The food here is great and so is the service. Have never been to an establishment so determined to make every customers expensive great. Every time i’ve been all of the staff have been overly kind. I’ve seen burger 3000 grow from a tent in reseda to a tent on the lot they are now, and continue to see them add to their already established restaurant. Not only is their food amazing (i recommend the Oklahoma burger and chopped cheese fries) you can tell the owner and workers are truly passionate about running the business.

I can't rave enough about their burgers. Simply epic. Absolutely cravable. Try the Space Jam! I am loving that they are expanding in LA as well.

I was passing through Northridge and I decided to pop into this place to grab a quick bite. I was blown away by the quality of the burger. They claim that their burgers are made with wagyu beef, but the real star of the show is the bacon which was so big and juicy I thought it was pastrami. I ordered the Larry. It was an absolutely heavenly experience. I don't come this was often, but if I do, now I know where to go.

Just tried this place. The Oklahoma is heavenly. I believe the first words out of me after that first bite was “Who told them they were allowed to be this good?” The burger patties were cooked perfectly. The seasoned fries were SEASONED.

I just had one of the best burgers of my life at Burger3000! From the first bite, the flavor was next-level! The seasoning was absolutely perfect, making every bite juicy and full of taste. The atmosphere was just as impressive, cozy, welcoming, and had a great vibe that made the whole experience even better. Saw the Space Jam Burger on Tik Tok and had to try it! The least to say it didnt disappoint. All the flavors in it combined so well, it was a wondefu delicious combination. The staff was super friendly and took care of us right away! Im definitely coming back with some more friends!

One of the best burgers we had in the Valley! Hailey was super nice and accommodating. She made sure we all have what we need! Food was made fresh so expect to wait a little for your order, but the wait is worth it tbh will def go back for some burger cravings!

Eleanor was our cashier, she gave top tier service, explained the menu to us very detailed and was patient with us while we ordered our food. She was very helpful and helped us pick what would suit us best. Great atmosphere, amazing customer service, the food was delicious. Everything was very flavorful and tasty, one of my favorite smash burger spots. The seating is generous and you don’t have to fight for a table just to sit down. Food came out as described, even the classic fries were amazing. 10/10 recommend, will come back to try other items on the menu

Short Review: Friendly team with great enthusiasm. Burger and fries itself are standard. Pretty decent smash burger not the best. Paid for extra toppings of bacon, kimchi and jalepenos on both burgers and didn’t receive them. If there is a long line I would skip it. Long review bare with me: Brand new, burger street food stand in Reseda, located on Saticoy. Burger 3000 LA has been getting serious publicity, reviews and love on the social media scene. Since it was so close to my house I had to check it out. I met the owners, the cook, and their whole team. Owner told me to leave an honest review on Yelp and Google, so here it is. Their whole team consists of young gentlemen, working hard to provide a service to the community. They've been in business for almost a month now, and they have been getting a great amount of demand. Their owner said they have a good problem which is filling that demand with more supply. Everybody was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. First off, I heard there was gonna be a long line when ordering, so I made sure to be the first person there. Their hours state that they open at 12. I arrived right before noon and I saw them still setting up. I didn't want to bug them just yet, so I decided to go shopping at Albertsons. By 1215 I went up to them and see if I could order. They obliged and told me to come back in a half an hour as they were getting ready. My order was two Oklahoma (grilled onions with pickles) burgers, both with extra toppings of bacon, kimchi, jalapeños, and one classic fry and one meat beast. The cook told me he would upgrade my classic order of fries to beast fries without the extra charge. That was super nice of him. I waited patiently in the car for a half an hour, and I went back to check to see if my order was ready. Knowing that I was one of the first customers there, I saw that an attractive influencer pulled up after me and they were able to get their order before mine. This was not a problem in my book until I found out when I got home that both my burgers were missing the extra toppings of kimchi, bacon, jalapeños that I paid extra for. I noticed The cook give bacon to the influencer. And wonder if that was supposed to be my bacon. By the time I got home I noticed the missing toppings but of course I was hungry and I still indulged. It is a Solid smash burger with nice seasoning. Is it the best? No It is delicious and worth the try. Is it worth the wait? Depends on your patience. The wagyu factor didn't put it over the top since it's smashed and most of the juices flow out while cooking. The fry toppings are good and I recommend getting the extra meat patty on top of them. But the fries themselves, are pretty basic standard fries. Knowing that many Smashburger places don't serve bacon let alone kimchi or jalapeño. I was excited Burger 3k offered this. But I was seriously disappointed that those toppings were missing from my burger experience. I would go back with my friends and see how they like it. Overall great to support local businesses especially young men striving to be successful. Unfortunate that I missed out on the extra toppings I paid for.

