Pizza is consistently good and staff are great! The Prima is my go-to whenever I am craving pizza 😊

This is my go to pizza place. Excellent service and good atmosphere.

The food is always good here. Not all Pizza My Heart's are equal, but they offer a decent slice at a decent price.

This is my favorite pizza place in the bay area. Highly recommend the pesto and big sur. Don't plan to it's anyone after though it's got about 40 cloves of garlic on it. Don't forget THE SHARK REPELLENT hot sauce!

As with most Pizza My Heart locations, the staff are super friendly and cheerful and helpful. Willing to go the extra mile. The food is always great and fresh.

There was 6 or 7 complimentary mangos and mustard here. Pizza only costed a quarter and Adrian was really helpful. Kendrick Lamar was also playing and I got free coffee, and the cashier said a really funny joke talking about eeffoc, but then he told me to put away my grippers

I love Pizza my Heart and go to this location the most often. Very nice family atmosphere, ample seating, and great location... next to the busy shops in Burlingame in case you want to do some more shopping. PMH never fails to please with their large slices and flavorful pizzas. My favorite is the veggie. I also got them w. Uber Eats and is very reasonably priced. Lots of middle schoolers here in the afternoon, so can get loud and rowdy.

The figgy piggy and the Watsonville are two of the best "west coast style" pizzas you can get. Before we moved to Chicago we always loved coming here and getting these pizzas. (Nothing like this in Chicagoland, so on my recent visit I had to get a pizza here!) This location is great, too. Fast, friendly, and always willing to craft something just right.

I ordered a heart-shaped pepperoni and sausage pizza online for Valentine’s Day, and it was coming out of the oven and getting boxed right on time when I went to pick it up. The staff was very friendly, and the inside of the restaurant was clean and spacious. The pizza tasted delicious, as usual, and was prepared perfectly. I drove all the way from San Francisco to treat ourselves to Pizza My Heart, and it was worth the hour round trip to enjoy one of our favorite spots.

It can get pretty crowded at dinner time so I always call in my order, but they have the best non-dairy cheese (Miyoko, cashew based) for pizza so we love to come here! They have pizza available by the slice too. It’s always clean, the bathrooms are good, and I’ve always been able to get a table.

Service was super fast and friendly, my food was ready pretty much once I filled my drink. It was one of the coke touchscreen selector machines, so I got something I never find. There were a great selection of different pizza toppings to use, pretty much anything I would want, and some I wouldn't think of. My only real issue was the atmosphere. I liked the decor, but it felt like it was designed for the kind of dining I was there for. It just felt a little seedy, I didn't want to linger after eating. I've been to worse, especially for this general category of place, but it felt like they were shooting a bit above that. All and all, I'll be back. It will be on my radar for the future.

Pizza is amazing! Only downside is you can't customize by the slice since slices are premade.

I like the old school locations in Capitola and Santa Cruz better, but this location was still good. It tastes a bit more generic, like they've tailored their recipes to go more mainstream as they've expanded. Still an excellent pizza, though!

Pizza is very good, although its kinda on the pricey side. Staff is usually teenagers from local high schools and are usually nice, but I've meet a few that were kinda rude. Overall pizza is really good and they also serve good salads. One little thing that I liked was that they serve single slices of pizza on frisbees and you can buy the frisbee for around 50 cents which I thought was really cool.

It's not the best I've ever had, but beat out my expectations. The crust was rather soggy/greasy on my slice and began falling apart Midway through eating it.

Pizza tasted fine, but it didn't agree with my system. The young dudes working there seemed ok but they were more worried about talking to each other and the girls that walked in. Good TVs for watching Monday night football.

this pizza my heart used to be great when it first opened. the decorations are so cute (especially the giants stuff!) but i feel like now it's gone downhill. the booths are really dirty usually and the pizzas don't seem as good quality anymore. i like their stamp card program -- you can get free sodas, salads, and slices, but definitely don't come here as much as i used to.

Pizza My Heart is a lovable California standby, regardless of location. I went here last week, spent $70 on two medium pizzas. One was a heart shaped pizza… I asked for ricotta, sundried tomatoes, and spinach. They said that the “heart shaped pizza will fall apart with three toppings.” This seemed absurd to me, throw a few spinach leaves on there for me people! Anyway, pizza is satisfactory but value just isn’t there. If I’m going to spend big bucks, Slice House is better taste by a mile.

They really need to keep the Coke machine stocked and not act so annoyed with customers when it is mostly empty. To get to that point, it is just everyone avoiding doing their job all day then being snitty when someone asks.

I gave a tip and they took 20 years to give us our food. I said to give it for here and they put it in a box and I watched them put it on top of the ovens and leave it there while I was sitting at a table they could litterally see me

Ordered a pizza for pickup. I was told 1 hour to pickup. Went in the store and they said gave my pizza away to someone else by mistake. The girl and guy had a full on “you gave his pizza away” conversation in front of me, without even acknowledging me. No apology. Just, “well your pizza will be hot when we make it again”, from I assume the manager girl. They told me to come back again in “10 minutes”. I came back in 15 and the guy that gave my pizza away said “do you want any cheese and peppers”. I shook my head, grabbed my pizza put my hand up, and stormed out the door. Not a “hey I’m really sorry” or “here’s a coupon discount on your next pizza” or “I’ll credit you back some money in this pizza” or anything. So sad that we are in this age of COVID where restaurants are going under, and this one can stay open even while giving out your $25 pizza to someone else. I bet so many restaurants would love to have our business but this one could care less. Safe to say I won’t be going back and safe to say I’ll tell many people I know about the experience.

There were four employees standing around. Refrigerators were almost empty. I wanted a beer. There were none . Not a clean table in the place. The place was freezing and the ac and fans were all on high. Huge crowds of loud kids blocking doors playing with the employees. Not going back.
