I had a great experience at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant! The food was delicious—especially the pasta and the breadsticks, which were a highlight. Came in to try the Never Ending Pasta before the promo ended. The food was actually really good — highly recommend the creamy mushroom sauce with rigatoni. The bread was super soft and garlicky, honestly hard not to fill up on it. I wouldn’t recommend the angel hair though, the texture was mushy and a bit too heavy. Service was okay. Our waiter was really friendly and nice , but after a huge party of about 20 people came in we never saw them after. Our food took a while to come out, and we waited around 15–20 minutes for our second refill. At that point we didn’t want to order another round because of the wait. The manager was great though, they checked in on us multiple times to made sure everything was alright and took our second order.

I don't care much about pasta, spaghettis etc, but I do enjoy Olive Garden for their service and the general vibe. So for the service and the atmosphere I'll give them a 5 star. Also the food portions are large so that's a good thing.

Great food, great service and the Management Team is pretty good. I went to the other olive garden in gateway and compared to this one they are a 1 star. Here the manager came around made sure my family and I were ok. The server amazing that's why service is 5 star. If I would suggest anything to make it 5 stars it would be to work on the specialty drinks with the bar tender, everything else was pretty good. Will be back for sure.

Coming back to dining after so many years. For seated right away during lunch time, did not make any reservation. Friendly staff, and very attentive. Food was ok and they came out very quickly. Very generous on the Parmesan cheese to our pastas. A little disappointed with the chocolate mousse tho, it was too frozen.

Amazing in dining service. My husband and me come once a month abd the servers are sweet, the service is top knotch and the managers come to let us know they are here to give us a great night out. When taking out its a whole other issue, always forgetting and ignoring instructions and always something wrong. But dine in? The team for dine in and the hard work they put behind it is glorious. Which is why we tip heavy. 25 percent minimum. Id say if the takeout was as good as dine in this would be the highest revenue branch in Brooklyn. Keep up the good work everyone we love and appreciate your dine in service!

My Wife and I had dinner at Olive Garden and left with an experience that was mostly fine nothing too memorable, but not disappointing either. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, with a friendly vibe. Service started off a bit slow as the dinner crowd picked up. We started with chicken and gnocchi soup and the classic house salad. The soup was creamy, warm and comforting, if slightly salty, and the salad was crisp and fresh with that signature tangy dressing. The breadsticks were, as always, the star hot, garlicky, and impossible to resist. For drinks, I had the Godfather cocktail, which had a solid kick and worked well with the meal. My wife ordered a strawberry mocktail, which turned out to be more like a strawberry smoothie surprising, but still refreshing and enjoyable. Our entrées were pretty typical Olive Garden fare. I had the Chicken Alfredo with broccoli and crispy chicken, which was very salty yet creamy and filling but a bit heavy and lacking in bold flavor. My wife got the Tour of Italy, with lasagna, chicken parmesan, and fettuccine alfredo. It was a hearty plate with variety, but none of the components really stood out flavor wise. Arianna, the floor manager. She was awesome attentive, professional, and genuinely checked in to make sure guests were served and happy. Her presence really stood out. In the end, Olive Garden delivers exactly what it promises familiar, comforting Italian-American food. It’s not a place for culinary surprises, but it’s dependable and with breadsticks that good and a manager who clearly cares, it’s easy to see why people keep coming back.

Unfortunately we didn't have that great of experience during our visit the previous night. Although our server Janet, was extremely friendly, warm, and tried her best to provide as best of an experience as possible, everything else fell short. During the beginning, the staff in our section were called away, and it took about 10 minutes before someone realized we were looking for service with the call server button turned on on the tablet at our table. The manager came and explained the situation, which we appreciated. Then Janet came and service was quick since then, no harm no foul. The soups were great and Janet provided us refills quickly for our soup and soda. The entrees, the main character of our visit, was underwhelming. I ordered the new spicy steak tip and shrimp cream pasta, where the steak was overcooked the first time around. Janet understandably helped me bring it back to remake it, which we were grateful for. The second time it came cooked medium rare as we preferred, but the steak was overly salty and not enjoyable. I didn't want to feel like an annoying customer who keeps sending back his food, and Janet was pretty overworked catering to multiple tables at once, so I decided to just enjoy the soup and take out the entree. One of the busboy passed by and was kind enough to bring us to to-go containers and chocolate mint, but he dropped the containers on the floor by his foot and preceded to give it to us to pack our food; I'm sure he didn't realize how unsanitary his actions were, so I asked Janet for assistance and she was definitely empathetic. Overall, the best part of dinner was Janet's continued kindness and the soups which have been consistently amazing. The entree that comes with unlimited soup or salad is such a steal! The experience could've been better, and I have hope that Olive Garden will be able to fix these issues in no time should they choose to. Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

It was super salty. Salt is free, but it was totally inedible. Not only the noodles, but the soup was also salty. There was a waiter collecting the trash. He saw the trash on the table and didn't try to take it away. He even snorted and had a bad attitude. It was the worst restaurant I've ever been to.
