Excellent food; my burger was cooked fresh and to perfection; hot and very delicious on their in-house baked buns. Seasoned potato wedges were great as well. The fresh salad bar provided great toppings. Courtney provided the best customer service that I've ever received; she cleaned our table, she brought our food to us, and followed up with us to ensure if we were enjoying our meals. I will always make this location my pit stop traveling on I-85.

Amazing. They shut down the location near my house, so it's always a treat when we do go by one. We always faithfully stop. I will always recommend this place. I got a turkey burger on this visit, but I've never been disappointed with anything I get.

Hamburger was perfectly cooked and the french fries were nice and crispy. The melted cheese for my burger was delicious. Restaurant was nice and clean even though I was there right after the lunch rush.

Oh, it was a delicious experience. That was the best burger that I have had in years. I'm so glad that my husband found this place while traveling to Georgia. Hickory, NC used to have Fuddruckers many years ago. This brought back many good memories of dining there. Thank you so much!♥️

First of all there was no A/C. The food was great but they forgot a couple of toppings like the bacon and chili I ordered.

Just absolutely love the people who take our order, cook our food, and call us to pick up our order. We don't even have to clean up after ourselves. They clean the tables. If you are cold natured remember to take a sweater as it is an icebox in there. The ones cooking the food are extremely hot so they adjust the thermostat to keep them comfortable. My grilled chicken salad is great.

My family and I always enjoyed going to Fuddruckers, but the one near our house closed up. So, while in Anderson on a business trip, I went to Fuddruckers. It was just as I remembered. Good burgers with fresh toppings you can add yourself. It is much better than fast food burgers from the major chains. Plus they offer shakes and sundaes.

No power so we were looking for somewhere open on a Sunday evening. Discovered Fuddruckers. Very relaxed family friendly restaurant. Line to order moved very quickly and staff were all super friendly. The mushroom/swiss burger was amazing and the onion rings some of the best I've ever had. We will definitely be returning to try other menu items!

Stopped in on our way back to Charlotte and what a great experience! Since they closed the Fuddruckers in Charlotte it was nice to stop and get a great burger! Place looked nice and clean, staff were awesome and the food was just as great as we expected. You never know what you miss till it’s gone and it was great to have their burgers and chicken sandwich back again! The fixings bar was well stocked and had everything you could want and fresh too!! That’s what makes this place the best... build your sandwich any way you like! Took home some of their great cookies as well! Chocolate chip and oatmeal... best cookies ever! Can’t say enough about the staff... very caring and made sure we had everything and it was correct and to our liking! Manager stopped at the table to ensure everything meet our expectations. If you’re passing through our love in the area do stop in-you will be delighted! Look forward to our next road trip so we can stop again

I have always loved their hamburgers and their onion rings are amazing. Not only do they actually give you a good size portion but it’s like eating a blooming onion. We went there last night though and after a long day in meetings I was already tired and it took much longer than usual to get the food. The staff was hustling so much and was so nice though. They were even out of lettuce but the manager (Chris) saw my disappointment and found some lettuce in the back and brought some to my table without me even asking. Sometimes you have to wait longer at restaurants but i always notice when it’s not because of the lack of hustle from the crew and that was the case here. Customer service ALWAYS makes a big difference. Thank you Chris and team!

Wonderful nostalgic restaurant! Family friendly environment! Really cool that you're given the ability to add your own toppings to your burger! My girlfriend and I both really enjoyed our burgers and for the price, you absolutely can't beat it! If you're in the Anderson area and want somewhere nice to grab a bite, I'd definitely recommend giving Fuddruckers a try!

I met my son and my grandson here for lunch on monday at twelve forty-five. We were served at the walkup counter quickly as there was only one other couple ahead of us. There was plenty of seating and most of it was available, so we sat in the back at a large table so that we could catch up without interrupting, as we did have a four month old baby with us. It was less than 10 minutes before we were called to pick up our food, the french fries were not ready at the time, the burgers were served, however, the staff member stated he would bring them out to our table, which he did. I've always loved Fuddruckers and today I remember why. The only thing that was disappointing was they did not have the hot cheese with jalapeno sauce. The cheese sauce that they did have tasted a little burnt. Aside from that small inconvenience, everything else was fresh, the presentation was great, the restaurant was clean and the staff members were really nice. The bathrooms were large in spacious and handicapped accessible.

