The Johnson City Five Guys is a really wonderful restaurant. The food is always prepared perfectly, hot, fresh and delicious. The staff is super nice, they are always super friendly and will talk to you. They are genuinely nice. It is the best place in Johnson City to get a cheeseburger. They are a little pricy but it is worth it for a perfectly prepared cheeseburger. I always stop in when I am in JC.

Love Five Guys. Best French fries ever and the warm up well in the air fry. I wish it was a little cheaper it Costs $25 a meal with drink. But I'm told they pay a proper wage. The place is always clean. Free Peanuts are given out so don't go if you have a peanut allergy. Fast and friendly service. There employees are friendly helpful and diverse. The burgers are amazing. Try them with everything on it.

This is one of the best 5 guys I have ever been to : Johnson City Tn location. Food is always perfect and consistently cooked, something rare in this business after the pandemic, it seems many times the customer is not right anymore and with hiring and turnover problems… This place takes care of its employees, and the customers, and nails it on quality Every time!

Amazing experience today! Service was excellent. Very one on one interaction with customer when ordering. Food was fresh and came out pretty quickly. If you want a burger that reminds you of cook outs this is a must. Atmosphere was very laid back and comfortable.

By far the cleanest Five Guys I’ve ever been in. I can tell by the way the food tastes and the cleanliness of the restaurant, the employees somewhat enjoy coming to work. Food was fantastic! I got the double grilled cheese and fries. No complaints, actually surprised by the whole experience. What a pleasant change from other fast food chains!!

Amazing! I haven't been to a better burger joint! The cajun fries are a must! No way I'll ever be able to top this 5g! The guys making our burgers and fries... 💕 Exceptional service. Very polite and helpful. If they aren't cooking they're cleaning. Just an all around wonderful experience. I look forward to taking my friends and family back just to let them experience this burger bonanza! Cant get over how wonderful everything is. Exceeded my expectations by a land slide and did I mention the cleanliness and attention to detail. You guys are killing it! A+++++

We Got two burgers and a larg fry it was expensive $39 and some change The burgers was good, had good flavors and was real fresh The large fry was amazing and fresh. I could go on about the food but the price is what done it in because pals is just as good but way cheaper.

5 Guys..they are getting too pricey...Always has been up on prices...But.. If your in JC downtown, hit up Mid-City for your burger n fries.I wasn't, so I hit 5G..All was good. Still better than the other Bk or Mc by a mile, 5G, still A solid meal

My husband ordered me a small fry and a cheeseburger with a few things that needed to be grilled so it took a little longer than expected, but no big deal. I asked for extra cheese so that it would extra cheesy. My husband waited inside while the food was prepared. As soon as he walked out, he brought it straight to our vehicle for me to unwrap and eat. I didn’t go inside because I was sick. As soon as I opened it up, it was COLD and the cheese was NOT melted in any shape or form. The bread was overly toasted and both parts had burnt places all over the outside. I took a few bites and was not impressed! How can a burger with extra cheese be so cold when it just came out and was taken to a vehicle a few steps away? The grilled mushrooms, onions and jalapeños should have at least warmed up the cheese, but nope! I gave this place a shot for the very first time since the one I was going to has been in Boone, NC. That location has always been consistent and delicious. I was so annoyed and unimpressed with the service. I don’t understand. Just wasn’t a good burger all around and the food wasn’t cheap!

We came here for Sunday lunch. We ordered 2 burgers and a regular fry. We were super disappointed because this is an absolute treat for us. It’s rare we do fast food or don’t eat at home and the fries here are my favorite anywhere. A regular fry portion looked like an extra small. The lady at the register said that this would feed 2, it didn’t to be honest.

What an absolutely disappointment this was. My friend and I went in. We got 2 small burgers, one large order of French fries and 2 drinks. And we spent $36. The food was not the greatest. I definitely will not ever go back to 5 guys. Burgers I do not know what the big shout about was but I think it's gone Downhill. Does that look like that's $36 worth of food. I think not.
