THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! Sooo cute inside and the subs and ice cream are GREAT. Also: the customer service from the ladies who work here is PHENOMENAL!!! Such a warm and lovely place!!!
Sandwich was pretty good. Nothing to fancy or crazy. Simple sandwich! Staff there are super sweet and friendly! Very courteous! They made my experience wonderful!
The Great Outdoors Sub's has the best fresh squeezed lemonade and my favorite sub is the number 13 with wheat bread toasted, with the works and mayonnaise and sour cream onion chips to go with it. Must put some chips into the sandwich for the crunch factor it tastes delicious.
“Great sandwiches, even better place for friendship” -Liz “I spend all day in the great outdoors” - Mike “ I almost missed the sale of my couch I was having so much fun” - Izzy Also they have really good lemonade and shakes
Food is delicious and the service is great! However the tables/dining area were not clean this was after the lunch hour.
There just isn't a better sandwich shop! Extremely fresh ingredients along with friendly employees make this a top notch place to come to as much as possible.
My first time at a Great Outdoors was 1974. Been going ever since. Love their Summer Sub, the Outdoorsman and the Invention. Best sandwiches in town.
I went there during the late afternoon and it was a good experience. I used the drive thru, which I feel it was a great thing for that Great Outdoors to have, when you are in a hurry. I liked the food and the customer service was also great.
This is my favorite sandwich shop in town. It's not all chainy like other sub shops and the food is really good. Additionally, it reminds me of my favorite sub shop back on the west coast. It's also a great place to bring friends and enjoy some lunch. Oh, and they also have ice cream.
Absolutely my favorite sandwich shop. They have amazing subs, salads, and their shakes are delicious! Every sandwich I have tried had been just as good as the last. If you haven't been... it's a must try!
Absolutely wonderful first experience! Angie was super helpful with choices and suggestions. Everything was made fresh, and smelled fresh as soon as you walked through the door! Definitely coming back! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed and pleasant.
The Great Outdoors is a great local sub shop that has a lot of delicious sandwich options at fair prices. Their meat is sliced fresh which gives it a great flavor with a lot of fresh veggies to top the sandwich off. You can have your sandwich toasted or cold and the service is very friendly. If you are looking for a great sub, the option to support local business and friendly faces, you definitely need to give The Great Outdoors a try.
I cannot believe they are still here! I use to come here all the time in the 70's. And they are still around. Good food and it is always fresh. I don't remember them having breakfast items. I will certainly have to try them!
My favoritr sandwich shop in all of DFW is Dino's in Arlington. But this place is an excellent second when I don't feel like driving all that way. Plus they're one of the few places I can get a sandwich on rye. Their shake selection is awesome.
This has been my favorite sandwich shop in Dallas for over 6 years. I’ve ordered inside the store and on doordash and they never make a mistake and it always tastes fresh. Summer sub on wheat add turkey and bacon.. it’s so good!
It was so nice to go there again. Since we moved clear across town we don't get there much anymore. Staff was so kind and very efficient. Nice job. Food was great as always. Store was clean. Thumbs up!!
Sandwiches are smaller nowadays but they still have a great taste and I appreciate the fact that the Park Lane and Greenville location has started back offering the IBC root beer... Yaaasss!
My first time here. I did not know what to order and it was suggested to me to try the #12. I did and it was delicious. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Good food, Good people, Good place=5 Stars
Food never disappoints. But I’m not happy that they quit playing KEOM-FM 88.7 (Mesquite Schools radio) on their dining room music! It was so pleasant to hear my generation’s music while dining in! Now I’m listening to some kinda godawful “something” on JackFM! Please change back to KEOM-FM 88.7!
One of my absolute favorite sub shops in Dallas (well actually, in general as well). Make sure you go on Tuesday for double stamps on your "sub-tracker"card (and if you don't have one, ask for one). If you need a recommendation, the meatball and the Ruben are both damn good (for their hot subs), and The Invention is one of my favorite "cold" subs.
I used to go here 30 years ago. It was great then and it's still great! The staff was so efficient and courteous. The sandwich was delicious. I was in town for the afternoon and I am so glad I came back to try it again. What a great experience! I was at the Greenville, Park lane shop.
Excellent ambiance, superior customer service, the roast beef sandwich with the works on wheat bread I had was very good. I had the Cherry Bomb Ice Creme for desert and it was delicious. The people at the sandwich bar were so lively, personable and up beat I felt like I was with family. I will make it a point to go back every time I'm in Dallas!
