The breadsticks are always soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside, on top of that they taste delicious.

Just had a team party love the service and the food but overall love the bill at the end.

Really great service here. The prices weren’t bad and we could actually eat in the restaurant, it’s tough to find a Pizza Hut that you can actually sit down in and eat, instead of just ordering to go pizza! Our food was hot and fresh and came out really quickly to our surprise. We will definitely be going there again, when we go back to El Centro to open our thrift store next month! Ordered online at noon for a 2pm pick up. When I walked into the restaurant at 2pm they were cutting my pizza and boxing it up. Nice and hot and fresh. It was soooo good.

Customer service in my case was excellent. I was aknowledged and greeted as soon as I entered my nearest Pizza Hut restaurant in El Centro. It was clean, neat and tidy. Overall it was a great experience.

I like how it's still the same vintage look at this location and the old ovens that make great pizza! Service was awesome!

Stopped in today for a takeout order. I had a pizza a few nights before and never left a review. The pizza is fantastic. I took this one to go. The place had the old school charm with some old pictures on the wall. The boneless wings were also great! Nice to have this by my hotel.

It was very quiet and slow at the time that we went. The staff seemed mellow and ran through the motions just fine. Communication was straight to the point on both ends. The quality of the food was absolutely more than worth the dollar. The place seemed clean wherever we waited. The families that were eating were content quiet and smiling in their own service. Good place, whether you eat in or on the go. The bone in wings are the best. Buffalo Burning Hot is the way to go. Just recently tried their Nashville Hot sauce and it is not bad either, one thing though, they claim it is their hottest sauce, but it didn't seem that way to me.

Super homey feels on the inside of this Pizza Hut. Beautiful wood interior with walls full of street signs and framed photos. They have a salad bar here to add healthy veggies to your meal. Seats about 75 guests, able to accommodate large parties of 20+. Just call and give them a heads up. Fun ufo catcher games and video arcade near the entrance - they have Pac-Man! Plenty of free parking out front. Friendly employees!

I love the Meat lovers pizza! I like coming to the buffet @ lunch because it's affordable and it offers different options to eat.

Was okay.. plate was lil dirty and we had to go ask for suff that we needed to eat like straw and permagan cheese

Lunch special includes all you can eat pizzas and a few other items. Only problem is that you are limited to what they put out.

After the pandemic eating inside feels really isolated because most orders are carryout or delivery. Besides that restaurant is clean and they still give good service.

This Pizza hut is just alright for me. It used to be better but it kind of went down hill. The building could use a remodel inside and out. The pizza was okay, but I've had better elsewhere.

Great place to grab a quick bite at the dine-in lunch buffet. Pizza is good, salad bar varies in quality. Stuffed crust pizzas here are delicious!

The wings were small and basic. The pizza & breadsticks were perfect but the wings, both bone in & boneless were just not special.

I found the buffet expensive for what it is. When the pizzas are served they're very hot. Salad bar was mostly frozen stuff. Not the best experience.

There is no longer the ability to select to have a garlic crust for your pizza. And I did place a note/comment when ordering my pizza. However, when my pizza was delivered there was no garlic sauce on the crust of the one pizza I wanted it on.

It's still Abit empty as there take out is huge, however we were very well taken care off and the restaurant itself was clean. Pizza delicious especially the pan style.

Good place like any pizza hut, decent pizza if I'm not mistaken I think they finally opened the dining room for indoor eating post pandemic. I don't think they've brought back the buffet yet. Haven't had any issues regarding errors when I've ordered pizza and any issues I've had they're always happy to help and correct if needed. Pamela is always nice and super helpful.

I only order online and carry out. The place is old, not a place I want to sit with my family for dinner, but I love their pizza. You can't use the online coupons if you dine in, those are only for carry out or delivery. Understandable since when you dine in you are paying extra for someone to serve you. Gave 4 stars because the place is so old and needs to be remodeled.

Received some misinformation over the phone and had to go out of my way to get the correct information. Service slows down during small rushes, but customer service is still excellent.

Good food but so dirt inside and outside. They must be careful of the cleanless.

I ordered a supreme pizza and received a pizza with very few toppings. This was not the way I normally receive the supreme pizza when I have ordered it in the past. It was disappointing. We hardly ate the pizza because it was basically nothing but cheese.

I like the pizza. The pastas aren't very good. The chicken is dry and the sauce tastes like it's made from frozen. I don't like that they charge for parmesan cheese and crushed pepper. Delivery times are ok. Friendly drivers.

Details about the $7 deals are deceptive. Plus, I ordered the extra pepperoni and cheese. My fault though, can't really tell the difference between a double pepperoni and cheese from a regular pepperoni and cheese.

Lunch deal is ok but service and food choices tend to lack. Last visit we had to wait for them to replenish the food in the lunch area. Took them a while to finally put in more pizza and the alerting and spaghetti were over cooked as a result of dusting under the heat lamps for so long.

Fast but lacked a crisp crust and slightly soggy dough. Expected better for a $20 pizza from Pizza Hut. The ingredients were good just needed to be cooked a little longer.

