I drive far to get Mama D’s pizza. So delicious and the calamari too. It’s fun to eat there. Weekends it’s busy.

Great food and great service. Do we all had a plethora of different dishes. I had the eggplant Parmesan and it was fantastic. I'm going to go out and all them and say it was the best I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. Nobody in our party of seven left disappointed.

I can’t recommend Mama D’s highly enough. Everything about it was fantastic. The walls were adorned with lovely prints of famous celebrities. The service was impeccable-everyone was so attentive and friendly. My wife and I both had the popular ravioli in pink sauce and it was absolutely delicious. If we ever come back from NJ to CA we will definitely make another trip to this fine establishment!

Loved our dinner here. The staff was amazing. We had a group of 20 on a Friday night and they got us seated quickly and kept all the kids happy with bread and drinks. The food was great. I got a calzone and it was really good. They lived up to their mission statement

Johnny was the Best server!!! Food: I ordered Fusilli with Chicken and the world famous #PinkSauce. The pasta was smothered in the rich pink sauce and the chicken was moist and was also coded in the rich pink sauce. I gobbled up every noodle. You also receive complimentary bread and a garlic/oil spread. I also got a glass of Chianti wine and nicely paired with the pink sauce. Service: My server was Johnny. He was polite, friendly, attentive, and accurate. I felt very welcomed, even though they were a little busy, he still gave me attention. Final thought: Great place in the area for good Italian. The restaurant is a little small but has major charm. After a good meal the beach is only about 10 minutes away walking in 5 minutes driving.

Very yummy Italian food. I liked the paintings and the vibe inside. Also our server was so sweet and attentive! They don’t take reservations, and the wait on a Friday night around 7 was about an hour.

From the get go this place is 5 star plus. We were very impressed by the welcoming and hospitality of Tim and Vanessa. The food is so delicious. We loved the pink sauce. The ravioli and rigatoni.

Amazing service. Delicious food. Amazing service. Did I say amazing service enough? The food was delicious, but the star of the night was the attentiveness of the staff. I usually have to beg for more complimentary bread at other restaurants, but here people were stopping by our table every once in a while to check if we needed bread. We also got these cute little complimentary chocolate chip cookies and they were so good too.

Best Italian restaurant I've been to. I flew into CA and asked my nephew where he wanted to eat. He immediately said Mamma D's. It would be a 30+ min drive from where we were and he said it would be worth it. It was. I ordered what our waiter recommended and loved it! It's was approx $40-$45 pp.

Enjoyed the attentive service and great food. The pink sauce on the pasta was tasty and the eggplant parmigiano didn't disappoint.

Chris, if you’re reading this, you deserve a medal for your service. Or at least a really big tip. And then, dear readers, I stumbled upon the Holy Grail of pasta dishes—the secret menu item: the meaty pink sauce. This concoction is so incredible, it must be kept under lock and key. Imagine Mama D’s already fabulous pink sauce, but with an infusion of savory, melt-in-your-mouth meats that take the flavor to a whole new level. It's like the sauce got an upgrade and decided to bring the entire meat department along for the ride. Unbelievable. If you manage to get the inside scoop and order this, consider yourself one of the chosen ones. It's wasn't too bad.. a lot of people kept coming, which was a great sign that the food was good. Service was good. Parking kinda sucks. Street Parking or have to park on side streets. If there is parking, it must have been small, different see it.

The only miss is meat ball, which we feel too mushy like a meat loaf. We also had the margarita pizza, which is delicious. Although we expected to see sliced mozzarella but it did not has that presentation, the flavor is unbeatable. We will definitely be here again! This is one of the places that the fame does not outshine the reality.

One of the best tiramisu I have ever had in my life ! Really incredible and my kid just loved it . I took him for his birthday today and the food and the service are both really great . We are in from out of town. & I have a gluten sensitivity, & chose this place because I really wanted pasta… they not only have GF pasta, but gf pizza crust, bread… OMG I was in Heaven! Our waitress Zaren was such a delight, she not only helped me with the menu & my modifications but we just had a blast talking to her. Highly recommend, a cute atmosphere, cute place, & absolutely divine food. 🍝🍷

Very great place, the food is amazing and the workers are really nice. I really do wish that they have better internet connection, but overall, I really like going there.

Great Italian, friendly service, but no parking... Had to park in the street. Also the prices were a bit higher than what I normally would like to pay. I liked all the quotes and sayings on the walls and in the print, like Our Vision and other stuff.