JJ is always smiling and she's beautiful with great customer service love seeing her when I come in.
Though it may often be overlooked, this is one of the best sub shops in Dallas. Small building that doesn't seem to be the easiest to find parking, at first glance. However once you drive into the parking lot and realize there are plenty of spots in the back, parking concerns diminish. You have plenty of choices of various meats, cheeses, sides. Everything is fresh and made to order. Absolutely exceptional food!
Customer service was spectacular. One lady in particular just went out of her way the whole time we were there to introduce us to new things (campfire sauce and fritos, for example). She seemed to really enjoy her work and be passionate about what there is to offer at the Great Outdoors. I wish I had asked her name but if it helps we were there around 6:30PM on 7/9. She was working at the start of the line. As expected, the food was deliscious. Freshest ingredients ever!
Food is hot, fresh and fast! I have given this restaurant 5 stars simply for their customer service! The employees are amazing! Management however needs an adjustment. Show a little more appreciation towards your restaurants. I actually felt slightly bad for the employees considering I myself have worked for management who just doesn’t care. Either way I will return simply because the employees are amazing
I have been coming to The Great Outdoors for many years and every location has amazing sandwiches. They cut the meat and cheese in front of you, they have delicious shakes, and everyone that works there is very friendly. All locations get busy during lunch time, but it is worth it if you're in the North Dallas/ Plano/ Richardson area.
Very much in love with this place I've recently started working in Dallas and they are a block away and I'm in love with the place. Great prices huge selection of meats and the quality of the food is it's best attribute. It's a small hole in the wall type of place but the food doesn't show it.
It's easy to overlook this small, local space but after forgetting it was there for years, I'm glad that I discovered it again today. One of the best East Coast style subs I've found in Dallas with fresh rolls and ingredients> Staff was very helpful and prices were great. I can't wait to go back again!
Long time favorite. Still fantastic!
Great BBQ sandwich with super tender meat and mild (not spicy) sauce with purple onions. My husband is a vegetarian and he got the cheese sandwich with the works (all veggies). I tasted it and it was possibly even better than mine. Or different but equally good. We went through the drive-thru and the guy working was super accurate in answering my questions. Overall excellent service and great sandwiches! I'd never been there but checked out their website when i got home to see if they had any locations near where we live. (They didn't.)
Great food! Great staff!
Such a great sandwich spot on Greenville Ave! Rated one star for the customer service- Destiny wasn’t friendly at all! 10/10 recommend
I was staying in Dallas from 1988-1990 and the sandwiches were the best i have ever tasted, Looking at the menu makes me very envious. Gret to ss the place is still operating. Jerry Oliveri was the owner in those days
Order the #11 with the works and enjoy a perfect lite sandwich with just the right amount spice and flavor. Staff was very kind. 8.2/10
Been driving past this place for 2 years and finally stopped in for lunch today. I understand why they have glowing reviews! The sandwich and service were both fantastic. I ordered a BLT which comes on a croissant and it was perfect. The total with 1 sandwich and a soda was $13, which is slightly pricey but well worth it. The 2 folks running the counter were both super friendly. I’ll definitely be back
1st of all the bread is amazing. Over 25+ options of subs & croissants. Whatever u get ask for it 🔥 & toasted. Ask for the works you won't be disappointed. Large catering menu available as well. The office will love you!!
I just tried this place for the first time today and it did not disappoint. THE BEST !!! I will be a customer for life.
OMG! I have always loved sandwiches. I have now found my happy place. I am in love with this place. The croissant club and potato salad are something I can eat every day. I'm so glad I tried this place. I have to order the half. Otherwise, I will eat the full sandwich. I guess I'll try a different sandwich next time.
My favorite sub sandwich! Love the #8 on wheat with the works but no onions and extra red wine vinegar. They also have a convenient drive-thru window and a great app and rewards program.
staff was personal, funny, and kind. great food, great service. i never write reviews but i am MORE THAN HAPPY to write this one!! thank you, i will be coming back.
The best sandwiches in Dallas!!! Not only are the staff so friendly, but the food is delicious. I’ve been in store and had delivery, and the quality is always great. The other day I ordered a delivery and they were sold out of something, they called me to go over other options! 10/10 service. Love it.
This is such a great sandwich shop! There’s a reason why it’s been around forever… great service, fresh ingredients & so many options.
