Went there today for the first time. Best cheese steak I’ve had in a very long time. Will definitely be going back again. The staff were so friendly. You need to try this place.

We were passing through town and decided to stop for lunch at Philly Cheese Steak Corner—and we’re so glad we did! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The meat-to-veggie ratio was spot on, and the bread was perfectly soft yet sturdy. Our only small suggestion would be to reupholster the chairs to match the quality of the food. Overall, a fantastic lunch stop we’d happily visit again!

I ventured down to Philly Cheesesteak Corner based off of a social media post. Oh boy were they right! I ordered the Authentic added jalapeños, small curly fry and queso. My goodness this was the best cheesesteak I've had so far. The quality ingredients, fresh made to order and seasoned to perfection. I loved it! Its not fancy, the seating has seen better days. But I was there for the food which was the star. The staff are friendly and efficient.l...what more can you ask for. I'm definitely returning for more.

Driving through Bastrop for work and saw this little hole in the wall pop up. Thought a cheesesteak does sound good. It ended up being one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. Great portion, great prices but most importantly, awesome authentic flavor in each bite. Got the "popular" sandwich with fries and drink. Ate half the fries before snapping the picture. But if you're in the area its definitely worth checking out.

Got the original/classic no mushrooms add grilled jalapeño and it was very good. A little crispy on the meat but overall very good food and very nice helpful people.

First time trying out Philly cheesesteaks and I must say they are so delicious!! We tried the signature cheesesteak which is number 4! The place is clean and they freshly prepared every order! Small place but quite a few seats. Plenty of parking as well. Definitely come back for more if I pass by Bastrop! It’s a gem!

I ordered the 10 in.³ Texan and it was delicious. The sub roll was exceptional. It had a light outer crust and a fluffy soft inside which made it phenomenal. The Philly and curly fries were hot and fresh. The cheese sauce is a must have to dip your fries in. The only cons is that I wish I had a few more fries and be a easier on the wallet. Overall good food and good customer service. I recommend Philly cheesesteak corner in Bastrop Texas.

Fast, fresh and hot! Been driving by this place for over 10 years, finally decided to stop and try it. The inside is basic mismatched chairs and tables but if you want a great cheese steak - they have several options plus cheeseburgers, sandwiches, and salads.

The Texan cheesesteak sandwiches we ordered yesterday with curly fries and cheese dip was so delicious, to the point I came back today to try the burger. The cheeseburger wasn’t that great, this is the only reason I didn’t give the restaurant 5 stars. Be prepared to pay 14 bucks and some change for a cheeseburger or cheesesteak combo meal. If you want cheese dip then add another $1.68 to your bill. Definitely expensive but the cheesesteak sandwich alone is worth every dime.

Decided to pick up an 10inch #4. The authentic with mushrooms, onions and bell peppers. The dining room is tiny with about 4 or 5 tables. There is an order window. Simple menu. You can see the kitchen and the Hispanic ladies back there had the place smelling fantastic. There was one order in front of me and mine only took about 10 minutes at most. I got the 10in philly upgraded to curly fries and added the cheese sauce and a drink. Total was just under $17. A little steep, but I did go for the extras. My sandwich looked as amazing as it tasted. Soft chewy bread. Delicious, well cooked and seasoned meat. Perfectly cooked fresh veggies. Just heavenly! Really. A great, great sandwich. The curly fries were tasty, and just the perfect crispy. Maybe a little skimpy on the amount, but satisfactory. My only issue overall, is that they are advertising a 2oz cheese sauce, but are only using a 1oz container. Delicious cheese sauce, but false advertising is terrible. Maybe it was a mistake, maybe they were out of 2oz containers. Even so. I was told nothing and allowed to pay for what turned out to be half the product. 1 star off for that.

Worst Philly ever. There were so many onions and bell peppers you couldn’t taste anything else. There was not much meat or cheese what cheese was on their was ant the very bottom. The cheese sauce was down right horrible. The fries and ranch were very good. Fries were very crispy.
