Jack in the Box

It is ok, most of the time crew is nice. Not giving 5 stars since they have gotten my order wrong a couple of time. Last visit I noticed my order was wrong when I was already home. I called to let them know, I was missing half of what I ordered but whoever answered the phone just pick up with a "hello". After I confirmed that it was the right place, I tried to explained what happened with my ordered and the guy just hung up on me. Long story short I went back and the manager told me I called the right #, she gave me what I was missing, really nice, and gave me an extra order of fries. Not really looking forward to going back!

This is a decent Jack in the Box. The area can be ugly but the service is good enough. Orders come out quick enough and the food is put together well. Maybe they could upkeep the tables more but other than than cleanliness is fine. Last night the girl working the drive through was nice and gave me sauves.

Will not oder thru uber eats no longer. I ordered tiny loaded tacos, 2 tacos and 3 egg rolls. Did not get option for extra taco sauce or dipping sauce for egg rolls. Thought maybe it would be included now since this not my first time ordering. Nope to extra condiments..NO option. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

They are so busy talking to each other they actually make the customer wait until they have finished their conversation. Once they take the order, they go back to chatting and VERY slowly make your order. I ordered 2 tacos, fries, and a spicy chicken sandwich and had to wait 30+ minutes before I got my food. The drive thru is just as bad something that usually only takes a few minutes takes 15-20 if not more. As for the food, standard Jack in the box quality, terrible for you but sometimes it just sounds so good.

Whoever was working midnight of morning of October 7 should not be there. If you can’t handle low volume of cars, give attitude, cant answer customer questions, and give wrong orders then find another line of work.

Manager I liked, but the staff doesn't look happy to work, gets mad easily, and just doesn't understand how to do their jobs. And I order a chicken bowl and it was full of sauce and chicken tasted un cooked and the way it looked it seemed to of been spit on. Nope wont come here again. The staff gets mad because I a make a special order.

I went to the drive through to order food for my boyfriend and his mom. As I was ordering through the drive through I noticed that Flora, who was taking my order, had put in the wrong sizes for my drinks. I tried to politely correct her and she said “it doesn’t matter”. When I’m fact it’s does because a large milkshake is more money than a large fountain drink. After I pointed out that fact she corrected it. When I was ordering the Jumbo Breakfast Platter I was willing to pay the extra for bacon and sausage, in fact I did end up paying extra but I only received bacon. I did not notice intell I got home. Once home I called them and asked what I could do, if I should come back or What Flora again with her bad attitude came back at me and said “I don’t care” and hung up on me. I then proceeded to get calls from a blocked number or a no caller ID number getting yelled at but I quickly hung up and ignored the rest of the calls. I have contacted corporate to file a formal complaint and I’m waiting to hear back. Edit: April 14,2023 It seems as if their responses on these reviews are automatically added depending on the amount of stars given. I stated I have already contacted corporate and filed a formal complaint and that’s what their automated response wants me to do.

Took 30 mins in drive thru, and staff didn't answer my order. This is a deserved one star restaurant.

The new Grilled Chicken and lastly they said they were out of tacos but then switched and said we are cleaning so we can't make them. I bought my meal June 11th around 12:30 AM. I get if you don't want to work at night but at least do your job correctly.

Very bad place, they did not put my receipt inside the bags and they did not give the fries, really was a bad experience. Be careful with this place.