Everyone that works here is always so kind and happy to take your order no matter how busy they are. It smells absolutely wonderful around the shop because they bake all the bread in house!
I've lived in this area for 30 years and this is my 1st time eating here.... SUBWAY sandwiches are a thing of the past for me. And I thought Bluebell was the best ice cream in the country???!!!!! Forgive me Bluebell this place has you beat. Staff is awesome and atmosphere is laid back and friendly. You guys totally rock!
First time to visit. The main lady making the sandwiches was really nice and informative, but the two guys at the cash out counter were very unfriendly and acted like we were bothering them for being there. We went with the chicken salad sub and a #12. Both tasted really good and the sodas were great as well. You could tell they used fresh made ingredients and fresh veggies! The sodas had the perfect mix of carbonation and syrup. The parking lot is super small and its rather difficult to squeeze in, especially if someone is in the drive thru line. But, we will visit again when in the area.
Out of all the locations this one is definitely my favorite. It’s by far the best shop, both employees and whole atmosphere vibe. Parking can be rough at peak times but everything in the area is the same way so it’s not an issue. They have both a drive through and additional parking in the back so it’s always accessible.
The BEST sandwiches for lunch. Will go out of my way for a sub from Great Outdoors. The only thing, and it's the reason for 4 stars, the line always takes forever to get through. Absolutely loved it otherwise!
Amazing sandwiches and good consistency! Only thing is they seem to have panhandlers that like to walk in the drive thru and ask customers for money.. which is kinda freaky when a stranger walks up to your car window when you're just trying to order a sandwich
My mom treated me to this place for the first time today and I was AMAZED! lol The menu has sooo many items to choose from!! The sandwiches are bangingggg! My only issue is that every single staff member was rude/had an attitude, so for that I gave 4 stars : (
Good tasting sub and great preparation. I like the theme they have in the building, and I give them props on slicing their own meat in-store. 4 stars because the choice of chips and preference of meat style is a bit short compared to potbelly.
The sandwich bread is fresh and the portions are a good size! A chef salad and sub sandwich can be split between two people.
Don't let the location or appearance deceive you. This place has a large menu with an abundance of options. The few subs I've tried have all been tasty. Great, friendly employees especially Meeka!
Good food & attentive male customer service at drive thru!! (update: tried a tuna sub, requested no lettuce, add mushrooms/onions upon another visit.. sub had lettuce but no onions & only 4 mushrooms.. wouldn't recommend tuna sub do to soggy bread & manager wouldn't replace w/out charging full price even after returning the soggy tuna sub)
Got the #12 double meat asked for extra thousand islands, mayo, and vinegar but my sandwich was dry. They don't even give you a pickle. Great American Hero would never.
If you're ok with paying $10 for a sandwich then this is the place. Nothing out of the ordinary and definitely not a cheap lunch choice. I ordered the chicken croissant but they made it on the counter! That didn't look clean and the soup was reheated in the microwave. I asked for a cup of water and the water was from the sink. They have nice staff but could use an upgrade in clean preparation. Parking is odd too and inside is old looking.
Soggy sandwich that looked like it was crushed by a hydraulic press, that I paid way more than it was worth. The photos made it look bomb and was really hoping for something like was shown. Given the rating I thought this place would have been good but it was sub par. Better than subway but I guess that isn't saying much.
This was my 1st visit to this concept. The choices of how you want a sub sandwich are almost endless. I have the the Outdoorsman. It was good. I give it an 8 out of 10. I regretted not getting a rootbeer float, but thats on me! The ladies warking the counter could not have been any nicer. The one issue I have is the meat case needed to be cleaned, and the sauce cooler behind the line was equally dirty. I almost decided not to eat there. It's an old location and thr equipment is showing its age, but this was not related to that. This was a rotation and cleaning issue.
Sandwiches are great. Unfortunately if you’re going through the drive thru, get ready to spend at least 20 minutes there. That’s IF they actually acknowledge you and take your order. It’s been more than one occasion I’ve sat in the drive thru with no response and had to go inside to order. It’s really hit or miss if you get a friendly worker there as well.
Didn't get my order right. They put mayo on my salami, capicola & pepperoni sub -- ruined the sandwich. I used their GrubHub online ordering app and picked up the sandwiches. Definitely did NOT ask for mayo. Good response to my post though. I won't claim the gift card, but I'll give them another try. People make mistakes, but the good businesses try to make it right.
