This service here was so amazing, I’ve never been to any place where I actually enjoyed the interaction like this! He had a great personality and was very interested in talking about the menu even though I told him it was okay because it was my first time! He broke down everything and showed us the little spinny menu to make any other changes to what we order! This guys is a valuable asset to this store and he deserves the recognition for the outstanding customer service he has given everyone! Sitting here waiting for my order and he still has the same energy and enthusiasm for every single customer! I would definitely recommend coming here!

Firehouse subs 🔥 I tried Firehouse subs after my sister raved about how delicious they were she said they are much better then subway. I tried the Prime Rib Steak Sub with prime rib, melted provolone, and caramelized onions with garlic mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, and tomato, all on a toasted sub roll. It was very good! However you can’t compare them to Subway or Togos because they are all good. They all have their own unique taste. The store was clean and the service was friendly and fast.

Jeremy, Mio, and Alayshia were the best part of our very first visit to Firehouse Subs. We are new to town and moving and although we were late arrivals just before closing time, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, accommodating, I can't say how much they made me feel welcomed to town. Thanks for the great service smiles and wonderful welcome. They really are your A team Firehouse this crew is a great representation of how customer service should be. I have eaten here several times. And I love it. I get the brisket sandwich foot long, it’s so big and full. My sister eats the Italian sandwich and says the foot long is too big. I get us drinks and to wrap it up. I get a cookie baby. Yeah!. This my weekly to go spot. Go there you won’t be regret it. Subway and Togos had nothing on this place. Nothing. And don’t forget to donate 1 dollar to first responders that is so awesome how they do that. I always get it to go, but it’s nice and cool as temperature wise and I love that. They have a TV so go enjoy your self.

I ordered a ham, salami and pepperoni sandwich on wheat bread, but it came on white. I asked for sliced jalapeños, they there were none. And I don’t think I’m a fan of the brand of mayonnaise they use but other than that the sandwich was OK. (I also don’t recommend the sliced pickles.) Also the entire time I was ordering, I felt like I was being rushed they weren’t even that busy. Not to mention the guy behind the counter didn’t even ask me if I wanted a combo or not, he just charged me for a sandwich. Then when I stated that I wanted the combo, he didn’t ask me what size drink, he just gave me a large. I don’t know maybe it was that I just had a bad experience at this location. I might try firehouse again, but I still think that Mr. Pickles is way better. From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere.

The food is very enjoyable. I love getting the veggie sub. It's always made to perfection for me. Very rarely is there ever a problem. My husband gets different meat ones every time. He says he can't complain they are quite tasty. The staff are friendly and cool to talk to. I have yet to dine in but the outdoor sitting is always clean and kept up. Cute little tables to enjoy the weather. I enjoy the fall breeze hitting me while digging in . Highly recommend this place.
