Opinions de Carnegie Diner & Cafe Broadway
Carnegie Diner & Cafe is a gem in Midtown. The food is amazing fresh, flavorful, and served in huge portions that feel totally worth it. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, perfect for a pre-theater meal or just a cozy stop while walking around the area. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, even when the place gets busy. I tried a few dishes and everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and surprisingly affordable for this part of the city. You can tell they really care about quality. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended!
Bianca, the bartender, was amazing — great aesthetic, delicious drinks, and such a sweet and attentive vibe. This place has an awesome atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend coming here and trying the espresso martini — it’s fantastic!
Absolutely wonderful spot to grab some breakfast, lunch, and/ or drinks. Our server Jamie was absolutely amazing. 100% highly recommend!
I had an amazing time with my friends and girlfriend. Our server Andriana was amazing, attentive, and so kind. If you have the opportunity you should go and ask for andriana!
Busy night at Rockefeller Center! Open Table had wrong intersection for the address so I booked another location in error. But they were kind & still fit us in a great table! By a window but there are heat vents there & it was comfy! Service was great, quick & no issues. Drinks were fab & food was delicious! Spaghetti carbonara was worth the carbs! Took desserts to go, that was the only negative - as they were just okay, chocolate pie/cake was super dry but looked wet.
Great and easy go to. Their bartender, Bianca, goes beyond and above to ensure that you not only enjoy their good food and drinks but have an awesome time!
Long overdue review! We live close by and love it here! The staff is THE BEST and they have truly everything on the menu which makes it so easy. Bianca makes one of my favorite margaritas and I am pretty particular about my margs! What’s even better is happy hour the margs are $7, can’t beat that! Daniella is the manager and she is as good as they get. Always walking around and checking on everyone. We have our toddler with us who Daniella is on now on a first name basis, bestie! Brarend tends to be our server and is just the best. Super attentive and personable. The neighborhood needed a spot like this
Greeted by host, sat at counter ordered a delicious Cafe Latte served by cordial and pleasant Lefteris.
Carnegie Diner & Café is the kind of place that just hits different during the holidays. The whole area feels festive, and this diner is the perfect cozy stop when you need real food that actually satisfies. Their breakfast is always a win pancakes, omelettes, and coffee that wakes you up without tasting bitter. The service is quick, the portions are huge, and everything tastes consistently fresh. If you’re in the city for holiday shopping, sightseeing, or just soaking in the lights, make a point to stop here. It’s warm, reliable, and honestly one of the best spots to refuel.
Carnegie Diner & Café is always a hit! Their atmosphere is cozy, the service is fast, and the food never disappoints. Their breakfast menu is honestly the star- from fluffy pancakes to perfectly cooked eggs and their famous French toast, everything tastes fresh and delicious. A great spot for a morning bite or a casual meal any time of day!
Amazing service from both Agkelos and Luis - thank you for making our stay even more special!
We went to spend our Christmas Eve here and we were seated quickly and efficiently! The atmosphere was very family oriented, there were a lot of fun conversations happening around us—the server assigned to us was Eleni A and she was understanding, quick, and incredibly kind! A A+ Christmas Eve dinner.
Carnegie Diner & Café offers delicious food with great presentation. The staff is warm and makes you feel at home. Portions are generous and totally worth the price. The atmosphere is lively without being too loud. A wonderful café that I’d happily visit again
You can't leave the place without try the lentil soup, amazing. Place is most of the time busy, but worth it. Great menu with vegetarian food too.
Amanda and Azalea made our visit better than we could’ve ever expected! We stopped by for a quick bite. The food, the service, the ambiance was incredible. Can’t wait to be back!
Everything was great, the service, the waiters and the store manager paid special attention to us because we celebrated my mom's birthday here. We would come back here anytime. Greatings from Hungary!
Eleni looked after us super nicely, she was very friendly and kind, the food was delicious and great atmosphere!
The food was so good, we got the chicken soup, a grilled chicken sand and the carbonara! Camilo customer service is beyond!