This has been on my list to try for over a year and it lived up to my expectations. It was a solid over priced smash burger. We were in and out within 15 minutes that’s how fast the service was. The space is decorated nicely and we appreciated the hand wash station. The only negative thing I have to say is about the bun. Soggy buns are no fun.

Good food, one of the better smash burgers and burgers even if on the pricier side, but for the taste it evens out. Service was great, manager was really friendly and interactive and was a pleasure to talk to. If you’re from CSUN or an alumni come support this business, manager’s a CSUN graduate and the food here is just great.

BURGER 3000 | SMASH BURGER is a very clean burger shack with outdoor seating under shades. The smash burgers are made with waygu beef and are extremely good and very reasonably priced. The fries are the skinny style and are well done. Some are crisp. In my book, that's perfection. Add to all of this the friendly service and you have an awesome burger meal experience. 2/14/2025 Just went here again and had the double smash burger and seasoned fries. Awesome again! I will return!

Burger 3000 makes some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The patties are juicy, the toppings are fresh, and the buns are soft and full of flavor. The service is quick and friendly, and the place has a clean, welcoming atmosphere. It feels like they really care about both the food and the customer experience. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others.

Went in on a Saturday night and they were packed! I waited about 10-15 minutes for my food, the burger and fries I got was the Space Jam with their beast fries and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend to people I know!

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. But I had the absolute best service I have ever had the other night….so I felt this was deserved. I believe the person who helped me had to be the manager. I think she said her name was Hayley and her knowledge, kindness, and personality was so pure and genuine that I wanted to buy more than I already was. I do believe the food was a little overpriced. But the great customer service made up for it. And it truly was delicious. Give that girl a raise!

I wondered to this place that was across the street from my hotel. just looking for an alternative to the chain restaurants and I'm so glad I found it because it was the best burger I've ever had. plus the service was so nice and it felt soulful like a local hangout even though it was squeezed in to a tiny easy to miss lot. the burger really was noticeably better than anything else I've had in a long time. The fries were just okay but I was so satisfied with the burger that didn't matter. I highly recommend this place.

Australian Wagyu beef, bacon, pickles and cheese. Need I say more? I have to say I didn’t think any burger could leave me stunned. This did. The patties were packed with flavor the pickles crisp and fresh. For those of you on a low carb diet, forget the bread the meat stands on its own. I will be a regular.

Small place, hip vibe, outdoor picnic table seating. No drive thru that I remember. Small parking lot but it worked out when I went (Wednesday Night). Window ordering with coaster buzzer for when the food is ready. A friend and I got a couple burgers, seasoned fries and mozzarella sticks, not the place to go to if you're on a diet, but you can get avacado on your burger. I got pickled jalapenos and bacon on my cheeseburger it go. Nice change up from say In-N-Out. It was fun and worth my money.

Super messy, super tasty. We had the Oklahoma burger with grilled onions and the Space Jam burger with Raspberry jam, bacon and hot sauce. Both were delicious, fries were hot and crispy too! This was our first time trying Burger 3000 and the staff member who helped us out was really kind and asked it was our first time. We got a free fry and soda deal. We also ordered the Jalapeño Oklahoma and the Space Jam. The fries were super crispy and warm (I hate cold/soggy fries). They also have cool merch. Their outdoor seating area is so cute, private, and painted like a galaxy with fans, heaters, and music. They also have a hand wash station in the outdoor patio and side parking separate from the 711 next door.

Simply the best smash burger I have eaten in the San Fernando Valley. The burger tasted fresh and all the ingredients were on point. The meat was so flavorful and incredibly seasoned. BEST BURGERS IN THE GALAXY! This place instantly became one of my favorite burger spots served with top quality meat that don't make my tummy ache later. The raspberry jam is my favorite sauce to put into the burger for a sweet and savory experience. The service is really friendly making you feel welcomed and I really love the outerspace themed atmosphere, it gives the place more character than just your basic burger joints around.