You can not beat this place for hamburgers, cook to your liking, has a great place to hang out, play a few video games, watch your favorite sports team on the many TV's they have... an open veggie bar for all the toppings to enjoy, our favorite is the hot cheese to dip your wedged fries in...they have a bakery for those sweet treats of cookies 🍪, brownies, blondies, and milk shakes... all kids meals come with a free cookie...fresh buns made daily and sold in bakery to take some home if you choose to...Bathrooms always clean...they also have Chicken strips, grilled chicken sandwiches, and other choices off menu as well...go to their website to view all that is on the menu...When we think "good hamburger" THIS IS OUR CHOICE EVERYTIME!!! Great quality burgers. Not much more expensive than going to a fast food place, anymore. Employees are always superb and pleasant. The cushions on the booths need to be replaced, but, that's common everywhere. They've won us over as patrons, and we've gone a few times in the past two months.

Fudd is so underrated. It has nostalgia and interfacing that you don't typically get in restaurants these days. The separated bakery and quaint video game selection really make you feel comfortable and not in a rush to enjoy your food. The staff was wonderful. Smart, funny, and interactive. I can not say enough good words about them and especially the chef. One man working the lunch time line and creating a better version of something everyone does everywhere. The food was immaculately cooked and placed. This chef has tremendous experience and cares about his product. I can not recommend this location enough.

Haven't been to a fudruckers since I was like 14. They pretty much closed all the locations where I use to live. Then I saw them out here and had to relive that memory of going in to order a burger with a fresh bun thT was just made that morning. It was delish... and this is what I built.... the hangover burger.

I ordered the bacon jam burger in the photo attached. All the garnish is what I added from the self serve bar there. For the most part the burger was great and came out fresh. The French fries were greatly seasoned and tasted good also. Will eat here again

My family of 5 went here last night, we got 3 adult burgers with fries added on and 2 kids meals and it was over $60.00, to me that was pricey. We enjoyed our burgers but all the fries were cold and they barely gave us any. We all enjoyed adding our own toppings and they seemed to constantly be cleaning up the dinning area which was nice to see( it wasn't busy though). Bottom line we will not be back just based on price but not a bad place to eat if you have the money.

The food was delicious especially the "bacon jam" burger which blended the salty bacon flavor with sweet jam flavor for a savory combination. The spacing was nice, the atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would change is a menu you can read while in line to order. We enjoy a good Fuddruckers burger as we enjoy all their sides and their tasty fries. What we were disappointed in, they changed their yummy cheese sauce. Now it reminds me of powder stuff they mix together with water or milk. Kind of gritty. I got their pimento cheese/bacon, 1/3 lb burger and it was very good. Husband got his typical 1/3 lb plain burger as he uses their cheese sauce as his cheese. We did have an issue with our bill as a new guy wasn't quite sure what he was supposed to do. The mgr rectified the problem and adjusted our bill. We split a chocolate shake and it definitely could've been thicker. Kind of runny. We'll be back.

We got there close to closing time (odd that a restaurant closes at 8:30pm on a Friday night), so the food quality wasn't as good as normal. I got the Hangover burger, and the bacon and egg was overcooked, as well as the burger being a bit on the drier side. Also a bit skimpy on the potatoes and sweet potato fries we ordered...probably not worth the $5 spent on sweet potato fries. The burger toppings bar probably could have been a bit fresher, but I can understand them not wanting to refresh the bar (namely the shredded lettuce) so close to closing time.

Okay. So, first time ever at a Fuddruckers. It was good. If you've never been to one, you order your burger, including any premium toppings (I got the "sriracha" [it tasted nothing like sriracha] pimento cheese and bacon burger), and then they have a small toppings bar for your fresh toppings and condiments (including hot cheese sauce). The patty itself was great. the buns were sturdy, sizeable, and also great. My only complaint about the food was that we both got onion rings and they were ICE COLD. It just wasn't worth the price. Nearly $50 after tax and tip (I would not have tipped so much if I'd known how little service is actually performed for you, but still). If the whole experience was $15 less I'd be excited to go back.