Beautiful new location!! It was 5 days old when we stopped in for an early dinner. Amazing staff, food, decor. There were 5 of us and we all ordered something very different (including breakfast). Set your directions from the Rockefeller tree or your Broadway show or when you get off the train at 47-50 Rickefeller Center and walk 5 mins to this diner. No one will be disappointed!!!
Food was great, I had the penne! Our food was taking a little long and we were on a time crunch, but our waiter Ramazan was great at checking on us and trying to get the kitchen to get our order out as fast as possible. He also gave us a cake on the house due to the length of the wait (they usually are quick). :) the oreo cake was fantastic, so fresh and moist!!
Really nice breakfast. The service was excellent. Half of the members of staff are Greek, polite as usual and outside of Greece.
I loved eating here. They serve Breakfast all day long, and the omelettes were so delicious. It came with a tasty side salad. The servers were very kind and responsive to our needs. Make sure you get there early, because it can get crowded.
We were very impressed with Carnegie Diner & Cafe! We were walking by and saw how busy it was and decided to stop in. $20 unlimited mimosas which were refilled quickly, delicious fluffy pancakes, and lots of fruit! Our waitress Andriana was wonderful and very attentive.
The food and service here is amazing, we ate here twice in a row. My child is a picky eater and she loved everything that she had. The atmosphere is cozy and festive. We had the same server Andriana, both times and she was amazing and so sweet. Definitely saved as a favorite whenever we come back gomefor the holidays.
Carnegie Diner was a great surprise! The environment is really cozy and inviting. The biggest surprise was the food! The portions were huge and everything we ordered was beyond delicious!!! I ordered the Central Park burger and the Kale Ceasars Salad and both were so so good! You should definitely try the cocktails!
Loved this place! Stopped in for a quick bite and coffee to do some work. Sat at the counter and Bianca assisted me - was by far the best server I had and extremely courteous. She also made me the best coffee I’ve ever had! Great hire by Carnegie
The food was great and you definitely need to make a reservation before you go. Service was a bit slow but the waiters were lovely
We found this gem on their opening day! Food was amazing. Went with 4 total and everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was impeccable and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend.
Eliseo was a great server, very informative and attentive. The food is unbelievable … delicious and portion sizes are generous. Would absolutely come back!
Love this spot! Casual and delicious. Great diner in NYC with big portions. Service is quick. Will come back for sure
This was our first time at Carnegie and we loved our breakfast. Adriana was amazing and made suggestions. We will definitely be back to see her!
Andriana was an amazing server! She maintained great service while balancing multiple tables! She made sure my table was great and the food was great! She is amazing!
Went with a group of four to get breakfast about 9:30AM. The diner was pretty full, but we got lucky and only had to wait a few minutes. Food quality and choices were great! We even got one of the large corned beef and pastrami sandwiches to share with the table, as an added bonus. Peanut butter pancakes and bacon, Nutella and strawberry French toast, eggs benedict, steak and eggs, and everything was delicious! Service was quick and cash out was simple, right at the table. Definitely recommend for diner food in NYC!
I had a great experience at this Carnegie Diner location. The restaurant is right in the lobby of the Martinique, so it’s super convenient and easy to find. The vibe is warm, clean, and welcoming exactly what you want from a modern NYC diner. The food was excellent. Portions are big, everything came out fresh, and the menu has a ton of variety. The breakfast options are especially good, and the pancakes are worth trying. I also loved that they offer plant-based choices without making it feel like an afterthought. Service was friendly and fast. Even though the place gets busy, the staff stayed attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. Prices are a little higher than a classic old-school diner, but the quality and portion sizes make it feel fair. Overall, a great spot for breakfast, brunch, or a casual meal in Midtown. I’d definitely come back.
Probably the best food in Broadway. We visited the place for diner and we are excited. Try the sweets too!
