i will never come back here again they suck .the food was cold and they forgot my cheese sticks when i ask and they ask me 8 or 12 i said 12 and when they hand me the food they said oh we didnt put the cheese sticks or charge me at all but do you want it we will charge you . i dont think i should be charge when they the one mess up and didnt put in when i ask for . yall guys stuck if i could give you star it would be 0000 because how bad yall are

We ordered 3 combo meals online and picked them up through the drive thru. The (med) BBQ brisket whopper meal, fries, drink w/ grilled onions was missing the BBQ brisket! The (Lg) whopper w/cheese, onion rings, & root beer was barely a med size onion rings sitting in a large paper container! The last order was correct. We ate them all anyway as we paid for it and we were hungry.

So Esmeralda the manager today started harassing 2 customers today for their service animals not having their vests on. Her manager needs to teach her how to properly handle asking people for service papers if she has a problem why dogs in this heat are not wearing service vests. Ok top of that this lady can't read simple orders getting orders all wrong. I order the #1 with only mayonnaise and instead got a small jr. Cheeseburger with everything I asked not to be on it. Now I was nice about it all but then I asked to speak to her store manager and she simply told me that they won't be available. So because I am not able to speak to the manager I will post this so they will hopefully see it. You hired a lady who is down right rude. Who also can't read proper instructions and made orders wrong. While customers watched her have attitudes to people who had service animals but these customers brought in their dogs registrations and once she humiliated these customers she didn't want to see proof of their services. This is not ok and I hope they instead give her position to someone who has manners and doesn't act like they came from streets. So Esmeralda thank you for humiliating 2 people for having service dogs. I didn't appreciate it one bit and I am sure the other customer didn't either. Maybe you should go back to school so you can at least learn to read and make burgers correctly and maybe you can learn some manners.

The customer service was terrible. The lady at the window on 8/10 at 3:43 pm had an immediate attitude as soon as she looked at me. They can’t hear out of the intercom requiring customers to repeat themselves several times. I’ll be completing a survey as well. It’s unfortunate that 1 person could cause the restaurant a bad review.

Place is garbage. Ordered on doordash, spent $45 for 2 meals. Didn’t have the frozen drink I ordered so requested a shake. 25 min later I’m getting a call that they refuse to replace the frozen drink with a shake because it’s a different price. What a joke.

Arrived to pick up my orders, to find out only 1 order ready. Lady manager argues I had only 1 order. I kept saying I placed 2. After an employee pulled the other order I wasnt told anything no apologies or anything I had to wait for it be made. Horrible service.

I wanted a whopper only, no combo. The combo on the menu outside shows higher than the sandwich itself. So I wanted the sandwich by itself. When I get to the window, they tell me a price that is just as much as the combo on the menu outside. I ask ‘I thought the sandwich is a lower price than the combo’ They tell me they have raised their prices and the prices are not what’s on the menu outside. What? So I’m expecting to pay what it says outside, but you are safeguarding the actual price increase of items? Is this how you treat your customers? False advertising at its finest. You can update the menu with new whoppers, but you can’t update the prices? What a joke. Lazy. And fraudulent.

Just had the worst experience at the Bastrop, TX Burger King. Being one of the very few restaurants in town to offer vegan options, I really wanted to like this place. My husband ordered two large Impossible Whopper meals to go with a coupon, which has always been honored at other locations. We ended up with regular ground beef Whoppers instead, and when I called to confirm, the manager said yes, we had "requested" Impossible Burgers, but because the coupon didn't cover them the cook gave us regular Whoppers instead. First of all, we didn't "request" Impossible burgers, we ORDERED them. If the coupon didn't cover them, we should have been told. Second, when I asked what they were willing to do to make it right, she said NOTHING since we had already eaten the burgers! We ate them because they screwed up our order!! Very disappointed in their service and attitude. 😾

Ordered a Sourdough Chicken Club sandwich today and was told they no longer made those. Ordered a Rodeo Crispy Chicken sandwich as an alternative. Got a child size sandwich… with tiny chicken patty, 3 tiny onion rings, and BBQ sauce on a regular Junior sesame seed bun… see photo. This sandwich is supposed to be regular sized sandwich on a potato bun, with 3 half strips of bacon, American cheese, and creamy mayo on it. Not even close! Check your order before you leave the store!!!
