This location has really improved since my first encounter about a year or 2 ago.... i always go and get my pizzas bc ive read the reviews regarding delivery and its right around the corner, but the service now in store is great and the young ladies are friendly, my pizzas are always hot and stay hot until I can make it home, and they're ready on time. I also haven't had a wrong order yet so I gladly come back to this location. Thank you!!!
Stop for a quick bite. It was very convenient next to UpS, so I was to take care of the business walkout to an eatery. I ordered a mini beef and sausage pizza. I was not disappointed. The young lady was very polite and the service was fast. There's chairs so you can sit and wait for your pizza. 🍕 was good. If you need a quick bite this is a good one.
Finally making a review, but a month or two ago. I ordered large pizza a personal pizza and wings around 7. Large pizza was undercooked and halfway through eating my personal pizza , hair was in my wings! I had my hair up in a hat & it’s brown so it definitely wasn’t mine. I took it back to the store and the manager was useless, he couldn’t offer a refund or to remake my order. He offered to remake the wings and put my pizza in the warmer. NO THANKS. (It looked like his hair also) I didn’t bother the next day to talk to the other manager they have.
My pizza was missing a topping, had me wait more than 15 minutes for another pizza. No customer service, not a good experience at this location.
Order wasn’t ready at pickup, no problem…came back, and staff said they didn’t even know when it would be ready, with attitude. Had to cancel. Been here multiple times over the years since it’s closest to me, and it’s always a poor experience.
Delivered by door dash! Stupid person dropped the pizza off in the driveway which is in the alley! Who does this!!!!
Ordered delivery online and would give negative stars if I could. We watched the status stay stuck in preparing. Three drivers appeared to have gone to the restaurant for our order. We received a message for the first one, then the second which stated our order was not ready and they released it. Then the third who said the store told them the pizza had already been picked up. In the meantime, we tried calling the store. The call was answered by the lady at the store and I was told to please hold. 15 minutes went by and she never came back so we called with another number and the call center answered. They sent us to the store. She picked up and told us to hold again. After another 10 minutes had passed, no answer from the 3rd driver, my husband drove to the store and witnessed firsthand the lady answer the call and put the caller on hold. She told him the order had already been picked up by someone (who? we have no idea). She asked if we wanted her to put another to bake and we asked to cancel the order. No apology or anything. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and going to Dominos or Pizza Patron or Costco.

Horrible service! They forgot my wings and it took longer for them to make it, then I had to reheat my pizza at home. Do not go here.
So , I ordered from pizza hut and didn't know door dash delivered for them. I stop using door dash due to a not so good experience. I will not order from here since they using door dash.
Disappointed yet again by Pizza Hut, and for the last time. After multiple bad experiences, I decided to give them one last try. This time at the Cedar Hill location. I placed an order online, was charged, but the order never showed up in their system or my order history. When I called to ask what steps to take, the person who answered was rude and unhelpful. No greeting, no effort to assist, and clearly unsure how to handle the situation. After pushing her to check with a manager, I overheard the manager shouting in the background that my money would "probably" be refunded. No one bothered to speak to me directly or offer a proper resolution. I called back to express concern over how poorly the situation was handled, only to be met with more attitude from the manager herself. She initially refused to give me her name until I insisted. She eventually claimed her name was Connie (whether that's true or not, I can't say). With so many pizza options in Cedar Hill, there’s absolutely no reason to deal with this kind of customer service. Pizza Hut really needs to evaluate who they’re hiring at both the store and district levels. The customer experience here is consistently disappointing.
Well today I decided to order some pizza online and I had my son to go get it pepperoni large pepperoni pieces after getting the pizza. I took a couple bites of a slice of a pizza and it was very very salty. I waited for a little while for it to cool down, you know kind of loop warm or whatever and then began to try to take another pint to see if it was just hot and taste and salty or wet so anyway, I started back eating by again taking a bite again sorry and all I can taste with salt. I called Pizza Hut to talk to the manager about my concern that you know, maybe it was cheese maybe it was the cheese that’s making it salty or whatever condiment that they put on it. The guy insisted on telling me he could do anything about it and you know like to call somebody tomorrow and isn’t it? I will never eat there again bad customer service and the pizza like I said it was not tasty. I should not have to taste salt every time you don’t put salt on it, but I’m telling him that something that they use the condiments or whatever or the cheese was making it salty they didn’t try to help me in no kind of way. I really didn’t want my money back. I just wanted a good pizza so I’m very disappointed in them I won’t be buying pizza from Pizza Hut at 1382 bad customer service and the food wasn’t good thank you
The big New Yorker was undercooked, dough was soggy & meat & toppings were greasy. Josh, the manager, said that how this pizza comes big & greasy. My husband & I both got sick shortly after trying to eat this pizza 🍕. Josh was unable or unwilling to give us the managers email or a phone number. We are regulars here but this left a bad taste , no pun intended, in our mouth!
Cedar Hill Pizza Hut deserves NO STARS!!!!! Cooked and delivered wrong pizza. I spent over $35. When I called the store, the young man was rude and basically implied that I was incompetent. He told me I need to learn how to order pizza. I told him I have been ordering online with this account for years. I was very offended. I will not be going back to Pizza Hut!!!! I have spent a lot of money with them for years.
The experience was not great. I ordered pizza online, and none of the meats went through, so none had meats. When I realized it asked to be remade, I had to purchase half price to make it over, so I asked for my money back. I was told no only store credit. The manager was rude on the phone and not professional. Pizza Hut sucks now. Normally, I deal with Domino's way better service, but I wanted Pizza Hut.
Ordered a delivery of wings. When eating the wings, my husband started spitting out clumps of hair. When we reached out to the manager, he requested us to bring the hair and food back. We ordered delivery and paid the fee for a reason. We have a three month old baby that we are not putting back in the car just to return the food. We were not calling looking for anything but to make them aware, but he acted like he didn’t believe us. When asking why he wanted the hair back he said so it could be tested in a lab to see if it was them or if it was the company who makes the food. All we wanted was some acknowledgment and he was rude. It shouldn’t be on us to have to bring the food back because they are not clean! They should be checking there food and wearing proper protection.See photo!
If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. But I'll have to settle for the 1. PLEASE speak with the Owner of this location. It's the only one actually located in our small town. I received the tracking notice via text that my order was on the way. I waited 45 minutes. I called the store and I was told it was out for delivery. I waited another 20 minutes. I called back and he stated the driver called me multiple times and left a voicemail. I assured him that there were no missed calls and no voicemail. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Then the Manager got on the phone. He called himself "Max" and began to integrate me. I assured him that I was not lying. He asked me to look outside the door. And I asked him why would I need to do that? Obviously I want my order but now I want a refund. He began to giggle. As if this were a game to him. I did receive my refund. But this isn't the first bad experience I've had with this one and only location in town. However, it's the second and the last time I'll be ordering from them. I'd rather drive to Duncanville and spend my money there.
I paid $55 for my order. I got it about 1 1/2 hrs. It was cold, was not what I wanted and some of the slices were moved . I got to take the food back to them an asked for my money back. They didn’t even asked me to replace my order back. It’s the second time I have the same experience in this place.
I ordered the edge pizza bc it looks so appealing on tv. It stated toppings all the way to the edge. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, it was anything but what was advertised. Along with being overcooked and burned. When I asked for it to be remade, the little young manager told me that's the way it looks and that the cheese is burned. I didn't request burned cheese wth. This is ridiculous!