If you're looking for a spot in NYC that truly understands comfort food and great service, Carnegie Diner & Café is one of those places you end up returning to without even realizing it. I stopped by recently and was honestly impressed from the moment I walked in. The space has that classic New York diner feel bright, lively, and welcoming but everything feels a bit more elevated than your typical diner. The staff was warm and attentive without being overbearing. My server checked in just the right amount, offered helpful recommendations, and actually knew the menu well, which is something I really appreciate. Now, the food: absolutely delicious. I ordered the Wagyu burger because everyone talks about it, and it really lived up to the hype juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked exactly how I requested. The brioche bun was soft but held everything together, and the fries were crisp without being greasy. I also tried the pancakes (because how can you not?), and they were fluffy, lightly sweet, and tasted like something straight out of a childhood Saturday morning. Portion sizes were generous, too you definitely get your money’s worth. One thing I really loved was how fast everything came out despite the place being busy. It’s such a small detail but makes a huge difference when you’re hungry and looking for a smooth dining experience. Overall, Carnegie Diner & Café is one of those rare spots that blends quality, consistency, and comfort. Whether you're craving breakfast food, a good burger, or just want a cozy place to sit and enjoy a meal, this place hits the mark every time. I’d absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back soon.
Wonderful café and restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the coffee is truly excellent. Every visit feels enjoyable and relaxed. One of the best spots in New York—highly recommended!
This place is amazing!! The food is great and the atmosphere is so nice and friendly.. I prefer this place for lunch or dinner. One of my favourite things is the polite service.
We stopped in for brunch and, after about a 30 minute wait, got to our table. We were greeted right away by Andriana. She was terrific - friendly and attentive through our time there. I got a tuna melt, which was great, but the fries and salad that came with it were nothing special. My wife had pancakes and loved them. Would definitely go again.
Carnegie Diner & Café truly surprised me. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The pancakes were unbelievably fluffy, the cheeseburger was juicy and cooked perfectly, and the fries were the ideal crispy-soft combo. The vibe is classic New York diner with a modern, clean twist, and the service was friendly and fast even during a busy rush. Overall, a solid spot that delivers exactly what you want great food, great portions, and a place you’ll definitely want to come back to.
I stopped by Carnegie Diner & Café and had such a great experience! The food was delicious, portions were generous, and everything came out fresh. The staff was super friendly and made us feel really comfortable. The atmosphere has that cozy NYC diner vibe, perfect for a casual meal with the family. Definitely a spot I’d visit again!
Had dinner at Carnegie Diner with a coworker, and we were both genuinely impressed. They ordered a burger and enjoyed every bite super flavorful and cooked perfectly. I tried a few different things myself, and everything was honestly amazing. The portions were great, the service was solid, and the menu has so many options that it’s almost impossible not to find something you’ll love. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely come back again.
My friend and I came across this restaurant after a long day of walking around New York. Upon entering we were greeted by the host and introduced to our server Marisol who was taking care of us. The food was amazing and the staff were attentive to our needs. I highly recommend visiting Carnegie Diner & Cafe!
I have visited this place a few times over the last couple of months. I was helped by a young lady, I think her name is Elli. She works as the bartender, her service was outstanding every time. Very attentive and was able to answer all the questions I had about the menu. Appreciated the professionalism that she displayed, it each time I have visited.
I had a wonderful experience at the Carnegie Diner & Cafe. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and everything felt welcoming and well organized. A special thank you to our server Eliseo, who made the visit even better. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Eliseo checked on us at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Service like this really makes a difference. Overall, a fantastic brunch experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. 👏
Food was amazing as was our server Eliseo. Very helpful and attentive. The food was delicious, great sizes and good prices. Highly recommend.
Everything was a 10/10! We truly enjoyed our experience from start to finish. Everyone was very welcoming too. The food was amazing, and we were especially grateful to Elena, who patiently helped us decide what to order. Surprisingly, we loved everything she suggested, especially the steak it was delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
Highly recommend this place if you want a taste of the American cuisine. The food was fresh. The service perfect. The interior welcoming. Give it a try yourself.
Excellent service ( shout-out to Colombian tattoo artist waiter! ) and delicious authentic Greek salad, perfectly made almond coffee latte. Comfortable affordable mellow spot in an otherrwise busy chaotic neighborhood. Clean . Large menu. Many folks ordering burgers there, and pre theatre special which is all the time is fair deal. Went 2x and will definitely return. Keep up this quality!
Everything was fantastic. Great flavors, huge portions, and fresh fruit. And as usual for NYC, my only critic is season the hash browns more. That seems to be a running theme for all hash browns in the city. This southern boy needs some pop. Outside of that, I’d be back to try more items. The menu is huge!
