Great place!! Love the atmosphere, great staff, and great food will definitely come here again :)
Solid selection of wines, great food list, and fantastic service.
Great drinks, cute place & bartender
Hidden gem. Great drinks and food.
Cute little place with friendly service, good food and drinks!
rlly nice staff, good addition to the neighborhood!
Great service.
Wonderful experience! Super friendly staff, not too loud, exceptionally tasty food, good happy hour. I definitely will be returning
Ty & Enrique are hands down the #1 reason we keep coming back time and time again. The drinks are AMAZING and the food is delicious (in particular the salmon crudo, the chicken & the deviled eggs/potato. The seasonal menus are always fun and no matter what we know we’ll be welcomed with a smile and a good time! WE LOVE YOU RED STACHE!
Best service of my life. 10/10 recommend you gotta request Ty
Ty was super courteous and poured us the strongest and the best drinks ever. Loved it!
I stopped in to this cocktail bar on my walk home from a smashingly successful collab book release and ran into Luke. There was a crowd at the door and as I walked in he made sure to acknowledge me and invited me to take a seat at the bar. I needed to use the bathroom and he pointed the direction and offered me a menu and asked what I like. I said old fashioned and he mentioned some great bourbon options since all GOOD old fashioneds as are made with bourbon 😁. Anyways when I returned my drink was ready and was made with fantastic ingredients and with a smile! What a great end to a great night. Thanks LUKE!
The Red Stash is hands down my favorite bar in Hell’s Kitchen and truly one of the best. Every single time I go, the service is outstanding. The staff always make you feel welcome, especially Luke, Ty, and the co-founder Sean—they consistently go above and beyond to create an amazing atmosphere. Whether I’m looking for a chill, laid-back night or a more energetic weekend out, The Red Stash is always my go-to. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable bringing friends, family, or just stopping in yourself because the vibe is always right. The pricing is also fantastic for the level of service and quality you get. The bar bites are always fresh and delicious, and the buy-one-get-one wine deal is such a great value. Overall, it’s the perfect New York City bar. I’ll definitely continue being a regular at The Red Stash. Thank you guys for always making it such a great experience!
love Love LOVE coming here. Ty is quite the bartender! Personable, good vibes, excellent music taste. Attentive to not only her own customers, but everyone in the establishment. Will come back to see her at The Red Stache any day!
This is a little gem in Hells kitchen . They have a limited menu for food, but what they have is very tasty. Try the Kale salad with chicken. Music is a little too loud now, it was a perfect place for a date before the big screen TV. But the staff and the wine selection make up for it.
The Red Stache is perfect for a nice date night, a meeting place for friends, and even a private event. I have been a regular here for a few months and decided to host my graduation party here a few days ago. The staff are all so accommodating, and the atmosphere welcoming and warm. Beyond all of that, the wine selection and the small plates are delicious. I am a big fan of a vinho verde and montepulciano, both of which are excellent and featured in by-the-glass menu. The frozen seasonal wine cocktails added the perfect twist to the night. We topped off the night with a delicious meat and cheese plate. The party was an utter success and everyone loved the venue. Shaun has clearly thought about every detail and the space is all the better for it.
Stopped in for a glass of wine and a bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderfully curated wine list and elevated takes on classic wine bar fare. The "cocktail" menu is a creative list of wine based cocktails that mimic the classics (like a "margarita" with sherry and an "espresso martini" with vermouth). The entire bar was talking about the pretzel bites. Don't miss them! The sandwiches and flatbreads that I saw looked great. Service was quick and friendly. Will definitely be back often!
Great spot for a pre-show drink (or two) or meal! Like others have said, the menu is limited but what they do serve is really good. Cozy, have always been able to walk in and get a table, and fast service. Highly recommend!
I had a great night dining at The Red Stache with a few friends. Lovely atmosphere, staff, and of course wine! We quickly devoured our cheese plate only to be equally impressed with the pork sandwich and pretzel bites with Dijon mustard shortly after. Looking forward to trying out the new Fall menu items!