I’ve been to Burger 3000 twice now because of the viral TikTok videos, and honestly it is worth the hype. The first time I ordered the loaded fries and a burger, which ended up being way too much food and made me feel a little sick after. This time I kept it simple with just a burger, and I actually went home wishing I had ordered a second one. The quality of the meat and ingredients makes it one of the best burgers I’ve had. The environment is cool and different, and they’re really consistent with their branding from the food boxes to the overall aesthetic inside. Today there was a car show/party happening in the parking lot, which made things super inconvenient (not sure if that’s normal, but something to keep in mind). We ordered to-go and had to park next door. Our order was also messed up, but because the entrance was blocked we didn’t bother going back. Despite that, the burger itself was still a 10/10.

Insanely good burgers. The Australian wagyu, imported, smashed... I could have it daily. In fact, to satiate myself for 2 days I had 2 burgers in one sitting. And I haven't even began to talk about the customer service and hospitality. It was my first time there and I got hooked up. I was on Maps just typed food and started clicking on stuff. Burger 3000 I couldn't get my mind off of. So I went. And what I was given on top of my meal were a bunch of freebies, they wanted me to try as much of the menu as I could in my first go. From appetizers to burgers to sodas to fries to shakes to mozzarella sticks. I was in heaven. What a gem. The staff are top notch soul-ful humans.

He was knowledgeable, made fabulous recommendations and threw in mozzarella sticks as we were first time customers. We watched the food prepared fresh, flavourful and saucy as hell. Again - Devin repped this place perfectly. Also great atmos in the restaurant decor, comfortability and cleanliness.

There bun size is small but the smashed patty makes up for it. Burger is very tasty, flavorful, and well made. Smash patty is really good portion and combination or condiments and sauce adds more flavor overall. Very cool vibe and great place to hang out with friends with quality food. Honestly, One of the best Smash Burgers that I have had! Burger 3000 is Legit! They have a fun theme that will get your attention but it's the food that will keep you coming back. The Oklahoma is delicious... add some grilled onions to add some extra depth to the flavor profile. All of the ingredients are fresh and the burger is juicy! You can't forget the seasoned fries. They hit! I order them a little crispy just because that's how I like my fries. The patio was clean and there was plenty of room to enjoy your meal fresh off the grill. The girl taking the order was very nice and will take the extra time to explain the menu and the options that they offer. All of the employees were pleasant as well. The Space Jam is the best smash burger I’ve had. Perfectly balanced between spicy, creamy, fatty and sweet. The Maillard on all the patties are impressively crisp and provided a flakiness to a rich and fatty burger. All the ingredients are super high quality and you can taste the difference. The service is incredibly friendly and filled the spot with a genuine community atmosphere. Burger 3000 is 100% worthy of all the hype you’ve probably heard online!

Was visiting a client in Chatsworth and walked here for lunch. Got the Space Jam burger and it completely blew my mind. One of the most unique and memorable burgers I’ve ever had. Absolute must-visit if you’re near any of their locations.

The Oklahoma is delicious... add some grilled onions to add some extra depth to the flavor profile. All of the ingredients are fresh and the burger is juicy! You can't forget the seasoned fries. They hit! I order them a little crispy just because that's how I like my fries. The patio was clean and there was plenty of room to enjoy your meal fresh off the grill. The girl taking the order was very nice and will take the extra time to explain the menu and the options that they offer. All of the employees were pleasant as well. Give Burger 3000 a try and you won't be let down. I will be returning! Enjoy!!!

There bun size is small but the smashed patty makes up for it. Burger is very tasty, flavorful, and well made. Smash patty is really good portion and combination or condiments and sauce adds more flavor overall. Very cool vibe and great place to hang out with friends with quality food. This was our first time trying Burger 3000 and the staff member who helped us out was really kind and asked it was our first time. We got a free fry and soda deal. We also ordered the Jalapeño Oklahoma and the Space Jam. The fries were super crispy and warm (I hate cold/soggy fries). They also have cool merch. Their outdoor seating area is so cute, private, and painted like a galaxy with fans, heaters, and music. They also have a hand wash station in the outdoor patio and side parking separate from the 711 next door.