I had such a great experience at this restaurant! I ordered the Banana Nutella Strawberries Pancake stack, which came with three fluffy pancakes layered perfectly. The portions were generous, and the presentation looked just as good as it tasted. My server, Andriana, was very kind, attentive, and welcoming.
We had an incredible breakfast at Carnegie Diner & Café. Situated right across from Greeley Square Park, it had a nice view and slightly quieter than other parts of the city. I ordered over-easy eggs with hash browns, sourdough toast, fried greens, and a side of bacon — everything was simple, fresh, and cooked perfectly. My son got the blueberry pancakes, and they were ridiculous in the best way: fluffy, light, and absolutely delectable, served with a cute mini syrup bottle that made the whole experience even better. The food came out surprisingly fast, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, polished, and attentive. Truly the best breakfast I’ve had in years. Highly recommend.
Really loved this place. The food was super tasty and the portions were huge. The vibe inside is cozy and lively without being chaotic, which is rare in Midtown. The staff was friendly and quick, and everything came out fresh. Honestly, it’s one of those spots you find by chance and immediately think, “Yep, I’m coming back!!” Great for breakfast, brunch, or just grabbing something good before walking around the area. Totally recommend it.
Excellent service team. Great American fare in a cozy NYC diner setting. Love the pancakes 🥰. Perfect rest stop during touring and hiding from the cold 😋
Great food lovely setting staff were very friendly and helpful service was amazing
We visited this place on Friday night after Christmas. Really like the atmosphere and the staff here. If you are looking for American cuisine, let go for it. We ordered steak and chicken-waffle. Really enjoy them.
If you’re in the mood for classic diner food, this place is a safe bet. I stopped by Carnegie Diner & Cafe for breakfast and honestly enjoyed it more than expected. Had an omelet with hash browns — simple, but cooked really well and super filling. The coffee kept coming, which is always a plus. The vibe is relaxed and very New York, a little busy but in a good way. Service was quick and friendly, no attitude. It’s not trying to be fancy, just solid comfort food. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area again.
This place really is quite nice for a little stop around the city. The food was great, the service was great, and quick as well! Whether you are stopping for lunch or just swinging by for a pastry, I would definitely recommend.
Stopped in for a quick dinner. Both the soup and the wings were very good and reasonably priced! I had asked for boneless but I didn't mind the error. The waiter was very apologetic and kind, and I appreciated that the kitchen rushing my order as I was in a little bit of a rush. Would definitely recommend!
We visited this cafe recently and had a wonderful brunch experience. The mocha and hot chocolate were excellent. The Pancakes were big and cane be shared. These pancakes were a major highlight! They were thick, fluffy, and served with a generous topping of mixed berries (blueberries and strawberries) in a delicious sauce, all dusted with powdered sugar and a few dollops of whipped cream. A truly satisfying and sweet way to start the day. The Savory Plate (Eggs, Toast, Salad): This classic breakfast combo was executed flawlessly. The two sunnyside-up eggs were cooked perfectly with runny yolks, and the side of whole wheat toast was ideal for dipping. The small bowl of fresh melon and cantaloupe was a nice, light addition, and the little bottle of syrup on the side was great for the pancakes.
Random pick for us - but this place was great! The food was so flavorful. The seafood angnolotti was the absolute best! Do not skip it! The service was great - shout out to Baird, our server who made us laugh and even called in the manager to explain a liquor we were curious about. This place treated us like special guests. Great meal!
Amazing burger! juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Great quality ingredients, generous portion, and seriously satisfying. One of the best comfort food spots in NYC. Definitely worth a visit.

This is one of those places I’d casually recommend to a friend visiting NYC. Carnegie Diner & Cafe does exactly what you expect from a diner — big menu, fast service, and good portions. I went for a classic burger with fries, and it was juicy and satisfying. The staff was chill and attentive, and the atmosphere felt lively without being overwhelming. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or when you just want an easy, no-nonsense meal. I’ll definitely keep this spot in mind next time.