An extremely appealing neighborhood wine bar with a great curated menu of small bites and plates to share. The wine selection is extensive and well thought out in a nice atmosphere for small groups, friends, dates, or special occasions. Looking forward to making this a frequent spot to visit.
The place my friends and I go to at least a couple times a week. If you’re looking for a balance of a casual spot to hang out yet also affordable drinks, with a great atmosphere, look no further than. And some of the best happy hour prices in town.
Celebrated my 30th birthday at the red stache with a group of about 25 ppl! It was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the ambience so perfect, sophisticated and warm! It felt like our own private party bc there wasn’t too many walk ins that night. Really grateful for Shaun the manager who went out of his way to make our night so nice! Couldn’t recommend more for a cute date night or to celebrate an event! Chefs kiss to this place!
We sat at the bar and had wine and pretzel bites. Also had the smoked gouda plate. Everything was delicious, the staff is attentive and funny. The atmosphere was cozy and not too loud. I will definitely be back!
Small, cozy and very welcoming. Great staff and the food was delicious. The perfect place for a light dinner before you catch a Broadway play or a drink after. I’ll be stopping in again on my next trip to NY.
Intimate space, creative wine-based drinks and wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable staff. We have been to the Red Stache several times and have been both delighted and pleasantly surprised each time.
Amazing little bar with a great drink and snack menu, solid vegetarian and nonalcoholic options, and impeccable ambiance and service. There are also two projectors for movie nights!
Really enjoyed this place. Went during opening weekend with some friends and had a great time over some wine. Will definitely go back and try some of the food options too. Definitely a good date spot.
Very friendly staff, amazing truffle based food, frozé to die for. Nintendo switch gaming nights are the best.
Came in for a post work drink and really enjoyed it. Had the Mac and cheese and a glass of the Daou cab and really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and seemed really knowledgeable. Definitely will come back.
Great drinks food and happy hour Ty is great .
This is a great, cozy spot for cocktails or wine. Service is top notch!
Our first time - good, thoughtfully-prepared food, charming waitstaff, and a cozy atmosphere. What's not to like?
Julian, Owen, and Ben are really good business tenders, I had lots of fun hanging with the crew last night.
This is my absolute favorite place to hang out at in HK. The staff is extremely friendly and the vibes are immaculate
The. Best.
Great spot for the LGBT community. Music is a bit loud during dinner but the plates are tasty as are the drinks and hosts!
A hidden gem. Very cozy atmosphere with great selection of cocktails and wine. I was impressed by the food menu and number of selections you wouldn’t normally find at a cocktail/wine bar. Overall a really great place for a date, or to just relax with friends. The service is incredible all the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a good time.
The cutest, coziest cocktail bar. The bartenders always hook us up with incredibly made drinks
Fantastic hidden gem in Hell's Kitchen. Great food choices and nice wine list. New drag brunch with unlimited mimosas and tasty brunch choices. Overall my favorite new neighborhood spot
Love the drink I got, don’t remember the name but you can definitely show the picture I took. Restroom was super clean, bartender was very nice and friendly and I definitely loved the atmosphere. Coming back soon for their M-Sunday happy hour 4-7 pm!
Hidden gem alert! We discovered The Red Stache before catching a theater show and were blown away. This place punches well above its weight class - the cocktails are creative and expertly crafted, while the food exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was the value - seriously affordable for the quality you’re getting. Perfect spot for a pre-show dinner with family. Don’t let the unassuming location fool you - this is a must-visit!
For my first visit I highly enjoyed it. There was a lively group of people taking up the majority of the space while my friend and I sat at the bar. We ordered a bottle of wine and truffle fries. It was so pleasant. I will definitely go back. Thomas was great!
Went with some friends post dinner on a Tuesday evening. The ambience is so relaxing and inviting. Our server, Steven was super friendly and generous with his drink pourings. We didn’t really eat except fries which was alright. Good selection of wines. Will def be back!