Great service they were nice and friendly but it took too long to get food there was no one in front of me and no one behind me. They did offer me a drink or dessert because of the wait. I need them to be more efficient with orders and watch what their doing they did put my chips in the order that I purchased as well as a whole pickle. Still trying to figure out what took so long oh they said they had to warm up the soup. They were having too much but was friendly but come on with it you have customers
We were really excited to try this place based on reviews. The experience wasn’t that great. We got the turkey and cheese on wheat and a meatball sub. The meatball sub was pretty dry considering, and the wheat bread was incredibly dry and crumbly. I got “the works” on it which means they added the oils and vinegars, and it still didn’t help. The menu also reads “chips” as an option for $1.25, which we got excited about thinking that they were Homeade sandwich kettle chips, but instead got a fun size lays bag. Paid almost $30 for everything. Also we waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes for just the two sandwiches. Overall a pretty mid experience for the price. Should have gone to jersey mikes instead of paying $30 for everything - the chip bags are bigger and the sandwiches aren’t dry.
Fresh ingredients good bread good staff price felt a bit high for the size still was an underwhelming sandwich not sure why it could’ve been the mayo I left confused 😅😂
We ordered from here for the first time for 9 people for lunch to be delivered. Ordering and delivery went smoothly, no issues. Everything arrived nothing missing or messed up from how we ordered. I ordered the grilled chicken on a croissant and asked for the croissant to be toasted. When arrived the croissant was toasted but cold. The grilled chicken was just OK, not much flavor at all. All the ingredients were fresh, no issues there, just tasted like a flavorless chicken sandwich. I would definitely not have that sandwich again. I will always give a place 2 or 3 times ordering something different, I may really enjoy one of there others sandwiches, we will just see next time we order from here.
Their food is amazing. If this review was just for their food, I would give them 5 stars, however, since I am reviewing them entirely, I can't give them the 5 stars because of their customer service. It is HORRIBLE. I have been here several times now and each time they have been rude, impatient and essentially seeming annoyed for even taking my order. If I owned this business, I would take an extra close look at the employees especially the ones who handle the drive thru.
Dallas, Greenville Avenue. 2 b/c one the older ladies came up.front and saved my husband from the new young morons, what the word produce is and what listening is. I ordered a salad that is directly on the menu. None of them new what it was, that it was on the menu or that it had the works sandwich meat on it. They asked my husband what it was and told him that did not have that on the menu. So I ended with 3pieces of Turkey on shredded lettuce 2 slice tomato and 1.5 pieces cheese. He ordered cherry peppers and they asked if wanted cherry peppers shortly there after. Have you ever met someone so slow that it almost confuses you?! NOTE. Please know your menu before being allowed to work the counter! Do not ask the customer what or how to make what is on your menu and listen!!! Please fix this. Favorite sandwich shop for 20years.
The sandwich was awesome. Staff? not so much. The lady didn't bother greeting us she only blurted out "its going to have to be to-go cause we close in about ten minutes." She slapped our food together and quickly wrapped it up. Bothered and annoyed, she offered chips or a drink but it sounded more like she was going through the motions rather than actually asking. Mind you, we DID walk in like 12 minutes to close but its a SANDWICH SHOP. It seriously took them all of 3 minutes to make our food, she should have been a little more kind given that she is in the service industry. They CLOSE at 8, not get off at 8. Poor customer service, will not return.
Cheesesteak sandwich was not good lemonade is supposed to be fresh squeezed. Taste like watered down minute made. Will give them one more try hope there chicken salad is up to snuff.
If you have any sort of food intolerance or diet restrictions, be extremely cautious eating here. They do not change their gloves between orders and getting a refund from the rude manager is a huge hassle.
Good sandwich but lady that takes your order is consistently a jerk. As I’m telling her what I want on my sandwich, she interrupts me by saying “just tell me what you DON’T want.” That would take just as much time and effort. There’s about 20 options and toppings to add to a sandwich….I somehow get stuck with her rudeness every time.
I don't get why I have to get an attitude when I walk in looking for to go orders. Even though we are wearing masks I could tell by the way to the blinking her eyes that she had an attitude trying to talk nice but I know that facial expression something else since we are wearing masks. When I was talking to another employee what she said something kind of smug like. Disappointing😓
If you want to wait 30 minutes stuck in the drive through to get absolutely no service; over 5 people reversed out of the line because this place has no comprehension on how to run a drive through. Place should be torn down; trash establishment.