Bianca is the best bartender in the area and she has the greatest vibe and energy ever please come by the restaurant
I came on wednesday noon I sat at the bar Ordered an Espresso Martini and the Symphony Breakfast. Coming off of a flight from the UK this diner was great. Morning bartender made a great drink compared to the UK she was very helpful and kind as well as the servers. So far so great.
We visited this diner for breakfast as our coach stop for Woodberry Commom was right outside. The restaurant was busy but we were seated quickly, the food was ok nothing special the staff were friendly and polite. Hot drinks were nice.
Had lunch. Ordered and shared lunch with my wife. We shared a pastrami sandwich and added fries. The flavor was pretty good, have had better but that is my personal feelings of the flavor. The downside was the server. Only saw him when we ordered and asking for the check. When our food came out, which was delivered by someone different did not stay long enough to ask if we needed anything. We didn't have any silverware to use for our salads that come with the sandwich. We had to get up and ask the seating hostess for silverware. She handled the situation quickly and properly. Im hoping this is a one off bad day for the server.
This dinner it’s a little bit less cozy and more fast paced, which is not surprising given the location, pretty busy area of the city as you may guess. They offer reservations basically at any time on the same day but you need to beware that if it’s a busy day like a Saturday brunch time regardless of the reservation time you will be sent to the end of the restaurant to wait with the other customers while they figure out where to place all the people that also made reservations at the same time as you. Thankfully my friend approached the host as a table was becoming available and we were seated. The food was good. The menu offers a long list of options and $19 unlimited mimosas for 2 hours (if the whole table orders it) $10 margaritas all day! Prices are fair and they serve great amounts of food. The pastrami sandwich was good as well as the chili The services wasn’t really outstanding. Got a glass of water with a pice of paper inside and a spoon placed directly on the table. It’s a nice place to try but maybe on a less busy time to see how it goes.
Food was great - we had breakfast and the eggs and hash browns were delicious. The accompanying soundtrack was really good and added to the ambience We asked for extra coffee a couple of times before it came and the same with the bill, which was a Shane as we were in a bit of a rush.

I loved most of the menus and loved the services. However, please do not order the apple pie. It smells like metal and tastes like detergent. Egg Benedict, pancake, hamburger.. all good but except for the pie.
I think we were unlucky, unfortunately, we arrived 15 min earlier of our reservation, which I think helped us not have a wait time to be seated. It was packed so I understand that we have to wait to order and for our drinks and food, having said that, we had one latte and one cappuccino not hot enough, the glass for the Bellini is significantly smaller than the mimosa (only change the flavor orange to peach, so I don't get it), two tables that were seated after us, received the food before us, we were only two. We asked for still water, well, we had to protect our glasses all the time because they kept forgetting that we had still water (even with the bottle in the table) and tried to put tap water in our glasses. We had two bottles of A1 on our table, BOTH empties 🫠 , no knives on our table, our steak and eggs missed the white toast. The bathroom, omg :( so dirty. I don't understand, the place is so beautiful how is it possible to have the bathroom so dirty. It has a list check in the bathroom and nobody checked that bathroom in all morning :/. I think this location needs more organization or supervision? I don't know. I was disappointed ☹️
Food was generally good, but service is subpar. No one refilled our "bottomless" cup of coffee, even when we asked there was a 15 min delay. The server was holding the payment machine in a way he could actively see the tip we were leaving and, after payment, there's a satisfaction survey and checked the excellent review for himself as we couldn't touch the machine he was holding. Not a great look on customer service.
Review is specifically for the multi layer chocolate cake. I came here just for the chocolate cake bc I was really craving it. It was just okay, nothing special. The cake itself was kind of dry and too spongy, but the frosting or sauce on the outside tasted so strongly of Hersheys chocolate syrup that it took away from the true chocolate flavor of the cake. Just tasted syrupy and artificial. I wouldn't recommend it
Food is very good. But be prepared to wait, first for a table and then for service. They have many servers but the exclusive server-per-table system means that if your server is taking care of other tables you wait, a lot, and the others sometimes doing nothing do not help you. This venue is in a hotel so its always crowded and the "no wait" of google is not always true.
Breakfast food was fine, nothing special. Service was slow and waiters were rude. I won't go back.
