Was on the road decided to drop in and grab some fuel before hitting the road again. Upon first entering, I was surprised that it was very clean, unlike 95% of Popeyes in existence. What was unsurprising was the poor customer service I've come to expect at Popeyes unfortunately. The woman that was at the register helping other customers finished up with them, and didn't help or acknowledge us for about 6-7 mins no exaggeration. She took our order and the food came in a timely fashion and there wasn't anything else to report. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the fact that the customer is soo poor.

Just with one car in the drive way they have had us pull around to wait by the door. This happened multiple times kind of defeats the purpose of a drive thru. Its easier to just eat somewhere else at this point.

They were fast initially but okay, so didn't seem to be a breast of the rules on the new specials, then they messed up my order not once but twice. They were prompt to fix it.But being that it was just two of the fave fives, it shouldn't have been that difficult

I made an order of the 5 pieces special through the drive through and I asked the lady if it was fresh and if it had been sitting under the light long. She said that it was fresh. I got home and it is not fresh. They don't answer the phone so that I could tell them that I am not pleased with my order. Please reply.

Well, 3 tenders, 1 side a biscuit and med drink all for $11.99 plus tax What a deal! You're better off going to Chicken Express and get more chicken and better drink! And much better service!

To start off super understaffed, which I understand you can’t help. Got our order and it had turned out that one of the things on the order was wrong. Got told to pull through to the other side of the building and wait and then whenever the person finally came out to deliver us the food after I had said thank you got no response at all during that entire interaction super unfriendly.

Was told to wait 10 minutes for 4 chicken sandwiches at 5:30 PM. Of course end up waiting 25 minutes. Go inside and I see no movement in the kitchen and I just ask for my money back. Manager tries to make it seem like I signed up for a 25 minute wait and I’m being impatient.By this point it was 30 minutes and I never actually saw any food. I understand that working in the restaurant industry is terrible but the lack of any sort of push to get some food out when the inside is dead and the drive thru is empty is just unacceptable. This and all Popeyes are all like this and sadly it will never get better. Stop supporting this company because they don’t care about standards.

Always getting orders wrong. If you ask for one extra sauce you have to pay because it doesn’t matter if you order 10 different things. Management needs to be changed because it’s ridiculous. I ordered a mobile order and had my husband get it. Manager had him confirm the order like he was stealing food or someone else’s order. Please do better.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. None of it was fresh all old food and cold a waste of my freaking money!!! Fries cold and nasty biscuits hard as a rock and burnt and chicken was old and cold. Disgusting. I’ve never been so disappointed in Popeyes

Stay away!! by far the worst popeyes ever, no chicken at all nothing but breading, I repeat stay away you'll thank me later. Here is a photo of what chicken tenders suppose to look like

We were the only people dining in on a Sunday at noon, and now I know why. I don't have the highest expectations when it comes to fast food, but this was bad. The chicken tenders were tiny and most had almost no chicken and were cold. The mac and cheese flavor was good, but was more than 50% straight gummy cheese. I love cheese, and it was WAY too much. The service was extremely slow. We waited awhile to order despite being the only people in the restaurant, and waited for a ling time for our food. I wouldn't come here again.

Love the food, but service here has always been horrible. Never do an online here because they never get it right or they say they never get it even though the money has been taken out of my account. Tonight the staff seemed to be under the influence of something and forgot to give me half of what I ordered and had to go in to get the rest of the food. Update: Decided to give it another try. Ordered a side of Mac and Cheese using our points. Nope, got home and they put a biscuit in the container instead of Mac and Cheese.

I ordered my food through the drive thru. Once I arrived through drive through the cashier seemed to be under the influence , she staggered and ran into things while walking to the window. She gave me the total and I handed her my card. While continuing to swipe my card that has a chip in it she says “ Are you sure you have money on here because it says chip error” and I said I think your suppose to insert it she shakes her head and tell me no you don’t have money on here and inserts my card and it goes through. The cashier then hands me the card along with my order. I go to another store and I see that my fries are just thrown in the bag and my sandwich is cold. I try to call the store multiple times no answer, so I go back. I pull up to the window the same cashier looks at me and ignores me and continue to count money. I wait and she comes to the window I explain the problem she just stares at me and says we ran out of fry boxes so what do you want me to do takes the food and and come back with my order. I could see she was upset and I was getting frustrated so I asked for my refund and left. Number does not work or phone was not working.

Can't even sit in the lobby at this location. Also this the 3rd time coming here and each time the food is either old and cold or the portions are horrible. Whatever management is running this store. Or owns this location need to get there head out there butt. Expensive tenders for a 5 PC and your can't even enjoy your chicken. Chicken all dried out or over cooked. They have timers and temperatures they must follow and Apparently they're not following the rules.