This place is not for salads. Not worth $8. They need to retire salads from menu. Its iceberg lettuce which has no nutritional value, they use turkey deli meat, this is a home salad I could have made. No wonder its never packed out.
This place always have problems or short staff and the employees always treat the customers rude like they really hate their JOBS. Management here must be extremely awful
Made me 20+ minutes late for an Uber delivery. Yall have no sense of urgency or organizational skills. 0/10 stars if I could. Just terrible
The sandwich was barely okay and had a few small pieces of meat. I was expecting much better based on the glowing reviews. Also the girl at the drive thru was a bit rude. I won't be back.
Went in for an ice cream treat and got two sad looking desserts. I got a hot fudge sundae and my wife got a single scoop. My sundae came out with two small scoops, and two tiny shots of fudge. Fudge was not hot. I mean, fudge was barely even present. The whip cream was liquid and just looked pathetic as seen in the picture. Her scoop was served in this "side of queso" sized container. I couldn't believe the ticket was almost $8. Also, the customer service was terrible. The two older ladies and younger girl really couldn't have cared less about our experience. We won't be back.
This Greenville Ave location of Great Outdoors has become the poster child definition of a restaurant that couldn't care less about its customers. They should fire all the employees and hire people that actually WANT to work there and give a cr*p about customers. I went to the drive-thu, and spent *4 minutes* waiting for them to take the order for the one customer ahead of me, then 5, yes I said *5 more minutes* waiting for them to bother to take my order. And I still had to wait for them to bother to make the sandwich. BTW, the last time I went to Jimmy John's, I went in, ordered and in less than 2 minutes from entering I had my (much better) sandwich. See ya Great Outdoors, I'm gonna take my business to some place that wants my business.
This place is nothing special. The plack on the wall says it best. Best of Dallas 1988.... Not sure how fresh the sub toppings we're. Slimy cucumbers. Interior feels old and cheap. Worker rolled her eyes when I asked for avocado spread. Way over priced.
Not sure about how good THIS location is. Got there and kept trying to get someone to acknowledge me in the drive thru...no answer. After 15 mins, then someone finally asks if they could help me (because she was cutting bread and didn't hear the speaker.)The other employee is sitting in the back of the store smoking a cigarette??!!! So, no...I dont need any help anymore. And, it's the last time I'll be coming to THIS location!!!
I've eaten here a total of 2 times now, and both times the staff was rude to me and acted extremely inconvenienced when I informed them of my gluten allergy. They specifically advertise having gluten free options, which is rare for a sandwich shop. Both times that I requested the gluten free bread they made a big deal about having to use a different table and cutlery to prepare my sandwich. If the service alone wasn't bad enough, their prepackaged gluten free bread is dry, tasteless, and has a chalky texture. Out of their dozen or so meat options, only two are actually gluten free. Between the price, service, and quality of service I would recommend against eating here.
I love this place, it’s my go to for lunch at work. But after your cashier yelled at me for not understanding her and then cursed under her breath I don’t know that I will be back. I hope her day gets better and she doesn’t take it out on anymore of your customers. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I had a very frustrating experience today. I have never been to this location and will not be returning. I tried multiple times to state my order clearly at the drive thru, being asked to repeat over and over only to have the woman taking my order apparently forget the speaker was on and make rude remarks about me. Perhaps you need to upgrade your system to be able to hear patrons, and have a lesson in how the buttons work with your staff so that offensive comments can be made in private.
I went to pick up a sandwich that I placed 15 minutes before my arrival. Waited 10 minutes at least to get my order. After 10 minutes I checked with the cashier to see when the order will be ready and he replied that it will be a while. It was only one cold sandwich. Simply meat bread and mayo and 40 minutes into waiting for it, They still hadn’t started working on the order
This place is not good. I ordered a salad sub and it barely had any tomatoes or otter veggies. It was stuffed with lettuce and I had to pay extra for cucumbers. I paid for mayo and mustard but it wasn’t added to the sub. It took 30 minutes to do drive thru and the order was wrong.
