Food was good. Place wasn't overly crowded, the waiters were quick to refill drinks and handle the check at the end. No complaints. Oh, also this trip got one of the best sides of calamari I have ever had from there!

The restaurants a little hard to navigate and thats my only complaint, but staff are immensely helpful. The wait staff that attended my date and I's table was very friendly and it felt like she read our minds when we wanted anything else and appeared. I always love getting the shrimp alfredo and Italian rum punch anytime I come.

We have been here couple times as huge groups and personal ones and love the ambience. Food this time was nice and breadsticks were fresh and had a great garlic flavor. We ordered the strawberry vodka drink, tortellini and chicken marsala. The chicken gnocchi soup is what we always go for and the zeppoli is a must. We missed the raspberry dipping sauce along with it this time. Great service this time, we did have few bad ones before but this time it was great!

This place has amazing customer service, and the staff are very professional. The prices are also quite affordable, especially since they include a free salad and a breadstick. That said, I found the spaghetti lacking in flavor and a bit tasteless, though the salad was quite good. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because of the excellent customer service—otherwise, the taste doesn’t really suit me.

Food was good and service was excellent. Highly recommend the baked pastas menu. Chicken gnocchi soup is always good too. See pics for updated pricing. Let's just say that prices have also gone up significantly. Entrees run in the $20-25 range now, but there's the saving grace of endless soup or salad. 2 entrees, 2 non alcoholic drinks, 1 appetizer and dessert can really add up to $100 these days.

It's nice to finally go inside in dine since Covid-19 hit. But be aware this place is only seating %25 but it helps to call in advance for reservation. But for now no huge group seating. But homemade dishes it's nice to treat yourself or afew more to go an eat. Help support restaurants too.

We had a disappointing experience at this Olive Garden due to poor service. I ordered chicken Parmesan, but it was entered incorrectly as grilled chicken parm. To her credit, the waitress took responsibility and had it remade. However, this resulted in my wife eating her meal while I waited, and then by the time my food arrived, she had to sit and watch me eat. Aside from remaking the dish, there was no offer to comp the meal or provide any kind of discount, which was frustrating given the inconvenience. Service throughout the rest of the meal was lacking — we were never asked if we wanted more salad, breadsticks, or Alfredo sauce, and while we didn’t completely run out of water, there was no effort to refill or even check. The waitress rarely came by to check on us. When we finished eating, we waited a long time just to ask for boxes. We weren’t given a bag for the boxes, didn’t receive the usual chocolate mints, and after paying with cash, it took an unusually long time to get our change back. Overall, this was not a good experience and fell well short of the service we expect from Olive Garden.

The food was actually very good and we enjoyed our meal overall. However, there were quite a few issues with the service. Our drink order was incorrect, our food order came out wrong, and even the check had mistakes on it. On top of that, the restrooms were very disappointing — they were dirty, smelled strongly of urine, there was no toilet seat covers, and there was visible poop on the toilet, which was really unpleasant. The food quality itself was good, but the service accuracy and cleanliness really need improvement.

This place use to be standing room only..The 'hostest' sat us in a corner, minus point. The waitrest looked like she just got off her skate board a went straight to her shift. Nose ring and all. My disabled mother in law made a slight mess. I asked for more napkins. Squirel! She for got about us when the bigger party arrived(bigger tip?). I had to walk up front to get more set ups..Our bill came.$15.00? Hows that? We could have paid and walked.. 'oh, sorry, I got busy"..sald she..we left a big tip for the server and, sorry wont be back. Bags of trash from some homeless person on the wall facing sunrise, you know right by the front door..no one could clean it up. Were everone walks by. First impressions are important..but hey, thanks. Saved me alot of money.. This place use to be the 'spot', times have changed, obviously..

It started of well. Family dinner with my husband, mother, grandfather, and my daughter. We all ordered unlimited plates and sodas, except for my daughter. Her meal came our last. The adults enjoyed a bowl of salad, and then it took 30 minutes for soups and noodles to arrive. We asked to have our drinks refilled twice, but everyone was too busy setting up for a large party, including the manager. There was 4 hosts working on that table, so why couldn't my daughter have another juice? And then I stacked our bowls, plates, and cups while waiting for a second serving, and nothing was cleared. It took another 35 minutes before plate 2 arrived, and at that point we were ready to leave. My husband and grandfather both spoke with the manager, but nothing came of that. Our empty cups remained stacked on the table. The food was good, but it was not unlimited, it was very limited.

I placed a take out order for calamari and two chicken Alfredo’s.Totaling 97 dollars and some change.One of my pastas was missing the mushrooms I had added and only put 5 pieces of shrimp for the additional protein I added, mind you it’s 5.29.In addition to that there was barely any pasta in the bowl. When I called to try to resolve the issue I spoke with the store manager Karina. She stated she would send me a gift card to compensate for the incomplete order but it’s been over a week and I have not received it.

Today is my son birthday he wanted to go to you restaurant.. they took us to our table and we wait for 15 minutes for service and mean tiene it was at least about 8 employees passing by us and no greeting no have you been help nothing .. I got up ask the host if we can get some service I went back to the table and they were just talking about who table it was I wasn’t even an urgency to go to the table so we got up went to the host stand ask for manager .. she came up and she just say sorry I just heard what happen i apologize and if you want to stay I will take care of you my self meaning she was going to serve us … whoever the gm is in this location train you managers how to fix the problem on this kind of situation when you guys make a mistake … how her serving me would fix the situation??? I was wondering why Olive Garden is so dead and now I can clearly see why! 2 bowls of pasta and 2 soft drinks came out to 55 dollars! If you order a regular dish from their menu is cheaper than their “never ending pasta bowl”. And this is exactly how they get you. Come for our never ending pasta for 14.99 but in reality they con you for 30. Also their soup and salad is not free, you pay for it with their carefully planned menu and it fills you up so you cannot order more of their “never ending bowl”
