Being a veteran employee of McDonald's, do I have drastically reduced the frequency with which I consume it, I've eaten McDonald's all over the country. I have never gotten sick from hotcakes and sausage until coming to this place yesterday. It was absolutely stomach trying to spend the entire day with abdominal cramps and running to the bathroom. The food tasted fresh but my suspicion is it was probably due to poor food handling. Remember a lot of these places have low paid people who could care less how they handle the food or you as a customer. Remember that and just drive the extra half mile down the street to the small donut place on Topanga canyon. It's right across the street from Jack In The box and if you're coming down Topanga from the McDonald's the donut place will be on your right. It's just a small box of the store that you could miss if you don't look closely with very small signs but they rule the neighborhood. I've seen city bus to pick up breakfast from here.. Their breakfasts are super fresh, delicious and I've never gotten sick from their food. The Asian staff is pleasant. My first mind was to go there but I didn't want to drive the extra distance. I regret not doing so.

My reason for giving the food 3 stars is because I ordered a McMuffin, and specifically said "no egg." I was parked, and when I pulled off opened my order it had egg on it. The food was fresh. That part I loved. I would have turned around but was running short on time to get to work. My only advice is to be more mindful of the orders, as some people are highly allergic to certain foods. Great service otherwise. Same issue today. My food was incorrect again.n

There's one register now, or you have to use screens. I guess they're leaning into the fact that this is a popular drive-thru location. Ordered 2 mcgriddles at a screen, no receipt good luck memorizing your order number. Took almost 15 minutes standing at the food dispensing box area before my two items got out to me. TL;DR - USE THE DRIVE-THRU HERE DON'T GO INSIDE. EDIT: Just don't even go here. Go to the one on Sherman Way. These guys can't even figure out how their own drive-thru works. Gave me the wrong food twice now.

Food was good. But this was the first and last time I eat at this location. Floors were very wet, and although they had caution signs, no employee cleaned up the floora throuout our entire stay. Trash was everywhere, most of the tables were not cleaned up after either. We had to sit in the kids play area, which was just as dirty, if not, dirtier. Trashes were completely overfilled. Staff was very friendly, but the place was just trashed.

This location is not 24 hours. App allowed me to place order, but when I got there, was told they were preparing for breakfast. My order was then canceled after telling me to come back in 30 minutes. The deal used was forfeited and not available again until 24 hours later. Save yourself the frustration and go to any other McDonald’s The late night/early morning crew need customer service training

Had a rude encounter with this McDonald’s wouldn’t help to resolve it. Vincent was adamant. He couldn’t help me and he had no one else to intervene so very rude experience will not come back to this place. If I had four hands I would give this four thumbs down.

Do not go to this McDonalds. I ordered in the drive thru and I was about to pay and I handed my card to the drive thru employee. I saw the employee at the drive thru window put my card on top of this high table and saw the guy scratching my card on a possible receipt paper. Then afterwards that’s when he “showed” that he tapped my card on the credit card machine. It was odd coz I thought there was a machine that’s not visible and he was making rubbing gesture of my card then all of a sudden he charged my card on the machine placed on the window

I understand you guys need to pass the mistery shop, but Service has been focused too much on getting customers out, no matter what takes, employees are turning rude and don't care if your order is right or not. Sweet tea most of the time taste sour, like they don't wash they container. Adding to this, they park every car, regardless of the order size and take for ever to bring the food out.

This morning on 7/17/2025 @ approximately 05:35 AM I ordered breakfast for my coworkers and I when my order was taken from the loud speaker from whom I later found out was the manager at that time. She was extremely rude for no reason after I asked what my total was at the end of my order. She cut me off as I was speaking and quickly said “and it’s card only” as to push me through the drive thru. When I got to the window I was greeted by a much nicer and respectful young lady who I asked to add a hash brown to my order that I was not allowed to add at the speaker because the manager was not patient enough to allow me to finish my order. I then with my own eyes saw the manager behind the nicer young lady throw my hash brown in the bag, not place it in the bag, she through it. When I got my food from the nicer young lady I asked her if that was her manager and she said yes. I then asked her what was with her attitude and if there was something I did wrong for her to treat me so badly . The nicer young lady did apologize which I did appreciate but I left there feeling horrible and not wanting to return. I’ve never had an experience like this ever in my life. I hope some kind of disciplinary action be taken. Customers should not have their entire day ruined so early in the morning because of lack of respect for other.

Literally half of three mc flurry is missing. If I go to the McDonald's at reseda, and order the mini mc flurry, it's literally the same size of the full size mc flurry in this spot. TS PMO

I made a Mobil order at 1:12am to be very exact. My boyfriend then went to pick up my food for me. The manager refused to give him my food. My boyfriend then picks me up. The manager still refuses to give me my food because he couldn’t confirm it was my food. Mind you I have the receipt on my phone and a screenshot of it. The two employees are trying their best to help me confirm on the app that I am at the right location. Turns out I am at the correct location the manager just refused to give me my food. I then ask for a refund, they refuse saying it has to be done on the app. I tried on the app it won’t let me without a restaurant receipt. The two regular employees helped me out way more than the manager who literally hid in his office. The manager also refused to give me his name and told me to “google it”. This location needs to train that manager better or fire him and promote the two normal employees who tried everything they could to help me. I was also there intell 2am so almost an hour of my waiting to get my food. I tried to take a picture of this manager but he turned an dan away, probably because he knew he was in the wrong. I’m also attaching the screenshot of my receipt proving I payed. I’m currently waiting for corporate to open so I can make sure I get my refund and if they don’t give it to me I’m just going to place a charge back on my card since I did not receive the food I payed for.