Drove up to the drive-through sat there for 10 minutes nobody waited on me got out went inside. was one worker working. She was very annoyed. She threw my sandwich together when I told her what I wanted she gave me a go to hell look I did not tip, and as I was walking out the door I had someone on the telephone got in my car. She came down the steps and wanted to know what I said to her, I felt very threatened
Staff was extremely rude like I was a burden to them when walking into door. I mean mean steaming mad face immediately walking in and I haven't even said a word it was just truly how you can sense the animosity without words being spoken yet. When words were spoken it wasn't polite it wasn't nice felt like a burden the whole time they need to improve their customer service it's absolutely non-existent. I felt like I was at one of those restaurants where the theme of it was to be absolutely nasty to the customers That's what it felt like. It was a lady up front. I mean if you're that miserable in life go find somewhere else where you don't have to deal with people I feel like you're spreading the hate and anger onto everyone you're speaking to
The Great Outdoors off of Greenville & Park Lane in Dallas is one of the worst fast food locations I’ve been to. I’ve ordered thru door dash multiple times & they’ve never gotten my order completely right. I specifically add notes to my order since I don’t have the option to make modifications. Each time I place an order I call to make sure they see my notes before giving it to the dasher, & each time the person confirms they see the modifications. The person I’ve spoken with the most about this issue is Joy. Since my order was incorrect yet again today, I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way there and back to express my grievances about my order being wrong. When I tried telling Theresa/Teresa my order was incorrect, she immediately cut me off and told me to come back tomorrow when Kathy, the General Manager was in if I wanted a free sandwich. Never mind the fact that they messed up my order, but her first reaction was to tell me to come back, AGAIN, to be compensated for something they messed up on as opposed to correcting the error right then and there. She didn't apologize for the mistake, & her attitude and tone was very disrespectful & off putting. Unless personnel at this location changes they will no longer me getting my business.
First time Drove in the drive-thu staff had attitude when ordering we ordered still but should have Drove off. 2 sandwiches for over 22 dollar that were way smaller when expected could have went to another shop and payed the same for better value Won't be going back due to staff's attitude in the drive-thu
Nasty wearing gloves touching their hair , rude security , no parking long wait time .
Poor Girl at the window was stressed out doing drive through and lobby. Tried to order un drive thru. Never answered, I pulled up, no one at the window. Then someone came behind me and they took that order. Worst first time. Never even got to try the subs. I left and went to slims chickens.
Overpriced and underserved. I found the waitstaff to be unfriendly and uncaring. They act like they're doing you a favor by taking your money and handing off your food. Not once did I hear a "thank you" or even an "hello".
We got locked in right before close and were made to feel as though we were a burden. I was excited to bring my friends here, but the experience was disappointing. We arrived at 6:40pm. When we walked in, one employee made an annoyed comment to the others and stepped away. When I went to order, that same employee mentioned she was going to lock the doors, locked the back door, and then, when she heard the other team members ask what bread we wanted, we said “white bread” and across the store, she yelled, responding to my question by saying, “We don’t have white bread,” in a raised tone. Which is odd considering she was nowhere near the sandwich making line and she had walked away as I was ready to order… with HER. The two younger employees were polite and prepared our food without any issues. Before leaving, I asked the cashier—who was very kind—for the name of the employee who had spoken to us that way, and she said it was JJ. As we headed toward the back door to exit, JJ laughed with another shift lead about having to open it, even though the door requires a key and must be unlocked by an employee. We attempted to open the door and realized JJ had locked us in. JJ’s behavior came across as unprofessional, but the rest of the staff was helpful and respectful. My feedback is specifically regarding her conduct, not the team as a whole.
This is a crazy review to write. We ordered food through the drive through lane. 33 dollars. But when we got our food, it was missing one regular sandwich and a bottled water. When we came back through the drive thru and asked for it, the staff more or less disappeared and closed shop. So we left. I tipped 15% too - pretty crazy to just straight up not get food you paid for plus we tipped y'all on a drive thru order. That's not very nice. It's too bad too because the food is actually good, but y'all really left us without food we paid for and had us waiting in the drive thru as ya'll left? It today's economy, nobody can afford paying for food... and not getting it.
Tiny portions. BIG prices. Got a 5 dollar cup of soup that wasn’t even filled all the way up. See photo. Got a sandwich with “the works” and it was flat as a pancake. I’ve had better sandwiches at Subway. See photo of tiny flat sandwich below. Food is ok. Terrible value for the money if you’re hungry. 17 dollars for soup and sandwich and a dollar tip. Won’t be back.
The guy working went from sweeping the floor when I was coming in to handling my bread with the same gloves on and rubbing his nose on the gloves as well. I just left. I will never eat at this location again. Never been so disgusted at a restaurant.
Some of their employees have attitudes when helping customers. I visite this place two times in one day. the first time the older lady was so sweet came back the second and the younger lady was rude. Including the manger at that time
