10/10 drinks and 100/10 service. Whoever took my order (young lady) around 12 on 1/20 gave me some of the best customer service I’ve experienced ever. The young man who made me (nicely ofc) try my drinks before I left to ensure I liked them was super nice and amazing. I ended up not likely one and they remade it and encouraged me to tell them my true feelings. I wish I had one closer to me but if all of the locations follow their level of attentiveness, I will make the 30 minute drive. Amazing. Drinks were delish. I’d def get both again. I got an Arnold Palmer with Paris tea and pineapple + peach. I also got the sugar free matcha cereal milk. Don’t make me pick a fav! They are also SO affordable. Drive thru only.

Thank you to Oscar to walking us through the menu to understand how we can customize the specialty drinks and point out classic drinks. We were about to get out of our comfort zone (black coffee) to try a Blondie and enjoy a favorite which is a Dirty Chai. Full disclosure I am his older sister and I was overwhelmed by the menu.

The fastest service I ever had in the coffee shop. They were very professional and kind. And even though I made my order outside sitting on the table, they came out multiple times to check on me to make sure that I was OK and need anything the ladies are wonderful. I ordered something that was not on the menu. It was a frappe peppermint and it was delicious. A medium for 6 dollars, and it was huge this is my forever coffee shop Now 💓 I have already recommend this place to my friends

The coffee here is good my only complaint is they heavily fill the cup with ice… which in turn gives you less coffee and feels a bit scammy .. just putting it out there when you go make sure to ask for easy ice I usually do but the one time I forget this happens 😂

I order the new funnel cake macchiato and they gave me coffee with milk and nothing more. It sucks and I even told the girl there that it looked nothing like the picture and she acted like she didn’t care.

I ordered a Sunset BLACK TEA add coconut milk with sugar fee coconut and I asked for Fizz. As I was driving away I realized something is not right with this drink. It literally taste like water syrup. I compared it to inspo pic on the official 7 brew instagram page and the drink is significantly lighter. My immediate thought is they didn’t put the black tea. I pull back in to the side of the service lines and let the employee know I just purchased a drink and believe they made it wrong. The employee comes over and I explain my order and say I think they forgot the black tea. He says hold on, steps away comes back gets the order. We are left waiting then another employee brings me my drink and says “Next time we need you to get back in line” my mind is blown!! My response was “I’m not going to get back in line for an order you all got wrong”. Employee says “I understand but it’s for the flow” at this point I just roll up the window and drive away. Not only is it implied that there will be a next time they get the order wrong, they got my remake wrong. This time the fizz is missing. It’s not too much to ask for the things that we as customers pay for to be included in the drink we purchase. They also got my order wrong and made me wait for a remake instead of out of courtesy prioritizing an order they messed up on by leaving out an ingredient that is in the name itself!! It’s a drink promoted by 7brew themselves, not something that is pulled out of thin air.
