Wendy's

Usually when I get a frosty from any Wendy's they always forget to give me a spoon, and occasionally when I ask if there is a spoon or a straw they'll say, " it's in the bag." So when we drive off and I go to get my spoon out of the bag it isn't even in there! This drives me nuts bc everyone knows u cant drink a fresh frosty through a straw. Today at Wendy's I asked if there was a spoon and a straw the woman at the drive through said, " They're in the bag." Obviously I was totally skeptical of this but when I checked the bag she was right, she had already put them in the bag. This probably sounds so minuscule to most people but I hate not being able to enjoy the food I ordered bc the people working are being careless. Today this Wendy's was on point and I got to eat the food I ordered.

friendly service, but the cups are much larger then in Canada. A large fountain drink is more like an extra large for Canadians. Free wifi is provided here.

Great customer service. Really fast at getting out your food. The asiago ranch grilled chicken sandwhich is fantastic. The baconator are always good. Frosty are really delicious. One of the best places around town to get fast food. My husband loves there amazing lemonades. Not usual a long wait or have to be pulled to wait for your order to be ready.

Can't really comment on atmosphere since I used drive thru. But food was good and hot.. although chichen sandwich was cold. Window servers were very courteous, friendly and polite.

Food and service was fine. But it was freezing in there, cold air blowing down from the ceiling vents. Other customers noticed it too. Why, in mid-February?

They were GREAT they had a line going past the door and everyone was through the line in about 5 minutes. We had no problems with our order. I Usually don't do this but I even told the girls working behind the counter they did a great job getting all them people through so quickly.

The drive through; being extremely long indicates that our Wendy's is popular! The staff were very patient with our order during the chaos! They were very pleasant. And, almost a bonus, our complicated order was just right! Yay! 😄

It’s local and works for us. We have never really had an issue there and service always fast. Used to sit with kids all the time over the years. It’s a decent joint and I like it for the occasional visit.

Perhaps one of the best Wendy's meals I've had. Staff was very friendly and appeared happy to be working. Food came out quickly, and was hot fresh and delicious. Very impressed.

Great employee! Food was hot and fresh. The employees are so courteous and friendly. Counter employee was a sweetheart. Gave me a cup for ice . Gentleman that gave us our food told us to be careful as fries were hot! So hard to find this kind of service these days. Keep up the great work!!

We stopped on the way home. The food was quick and delicious. We were able to get back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Would recommend -easy trip to get back on the interstate.

It's fast food folks . It's not the ritz. With that being said food is very consistent, staff is almost always friendly. Manager is always smiling:) . It's hard to find great customer service in the fast food industry. And they are a pleasure to doordash for.

Always see a crowd at this place any time I'm in the area. But guess what, I finally broke down and went there to try it for myself. And boy was I not at all disappointed. Great service, well made and super fresh food. And the soda machine is the best.

Always fast and accurate. Best part is super nice staff! In ten years have only had one small issue, which they fixed immediately. Family of four and cost about $20 to feed everyone. Definitely a great stop.

This particular Wendy's is always quick, whether dining in or going through the drive thru. The staff is always friendly and quick to help. The food is a notch above the other "top" fast food restaurants in the area, and the chain always has some new special limited time burger or sandwich and they are always appealing. The specials (4 for $4, $5/$6 Biggie Bag) are a great deal. The old guy that usually works the drive thru at night is always super friendly too!

I love their chilli and add the magic hot sauce n my hair is on fire. So good for cold winters. Their spicy chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets are just awesome. Great friendly service too. Don't forget to use their app to save extra $.

The drive through staff are super friendly and courteous and the service has always been fast when I'm there. The breakfast items are in my opinion, of a higher quality than a lot of other fast food chains offerings I've seen. The price is also very reasonable for what you get.

Breakfast for less than five dollars! I had the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The sandwich was fresh with a flaky buttery biscuit that was just perfect. The fresh egg, with the Wendy's signature oversized sausage patty topped with cheese on that delicious biscuit resulted in a top notch fastfood breakfast. O and it was fast, from the time I walked in the door, ordered on the kiosk, and received my food it was less than five minutes. The gentleman that served my food was also exceptional with a friendly demeanor and very professional. Great Job Wendy's team!!!

