I had called my home store while driving realizing the store would be closing in 25 minutes, but I was on a time crunch to feed my family after working a long day. I had placed an order over the phone and when I came in to pick up my order, Kaleb greeted me once my order was ready with the kindest demeanor. I am sure he had a long day, but he absolutely went above and beyond not just for me but the other person waiting while he was completing out all of those last minute orders that were on the TV screen. Kaleb’s professionalism, ability to move quickly and efficiently deserves to be recognized and rewarded. Please realize this is a small town and most locals here have slim pickings the later it gets, so when I find a gem like Kaleb, it is paramount that I do my part and make sure corporate and management hear of this employees excellence. A great attitude in service is not as easy to come across these days. My order was HOT, correct, and neatly packed. 6/5 stars here. Thanks for dinner.

Last night Wednesday night they were on point. The employee was very nice pizza was ready in a timely manner. Was hot and tasted perfect. MY Husband looked over at me saying this is really good (with a mouth full ) and I agree. Some times unfortunately it is not! Then its a while before we go back. Wouldn't surprise me if pizza hut is in our weekend plans.

This was our first time to get take out from the Dripping Springs Pizza Hut. I must say it was a great pizza for a very reasonable price n fast too. So i can say for sure we will b getting take out from Pizza Hut again real soon. Two thumbs up from Cindylu. I stand by my two thumbs up on the pizza and now those brownies r the bomb diggity. But the other night we came n got a pizza order n got the worst service from the guy working that night n am so disappointed in his customer handling. But i will not let that sway how i feel abt the great pizza.

I told him it looks like that is hard work but you’re doing well. I could see my order to pickup was a few minutes out. Finally they hand me the pizza (yes just one pizza(just cheese)) and I dash off to deliver to my now malnourished customer. But, What’s This?! Oh right they gave me the wrong order. I’m not trying to make a boatload of cash doing Door Dash, but when incompetence at the store takes you to less than $8/hr and makes you look incompetent to the customer, things have got to change. I hope the owner/manager sees this so you can help yourself from an eventual total loss.

Nope. I knew I should've went with Pizza Cave. Absolutely terrible. Would give zero stars if I could. Delivery was wrong and completely destroyed. Based on my experience, dollar store frozen pizza "Out Pizza's the Hut." Never again.

Waited an hour and finally called the store. They hung up on me so I called back to explain that I still haven’t received my food. The lady said they had no one to deliver it and they were waiting on doordash who still wasn’t there. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible. Won’t be ordering from here again. Just go to Pizza Cave the pizza there is actually good.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, waited 2 hours for my order only for it to never get here, then I call and they tell me they canceled it and I’d have to pay again for another order, did that, they call me 45 minutes later and say they can’t get a driver to deliver my food to me and cancel that one too. Bunch of idiots that work up there

I ordered a pizza lover stuffed crust pizza at 1pm. It was sent out via doordash. I stood on my porch and watched the driver pass my house and not deliver my food. I called the restaurant to let them know. They said they would send it out again with a refund. Okay. The second doordash driver did the same thing driving past without even a phone call to attempt to deliver. I called the restaurant again and was cussed at and hung up on. The first time I called I was polite even if annoyed. The second time yes I raised my voice but I did not cuss at them and was not nasty. I was frustrated with two very hungry toddlers. I will be contacting corporate to complain.

This is the second time in a row that I have been extremely disappointed buy the pizza that I got from this location. Both times I put in Mobile orders for three topping pizzas. The first time I got all the way home and realized that they had only put one topping instead of three toppings which cost more than a one topping pizza. When I called to let them know what they had done they told me that they were going to give me a refund and I even called back 5 days later when I did not see the refund in my account yet and they told me that they had put it in and that the manager would call me back and he never did get the refund. So I feel pretty stupid giving them a second chance. That being said I did give them a second chance today and ordered to three topping pizza once again. This time I checked the pizza before I left the restaurant and even though I could see that they did not put the extra pepperoni cups that I ordered and payed on it I said to myself as long as it has the hamburger meat and garlic on it it's fine I guess. I asked the woman that I picked it up from if the garlic was underneath the cheese because I did not see it on the top and she said yes it was. It turns out that the garlic was definitely not on the pizza at all and the pepperoni cups and hamburger meat both tasted off (a semi rancid taste). Due to the fact that I already know that if I called and complained about these issues with the second pizza that I would never get a refund I decided to leave a review on here to help other people not make the mistake I made by going to this location. It's worth being said that I live 30 minutes away from dripping springs so I could not just turn around and go back and get a new pizza. I will not ever go there again and I highly recommend that no one else does either, unless you just really love wasting your money. If there were zero stars I would have put zero stars. Just absolutely horrible!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT‼️‼️. Went here on saturday with a few friends and immediately when I arrived the place smelled like expired cheese. I haven’t been to pizza hut in a while so i was trying to decide on what to get however the staff was so rude with one even calling me a slur for not being able to order the pizza correctly. Regardless i placed my order which was 2 large sausage pizzas and some wings then looked for a seat which was hard to do because most of use tables were filthy with crumbs and trash all over. While i was waiting I went to the restroom to wash up and found a cook in the urinal who was urinating walk out without washing his hands and the restroom was extremely dirty. After waiting like 20 minutes i received my order and immediately i was met with a funky smell. I looked at my pizza and wings and saw how disgusting and greasy they look i took a bite and to no surprise it tasted weird. The wings were ok at best but the sauce also tasted funky. After receiving my mediocre food I left in disappointment and dissatisfaction and was most likely going to experience a stomach bug later on the day.

I have never been so insulted by a food establishment in my life. This location did not get my order correct and when I called, I was told I would have to bring the pizza back to prove it. Is this against the Texas Health Code? When I got there, two teenaged girls came out of the back and said if I didn't like how I was treated, I need to leave and don't come back. Guess what, I won't, not to this location nor any other pizza hut location anywhere, ever again. Domino's has all my business from now on. pizza hut better fire the staff at this location before they lose more business.
