A very nice location for sitting inside. You don't feel crammed in like some other locations. Drinks always made correctly. Always clean when we've visited. Drive through has always been easy to use and not too long. I'd imagine a Starbucks drive thru can easily get long during rush hours. Very nice baristas at this location. Always super friendly and helpful.

Nice big window in the front to look out of and big for a Starbucks! There weren't alot of people there, which was awesome because we actually got a chair to sit in which is hit and miss at bucks.
My Daughter, her friend and I went to Starbucks to have coffee and Tea (for me)to have a chat. The people behind the counter were pleasant, friendly, and fast. We didn't wait long for our drinks. The place was spotless and there weren't many people in Starbucks. Over all it was very nice.
Omg every person who works here is SO COOL. Everyone is so sweet and complements my tattoos and hair. I go for the employees and happen to leave with a drink xoxoxox also they never mess up an order

The staff at this new, convenient drive-thru location is exceptional. The baristas are friendly, cheerful and competent. Everything we've ordered has been prepared to the specifications we created on the app and is ready when we get there. We are so happy for this convenient location and its excellent staff.
It's a Starbucks, and there is nothing of now special about it really. However it gets 5 stars because I've never seen it busy to the point of annoyance as I've seen others. That may change eventually, but so far, since it's opened I've never been inside with more than 3 other customers and never seen the line for the window longer than 4 cars.
Always get good customer service at this location. Nick is a delight!
Love this new Starbucks. They have nitro cold brew which only selected location have. Very clean, friendly staff, quick service.

I went through the drive in at about 12:45 pm on 07/29/2024. The young woman at the drive thru had the nicest greeting and was very friendly. When I paid, she was equally as friendly with a big smile on her face. She obviously enjoyed her work. I would go back there just to be waited on her again. I am sorry I didn't catch her name.
I accidentally ordered my drink to the wrong location and the baristas at this location made it for me free of charge right on the spot. Absolutely lovely baristas!
Long wait for the drive up window and that's not unusual for this location. Park and walk in with proper precautions is faster. Starbucks is consistent. Great quality at high prices.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. They’re always so pleasant and chipper. There’s a DD half a block away and I still choose here.
Excellent shrimp parmesan, a la vodka, & veal franchese. Great service. The chef especially made me a napoleon without chocolate when I said I was allergic.
The location is perfect..off 112...lots of parking and the staff are very friendly. Also I love using the mobile app..order prior going to the store and by the time you arrived..its usually ready for pick up.

I frequent this particular Starbucks and this past evening I was so warmly greeted by Ashley. She was so compassionate, caring, truly listened and made me one of the best almond milk decaf cappuccino’s that I ever had in my life. She was very gracious, generous and accommodating and really stood out to me. I also want to recognize Tristan and Azy who were very helpful and kind as well. This store is run so well and I feel such positive energy when I come to this location. You won’t be disappointed.
I was there briefly and got exactly what I wanted, the barista that handled my order was very nice and polite. Although I had to substitute my lemon loaf for a pumpkin loaf the latter was very delicious warmed up
Busy at 11am, bit of a wait because it seems drive-thru customers recieve priority. I've always been greeted with friendly faces and pleasant attitudes. I like this location a lot and it's nice to meet up with friends her. There is some outdoor seating as well. I do wish that they had kept the table charging stations but you can't have everything lol. Great service with a smile and of course beverages and food items.
The açaí strawberry refresher with green tea! Delicious! The protein box perfect light meal on the go. Very friendly staff

Come here almost every morning and I’m recently new customer to Starbucks and “grace” that works here is SO NICE AND GOES OVER AND BEYOND HER DUTIES (so does the woman with the red hair I’m sorry I don’t know your name!) but came here because was curious to see if was any other complaints about the guy and he works there only a few days BUT MY GOD the reviews aren’t wrong lol legit NEVER had my drink wrong (it’s legit the simplest right from menu) and ONLY was wrong with him and before that when you pull up like other reviews have said he literally answers in a monotone almost on purpose “I hate to be here what do you want” attitude it’s ridiculous he has a job still lol.. And when got it wrong he’s not even sorry he has the same stupid look on his face like he’s half stoned/ almost too good to be working there ego it’s weird.. But the reviews are right if get Christian triple check your order and expect to order to someone that sounds pissed off that you’re there even ordering lol

As an avid Starbucks enjoyer, the environment of this location is very welcoming. The baristas are kind and the drinks are always delicious :-). There was one worker in particular with striped hair, she always makes polite conversation and is efficient with my orders. I'll be sure to come back, I love to study here! 🥰
I go here often go thru the drive-thru, most employees are very polite, but there is one employee I find very rude, that i feel i need to voice my opinion, Ive gotten wrong items with my order, sloppy handling. He is a older gentlemen, with longer hair and glasses, ive had a few confrontations with him, found out his name is Chris. The person should not be working with the public based on his appearance and his mannerism

Good workers in a franchised store are always welcome; despite the clean environment and fast service, the coffee can be a bit lacking. It's still worth trying to see for yourself.
One of the better Starbucks around however can you please tell your employee at the drive thru window not to put their finger on the mouth part of the lid?
Super busy and slow, not exactly friendly service. My coffee had too much cream when I asked for a drop. Much *less* than I've come to expect from Starbucks but still not terrible. Maybe I've been spoiled? Or maybe these folks just don't want to be working on a holiday.

