I love Lisa’s Chicken. You get a lot out of food for a good price. Their chicken is so good fresh and hot and not overly seasoned. I Would recommend them over Williams and Popeyes.

First time at this location and i was really impressed. Had hot wings and catfish fillet. The catfish is really top notch! Their prices are also very reasonable. I’ll be back for their 2 piece fish dinner next time. This location was superior to the Arlington location and will be the one I frequent routinely.
The food is served always fresh customer service is great! The fish is not catfish but it is seasoned very well PRICING CAN NOT BE BEAT $9.00 FOR A MEAL AND DRINK IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF NOW DAYS
First with the service, it was great! I think it might have been the owners daughter and she couldn't have been more polite, while dealing with a very busy business and having to deal with an employee. The food is outrageously good, seasoned very well, the chicken was juicy, the gizzards required no hot sauce and we're not overcooked like other places (Chicken Express). I chose to drive 45 minutes round trip to get this amazing chicken and cannot recommend them enough. Don't let the location scare you off, this place puts it 💯.
This was my first time trying this spot. Hubby always raves about it, so I figured why not. I was very pleased with the food along with the serving portions and cost. Their establishment was very clean and the customer service was great. If it's fried chicken that you're craving then this is your spot. It was so nice and crispy too. Just how I like it😁 We will definitely be back.👍 Wed. 05/17/2023- Food was delish and the prices are very reasonable. I had the 2 piece leg and thigh with Mac n Cheese and fried Okra. 😋 Friday, Jan 3, 2025- Food, service, portions, and price is still on point. It did not disappoint 👍👍
Mmmm mmmm good chicken 🐔🍗 but if you're tired of chicken they have an expanded menu of sea food and other specialties. Daily specials keep me coming back. The staff is friendly and jokes around.

The best shrimp! Skip the chain drive thrus of Cedar Hill and Duncanville, Lisa's has large servings of delicious food. The breading was really good. Everything tasted like homemade, but better.
Chicken was hot and good. I got the special, they cook everything fresh. Anything fried you want they got! Fish, chicken fried steak, okra. But be careful they got lots of boxes of soda sitting at windows. You order at one window and pick up at another.
Lisa"s Chicken/Shrimp has some favorites of mine for $6.59. Heckuva a deal. Fried pork chop or Chicken fried steak -2sides-jalapeno-roll.
Chicken is always hot and fresh. Gizzard are always fried hard, just like I like them. Sides are always good, except for the mashed potatoes, they taste like instant potatoes. The building is always clean, the prices are reasonable, and the service is great. This is one of my favorite spots, they haven't disappointed yet.
I got a couple of things just to try them out. The 1st was 5pc mix chicken meal with fries and mac&cheese, 2nd 6pc shrimp meal with fritters and coleslaw, 3rd 2pc fish only and side corn on cobb. The chicken reminds me of Williams but just a tad bit more flavor, fries (can't give a truthful opinion I'm just a potato person period) but the Mac&Cheese is just that, noodles and cheese, no flavor and mushy. Corn was the same way mushy! Shrimp and was popping fresh and hot right along with the fritters and coleslaw (need its own container not with hot food). Forgot to take pic of chicken plate but if you've had Williams chicken you know what it look like then.
I moved out of state 3 years ago, so it's been a minute. The chicken was OK, nothing special. The fish was thin, salty, and mostly breading, especially if you get a thinner one like one of mine. The fish texture was mushy. I'd skip that. Mac n cheese was good, coleslaw average. Not as good as I remember. Portions were good
This place was recommended by a family member... not very friendly but the food is made to order and was ok. We spent about $30 for two people.
2nd time I take time to stop at this location and the quality was not good. 1st time chicken was dry . And 2nd time I ordered jalapeno poppers . The cheese was oozing out into the package and when I bit into them and they were almost empty of cheese. . And I don’t know what was going on, but the time it took to get my order and the other cars that were in front of me were really ridiculous. I waited about 15 minutes .
I promise this food isn’t good enough for this place to have unfriendly and rude customer service. Mason’s seafood and chicken were more than happy to serve me with a smile on their face
Came on a Sunday, today, waited in line as the drive thru was packed. Waited for 15-20 minutes, just to receive old chicken. I guess you can only expect fresh chicken when they open. A waist of money when they didn’t even give what was asked for I paid for a 3 and 2 piece mix with a wing instead take a breast that’s dried out had been sitting. Never again! Too many other options than this place.