Its alright. The people are cool, years ago Pizza Hut had changed a recipe for their crust i believe since then, pizza hasn't been the same. I just got my order and it doesn't taste fresh, its not barely warm, and we ate it about 10 minutes after it was given to me for pick up... its, lack of a better word, its has gotten "whatever" ..

Went for the luch buffet, its from 11am or 12pm-2pm. Everything was great until our server wasn't serving us. Business was slow, their was no reason for the service to be bad. I saw her attend to everyone else, but our table kept getting skipped. I'd go again, but I hope it isn't the same person serving us.

Last time I was in the Brawley CA store, the food was good until we saw the cockroaches crawling everywhere

I checked in for curb pick up and they never came out. Then I was told I never checked in in which I have the prof in the pizza hut app that I did. Waited 20 minutes out side on the curb pick up parking.

Although my friends and I had a polite waiter does not sugar coat the fact that we didn't have a good experience towards the end of our meal. Unfortunately, a huge earwig-looking bug, crawled on to our table and over the food. We were afraid to kill it ourselves and lost our appetite. Our waiter was nice enough to kill it for us but I expected an apology or something about our experience. That's the last time I'll ever eat there. YUCK! 😖

The pizza buffet was very poor, The bread sticks were old and hard. The salad was no exception. On the up side, the servers were very friendly and kept our drinks full ! The prices of the buffet isn't worth the meal.

I made a 41.50 order and I only had a 100 dollar bill to pay with I ordered online. I spoke to the manager and informed him that I was a returning customer that only had that amount in a large bill. He informed me that I wouldnt be able to get the order because I did not have 20 bills to pay with. He then saud I would have to cancel my order, yet I still git an email confirmation indicating that my order had gone through and that it had been delivered. With this whole corona virus pandemic i was surprised that he wouldnt budge even though I called after I made the order.....im not very happy

Make my pizza how it was ordered. I ordered a super supreme w no onions and jalepenos. First pizza sent had onions and no jalepenos. I called Pizza Hut and no hassle they made a new pizza and sent it right away however they got it wrong again. This time no onions but no jalepenos either. I paid extra to have jalepenos added to my pizza and none. Such a disappointment.

You know what's worse than bad service, having the team leader tell you that the order you placed is a double order when it's clearly NOT. I placed two online orders, of course they weren't ready as promised. I also wanted to check the sauce on the wings. It was a combination of different wings. In the past when I've gotten a delivery wings are usually dry. So today I decided to pick the order up and let them know. Wings came out great. However this is a promotion that comes with fries, DOUBLE FRIES. I check the fries to make sure everything was ok. The box was half full. The team leader or manager Diane/Diana, (the one with the hickey on her neck, tacky)anywho...said that's a double order. Nope I don't think so. So I took pictures. She then asks me if it's a door dash order. I mean what difference does that make..? Do they rip off door dash customers with the amount of fries given 🥴 anyway. I placed both order of fries together. That'a a double order. Second picture. Please check your food.

Im here rightnow and service is bad ...i wasnt told salad bar was extra i thought if u eat in ..u get salad bar free..i googled it and thats what the page said...cashier went up to me n said it was extra ...felt very embarrased in front of everyone...my pizzas crust came out super crispy and burned...and they would not answer the phone to save their lives!!! They where just talking..it only takes 2 seconds to answer....i was excited to go after soo many years...not going ever again

I had lunch here today with three friends. We ordered three drinks, a glass of water, a medium thin, crispy crust pizza, a supreme pizza and we all had the salad bar. The salad bar was very sad. I think all the items were left over from yesterday. The lettuce in the Cesar salad was wilted and brown. The cherry tomatoes were soft and mushy, the sliced cucumber was limp and watery and the chick peas were soft. Terrible! The thin crust pizza was good but the supreme pizza was just ok...... The cook did something strange or different to the crust and it tasted very different from the other times we've ordered it. We had a hard time getting our waitresses attention for soft drink refills but once we did she brought them quickly. This Pizza Hut could do with a make over, which it hasn't had for 20 years. It is very dark, drab and run down inside.

By far the worse curb side pickup ever. A female employee dropped my wings and made a mess in my trunk area. Buffalo sauce all over my bumper also. Did not even offer napkins or to help clean it up. All that happened because they act like the service is fast and no contact due to covid. Food was also not great for what you pay.

Ordered the Ultimate Cheesy Crust pizza and it was disgusting. Could tell it had been sitting around for awhile. The crust was hard and the cheese was hard. Pizza looked almost burnt. There was barely any sauce and about 1 pepperoni on each slice. Half of this so-called pizza was dried up cheese and hard bread. The worst pizza ever. Padi $15 for dried up cheese on hard bread. Gross!

First they began charging $1 extra for pan pizza. Then they upped the minimum amount you had to spend for delivery. Next was the increase in price for an order of wings. And now they're charging 10 cents a packet for cheese or peppers. Don't forget there was the time they tacked on a surcharge for dining in to pay their electric bill. I think it's time to switch pizza places. Bye, bye Pizza Hut.