Super messy, super tasty. We had the Oklahoma burger with grilled onions and the Space Jam burger with Raspberry jam, bacon and hot sauce. Both were delicious, fries were hot and crispy too! The service and atmosphere were also stellar (cheesy pun intended). Seating is in a covered patio and the whole place is covered in stars and spacey designs. Great place to meet up with friends.

Me and my girlfriend came to this place after seeing a comedy show since it was right across the street from the Laugh Factory. I saw the ad on Instagram about this place, but did not know it was located conveniently across from The comedy show. I decided to give it a try since the burgers look good online. I went in, the Customer Service service was impeccable. I really liked the Menu and the menu Display; it looked really cool! I tried out the space jam burger, and my girlfriend got a regular double cheeseburger I believe. Both tasted great and the fries were amazing! I really enjoyed the food and the customer service so I promised him that I would leave a review. If you are a fan of burgers and fries this is an easy yes! Try it out Federal.. it will definitely will not disappoint.

I was craving burgers and my friend brought up this place. None of us had been, but he’d been hearing great things about this place. Glad we stopped by! Food was delicious. The burgers were yummy! Crispy and fresh! Service was amazing. Shoutout to Tracie for being patient with us for our questions about the menu and for talking about junk journaling with me! We also had several staff come out and acknowledge us — asking how we were doing and if they can get anything for us. Loved that they’re open late and have heaters for their outdoor seating! First timer here 👌🏼 We pulled up and saw a line down the parking lot so we knew it was probably going to be good. They had a nice sit outside area, good music, clean tables, and VERY friendly staff. My boyfriend and I ordered the Oklahoma Burger, the Space Jam & Meat Fries, suggested by the cashier. The food was very good and had a lot of flavor, however, I feel like the fries were a little over cooked and hard. We did take it to go, so I think if we ate it fresh, it would’ve been better. The styles/toppings for the burgers paired well with each other though. But I do have to say the customer service was A1! We had 2 people help us and they checked on everyone of how they were feeling about their food. I would definitely recommend this place to others and come back again.

Ordered two Oklahoma double burgers, loaded fries and two fountain drinks. The ice machine wasn’t working so they didn’t charge us for the drinks. Even then, the total for the order was close to $40! A little bit pricey in my opinion. The burgers although real good were on the smaller side. Except for the good sized smashed burger patties, the burger buns were almost slider sized. I wasn’t fully satisfied with the quantity of food for the price paid. If you're hungry, I would recommend ordering two burgers.

Finally tried this place and ordered to go. It seemed way too fast to be done so soon as we had ordered extra crispy fries. Burger came soggy bun and the fries werent even all the way cooked let alone extra crispy.

So salty and the sauce for the Oklahoma burger was gross 🤮. The mozzarella sticks were rubbery and gross. Save your time and go down to Irvs if you’re in the area.

Food was decent but not worth it for the price. 2 burgers, 1 fries, 1 drink was 40$. Sauce on the burgers was good but they were small and overcooked. I ordered the double cheeseburger here for the first time for my dad last night and was completely disappointed. I didn’t like how this place did not accept my cash as a method of payment as if it was no good. Secondly, the food was ready less than 45 seconds and was not cooked! The cashier offered free fries only because it was their throw aways. Fries were cold and hard. The hamburger was sloppy, nasty and it tasted like trash. You could tell it was not fresh. Would never order from this horrible restaurant ever again in life.

I’ve ate here twice. 1st time was takeout and my order was pretty big. When food was finally ready the amount of boxes kinda looked off compared to my order. I asked the girl who was handing me the bags if this is all the food cuz it didn’t look like it was all there. She assured me that it was all of it. I checked my receipt and everything I ordered was on it so I didn’t think twice about it. Got home opened the boxes and sure enough 3rd of it was missing and some of the food wasn’t even made as ordered. Called and called but no answer. Second time, decided to give them another chance and chose to eat there and had way less food ordered. I asked for no onions repeatedly on all the food. Guess what when the food was ready the chopped cheese fries were covered in onions. I took it back to the window and was met by a girl with a very rude attitude. When I told her it has onions she said no it doesn’t. I literally had to put my nails on the onions and show them to her one by one. My complaint isn’t about the taste of the food. They really need to get the orders correct and also be a little nice to the customers. Especially when they are wrong.