Logic would stand to reason,that in this day and age when you ask for an item not on your sandwich, they would appreciate the saving of cost of the item, especially when Produce these days is expensive. I need to start posting pictures. The second time, my Spicy Asiago Chicken was perfect. I have an allergy to raw tomato. I did not express this when I ordered, but I did say "No Tomato," and after going back, I have the receipt. I have been eating with my daughters at this Wendy's for years now. I know you know who I am. Yes, it was busy and an easy mistake to do. I'm no stranger to the Restaurant industry. Ask your manager... I'm not the bad guy. I got all those frosty tags and gave them to a neighbor to pass out to members of our community since he knows everyone and I don't.

It’s fast food. The food is good for fast food. The atmosphere is that of a fast food place. The restroom and dining room were actually clean. Devin the register guy was awesome. The rest of the crew was good too. We’d make this our regular store if it were local to us.

Food was hot and fresh and fast. Polite workers and clean reatrooms!

Love their chili and the single burgers. Frostys are really good. Several added condiments if you want to pay more.

Let me start by saying Wendy's a nice place to eat. That's why I give it 4 stars an d the fact that I've been eating there off and on for ever since I was as kid. But recently over the past few years they have become one of the most expensive fast food restaurant's in my area. And it's sad that this is the case of why it's not 5 stars in my book.

Wendys is good, probably the better of the fast food world. The service is what makes it great.

All Wendy's are the same. Help is on the slow side and don't really seem to care. Food is okay if you're in a rush.

Dining area was clean even though they were very busy. Staff was respectful and kind. Bathrooms did smell however and you could smell them from the drink area.

Drive thru is always very fast. In-store service seems a little slower these days. The mobile app has been totally non-functional for me recently. The website worked as a workaround though

Friendly staff. Fresh, clean food. Easy on-off I-86. Clean restrooms. About the best fast-food salads, as much as I should be ordering salad, I usually get the "Bacconator". Wendy's one of my guilty pleasures....

Good Wendy's run by helpful staff. Food is fresh, burgers and fries are very yummy, and the interior is set up very nicely, too. They sometimes struggle with certain menu items being out of stock, particularly after one of the big tour buses cleans them out, but they, along with the Arby's in Painted Post, are what I feel are the best fast food chains.

Hit or miss at times. Brandon at the drive-thru window was exceptionally nice, friendly and courteous. Some other staff members are clearly just there for a pay check and aren't very friendly. Nearly always good fresh food though. Good customer service if your order isn't correct and needs fixing, but they need to work on just getting it correct the first time.

I like this Wendy's the food is always fresh and fast. The lines in drive thru are a bit long but the line moves fast so your never there in line for long. My order was ready by the time I got to the second window which is where you pick up the food. Everything was good and exactly what I ordered.

We like Wendy's because the service is always pretty fast and the restaurant is always very clean. If you use the drive thru the service is a bit slower, but food is always hot and fresh.

I have always preferred this Wendy's location over others. It's clean the staff are fun and outgoing. The food is fast and always tastes great. They also feature coke's freestyle machine which is a major bonus. - my only dissapointment with this restaurant is there smaller menu, compared to some big city locations.

They could not have me what I went there to get they had no chocolate frosty's and they were slow and rude. Got cold food

Service here is usually quick and the employees are generally friendly. The food is often "so-so". This past time it was luke warm, but still tasted ok. The dining area is clean, as are the bathrooms. It's definitely a decent fast food location.

The food was hot and fresh, as it was made specific to order at the end of the night. Even an extra few shuffles of fries came with the meal for free due to the time left to serve was approaching amidst the start of my order. Timing for fresh cooked meals was pretty quick .

Hard to review fast food joints, but, I like this establishment because it is generally VERY fast at the drive through window- fast enough that my order is usually ready from the time it takes me to order, pay, then roll forward to the pickup window. Inside, the staff is friendly, facility is clean, and I always get what I order with no miscues.

