Dee was an amazing bartender!!! Customized things and told us about all the specials and was so sweet!

Our waitress Dee was outstanding! She checked on us several times throughout our lunch experience and was very quick!

We had a really awesome experience here, Joseph was our server in the bar area and he was great. A wide selection of bear to chose from, and we had the steak and chicken combo which was fabulous. Great job everyone.

My boyfriend and I usually come in pretty close to closing time, which is not ideal but we anyways try to get out quickly. The staff is always so accommodating and welcoming. Tonight especially, Dee the bartender was amazing. She was very knowledgeable in the bar and had great customer service. BJs is definitely our favorite “after work” spot. The food was also amazing per usual.

Hadn't been to BJ's in forever but had a meeting there today. Service was excellent. Attentive but not all up in our business. Mahi mahi fish tacos were very good (the tortilla was just okay but the rest was delicious) and the sides were tasty too.

Always an excellent experience. Great selection of beers, many of which are BJs' own. Good selection of vegetarian menu items. Most chain restaurants are gaudy and annoying to be in, but BJ's keeps the kitsch-factor low and the service high. This place is so much better than a Fridays, Applebees, or their ilk anytime.

Me and my wife such a great time Dominique gave sush good service my wife is pregnant and so she was unsure about a soup due to the pregnancy Dominique went out of her way to get her a little taste of the soup to see if my wife would like it and she did it was our 1st time at the restaurant she told us about the menu and very good customer service one of the best servers I had going to restaurants Thank you. I must say I pleasantly enjoyed my dining experience at this specific BJs. Dylan, our server, was very personable, detailed , professional and efficient. He made me feel as if I wasn't in College Station eating, but rather Dallas or New York where service is expected. The food and cocktails were great of course as usual the dessert was fantastic and sweet. I will definitely come back and ask for Dylan. I highly suggest you do the same. He needs to be a trainer of servers as he understands SOP and customer loyalty ENJOY!

Always a good pick - quick, friendly service - great menu selections, something for everyone - food cooked right and served hot. Great selection of in-house beers too if you're into that.

Everything was perfect the service was nice,Kind, and friendly the kind lady made sure we had everything we need at all times I dropped my cup of ice😔 and started to pick up the spill and the manger came and saved the day he was very nice and kind even asked if I spilled some on myself very helpful man! The food was 100% Delicious order the Thursday special Slow roasted tri tip and it came with a pizookie! My wife got the Slow roasted tri tip with baby back ribs amazing! Good place to come with the friends or family and just relax and have a good time. Keep up the good work guys .!👍👍🤘

Went with a group of girls for an evening dessert. The pizookies are so great. Our server, Haley, was amazing. She was so nice and helpful, definitely made the whole experience better. Will definitely be back!!

This restaurant is AMAZING. Food is good and servers are great. I went to the bathroom, and I saw a tall Arian man. I followed him into a stall. In that stall was a portal to Agartha. I had stepped through a doorway into a hidden heartbeat of the world—an ancient realm glowing with colors and echoes no surface-dweller has ever known. I wandered beneath crystal archways and forests that shimmered like living starlight, and it was there that I met the Gnomes: small, wise, and warm-spirited beings who guided me with laughter that sounded like chimes. Wow. I mean wow. If you’re looking for a place to eat that’s both delicious and fun, BJs is the place for you. It is great for family and friends and is overall one of favorite places. I would probably sell my own child to the cashier to have another pizookie. I don’t even know where to start with the pizookies. They have so much flavor and genuinely make me feel like I am diabetic. That’s how you know they’re good. As we were eating, the galactic empire decided to roll up on us in an imperial walker. Vader himself began to attack our table. When all else seemed lost, our waiter came from out of no where, wielding a light saber of her own, and defended us from his army. BJs is pretty cool, give it a try.

It was our first time and our server Dominique was delightful - she skillfully guided us through their ample menu. I'm a sucker for clever tags and seasonal gimmicks, so the Unlucky Ducky cocktail & Spooky Pizookie were a slam dunk! The meals were delicious (we enjoyed the chicken parm) and the upbeat atmosphere added to the experience 😋 Can't wait to go back!

Came with my boys after a long day of running errands and had a great time. Only a 15 minute wait for a table despite seeming very busy, and plenty of space to wait comfortably. Our server was fantastic. He was very attentive to my boys and helped them pick out their steaks and sides. I got the smokehouse? burger (the one with the bacon, BBQ sauce and onion strings) and calamari for the table. Finished with pizookies. It was amazing. My boys left so happy that they actually thanked me for taking them before we even got to the front door. A fantastic end to a good day. 10/10 would come again.

