Hey there pretty good food tonight.! Had an small issue with the ordering at DQ on 7th street. The best thing about this was two different employees came out to double check our order because the paper for the chef receipt ran out. (this actually happened at venzulas garden so we already know what the deal is) After about 8 mins of waiting, they let us know what happened and we would receive our food in 10 mins. On a normal day we wait 30-45 mins there. Tonight we waited 19-20 mins tops..... (Negan voice) The chicken fried steak was DAMN GOOD.! I really do appreciate that they verified our order and didn't mess it up even though it was very hectic most places won't let you know what's goin on, the fact that they all kept their cool with a full line, and 6 ppl waiting, very nice work team ! Keep on cooking!!!

My order took longer than usual. I waited over 20 minutes for sure. Cars next to me waiting got their food before me. I ordered steak finger basket. The food was perfectly made and fresh and hot for sure!it tastes delicious. My 3 boys in the back were getting amped up in their carseats waiting so long which made me irritated more than normal. Lol I still would come back because the food was still made fresh for me and tasted yum! They were very busy that night also.

Cars are lined up around this place all day long but I never use the drive thru so I don't know about the wait time. Never had to wait long on the inside for service and the place is always very clean inside. Fall 2021, pecan pie blizzard is delightful 😀

Great treats. Kids loved it. It was clean, but the staff was grumpy. The parking lot was in sorry shape, which is why I haven't been there before. Inside was really nice.

The service was bad, tons of cussing and just rude ladys everywhere. The food is ok the only thing that saves this place is the blizzards that are amazing. I would avoid everything else!!!

Pro tip - if they ask you to pull around then walk in for your order in 5 minutes. Magically when I wait 20-+ minutes every time this happens they have usually either given it out to someone else or they somehow missed my car. So do yourself a favor and go in and get your order. Food is always good though so only missing 1 star.

I go to a lot of dairy queens this one was very popular. It did take a long time to get our food but of course it was very popular.

Customer service was okay. Food is hot and fresh. I will recommend to others i will just recommend to provide a better customer service experience.

Person at window was polite but the drive through isn't a good setup.when you order there is a cross street that intersects the drive through . Causing line cuts and confusion

The food is not as good as it used to be the burgers are always cold the cheese is not even melted the young workers that work there don't seem to care about the quality of the food they put out and the restrooms are not clean management need to put a lot more effort in checking the workers.

The food is what you would expect from a fast food establishment. The wait time for the drive thru is long enough it feels like forever. Ok place to stop as long as you are patient and are not in a hurry to be somewhere.

The were some issues but the manager came by our table to check on us. She offered to make it right then she gave us some coins for treats, and explained that she had 3 new cooks on staff that night. I think that's an acceptable excuse in a fast food restaurant as long as they're willing to make it right.

Nicely remodeled location. Friendly service. As I look forward to the seasonal offering of dumplings I purchased a large to go. Upon returning to my hotel I find that the large was 70% soup with hardly any dumplings. Highly disappointing.

The meat quality is surely decreasing... I understand food costs, offsets and what have you, but there's this thing called quality vs quantity. And that is passed onto the customer base. This place and the other locations (including Diamond S) are SLOWLY changing, and not for the better unfortunately. The new children you have working customer service are not the creme of the crop by any means. Will start just skipping this place, we have newer restaurants coming in real soon anyways.

Been to this particular location many times. Even before the remodel. Never had any problems with service. It seems like the remodel has allowed for the service to go down hill. After the remodel I've had a couple of problems with staff getting my orders wrong. It was miniscule so I overlooked it. Last night though was completely unacceptable. when I ordered, I asked for my order to go. They brought it out to me and it was all in baskets for eating in the restaurant. I politely told them that I asked for the order to go. No biggie. I figured that cashier didn't hear me. Then I take my order to the car and check all my items. None of the burgers were anything that I ordered. again not that big of a deal. They were busy, I get that it happens. But when I brought my order back and asked them to remake it, they got an attitude about it. Then I bring my newly made food out to the car and inspected it again and it's still wrong. Two of the burgers were supposed have mayo, they all had mustard. I mean I spent $50 there. I would have liked to have what I asked for. If I go back, it won't be for awhile. The service has seriously declined since they remodeled it.

I ordered a hot dog and fries through the drive through. It took over 30 minutes to bring it out and I had to ask before they went and looked for it. Everyone that came after me got their food and had left by this point. My food was cold. The last time it took 20 min to get a hot dog but I thought I'd give them another shot. Epic fail.

I order the number for junior kumble it took him 20 minutes to get out to me I ask for a blizzard they put no ingredients in the blizzard this restaurant is going downhill

It took 29 minutes to get a hamburger and fries, then to top it off they were rude and even made the wrong burger. Don't ever go here, 29 minutes!!!