I dined in on opening night. The staff was attentive, the wine cocktails are smart and delicious, and the food is fantastic. It has an tasteful and relaxed atmosphere. The space was pretty full of other guests and it didn’t feel loud. I’d say this is an ideal place for a date night or catching up with friends.
The Red Stache has become my go-to bar with friends. The service there is great and super personable. The staff there is fantastic. Food and drinks are amazing - def try the frozen drinks! And they such fun events hosted by amazingly fun people. Trivia Nights on Mondays are so much fun. There’s so much to do between that, gaming nights, drag race viewings, and even drag brunches! Go to The Red Stache is you want to have fun with friends, where the bartenders know your name. And Cameron, Corey, and Chris are wonderful 💙
The wine was very yummy, extensive and most importantly, the prices were on-point. The small dishes were also very good. We spent the whole evening there and had a lot of fun 🤩

Excellent service, had a great vinho verde with the wonderful pretzel bites
Service was really good and the bartender was uber friendly. Cremant they chose for the menu was out of this world. Cheese platter was an amazing accompaniment to the sparkling wine we picked.

The Red Stache is a Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood gem. The staff are friendly and genuine, the food is delightful, and the ambience is perfect for a nice evening with friends. I recently had my birthday here and the whole team was extremely accommodating and helped make the night special. ❤️ PS: The Vinho Verde is my go-to. :)
y small cozy place with a nice bar seating as well as few tables and standing tables. Went for the Taylor Swift Showgirl album release special when TS songs were being played. Highly recommend the White Lotus cocktail which a nice slight sweet twist on Negroni. Food oh d menu looks interesting too and would give it a try. Verdict: definitely nice solid spot in HK neighborhood.
An Oasis in Hell's Kitchen. On my way over to see an off Broadway Play on W 52nd Street, I stumbled upon a tucked away gem called The Red Stache. Beautiful build out with the best frozen drinks and craft cocktails. Shawn (one of the owners) and Luke a great bartender could not have been any nicer. They recommended two signature frozen drinks an Espresso Frozen and the Moscow Mule. Both were outstanding. We had so much fun we returned after the show to finish off the day.. Highly recommended! Great Vibe Great Staff Great People Cool Atmosphere!
Went for happy hour, sat at the bar. Ty was an outstanding bartender, great vibe. Had two for one wine as well as the Fruit Loop cocktail. And the deviled egg croquettes are amazing! We will be back! Looking forward to trying brunch or trivia night as well. Follow up : I went again but they put caviar on top of my deviled eggs this time so I was unable to eat them . Not sure why since it’s not described that way. So be sure and ask for no caviar unless you like it .
Love this bar! Just across the street from us, it’s our new go-to. From the cocktails, wine, and bites, it’s always a great time! Trivia on Monday's have been our recent favorite as well.
Had my birthday here it was lovely. My friend previously hosted his birthday here and it inspired me. The team worked very well me in order to set me up for success they made great food that was more than enough for my guests. I want to thank The Red Stache team and Shaun especially for.
Honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the city. Our server luke was super attentive without being overbearing, the bartender, made one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had (seriously, ask for him if you go). The vibe was cozy but elevated, food came out hot and fast, and the whole team seemed like they actually enjoyed being there which in Hells Kitchen makes a huge difference. I saw a few weird reviews before coming, but I’m glad I trusted my gut because it was a 10/10 night.
Went on a Friday night and the vibes were immaculate! The frozen espresso martini was the perfect way to start the night. The pretzel bites were so good and toasty but smelling the truffle fries had me wanting more! The service was amazing and the bartender was soooo great and cute (yes I’m flirting). Will definitely be adding to the happy hour rotation!
Long story short, it's my favorite bar in the city. Depending on when you go it can be very lively or quiet and quaint. All the bartenders are lovely, there's lots of programming, and the food is great. It's a smaller barr/kitchen space, so the staff is small and juggles a large amount of people well. I usually end up bringing all of my friends and out of town visitors here.