Our first time here and it has moved to our “we will return” list. The service was top notch and the food was good. The only issue I had at all was my salmon was over cooked….other than that this is a solid place with an awesome selection of food to choose from! We had one of the pizookie deserts….and it was off the chain good….we both said this is something we would just come here to eat and nothing else!! We are known to go out just for a desert…..and this would be one of them!!

The food is always great! The service is alright, and sometimes the food has taken awhile to come, but I like coming here with my friends! Their pizookies are amazing as well. There is sometimes a wait but that’s not really surprising.

Food was great only got 4 stars because they don't have Coronas but they have every other beer you could imagine. TRY THE MAC AND CHEESE BALLS!!

Atmosphere: Layout has changed due to Covid pandemic, but glad to see they took it into consideration. Upon entering the establishment you can see the bar area on the right side with many TV's displaying a vast amount of sports. Service: Our service was great and our waiter was always attentive. He knew the menu and was honest when it came to recommendations. Quality: For an appetizer,couldn't go wrong with an all-time favorite of the avocado egg rolls. Were cooked just right and that sauce complimented the meal. Normally get pizza and burgers, but I was recommended to get the spicy peanut chicken due to the abundance of flavor. After eating the the meal, I didn't even notice the enlightened meal option but it did feel me up. Finally, going to BJ's one must always get the infamous Pizookie, especially on Tuesday when they are only $3. Strawberry shortcake is one I would highly recommend, strawberry drizzle on top of the ice cream definitely complimented the sugar cookie. Highly recommend getting a Pizookie due to being a fan favorite amongst everyone and they have an assortment of flavors to satisfy everyone's craving.

I Visited this place few times and its a good place food was good every time except for one time specially the cookie and ice cream they served us melted ice cream. Rest of the food is good. We love this desert but we got disappointed that day. Rest all tasted fresh and good. Server did good job except the ice cream and We had it anyway. And it has plenty of parking

The appetizers (fried Mac and cheese and pot stickers) were amazing and probably the star of the show for me. My burger (fried jalapeno burger) had many toppings, but was bland. The Oreo and chocolate chunk pizookies were amazing as well. Probably the best chain dessert that I've ever had. The service was slow and there wasn't many people in the restaurant while we were eating. Overall, BJ's is a good restaurant that I would definitely go back to again. There was a vast selection of different food items and the quality of the food was great.

This was my first time this would definitely be a SOLID 4. Only reason Its a 3 the steak was under seasoned and undercooked other than that everything else was great!

I used to love this place, and now it’s just so-so. Service was “fine” though the wait staff seemed miserable. Food was timely and tasty, but the LIT I had was pretty gross. So much sweet and sour it was undrinkable. We come here every year when we are in CS, but next year I think we’ll skip it based on the declining experience. Edit: no, I’m not going to “swing by and tell a manager.” I have better things to do with my time. I’d rather just warn others so they don’t have the same experience.

I came in around 12 AM and food was 49 minutes late. Also, one of the orders came wrong. The chicken tasted good but it was too salty. The fried calamari was too oily. The Salmon dish was excellent. I ordered the chicken with quinoa but rice came instead and the waiter said it is mixed when it wasn’t. I would forgive them since I came late at night. I will do another review soon.

Fair at best. We’ve been a number of times and it’s been very inconsistent in terms of the food and service. Our waiter was nice but he got slammed and they are way under staffed. The bar tender CC had a really bad attitude. Tonight the pizza was good, much better now that they have their new pizza oven. Fettuccine Alfredo was good except the broccoli was mush. Soup was barely warm- this seems to be a common issue with this location.

On Tuesday 9-30-25, me and three friends decided to go to the BJ’s in College Station for a fun little girls night to get a spooky pizookie before watching Dancing with the Stars. Me and my roommate arrived before our other two friends and we were told to wait for a table which was fine since our other friends had yet to arrive. As me and my roommate are sitting waiting we hear the (who I assume was the manager) yell/be passive aggressive to the hostesses about people bringing in their own water bottles/cups, which is understandable to a point. As our friends walk in they are not greeted by a welcome, but immediately greeted with this said manager being extremely passive aggressive about their water bottle/cup and telling them to put their stuff in their car. What a nice way to be greeted! Water is free at restaurants and coming from College Station we would much rather have our filtered water than nasty unfiltered water that the restaurant offers. Then, the four of us were going to share two pizookies and the people who showed up after us who also only ordered two pizookies got their way before we did. We waited 40 minutes for two pizookies just for the cookie to be way too thin and then run out of the fudge to pour on top of the ice cream. Next time we will go to Chili’s for a pizookie.

