question is who is the leader of the location, No leader = bad Service.
