I Love Chick-fil-A, my favorite would be those small golden nuggets. As well as their waffle fries and I can’t forget the Chick-fil-A sauce that I did everything in. If you have downloaded their app you’re missing out on!
My experience at this Chick-fil-A was excellent! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich well done with no pickles and it was really good! The chicken was crispy on the outside and just how I like it on the inside the bun was really good and the fries are the best fries in the world!! I go to other Chick-fil-A's and they're not as good as this one, I would recommend this to everyone who loves fast food chicken!

I've been here 3 times this week. The food has been extra good this year, 2026. My cobb salad has been so good both times I ordered it this week. I started using the creamy salsa dressing instead of the avocado lime ranch, thanks to blondes who eat on instagram. My waffle fries were amazing today, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside....I didn't even need any chickfila sauce to dip. The spicy chicken sandwich I had a few days ago was cooked to perfection. It was crispy, spicy, and was so good with mayo. Keep it up. Way to start the new year!
Gabby (Isabella) is an absolute wonder!!! Me and my little sister came in for dinner and she took our order. Not only did she connect with my sister so well, but went above and beyond in orchestrating having a six-year-old try new things (impossible but Gabby did it!) when she came to hand us our milkshake, she went the extra mile again by giving her stickers!! Which I don’t know if anyone else has a kid at home but that is practically handing someone a hundred bucks. Thank you so much for being so kind despite the dinner rush!
Nicely built chick-fil-A located on 380 Highway. One day on my lunch break, i was searching for restaurants that were not far from my job, and this restaurant popped up, which was not far at all. Upon arrival, it was like a maze to get to the drive-through, but I figured it out.There wasn't anyone standing outside to take my order, which was surprising, but my wait time wasn't long at all Everything was 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this place
Best Chick-Fil-A! Always such great service & whatever juice those employees are drinking I want some! I had my daughters 5th Birthday Party there & they were so helpful getting my catering order for it & they were even able to have the Cow come out! I will always choose Cross Roads Chick-Fil-A over any others! #OneLoveOneBrooklyn
The only location that understands what wrapped in lettuce means IS IN CROSSROADS. It appears that this is the only location that offers things right! Our newest location of 380 by Kroger seems to be dumbfounded every time you request it. Twice we have gone through the drive-thru requesting No Bun - wrapped in lettuce and twice we have been given a non courteous response (we don't know how to do that or I don't think I can leave my post to find out). So, if you are looking for exceptional customer service with employees that will go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied... A courteous demeanor a happiness that shows when you walk through those doors or when you use the drive-thru, you can assure you will be welcomed in, greeted and appreciated... And best of all they know what they're doing.....DON'T USE THE NEW LOCATION...THEY ARE obviously still in Training. P.S. someone please explain to them how to remove the buns and substitute with lettuce....left you a sample of the receipt...so simple

I go to this location since it's close to home, I work from home. It's nice to run out and grab a quick lunch or dinner sometimes. Lately, I would say the food quality has gone down. The grilled chicken nuggets are rubbery. They also do something different with their chicken noodle soup, there's barely any chicken in the soup now. My last order I was shorted some grilled nuggets. I do like the fact that I can call the restaurant and they will fix anything that's wrong with your order. Customer service at the mobile drive-thru is usually pretty good.

It's a decent location overall, but they are SO stingy on fries it's insane. Nearly every time we've gone through the drive-thru in the past two years of living in the area we've received half full fries. It's constant. I know there are other reviews related to this issue but it does not seem that they are trying to correct this issue! Might as well order a small because that's the portion size you're getting no matter what you order.
I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food places, but this Chick-fil-A has messed up my mobile drive-thru order a few times now. I’ll admit I forget to check the bag before driving off, but almost every time something is either wrong or missing. They’re good about giving refunds, but it’s frustrating when you’ve got hungry kids expecting a full meal and only get half. I just wish the orders were checked more carefully.

I often go through the drive thru for lunch on my lunch break and I have noticed they have a problem with accuracy. Every visit I have to correct them at the window for some detail of my simple order. Today after correcting them that my meal was upsized to large, they fixed my drink but when I drove off I noticed my fries were still medium and they were cold and soggy. This is a problem every visit and I’ve never had this problem at another location.

Raw chicken nuggets 2 weeks in a row. This was a catering order and when I asked if we would be refunded they told me they hadn’t made that decision yet and they would get back to me after talking to the “head of catering” I wouldn’t use this Chick-fil-A unless you enjoy throwing up.