In their defense, we didn't realize they close at 10 but we were there before 10. The car before us went through and we sat for there for 2-3 minutes before she said "we're closed" at 10:00. I know it's annoying when people show up right before closing, but we were in line and at the menu board before 10.

Food is loaded with salt. Requested no salt on the fries. They must have dump a tube of salt in the grease. Fries loaded with salt and grease. Squeeze the fries, out comes grease like a soaked wet rag. Very little lettuces. Lettuces was shopped.

We got a 4 PC steak basket and a 4 PC chicken strips basket and they were both raw. It was to go so we didnt notice until we left. We tried to call but no answer.

On my last visit it was delicious!!! This time the fish BASKET was fried to hard and for 7 dollars I only got 2 pieces of rubbery fish. So dissappointed!!!!

Literally the worst service today about 6/7 min ago .. went for two ice creams small vanilla cone small frosted sugar cookie blizzard .. waited at the speaker for 30 almost 40 min and they didn’t apologize for the wait or anything .. then I get to the window it was 6.47 .. I give the girl 10.47 and she gives me 3.and some change and I’m like I gave your exact change she says no that I didn’t .. lady I literally had enough time to count that change with you taking forever .. I stopped paying with card here after every visit I go to I never get my card back .. I live on 12th st and this is the close one to my house and I’ll never go here again ! I’ll go to the one across that high school before giving these people the time of day

Workers were unprofessional and it took 45 minutes to get one hunger buster. Do not go and eat between 11 AM and 3 pm if you only have one hour for lunch. The service is slow and management is horrible.

Point less drive through you get pulled around to the other side of the building every time. Then have to sit there for 15 minutes just to walk inside and see you food bagged up just sitting.

I went to get some ice cream and I ordered some fries at the drive true hey gave us the ice cream and told us to go to the park in the front for the fries so we did we waited about 20ish minutes and they never came out. Then we went trough the drive thru again and a girl said "missing a medium fry 😐?" And gave it to me and shut the window and I think that was super rude and they should learn some manners especially cause I'm younger that her and know better than that. I only gave 1 star bc the ice cream was good and my fries were soggy ☹.

It's a hit or miss, mostly a miss. Food is good if they ever get your order right, cant tell you how many times my order was messed up or missing food, and long wait times!

It took them 45 minutes to get our food and ice cream out to us and we went through the drive-thru. They then brought us the wrong bag twice. We asked for two cups of ranch and we didn't receive any when we eventually got our food which was cold.

This Dairy Queen needs to be torn down. I would give it a negative rating if i could. The drive-thru is a non existent joke and has never functioned properly in at least 20 years. Also the staff seems to be clueless. I waited 20 minutes for 3 tacos and a large onion ring (only 6 rings), that was cold when i got it. There were not very many people there, maybe 5 occupied tables, which tells me they really could not care less, and they are clearly poorly trained to work as a team. I think there may have been more staff than customers. They should be ashamed of their performance, truly.

Service: slow. Glacial slow. Over 20 minutes waiting on a steak finger basket. Also I don't think I have ever had a cashier give more of an impression of just not caring about anything. I have seen pics of zombies with more life. May just be me though. Side note: apparently this dq belongs in some post apocalyptic waste land where ketchup is more precious than gold, oil, or saffron, and must be strictly rationed. Must be some serious ketchup bandits on this side of town. Only thing that was good and delivered with speed was the blizzard.

Went this wednesday for a quick lunch (it should be a fast food) but it wasn't quick for sure. 40 minutes of wait for 3 burgers and the place was half empty. Not good at all.

I hate to do it... especially since I've been coming here forever. We just ordered food...alot of food. He stuffed it all into one bag and passed it into our car. Two things fell on the ground. With a straight face this man says, "it's not that bad you can pick it up" and CHARGED 'US' to replace it! But for God.

I was so disappointed with Dairy Queen today. I ordered 2 hungry buster meals. I received my food drove out the parking lot and decided to eat my food while it is hot. Well there was nothing hot about this food. The fries were warm and as soon as I grabbed the burger I knew it was cold. The meat looked like it was pre-cooked and had been sitting for a while. I always come to this location and never have I been so disappointed.

I’m really big on customer service, so I was extremely disappointed with the staff working the windows tonight. When I reached the second window, I politely asked if I could switch my oreo Blizzard for a root beer float. The employee looked at me like I was an idiot and just shut the window. I could immediately sense her attitude, and then she yelled to the other girl in the back to come help her with the change. The other girl came up, and they both just laughed at me. After that, I was asked to move to the next window, where I was handed all my items, and both girls—one being the rude one from the first window—laughed as they gave me my stuff. They didn’t even say "have a good night" or anything. Even my 12-year-old noticed how rude they were. It’s clear these young workers need some training on basic respect and professionalism. As a manager myself, this behavior would never be tolerated at my workplace.