Decent diner fare at this overpriced Herald Square spot. There is nothing particularly wrong about this place. The food is passable (if boring), the service is good, and it’s got nice big windows onto Herald Square, but it’s really expensive for what it is — twenty to twenty five bucks for most sandwiches (including burgers and hot dogs). The sandwiches are fairly standard. The burger meat is good, but they use a somewhat sweet brioche bun which is off putting. Sweetness is a thing here. The balsamic on salads is a heavy sweet glaze (again not my fav). In its previous incarnation the room was cozy and dimly lit. The interior is now bland (think ihop) but roomy. Lighting at the tables is harsh (better at the booths). The walls feature b/w pictures of random singers and a double tv (that for no reason plays random sports). The music was mainly 80s-90s pop. This is a good location in need of a great classic diner lunch/dinner/late night spot, but I don’t think this generic take of a diner will be a hit with anyone other than tourists.
I'm happy I came here to know not to return. Traveling from another state, of course I wanted to visit a diner for breakfast with the name Carnegie in it. I originally thought it was going to be a nicer, high quality diner. Nothing wrong with the fact it didn't exceed my expectations, it is just your typical diner that you can go anywhere to be honest. The food though is what got me. I provided a photo of the nachos we got. We learned to not get nachos in NYC since I guess that's not a typical but if it's on your menu, with the name Carnegie on it, signifying that it is something that is popular, it should be good. I felt like I was in McDonalds but that's okay!! The waiters and staff were great!

Worst food in New York. Our server was unbelievably rude as well as the food runner. We ordered 3 sandwiches and everything was wrong and when we asked for it to be corrected the server said we are complaining too much. We ordered a BLT and it had no lettuce on it and when we ask for the lettuce they say we complain too much. What a waste of time. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Our food was very bland, and our waitress was terribly slow. Never refilled our waters. I could see why the place wasn’t that busy. Pretty of better restaurants to eat at. We won’t be back to this place. It was my fault for getting it confused with the original Carnegie deli that unfortunately closed in 2016. That place was amazing.
We came on Christmas Eve, we waited for 15 minutes, Mariya the servent was nice, we are both allergic to dairy , and what we ordered was with fries that had dairy so we deleted it and the bun was promised to be without dairy and gluten free, eventually we didn't get any bread on the chicken menu, the floor of the restaurant was very dirty and the washroom was just broken and not clean at all! It was the worst experience in New York
Decided to check out this newly opened diner with my friends. i ordered the Southern chicken sandwich. I took a bite and the chicken was pink, so i asked one of the workers who sent the sandwich back. He came back with my same sandwich, and said the chicken is okay, but to make sure they “threw it in the fryer” again. He also claimed that it was the lighting that made my chicken appear pink. So I continued to eat, and when i reached the thicker part of the chicken, i saw that it was raw. all things said and done I appreciated our waitress (Jamie i think) who informed the cooks in the back and was apologetic. But that still doesn’t excuse an undercooked chicken sandwich priced at $18. They ended up replacing the sandwich with another burger but was still charged for the sandwich. Watch out folks
We ordered a Greek omelet, which is clearly marked as a vegetarian dish. There were small pieces of bacon on the hash browns. We sent it back and it returned with bacon. We sent it back again and it still had bacon. This time we ate around the bacon. It was okay. Not a good experience :(. The waiter was really nice though and comped our meal, so not her fault at all.
After waiting about 15 minutes for a small table, even though they had plenty of larger tables available, they eventually started to seat people. We waited about 8 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We had a Broadway show to attend, and it was cold outside, so we ordered water, a bowl of soup, and a simple and quick Reuben sandwich. After placing our order, another couple sat down next to us, and our waiter immediately took their order. They ordered a hamburger and a grilled salmon dinner. After a good while their dinners came out piping hot. We were still waiting for our simple meal. After what seemed like 10 minutes, we could see our waiter cleaning up one of the three drinks he dropped that night , someone else brought our meal, we were very disappointed, as you can see in the pictures. Wife's soup which her bowl was half full and barely warm and my Ruben, which was cold and clearly not what the menu shows. Whole meal costs $40. Our waiter was rude and made comments when we complained about our meal.