Service is okay unless it's 12am then it's like dead slow but great people here

We hit this location very late at night. The service was drive through only at this time. Food was prepared quickly, and the Parmesan Caesar salad was really good for a fast food salad.

The new Cajun chicken jawn just has sauce that's a mix of brown mustard and horseradish. Its not Cajun at all in my opinion or very good but that's just me. Thought anyone else would like a warning, though. I still ate it all but begrudgingly so.

Basic Wendy's might want to bring your own condiments and silverware though, even if you ask them for extra and tell them that you're fine to pay for sour cream or butter for a baked potato or dipping sauce. You better off going to McDonald's on the other side of town👍

Love the food, but todays service was below par. I had 5 vehicles ahead of me at the drive through. Only one vehicle had more than one person. They were taking 5 min/order. After an extremely long wait, i got to the window, was handed my burger and drink and I left. As I'm driving, I thought I could smell French Fries. Opened my bag and discovered that they had put them in my bag. I only order the sandwich because both is too much for me to eat. And this is the first time that I dis not receive a receipt. So I couldn't even check to see if the cashier got my order right. Wendy's is usually very well organized and it's in and out. Today way a bad day.

Hallway to restrooms smell like sewage, as well as the restroom. Doesn't stimulate the appetite. The food is ok, fish sandwich tasted like it was under the heat lamp for some time. I have had good food there in the past. Will probably go there again.

Terrible! Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches both were tough and difficult to chew. Also ordered two well done singles with ketchup only and they had cheese, mayonnaise, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and both were raw. The only things that were good was the Caesar salad, frosty and fries. I've never been so disappointed in my life.

Everytime my family goes here, something is messed up. We usually order some plain burgers, and almost every time, one or both burgers are not plain. We often order the biggie bag deals and they often forget the nuggets or fries each time. Food is good, but more attention needed.

1 slice of bacon for a sandwich? Soda had no ice, Coke was undrinkable tastewise.

They seemed in a hurry to get rid of me when I pulled up. No one behind me and had me pull up to parking area. No one ever showed up behind me. Forgot to give me my card back they were rushing me through so quickly. Ordered breakfast sandwich and potato wedges. The wedges were barely half full. Taste was good and crispy. The bfast honey butter sandwich was not good. Rubbery chicken and not hot.

I can't believe I spent $12.61 on a bacon attraction and fries. This is fast food and their prices are more than going to a diner. And their food isn't that great either

I love their bourbon bacon cheese burger but some of the workers looks they hate it there and does a lazy job on making food sometimes overcooked or undercooked. That's why I hardly go to this location

A hot mess, disorganized, slow service, inattentive cashier's and not able to very out orders fast or to the right people. Had to wait on drink cups. Food was fine the service makes this place bad

Apparently I was in the restroom for too long because someone thought it would be a good idea to call the police on me. So make sure you don't use the restroom and touch up your make up while you're there!

Ordered x2 single bacon cheddar cheese burgers and a classic chicken salad. Received x1 burger with a slice of bacon with a pickle, x1 spicy piece of chicken in a bun and x1 plain piece of chicken in a bun no salad at all to the tune of $22 dollars. Not what I would call a good experience 😕. No excuses for such a total failure.

The food was excellent! Much better than other fast food places. The reason why they get 2 stars is because while waiting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes there were tons of signs to download their app for points towards free stuff. What the signs don't tell you while waiting is that you have to scan a code when you pay. So $20 for food didn't go to my points. I sent a message about it, and Wendy's just doesn't seem to care! The confirmation email for the app was what notified me about the scanning process. The cashier didn't ask, so how are you supposed to know while in your car?! Bad form as they say Wendy's! Is this terrible time customers should come first!

Got our food it took maybe 6 minutes to get home everything was cold but the chilli. I call and they said that they would replace my food. I'm glad of that but when you order food you want it to be hot not cold and hard.