Rainy day and told to pull to speaker where I got rained on while person kept taking orders of people. Guess it was ok for me to go to speaker and get rained on. Kid at window told me too late to Adam for rewards and put receipt in bag. No barcode on receipt because he had to change paper. Blonde woman on her phone may have been manager. Very bad chick fil an experience at this one. I will drive up the road and won’t stop here again.
I drove up to the speaker and waited. The Chick-fil-A employee on the other side lane with no customer and said nothing to me. When I ask why no one had help me he said it's not working go around or back up.What the employee should have done was take my order.
I had the worst experience tonight. I joked with my passenger that I had never waited in a chick fil a line this long in my entire life. One vehicle sat at the window for like 4-5 mins after receiving the drinks. The gentleman working the drive through had two conversations with the car before they got the order. When my order was handed to me I asked if they got the sauces we ordered because originally when the order was read back it was not included. He assured me that the sauces were in the bag. When I got home and discovered we didn’t have any sauces at all I called the restaurant. I was told that all they could do is give me the sauces if I drive back up there. I drove back to the restaurant to speak to the manager. I had to request it twice before Ethan came over and apologized for the inconvenience. I came home to realize that my sons nuggets were so over cooked to we’re uneatable. We didn’t get a straw and I ordered extra tortilla strips that we didn’t get either. By far the worst experience I have had a chick fil a. I’ve only had to come back to a chick fil a once and that manager gave me the missing item a refund and a cookie.
ATTENTION CURRENT & FUTURE DOOR DASH/UBER EATS DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!!!! This Chick-Fil-A currently has a VERY unprofessional and rude owner operator named Scott South. It seems DD/UE drivers are only a back burner hassle for this location. I realized after I unfortunately met the owner operator this morning when he confronted me at this store in casual street clothing because I asked his manager for an extra plastic bag to hold a card board drink holder. They refused to give me a bag that the 4 slot drink holder would fit inside of, the manager told me “Door Dash gives you bags” I was attempting to prevent the bottom of the 4 slot cardboard drink holder from collapsing if it got wet (Which it did, the manager then insinuated I did it on purpose as she remade the drinks)... This owner operator was not wearing a name tag or any identifying markers to indicate he was with Chick-Fil-A when I was confronted. The attitude I got from both the owner operator and manager on duty radiated that they would prefer if DD/UE delivery drivers not come in this store AT ALL. I have NEVER been inside of a Chick-Fil-A with worse customer service in my ENTIRE life. The manager on duty was NOT any more professional than the owner operator Scott South, bad ownership = bad management. Door Dashing and Uber Eats is NOT worth the time or money when dealing with this kind of nonsense. Chick-Fil-A needs to do better at this location... I reported the issue to Chick-Fil-A corporate as well as Door Dash.
Told management about how there was food and trash in the kids area. She didn’t care. She said they clean it every night. I then went tot he bathroom. Dirt, crud was caked on the floor. There was two customers sitting in dining and no cars in drive thru. I was really surprised to see how she the manager didn’t care or show any concern nor did she even say thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. She seemed aggravated that I was even bringing it up. We go to countless locations and this is the dirtiest I’ve seen. Also, it’s consistently dirty… the only reason I’m posting about it is because it seems to be a consistent issue. I get it if you’re constantly slammed busy, but they have four staff members standing around in front talking and laughing so I was surprised that the manager was so dismissive.
I’ve been to this location about ten times in the last two years. They mess up my order every time in some way. Nice kids work there but i think they don’t know the difference between a biscuit and a muffin. Today we ordered three sandwiches that would be served on a muffin and instead they made them with a biscuit. Kinda destroyed the meal.
This place consistently doesn't give good portion..you get home look and always disappointed..just fill the fires Update Don't do drive-thru from this place I am absolutely disgusted how little fries they give you they literally feel half my fries with the sauce so it made it look bigger I took the sauces out and was left with the second picture DISGUSTED WITH THE DRIVE THROUGH HERE. I ordered chick-fil-a from the app at 8:30pm and selected to pickup at this location (for the first time) . The app said it would be ready in about 6-8 minutes. Got there around 9pm, and went inside to pickup my order. Except my order wasn’t there, so I informed an employee who said they would check on my order for me. That employee went to “check” and never came back, so I had to ask another employee. Then about 20 minutes later I finally received my order, so in all it took 50 minutes to get an order of 5 chick-fil-a nuggets, a large fry, and one of the chick-fil-a sauce bottles. I couldn’t believe how long it was taking until I looked over and saw several other employees just standing around chatting about Taylor Swift. I have never received such poor customer service in my entire life at a Chick-fil-a. This Chick-fil-a’s customer service is on par with McDonalds. Oh and to top it off, when I got home I noticed that the large fry box was half empty.