Food: tasted great, but my deep dish pizza and my husband’s fries were cold Waiter (Grayson): He wasn’t rude, but he never said “your welcome” after the many different times I said “thank you.” Worse than that, he asked us to stack our plates and asked me to hand back his rewards program flyer. I’m almost 30 years old and have never in my life been asked by my waiter to stack plates before. That’s something the waiter should be doing, not telling his customers to do. The audacity of him to tell us to do that was wild. Furthermore, after we placed our drink orders, it took him probably another 20 minutes for him to come back and ask about appetizers/entrees. The entrees and apps also took a really long time to come out, making our dinner last 2.25 hours, when we only ate our entrees for about 20 minutes total. Atmosphere: great, especially with the Aggie game on

Went in and sat in the bar area. It was end of lunch hour so there were still a few people. Waiter didn't take too long to get the order. Someone else brought the drinks out. Another person brought the salads and just set them down. I had specifically asked for no cucumbers. Of course it had cucumbers. We asked for straws 3 times from different people. Food was brought by yet another person. My baked potato had nothing on it. Waiter finally stopped by and asked again for straws, my potatoe toppings, and refills. By the time I got the Potatoe typing the Potatoe was cold. The broccoli was dried out and had no flavor at all. I tried my boyfriend's rice pilaf and actually had to spit it out. It was all clumped together and dried out. It was disgusting. The pork chop was good. The pizookie was ok. I just expected more from this restaurant. There isn't really any flavor in any of the side options.

Never was waited on after waiting 15 minutes for a waitress. This is the second time I have left in one month after not being waited on. And I am a reward member. Will not be back.

We waited a very long time at each portion of our meal. The food was cold. Our server never refilled drinks. The people next to us left as soon as their meal arrived because their food wasn’t cooked. It was not a great experience overall. Disappointing.

The waiter never brought our beer. Had to ask someone else. No refills on water. Didn't ask if we wanted dessert. Didn't ask about ketchup. Never came back except to bring ticket. Rude person with gold teeth.

Amazing locale, it's great, just wish the kitchen shared the same upscale feeling. We went there for Mother's Day, and asked for the Calamari as an appetizer, we were served clumps of undercooked Calamari instead, it was disgusting. As our entree we asked for the Ahi Tuna salad, and it was the most disgusting experience, I chewed on the Avocado peel!!! Then after digging into the salad a bit more found the entire avocado peel. So basically, whoever is in the kitchen is mixing the garbage with the food that is to be served to their guests! Will not be going there again. This is the second bad experience we've had.

Piadina Pizookie Meal Deal had listed it came with fries on the menu but when it came without fries, the server insisted fries were actually not served with the meal. Food took nearly an hour, portions were small, and server was inattentive. Don’t waste your time, just go to Chili’s or something.

Bjs is just expensive. Some of their food is good but it’s just not worth it. I got the lunch deal where I picked the Backed Potato with cheese and bacon and then I got the Clam Chowder soup. The potato was tiny... it was the size of my fist and that was it. No sides, just the tiny potato for $9. I’m sorry, but that’s ridiculous. Get bigger potato’s if that’s all that’s going to be on the plate. The chowder was good, could’ve been more seasoned but that’s just me. I also ordered a Sparking Raspberry Lemond which was good, it was a little flat but the taste was nice. Their pizookies for the most part are good, my favorite is the Cookies n Creme one. Over all, I really don’t like BJ’s. I only went cause my friend had a gift card. I give it one star cause It’s way too expensive for no reason. I left still hungry. I don’t recommend. Go somewhere else.

Tonight our table of four received horrible service from Grayson R. We were greeted and placed an order for four waters, two pazookies, and an order of fries. Grayson brought the waters, at which point I also ordered a drink from the bar. I received my drink promptly, and a couple of minutes later another server (not Grayson) brought the pazookies. After 25 minutes, we still hadn’t seen Grayson again—nor had our fries arrived. I finally went to the bar to ask, only to be met with a very rude attitude from someone I assumed was the manager. I was told the fries would be brought out shortly, so I returned to the table. Only then did Grayson reappear, telling us the fries were still being made. While the pazookies and fries were eventually taken care of, the overall service and rudeness left a terrible impression. As a server myself, I know how important it is to check on a table—coming by only once to take an initial order is completely unacceptable. We were an easy table and would have gladly tipped over 20%, but the lack of attention and courtesy ruined the experience. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience with both our server and the manager was disappointing enough to make me not want to return.