Love the staff at this location and the drinks are always made correctly. I've left my place in their drive-thru line on multiple occasions when the wait has just been excruciating, that's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.
Tasty drinks, but sometimes they could go a little faster.
So I went to this place for an espresso mixed drink and asked what ingredients are in the pumpkin espresso drink because I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten. The young man answering my questions said he was pretty sure it has gluten. I asked what other options he has that are gluten free. He spoke to someone on his earpiece and says they told him that nothing is gluten free. That is a very stupid answer considering coffee does not contain gluten. I pulled out my phone and checked the website and the list of ingredients on the pumpkin drink. All ingredients listed looked good. No allergens listed. I asked the gentleman who told him nothing is GF. He said "Starbucks". I told him the drink is clearly gluten free according to their website and ordered my drink. His lack of knowledge and poorly thought out responses are bad customer service. He needs to do his research and stop giving answers that practically beg "don't sue me".
Received the wrong order via DT. Picked up a mobile order for my wife, was in a rush. Was charged at the window not knowing she paid ahead on the app. I ended up paying for the incorrect order not realizing until I delivered it to her workplace. She cannot drink the coffee and doesn’t eat the sandwich that was in the order. Unfortunately it was a waste of time, money, and gas. Please double check for accuracy.
I usually like Starbucks, especially around the holidays- unfortunately this trip was not a good one. Our baked goods didn't taste very fresh, I was sorry I didn't realize this until we were gone or I imagine they would have replaced them?? I'm starting to think that almost $18 is way too much for 2 cups of not great latte & 2 stale baked items
I’m not often at Starbucks but made several visits over the last few weeks. I often change up my drink but like to try to Cortado with Brown sugar and oat milk. 7 out of 9 stops over the course of several weeks they did not have brown sugar. They asked if I wanted to sub out the brown sugar for a different flavor. The drink is not the same without the brown sugar. I’ll usually drive to a different SB and never have an issue getting this drink anywhere else.
For some reason, the coffee here tastes different; bitter and of lower quality compared to what I usually get at other Starbucks locations. Is it the water, the milk, or the brewing process? I’m not sure. I even gave it a second chance by visiting twice, but unfortunately, it was the same experience.
The staff are really nice but this is honestly the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life. Three times now I’ve waited over 25/30 minutes for my things.
Every time I come here they take forever, even when there is only one car in front of you its still a 10 minute wait. Don't come here in a rush!
Out of every Starbucks, I avoid this one at all cost. I'll go to one and have a nice drink and be like wow I would like to get this again, and then go to this one and it's as if they just made up how they thought that drink was made. Not a fan of writing poor reviews but even the attitude I've received as a customer made me be like "you know what" other people need to hear about how not good this place is.

Ordered from the drive thru they messed up the drink. Proceed to go inside wait for someone the help me. To get the correct drink. Then watched the girl from the drive thru window say that’s what I ordered when it was not. Very unsatisfied by the customer service this Starbucks delivers. I’d rather take the extra few minute drive to go to selden.
The girl in the glasses who always has an attitude needs to get her chin checked. She ALWAYS is miserable and rude to customers who ask simple questions. She usually has a braid and isn’t doing the drive thru orders,only the inside orders

While I was ordering the person (Keirsten) taking my order was too busy talking to her coworkers, had to repeat myself several times. When I got my coffee my order was wrong, had to take it anyway because I was in a rush and didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade. Very disappointed. get better workers 😕
One person who works here doesn't know what 1/4 inch creamer is here and when he makes it it's always a milkshake
Todays breakfast is just like every other breakfast for my daughter they never put what they suppose to in the bag today my daughter had a grill cheese on rye bread my daughter and i was confused we ordered a cheese danish between the food and drinks it’s like they are purposely doing this Starbucks owes me big time extra vanilla, sweet cream and cold foam i pay extra yet it is never in my coffee! horrible loyal customer since 1994!