Cute little wine bar, but not a great wine selection.. More like what the distributor offers at discount. It's fine if you're not into wine and just happen to want a wine bar. If you're a picky gay enophile, don't get excited to come here. It's only for the scene. If you don't care and just want a glass, come!
I honestly have lived near this place and never heard of it which is kind of crazy. It is Cute. I think it’s a gay bar in Hells kitchen now the only reason we heard of it is because they were hosting a heated rivalry viewing party. When I arrive, the staff is super friendly and they try to be super accommodating. They answered all of my questions. They are very nice. They set up is they have two giant screens for viewing the show? I got there early and got a middle high top high top chairs don’t have backs and that bothers me because the bars do however this is not a issue. My partner just has back issues. I asked him if we could have one chair from the bar they said no again I understand why no big deal or issues against them. We ordered the hummus And a salad and to be honest I actually didn’t eat anything. I wasn’t hungry, but I drank my calorie. All of the drinks were good. Nothing to complain about. The space is really comfortable. It’s really cute. I enjoy the space and I enjoy the viewing party. I heard there’s also a trivia night on Mondays. I’ll be back for that overall the staff is what stole the show. And I’ll be back just for them. They were very nice.

Nice place with shockingly bad food
The few times I’ve been here I really like the vibe and the staff is awesome. However, this is the third time I’ve come here on a weekend, when they’re closed for a private event with absolutely no signage. I always check the website and social media before I go and when I get there, there’s no signage noting there’s a private event, so I go in and sit and then get kicked out. At this point, I am going to have to stop coming here because I’m starting to just assume they’re always closed?

Medíocre. Where are these 5 star reviews coming from? Eat here at your own peril.
The servers were very nice and speedy and attentive. The vibe is nice, but unfortunately way too loud, they need something on the bare walls and ceiling to cut down on noise. The wine was good, but the real travesty was the food. The tomato soup with the grilled cheese was just water with some diced tomatoes and a full bottle of oregano. The chicken parm was essentially Trader Joe’s frozen chicken tenders with another bottle of oregano, a lot of salt, and cheap mozzarella. Nothing but room for improvement, could be a great spot for the neighborhood.
My friend and I visited this establishment on the second day of it being open. We ordered a bottle of the sparkling rose and truffle flatbread. Unfortunately we saw them get the wine from the basement after we ordered it, and the bottle was warm, not chilled. We had to snag ice to make the bubbly as cold as we could. We also ordered the truffle flatbread. It came out burnt on the edges but the edible areas were very good. This establishment has potential but still needs to work out its kinks.
Quiet honestly I still can’t believe I had this experience in Hells Kitchen. We had a reservation for 5 on a Thursday. Never been there, a friend said it’s cute. We get there and the table that was reserved for us was for 4 people. When I brought this up to the waiter, he said this is all he has and hopefully we can all fit. Like did not care at all!!! I just stood there in shock but because it was a special night for us, I didn’t want that to ruin the night. We then start to order and are trying to make the best of it, and as we are ordering that same waiter just leaves before two of our friends are able to order. Someone had to go to the bar to place the order for the additional food and drinks! I’ve been hanging out in Hells Kitchen for over 12 years and what happened tonight has been the biggest disappointment in the entire time I’ve lived here! Literally left there feeling absolutely awful!!!
The staff was incredibly rude.
Rude staff and terrible bar overall
Happy hour is a scam. The server doesn’t know to explain the deal, (which is very confusing and completely contrary to the BOGO advertised). On top of muddled service, the “manager” was rude, drinking at the bar, had an attitude and could not comp ONE glass of wine despite their own error. Take your business elsewhere, this is a deceitful bar.
By far the least impressive meal we’ve experienced at Hell’s Kitchen. The deviled egg croquettes were decent, but the meatballs and chicken tenders were excessively dry. The lack of a proper kitchen, relying on an oven and microwave near the bar, resulted in a taste akin to reheated frozen food. Despite the friendly and attentive server, it’s doubtful this restaurant can thrive relying on its culinary abilities. The wine list, with bottles ranging from $60 to $700, feels mismatched considering the food quality.