In the past BJs was a great place for good beer and good food. This time we gave up after calling ahead and being told no reservation was needed we showed up and we're told we'd be seated in 10 minutes. Q0

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rediculous that we spent $120 on take out food to not have all of our order missing a big portion of of the meals we had like the steak and shrimp, then my steak was over cooked and burnt and I mean burnt it tasted so bad. The salad was brown and looked to be weeks old and the salad dressing was rancid. We were told by the manager we would be refunded back that was over a month ago we have been calling and asking and keep getting advised it would be back on our account with three business days well been close to two months now no refund. The food was horrible just horrible. This was not the first time this happened we did the family special with two rib eye and two half racks only were given a slab of ribs that was it and given extra sides. We were told they were out of rib eyes okay then you should have called and told us that so we could have ordered something else. I was told to come back up their and get another slab of ribs. Never again will we ever eat at this establishment again.

Absolutely ridiculous! Went for date night. Food served, cold, drinks not refilled, couldn't get service, took my food back for not being hot and prepared wrong at the bar because I couldn't find my waiter. Ordered a house salad and my dressing was tossed in my salad? No. You don't mix up someone's salad with the requested dressing. Ordered chicken Parmesan, served cold on a hot plate, fried fritter cooked in oil so brown you could taste the gritty grease, over seasoned and was too spicy. Spaghetti noodles had no sauce. Only mixed with sauce, not topped with sauce. I thought it was standard practice? Sauce goes on top? $13 pizookie meal? Complete joke. Cookie undercooked and burned at the same time? Cookie doesn't look like the picture AT ALL. Don't know why this place is still open. $6 brewhouse margarita was served like an iced tea!?! No salt no lime just ice and green juice? Gross. Iced tea was served in three different shades of brown. Tasted foul! I paid in cash and the waiter put the money in his back pocket? Never again.

Came for the weekend to visit my Aggie on 10/12/24 and take him shopping. We were seated at a table that had a faulty bench. Unfortunately we did not find out until my niece excused herself from the table and the seat slide and rose. The service that we received from the waitress made me feel as if the restaurant rarely serves people of color, she assumed that we had never been to a restaurant or BJ's, or she was just not interested in being our server. There was a ridiculous wait on garlic butter for my steak. So, I waited for 20 minutes after the others at my table were served and then received a dish of raw garlic butter so large that I can assume that it came with a death wish because death is certainly imminent for anyone who consume even a 1/16th of what I received. My son's order came with a pizookie which took so long to arrive that we took it to go. And, I wish that I had visited the restrooms first because as a general rule, I do not eat at restaurants with dirty restrooms as it speaks to the general interests in cleanliness of the staff. I could go on but the thought of this visit grosses me out while making me angry. I will not be back nor do I suggests that other visiting parents dine here.

When I ordered , I ordered everything including my dessert. After, eating my meal, I was told 3 times my dessert was coming out. Waiting 15/20 minutes for my dessert I decided I was VERY tired of waiting, I don't want it AND I need to go! I do not have time to sit in a restaurant for hours. I asked for my ticket so I could pay and I wanted to cancel my dessert (since I never got it) My waitress rudely gave my ticket and it still had the charge for my dessert. I simply asked for it to be removed so, I could pay. I was ignored by the waitress and I STILL HAD NO DESSERT! Finally, I went to the hostess and ask for help on getting it removed so I could SIMPLY PAY AND LEAVE! She went to her manager and told her what I wanted, manager came out, all of sudden my dessert appeared but i'm leaving i don't want it! Manager was rude and gave me a dirty look and said just take it with you. I said, NO I don't want it! She said I have throw it away and say o.k.! Throw it away! I told her the waitress was swamped without help and she says yeah, I says yes. I say, thats your fault not hers, its the holidays you should know better! She then tells me to leave i don't have to pay. Thats not what I wanted, all I wanted was to REMOVE THE DESSERT AND PAY MY BILL! Not something free. I handed the hostess whatever cash I had to give to whoever to pay something! BAD SERVICE DUE TO LACK MANAGERS SKILLS TO HAVE adequate help during holidays! Food was great but don't go if you don't waiting forever for your food! Waitress missed out on a good holiday tip!

Me and boyfriend came to eat lunch today and we had to wait 20 minutes just to see a server.When the server came to take our order(Kryee) she looked and acted like she didn’t even wanna be there. My boyfriend got the chicken alfredo and everything was cold. I got a personal pizza and it was good wish it had a little bit more toppings but, over all the atmosphere was good!

I was just here two nights ago & ordered the strawberry rose lemon drop & it was ok to swap out the vodka for a same price tequila. I’m back & the bartender is telling the waiter they can’t swap it out. The service & energy is off as well. Not to mention visiting from Atlanta. The mock tail took 20 plus minutes & the place is pretty much empty.