Been coming to this location for years and it used to be great but it has severely gone down hill in both quality and service
We stood in front of the counter for almost 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. We were the only 2 people in the place. 4 workers behind the counter who ignored us for a ridiculous amount of time. I'd give no stars if I could. Horrible, horrible service! It was raining and cold outside and it was freezing inside Starbucks. Uncomfortably cold.
I ordered two drinks. The first drink came and then I’m waiting about 10 minutes for the second drink. I see other drinks being made and given to people who ordered after me. … When I asked about the second drink the girl said that another person was making the ‘cold beverages’? So, I waited and waited and then finally walked out without my second beverage even though I paid for it. My suggestion to your staff is to serve and COMPLETE each customer/order before going onto the next person.
Got here late because of work to pick up my drink. The guy in the drive thru said “sorry about that man we’ll need to remake it you should be on time next time” after I already said I was sorry. So unnecessary
Every morning I get the same drink at the same time and everyday it’s different how is this possible I have pictures of it and this is now getting really annoying I hate feeling that I waste 5 dollars
**☕ 1/5 – WORST Starbucks Experience Ever! Rude Staff & Pathetic Portions** I don’t know how Starbucks manages to stay in business when they treat customers like garbage and serve overpriced, half-made drinks. My last visit was an absolute **joke**—**slow, incompetent service**, **skimped-out drinks**, and **stale food** that tasted like it had been sitting out for a week. First, I ordered on the app to "save time," but when I got there, my drink **still wasn’t ready**. I had to stand around like an idiot for **10 extra minutes** while the baristas moved at the speed of a sloth, ignoring customers and acting like making coffee was rocket science. When I finally got my drink, it was a **complete scam**. I paid **$7-$8** for the largest size, and it wasn’t even **filled to the top**—just a sad, **3/4-full cup** packed with **way too much ice and chunks of dragon fruit**, leaving barely any actual liquid. What am I paying for, **a cup of ice with a splash of juice?** And don’t even get me started on the "food." My danish was **rock-hard**, **stale**, and tasted like it had been baked last month. How does a global coffee chain fail at serving something as simple as a **soft pastry**? The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. No apologies, no care, just **attitude and laziness**. **Save your money and your sanity—go literally anywhere else.** This location clearly doesn’t give a damn about customers. **Never. Again.**
During my recent visit to a Starbucks establishment, I encountered a barista named Chris who exhibited unprofessional behavior and a negative attitude towards me. His conduct was far from satisfactory, and I strongly advise against returning to this establishment.Super rude was waiting at the widow box for more then 9 minutes for 1 drink I thanked him and he didn’t even say anything and just slammed the window door on me super aggressive
Worst Starbucks location ever constantly long line and they definitely locked the door for the inside on a regular basis so no one can come in .

There were at least 5 baristas, four looked at me and zero acknowledged me. I stood there for about three minutes before walking out the door and went to dunkin down the block.
Can’t ever order on the app cause it always says they never have anything I want. What’s the point of the app then? This location needs new management or it might as well close down cause we find it useless at this point.
This is my third time ordering here and everytime my order is wrong. This time it tasted completely watered down.
This Starbucks location literally sucks. Every-time I go here the cafe is closed for some odd reason, and today an employee slammed the door right in my face as I was walking in. Absolutely rude and annoying. I have never been to a Starbucks that does this. So weird, and do better, seriously.
Over the past month this location has been terrible. Something needs to change. Last two times I preordered on the app when I got to the store, the front door was locked with a handwritten sign that said all orders needed to be picked up at the drive thru. What?!! The line was around the building. The app should have a warning about this ahead of time so as not to waste everyone's time. Or, how about this?? Let people in the store that preordered! Just don't take orders inside if you're shorthanded. If I could have cancelled my order both times I would have, but unfortunately it is almost impossible, so I just waited both times. Inside service has also been bad when they do let you in. Constantly out of items, they don't follow instructions for the drinks. Come on Starbucks corporate...time to get involved here and get this location some help.
This store is always out of stock of everything. I don’t understand. They told me they ran out of whipped cream. How does a coffee shop run of out whipped cream? The Starbucks app when you order ahead says everything is out of stock for this store. There’s literally no point in coming here when they don’t have ingredients to make ANY of the drinks.
This location sucks. I asked for one coffee straight off the menu and they screwed it up. When I politely asked them to remake it, they screwed it up again. I think they were high. I ended up just taking the coffee and leaving. Sad I wasted money here.
I have to say this used to be one of my favorite spots, especially since they are so close to home but the staff there is rude. I rather go to the Farmingville location and get better service
This is my local Starbucks on Rt112 Coram. but it’s managed horribly. Unacceptable. Corporate needs to get involved with this location. On Numerous occasions the Front door is locked. Customers cannot enter lobby, when I asked why the front door is locked, the kid at drive thru window’s response was “staffing” issues. Hello Starbucks, this is not the patrons fault, this is on your end. this is not the first time the front door was locked. I’m not sure if You can lock employees in store during business hours, may be fire code violation, I’m just concerned about safety. the drive thru is open but Multiple times I’ve been there they don’t have any fraps, no cake pops etc, this is unacceptable and it’s time now to tell all. I was told that Amanda is shift leader, and was refused by employee at drive thru window when asked for amanda’s last name. The store manager I was told her name is Judy. That’s all. Judy and Amanda. This is unacceptable. Note: guys this is STARBUCKS, you set yourselves apart from the competition, I had to go Dunkin’ Donuts instead, but I’ll make Dunkin’ Donuts my go too from now on until Starbucks changes their staff and get better at CUSTOMER SERVICE and appreciates their customer base.