Food was what you'd expect. No complaints there. Bathrooms we're leaking water, no toilet paper, and not clean. Floor of restaurant is sticky and the building is in pretty rough shape. Maintenance and cleanliness are pretty bad.

Poor service, only one person taking orders and filling them so there were about 10 people in line and it took a very long time. She would take the order then go collect all their stuff and get that person out before taking the next order. She stood waiting several times for a few minutes for the order to be filled. Could have been done much more efficiently. Quality of food was about norm for Wendy's. Wendy's are usually my fast food go to so it says something for what I normally thing about them. This location was also very dirty. Not sure when they had cleaned their counter or drink fountain last but both were dirty including being sticky.

Disgusting to see three bags of leaking garbage immediately outside the main entrance. Fries were cold and soggy, but the chicken sandwich was decent, at least.

Wendy’s has become so expensive, you can eat out at a restaurant for less. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal, and a cheeseburger meal today… the total came to THIRTY DOLLARS.. for two meals?! For thirty dollars I could buy a pound of ground beef, a whole chicken, a pack of buns, and a pack of French fries, big enough for an entire family. Absolutely outrageous…

The wait is insane. The food is semi juicy. The guy was nice.

Purchased single bacon cheeseburger.. Bun, and cheese was soft/mushy. Staff was not very friendly. I will not be purchasing anything from this location again. Location: Riverside / Coring / Painted Post NY I also question if I will be purchasing anything from Wendy's at all

The most disrespectful staff I have ever delt with. The manger is a pathetic version of a leader. After waiting for 25 min just to order the employees were yelling through intercom make them wait idgaf . every employee should be fired. Don't go here, absolute Trash service....Check everything you ordered because if you ordered something a specific way it's probably done opposite good luck you probably just go to Wegmans and cook yourself Ramen at home. Specifically because McDonald's is no better in Corning.

Stopped before our softball tournament, drive through service, the girl took my card walked away and didn’t come back for 10 minutes, comes back with food, I had to ask for my card back. Rude girl. Get to the field start eating, and find hair in all our food, not just little hairs, long nasty hair. 40 dollars in food straight to the trash. So thanks for that.

Continuous long lines and slow service. Slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. Do not recommend unless you have plenty of time. I also received a milk for my child that was open and drank out of. I took the loss instead of going through the terrible long lines again.

I got two cups of chilli and had to come all the way back because they were filled halfway ❓❓❓❓ they usually take care of you for the inconveniences, but I had to beg for a free drink. I had to drive back 3 miles for their mistake.

Waited in line for half an hour. Then when we got up to order. We waited for ten minutes and when we asked if someone was gonna wait on us the girl got super snotty, because they only had three people working, and it was 9:30 at night.

This was my second visit to Wendy’s in two months. The first time they forgot to give me the baked potato said they would give me another one when I came in. The next time I went they didn’t have record of it. Went back today specifically asked for no onions on our burgers. They were loaded with onions. Got two big potatoes one was completely brown on the inside. No more Wendy’s for me

HORRIBLE! If it could be rated a triple 0 I’d give it that! The people are soooo rude and they drag there feet and are very slow also very rude! Disgracefully really. The “workers” yell out the drivethru windows and hold up the line talking to people they know etc. also they don’t utilize wearing of masks and are very rude and inappropriate. I know many many many people that are fed up with this issue and choose anything but Wendy’s! Wait in the drive thru for a half hour for sh** service! I think the owner or higher up of this establishment needs to check in on things and make some changes! Very very disappointing!

3 times this week they didn’t pack part of my order and it was my 7 yr old and when we get home his food wasn’t there 2 times I called and they wouldn’t give us what we never received yet paid for… the 3rd time I called and told them abs didn’t even bother asking fir the food. I’m out aox $15 for nothing!! Either DO NOT go there or hold up the drive through (regardless of them telling you to move) so you can correct their mistakes!! I hate giving bad reviews especially this day in age but if they’re stealing peoples money others need to know!!

I went to this Wendy's with my dad and my four kids. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, everything was cold, and we were shorted an order of fries and a nugget from every order. The staff was rude to my son when he asked for our cups for our drinks. I normally enjoy Wendy's, but this one was an exception.