As I'm from Chicago I was excited to find a fuddruckers as all the ones in Chicago closed over 5 years ago. The place was clean and the topping bar was well stocked. I should of ordered a 1/2 pound burger as it's easier to cook to a medium temperature. My 1/3 pound was slightly overcooked but nothing the cheese sauce couldn't fix. The buns are so good and fresh along with the fries covered in the cheese sauce. I just wish the burger was more medium and next time I'll order the bigger one so it's easier to cook. It reminded me of all the times we went with our kids when they were young to fuddruckers. They always had to get a cookie.

First time visiting this chain. We dined around 5pm on Sunday. Burgers were very tasty, however me and my husband ordered ours medium- his came out correct, mine came out well done. Odd. But all the toppings were very fresh and appealing. Onion rings looked hand breaded and tasted great! Cashier was friendly and helpful. The floors could have used some touching up, but everything else seemed very clean! Overall good experience we will be back.

I went here with an entire college baseball team and staff, and they served all of us pretty quickly! I was just glad they had my go-to at Fudd's--the bison burger! I added sauteed mushrooms for the first time since I wasn't paying. I always get extra seasoning salt! Learned that from trips with my mom, haha

I really love Fuddruckers but there is no longer one anywhere near me. So I was happy to see one while on vacation. The food was really good. There burgers were delicious. The staff was friendly enough, but I am also cutting them some slack for working on New Years eve day. The restaurant wasn't as clean looking as I would expect, but it was mainly the tables. The condiment bar was very clean and the kitchen area appeared well maintained. Would eat here again!

Stopped in while driving through and we are happy we did. Very nostalgic! Even on a Monday afternoon the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our burgers and onion rings, however, I was not a fan on the fudd spuds. They are like potato wedges with no crisp. If you are a fry lover and have never been here I would recommend their "skinny fries". Overall delicious, quick and fresh.

Very nostalgic visit to a chain that serves up some great burgers. Fuddruckers is one of my very favorite burger places to eat. I love the selection of burgers, as well as all the many toppings that you can add yourself after you receive your burger. Staff was very friendly. Food came out hot and fresh. I love their spuds with some of the hot cheese that is self serve at the counter. Clean friendly atmosphere. Great place for family fun and a good meal. The whole place was clean and the staff are very helpful. Got a chocolate chip cookie and a fudge brownie to go. Would love to come back here soon.

Good place to get a Burger. The fresh condiments were good. Was low on lettuce & onion. The tomatoes were not as fresh as last other than that the fresh bread was good. Descent but not like it used to be at all👍

The service was good we just ordered at the counter and picked up food so not that much interaction with the staff. My burger and fries were good but the condiment counter was not as fresh as it could be. The lettuce was kind of limp and discolored. The condiment dispensers needed a real good wipe down. The atmosphere was okay it was kind of loud but it's Fuddruckers so that's what I expect.

It seems to be struggling a lot since it's hayday. The front counter and booths are in dire need of a face lift. And the music is played too loud though they still play great songs. I surprised it's still open. The Covid lock down and subsequent inflation did a lot of damage to all the food chains.

In the past it's been good but this time the onion rings are super salty and their ground beef must be 60/40 so they need to upgrade their ground beef

NORMALLY this burger is the best in this area. Been going there for years. BUT the last two times i explicitly ask for my burger rare and both last times it's been med-well. And this is after i already pre-tip the food workers. I will give them one more chance. If you don't want to prepare the burger the way the customer asks then DONT ASK!

I have unfortunately had to change my review & rating. The food portions have gotten significantly smaller especially the grilled chicken sandwich which is about half of the chicken breast and the sweet potato fries which are just about 10 of them. This is also the second time in a row that they have left the cheese off my sandwich even though I paid for it and I had to go back and ask for it to be put on. The person who serves the food at the window and calls your name out is quite rude and doesn't say thank you or you're welcome when you say thank you.

