The employee at the drive thru has the most pleasant demeanor I've ever encountered at a drive thru. It stands out and is appreciated.

I visited the restaurant and had a good experience at this location. The staff was polite and fast and the place was clean. Even tho the time I went was very busy the staff was still on top of their game and we were all served fairly quickly, I thought we were going to be in line forever but that wasn't the case. My hats off to the employees at this location I know they have a lot on their played especially with the homeless outside.

The only reason I return is for the food (especially the Famous Star burgers). I was with someone who wanted grilled burgers, so my first thought was Carl's Jr. I wish we could have dined inside, but the food is always great at these restaurants.

My kids favorite part was the playground, it was nice, clean and safe. The area was well maintained and cool temperature.

Excellent service, great hot fresh food made to order. Good fun friendly customer service, would recommend getting a sign up of when the building was damaged due to a local or alien visitor crashing into the dinning room. I am preparing to work outside half the time if needed, I want to get experience in the produce area and will be prepared this time..

Scattered family met here today as love the turkey lettuce wraps and because of the playground. Service and food were great. The playground was so safe, fun and interactive for the 17 month old and the 3 year old. Need more places like this! Great job, Carl's Jr on Adams.

Great visit. The ordered a burger and fries today in a combo. My order was correct and they brought it to my table even though I was in the restroom when my number was called. SideNote: I hate bathrooms with codes to get in. I understand why but all I want to do is wash my hands and eat some food. Anyway, bathroom was in satisfactory condition, no mirror and no paper towels. Overall, I’ve gone to this restaurant many times and will continue visiting when I’m in the mood for a double western bacon cheeseburger again!

Consistent Carl's jr. Reasonably priced multiple choices lowest fat content of fast-food burgers on the market.

What weren’t they out of? They had no Coke, and out of 3 other sodas. We had to order small or large - they were out of medium. Kids meals were ordered with Chocolate milk, only to find out they were out of that too. Air dryers were all that were available in the restroom, but it was stand in line and wait as only one worked, and seemed pretty obvious the second had not worked in quite some time. Men’s restroom was locked, lock to women’s restroom was broken.

This location should be cleaner and operated with more pride. The staff welcome you as you come in, and offer you to try a new menu item when placing an order. The staff are friendly and the food is prompt. The downside to this place is the overall cleanliness is below standard. Tables are rarely wiped clean, the restrooms are horrible, and the child play area is filthy. I understand that play areas are probably one of the worst places of hygiene....but the staff neglects this area almost all the time. They can temporarily close the area on downtime, and utilize an employee to disinfect and thoroughly clean the play areas and tables, as that room is probably the most dined area.

I went to carl's after six p.m and ordered the special they had going. My hamburger was not made fresh. It looked like it was sitting for a long time. It was very dry and the bread was soggy. Car'l jr in Mexicali- Mexico are the standard of what service is supposed to be.

I haven't been here I'm a while, this was the first time in 6 months or so, and was surprised by the menu prices. I am not sure if they have always been this high, or if they went up recently. The other thing is the gas station-esque 1$ fee for using a debit card. This location was clean and the service was fast.

The burgers are tiny now! I went and got the California classic and was shocked to see it was the size of two ranch packets. They still have good flavor however the portion size decreased significantly

After seeing those Big Char Chile Burgers advertised on TV, I had to try one. The photos look so perfect and depicts a fresh wonderful burger. The service thru the drive thru was good although the server forgot the straw for the lemonade drink. I also ordered fries, the fries were excellent and the drink was refreshing. But let’s get to that burger. First of all it didn’t look anything like the photo that I saw on TV or on the menu board. It actually looked like it was made and put together the day before. The lettuce tasted like it wasn’t washed and it was warm. I barely saw a chile. The burger was not charbroiled, it was just mushy. The burger was a big let down and didn’t taste good. I hadn’t been to a Carls Jr. In many years and I won’t be going back for many more years. What a big let down and false advertising. I hate it when that happens.

