I come here regularly. The staff and kind and accommodating. Recommend! Parking can be hard but there’s a garage around the corner and a 15 minute spot right in front of the restaurant.
Ordered pick up from the mcbee street location. The parking garage has free parking for the first hour. Food was great as expected. I did order a chocolate chip cookie and was given two rasin cookies instead. I am assuming that they didn't have any chocolate chip cookies left since I was ordering dinner. I used the app which makes order and pick up easy and quick.

FOOD> The clever clerk helped me put a healthy spin on my favorite #12 Toasted Beach Club - A classic turkey sandwich with hand-sliced turkey, provolone cheese, and avocado spread, often served toasted by putting it on wheat bread! It was delicious 😋 and hearty. In hospital ordered because they delivered. The service was great they text and called ensure I retrieved my order. Then trying the food I couldn’t have asked for a better experience while feeling grief and anxiety. Thanks to the guys who worked 5/27/2025
Went in after 8pm on a Saturday, guy was fast and accurate and away we went. Thanks, would recommend!!😋

Very tasy subs. Out of strawberry lemonade today. Almost out of regular lemonade. Always incredibly understaffed, even on weekends there is 1 employee both taking orders and making sandwiches. I wanted to make a catering order one day, but when I saw that there was only 1 person working, I decided to somewhere else.
Placed an online order for lunch at shortly after 12pm. Got to the store about 12mins after ordering. Took almost 30minutes to get my food. Several other people came in, ordered at the register, got their food and left. I told them I was waiting for a pickup when I had arrived but never got any update or was asked what order I was waiting for. I finally went and asked if it was being fixed and they said it was next. They handed me my sandwich without bagging it or including the cookie or my drink cup. Pretty disappointed with the service. I’ve been to this location many times and have never had to wait as long as I did this trip. I will say the sandwich was made correctly and tasted great just wish the customer service and speed of service was better. I mean after all their logo is “Freaky Fast”. Inside of store was clean and there is both indoor and outdoor seating.

Sandwich tastes great as usual, but management here needs to train their staff. The staff member who took my phone was using her phone the entire time while taking orders. Completely unprofessional.
You need to change your slogan!!! You are not freaky fast. I have had SEVERAL occasions where it has taken over 30mins to 1hr to receive my food. I have spoken with a manager regarding this issue before and he was semi-rude as well.
I understand this location is a high demand. I ordered here 6times maybe more out of the month. What’s super irritating is that there’s no communication that the store is short staffed or is a long wait period. I have to wait 25-30 mins after order is out for delivery to eat my food. Cold meat turns to warm meat and cold drinks to water down. Apparently the owner or mgr do not care about customer satisfaction. It’s get all the money I can. This franchise overall needs a better system to cut off the wait time for customers. The delivery guys are nice but will let you know they want their tips! Also to mentioned I’m located 3 mins from the location.
I ordered a sandwich for delivery, I’ve had plenty of sandwiches delivered in the past with no issue. This last time it never showed up. Whoever was delivering marked it as delivered, I was at work and by the time I got off work and called they were closed. There’s no where on the app to request a refund or complaint

I could have gone to any store, requested fresh cut meats, made my own sandwich and eaten it in the amount of time it takes to receive my delivery. Unfortunately I can’t do this because I have limited time for lunch.

Are you Jimmy John's fairly often usually in Duncan or on Pelham Road. I was on my way to work today close to downtown Greenville so I ordered him a sandwich from the McBee Street location. When I arrived only one person was making sandwiches and moving very slowly so I have to wait about 10 more minutes even though there was only one customer. I had ordered the totally tuna with extra cucumbers and pickles. I took my sandwich and headed to work only to find out that all of the cucumbers and all of the pickles have been freezer burnt. They were transparent and soggy. There was also very little tuna on the bread. It was the worst Jimmy John's sandwich I had ever received and food like that should never be allowed to leave the store
I come in the store and he doesn’t acknowledge me while it is completely empty. I step up to order and tell him that I have an order for pickup and he proceeds to tell me he’s out of jimmy pepper’s. I watch him sloppily put together my sandwich since I’m already there and then he goes to unwrap it after he’s done to make sure he didn’t forget anything. Mind you, I’ve been there the whole entire time and he decides to place my bag on the opposite side of the counter instead of handing it to me. Terrible experience and sloppy attitude by the employee. Will not be coming back to the downtown location!
first time ever ordering. ordered online for a delivery literally one block away. side was missing. walked to the store after work, the person working just stared at me. no greeting. no “how may i help you” so i played dumb and just waited for them to say something. i explained my situation and the manager’s solution was to take money out of the tips for a refund because Multi Million Dollar Jimmy John’s doesn’t have a way to do partial refunds. so they just steal money from their customers, i guess. you can’t tell me in all years of business they haven’t ever forgotten an item in an order and have never thought of a way to partially refund. only offer was store credit or app credit, however this was a horrible first experience so why would i ever go back? save your money and pick up a Publix Sub two blocks over. using tip money as a refund is wild!!?!! called customer service and they were absolutely no help. how in the world are they a functioning business?
I ordered food an hour before close for delivery to my office that is 4 minutes from the nearest location. The order was received and at 20:30 the order said it was out for delivery. I know that some of the guys that deliver from that location (141 E McBee Ave., Greenville, SC 29601) ride bikes so i wasn’t expecting it to get here in exactly 4-5 minutes. So i started another task at work and got entwined in the task enough that i lost track of time. When i looked at the clock it was 21:05 so i checked the tracker and it said delivered but i never received a notification of delivery and the food is no where to be found on the premises. I also checked the cameras we have around the building and no one has tried to deliver anything. I even left delivery instructions on where the office door was located. I called and apparently they had no delivery drivers/riders and they handed it out to a third party, i never received my food and since its now past hours of operation i don't have a dinner for the night since i work night shift 19:00-07:00. Terrible experience overall.

I ordered a sub with some add ons, when I got home they weren’t on the sub, so I called ,and the manager told me she doesn’t make mistakes. What, So I am lying? Ok so I’ll send photos.. she says I need to drive it back to show her. I told her I’m not wasting 30min of my time for a $7 sub please refund it. I asked for her name, to which she asked “why does that matter”, I said so I can call corporate to discuss this. She said ‘I’m not helping you now, and hung up’. For the record, I added photos of the sub with all the add ons that the lady that doesn’t make mistakes put on there for me. Good job Jimmy John’s. If this is how your management functions than I have no problem letting the world know that this young female manager that worked on this Sunday SUCKS. And she’s ignorant and rude.
Would not recommend. Rude staff. One cussed my husband because he got lost last week on delivery. Today while dining in one joked about trying to sneeze on the bag to “give the customers more”. This behavior is simply not acceptable and completely nauseating. Who owns this place anyway? Do better.