Traveling for hours on the interstate we were very hungry. Used to go to Fuddruckers in a larger city we used to live in, was always so good. Saw this one coming up and was excited to eat here. We'll, the service was terrible. The girl taking our order was curt, rude, and seemingly only worried about her boyfriend that was hanging out. The restaurant was not very clean. Carpet was nasty, smelled like mildew, excessive condensation dripping from all the ductwork. The food was ok though. Very disgusting visit.

Went on a Friday night but there wasn't a long line to order so we thought it would be quick, we were wrong. It took probably close to 45 minutes to get our order of 4 burgers. They were also out of cheddar cheese. They did refresh the toppings bar while we there which was nice. Overall the burgers were bland and not what I remember from years past. And my son had a double ordered medium and 1 patty was medium rare and the other was well done.

She appeared bewildered when the called our name before them. (Neither of us could understand what name they called, I went to see.) Got to the toppings bar (EEK!) No lettuce, scrape the tin for all-day there tomato mixture, no sliced onion. Went to apparently the shift manager. He said they had a big party that wiped it out. The party was finishing up getting drinks to go, saying their good byes. They "wiped it out long before we even got our food." Took over an hour to get our food. Can't understand person calling out names. Out of tea, no cheese sauce, out of several things on toppings bar. Burgers and fries were good but very disappointed I couldn't fix my meal like I wanted after waiting over an hour!

I went to fuddruckers for Mother's day to celebrate, and to have a nice dinner. We went and ordered, and realized after we realized before we received our food that they were out of cheese sauce. We asked many employees about the cheese sauce including the manager, and they all said that they would have it out in a minute. We waited over 30 minutes after asking over 10 more times, and they then told us that they weren't going to heat up the cheese for us, because it takes 30 minutes to do.(Even though we asked 30 minutes ago) The manager also blamed it on my brother, because he was the first to ask. The manager told my brother originally that they were out of cheese sauce, and told him that he could get it in a minute. My dad went up 30 minutes later and asked about the cheese sauce, and the manager said asked, "Did your son not relay the message?". This was so rude and we will not be coming back. We spent over 100 dollars here and we will be telling everybody about this very unpleasant experience, and recommending everyone to turn to another burger joint. This was the worst customer service I have ever gotten, and all the tables were filthy.(we had to wipe and clear our own table.) P.S. There were many customers who complained about these exact same points that I went over in this review

Food was okay. However, all of the employees behind the counter were on their phones. All employees (even the ones cooking) that had long hair had their hair down and long enough to land in food while cooking. Won't be back.

First time I've eaten at fuddruckers in decades. It was very disappointing. The burger was absolutely the worst I've ever had. the topping bar was very small, the essentials and nothing more it was nothing like what it was like the last time I went. For what they offered on the topping bar, i could have gone to any burger joint. The onion rings were horrible. For the price, I could have gone to any stake house and got something decent. This will be my last time going to Fuddruckers.

Closed early. When asked about it, the manager shrugged his shoulders and said “I know we just ran out of stuff so I decided to close early.”

Food was good and fresh bur a lot of dirty tables. We had to clean off a table ti eat! Told them when we ordered tables needed to be cleaned but no one done it. Over half of the tables had plates and cups on them and they were NOT busy! We should have gotten a discount for having toclean our table.

I am a food delivery driver and had an order from here. They didn't bag it. The carry out tray had chili stains on it and the customer refused the order when I arrived to drop it off. Instead of the $10 I should have made for the delivery I got $3 which did include $1 from the customer. Every where else I've picked up from at least bags the order and most seal the bags. Don't know about the quality of their food but after I was stuck with it I started to eat it myself but after I looked at it I didn't want it and my wife wouldn't eat it either. Very disappointed 😞

Arrived at 7:20pm on Friday evening and had the door locked right in front of me and my family. The girl looked straight at us through the door and offered no explanation or apology. The sign on the door clearly stated that the restaurant was open until 8:30pm. One gentleman who was a customer had went to the car for his jacket was also locked out. He had to call his family inside to get back in. Very disappointed tonight.