Ordered my food on 3/12 and was asked to pull around to the front for staff to bring out the order. While waiting, I watched the manager (an older man in a gray button-down shirt) blow his nose into a napkin multiple times, like 3 or 4 times. Before the last time, he even held up the napkin to check out what was coming out of his nose. So I got to see that before receiving my food.. This was all within view of where I was told to go park and wait for my food. The manager also wiped his nose off on his wrist. He walked away and I had no way of knowing if he actually went to wash his hands. I was ready to complain to the employee bringing out my food, but the lady that brought out my food was nice and assured me that manager did not touch the food. The staff here deserve a raise for having to deal with such a disgusting manager... only reason for 2 stars instead of 1

They only have one person to attend both car service and counter, waited over 20 min waiting to place my order and the girl threw at me a mean snare when i asked he if she could please take my order as we were on our way outta town. My burger was pattyless so to speak 🙄 3/4 of it was a big chunk of iceberg lettuce , a thick slice of onions and a picke...he patty is so thin it gets lost in all the vegetation. Since i arrved at 11:30 until after i was served ,almost noon an order of chicken strips had been under the heat lamp...it stayed there unti after 10 min when we sat down.People complained they were dry and chewy already. Never getting down to order again. Car service is lighting fast tho. Visit the Carls Jr at 4th street better. Ive had a better customer experience there and there is always more that 5 people waiting to take your order

In the restroom while an employee was in the stall she came out and did not wash her hands and return to the workplace and started serving customers really bothered me but my food was already delivered to my table I'm glad she was not the one to deliver it. I ordered drive thru, I asked for my burger with no bbq sauce. Then they had us pull over to the parking lot and then after that they had us waiting for a little while. We got our order and as we were about to drive off I check that my order was correct and my burger had bbq sauce in it, so I went inside and they gave me a new burger. After that we go into the car and I grab a fry and I bite into it and its still warm but they were super soggy and tasted old. My boyfriend is usually not picky and even he didnt eat his fries of how nasty they were. I didnt even bother to go back because by then I just wanted to leave and I had already went out of my way once. I am very disappointed with the quality of the food and service.

Both Carl's Jr restaurants in El Centro are horrible. The service is almost friendly but not. The food is slop slapped together and overpriced. Just get a famous star and see what I mean. Smashed together with the worst parts of a lettuce head. I used to love Carl's now I avoid it like the plague.

Love Carls JR but first time we went in you didn't give me one of my orders when we went back it was made right which is why we went back but this is ridiculous and disgusting my mom is eating her meal chewing on her fries and she feels something weird in her mouth causes her to cough pulls out a piece of copper wire looks like that stuff you use to clean pots and pans how disgusting that my mom was try to eat and there's a piece of wire that was used to clean who knows how many dirty areas unacceptable won't be coming back here ever again

Really bad experience! We took the kids to the playground and it was messy. I cleaned up a bit since they really didn’t have any employees to be seen. My son had an emergency and had to go to the restroom, we needed a code and when we went to go get it no one was available. No one ever came out to give us a code, nor napkins to clean the mess.

Horrible experience! Long story short the chicken burger was hard and asked to change for beef since it was disgusting. They said it was cooked right but changed it anyway however, they kept the same wrapper same cheese, lettuce etc. they just wiped out the continents and smeared it on the beef patty. Manager in charge was Vanessa Padilla. Shame on you for allowing sum disgusting behavior from your staff.

Playground was closed. The manager didn’t say why it was out of order. She just mentioned it’s hasn’t worked in a while. Since this area is very hot all the time this play place would bring a lot more customers in. Restaurant was very empty.

Did not get greeted or acknowledged at all. Placed an online order for a scheduled time, and the food still was not ready. Watched the sandwiches slide into the hot plate area for almost 10 minutes. Asked for someone and was ignored. Watched the clerk in the front handle 6 drive thru orders before asking if I was there to order or pick up. Ridiculous and annoying. If you do not have any customer service skills, then do not work with the public. Period. Fast food is not hard. Reading a ticket is not hard. Acknowledging someone when they enter the establishment is not hard.