This place is disgusting the manager Chris is very disrespectful towards her staff I have been contacted a few times about this location I reported months back how nasty this place was never had any proof for my Claims. Food is good. Service takes forever. Spent 30 minutes in the drive through last time I was here and I’ve been standing in line for 15 minutes and still haven’t ordered. Do not recommend if you’re looking for “fast” food.

This place is slower than the people who work there. There is nothing fast about this place, you will be forced to wait in line for 10+ minutes until someone finally takes your order.

I waited in line for 20 minutes not 1 car moved ,there was 5 cars in front of me, still waiting to get to the 🎙 to order

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a Dave's single meal with medium fries and medium diet coke, husband ordered a Dave's double, strawberry swirl frosty and a large chili to sub for his fries. We had to wait for the frosty because they gave us a strawberry lemonade. $28.76 later, we had a single, a half order of fries ( which all got cold waiting for the frosty) chili and a medium diet. When the frosty AND MISSING DOUBLE was delivered, we had a frosty and a chicken sandwich. We knew something wasn't going to be right so we asked to make sure we had the receipt, and the girl at the window very rudely declared "It's in the bag". We had already driven away when we discovered the chicken, and you can't register a complaint with the company without a receipt.

I used the mobile app to order, bought double bacon on a daves triple, they gave me zero bacon. Called, they were nice enough to say they'd remake it on my next visit. Went in the store the next time, figuring it would be easier to explain. They wrote my order on a napkin and handed it to the kitchen. The note was ignored over 20 minutes while new orders were coming and going, as I waited. They were more worried about the out times on their screens than making something right with a customer. I can accept waiting my turn, but not being ignored. I even suggested they put my order in for real so I too could be a priority, but was told they were just busy. Too busy for me so I won't bother them by going back

Changes the lettuce, sauces and the drink sizes. Not happy at all. The place is average. The five dollar junior bacon bag was the only reason to really even come here for me and the changes to the lettuce have turned me off completely. The sweat and sour is now a sweet chilli sauce that’s spicy and not anywhere close to the same sauce. The drink sizes for coffee and soft drinks has changed you now get a smaller larger coffee. (They are now put in a medium soft drink cup) Will not be going much after the resent changes if at all to be honest. Will be heading to Burger King.

This is my favorite Wendy's location, however, I will no longer be going to Wendy's at all unless they bring back the original whole piece of lettuce on burgers and chicken sandwiches. Very disappointed in this decision. Much messier for eating in the car, less lettuce being in the food in general which ruins the taste. The whole reason I never bought a McChicken at McDonald's, cause EWW 🤢 lettuce will now always be soggy and half wilted, not to mention iceberg lettuce is not good for you so the food will now be worse for your health. Whoever made this decision should be fired, just saying. 😩 I will be convincing all my friends to boycott until this problem is changed!

I took my kids here as a treat for them to receive ice cream with their meal. My children and I are extremely disappointed in this WENDY'S! 1.) I was informed that they didn't order any classic nuggets, but they can offer the spicy. Not going to work for my young children. 2.) The guy at the drive thru window was playing a game on his cellphone. I know because I could see it while I was waiting to PAY for our order. 3.) They forgot part of the order. When I asked for the rest, they asked for the receipt. GUESS WHAT?? Cellphone dude didn't give me a receipt because his machine ran out and he didn't have time to get more receipt paper!! REALLY????!!!!!??

Went through the drive through today around 1:30 and the guy at the first window was really nice. I pulled to the second window to get my food and the lady opened the window said “your drinks” as she shoved the first at me and spilled it down my arm I noticed the lid wasn’t on all the way and then she proceeded to hand the second and again the lid wasn’t on all the way. Now at this point I have soda dripping off of me with no offered napkins no apology NOTHING so of course I’m irritated she then said “your food” shoved that at me and slammed the window!!! I’m beyond PISSED at this point! If you are going to have an attitude like that maybe work the grill NOT the damn window!!!!!
