Nothing negative to say about their donuts, only that (as the other reviews say) if you don’t get here early in the morning. You’re not getting any donuts. Seems like they only make an initial batch and when they sell out that’s a wrap. Showed up today at 9am and they were completely out of donuts.

The cinnamon twists are warm and sweet and have enough cinnamon. All of the baked goods look great. They taste just alright. The location is really convenient. I wish there was a little more flavor.

Donuts taste great when I am able to get some. They are always out everything very quickly. You can get there around 9am and there isn't much left and they aren't making anymore. If you want donuts go somewhere else because this place doesn't have any.

Ugh. Loved this place at first, but twice now we have received donuts that are raw in the middle. I don’t think we’ll be going back.

Donuts taste great when I am able to get some. They are always out everything very quickly. You can get there around 9am and there isn't much left and they aren't making anymore. If you want donuts go somewhere else because this place doesn't have any.

Don’t waste your time & money. The whole menu is overpriced for RUDE service. They run out of normal glazed donuts by 8??? Today they were out of all croissant sandwiches by 7:30am on a wednesday..as well as most of their juices. You’d think the service would at least be friendly because of this..WRONG, they act annoyed & impatient. They really don’t care about customer service and it shows. We’ve tried multiple times to like this place but get disappointed every time, will not be returning. Donut king #3 in Saginaw is always wonderful & friendly, go there😌

They never have the most popular kids chocolate donut holes and are always sold out 7:30am if not earlier than that. Never make enough for supply and demand. She shoved 10 chocolate donuts in two small bags (behind the counter and I couldn’t see) and when I asked for a box she snapped “you have to tell me before I bag them”. Any donut store will put them in a box when they are over a certain amount by the time I got home 10 minutes later they were melted all over each other and a huge mess in the two small bags. The previous time I went in I spent $40 and asked if I could have a coffee cup because the juice I bought for my daughter would spill and she snapped at me. I went over to new Shipleys after this horrible experience and they were amazing. I will never return here. Rude people, bad service, no supply, and over priced for melting donuts.

Since the new management took over this place is terrible. Donuts are stale. Seems like they are not fresh made anymore. Hoping with the new Kroger shopping center going in over here we'll get a new donut shop.

New management = bad. If anyone is a regular like me, you would know the quality has gone down with this new management. They still keep the same menu but it looks like they change the ingredients so that it doesn’t taste as good like before. Also service is bad, the lady just tossed the donut bag on the table for me to get it. So rude

My family and I really wanted these to be good donuts, especially since they are the closest. We have tried them several different times hoping they would improve, and each time has been a disappointment. Poor selection, bad flavor and mouthfeel. Also very expensive. That would be ok if the donuts were better though. We truly hope they work out the recipe.

Very disappointed. I ordered 6 sausage rolls w/cheese, 2 jalapeño sausage rolls w/cheese, 2 barvarian cream echlairs, and 1 regular chocolate w/sprinkles. The sausage rolls were pitifully small And bland in flavor. The jumbo Jalapeños were alright, barley tasted the jalapeño and they were cold after the heated them. The echlairs weren't filled and what little cream they had was sour instead of sweet. The only positive was the chocolate donut with sprinkles. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The old owners of this donut store were way better than this new one. Bad selection of donuts, no kids drinks in stock (very unorganized) and I came in at 8am on a Saturday and said they sold out of donut holes… I don’t believe it. I feel they just were lazy and didn’t make any the night before or morning. I would say save your money and go else!!

Just got taken over by new people. Went in at 8am this morning and they said they don't serve jalapeno kolaches. Only the extra big ones, which looked wrinkly like they were overcooked. Ended up getting just some regular donuts and a eclair. Both were super stale and not fresh at all. I've eaten enough donuts to know that they were left over from the day before. I will just go to Shipley's down the road from now on. Sad since this is literally next door to my house. Update 2-13-26: decided to give another chance. Went inside to order 6 dozen donut holes for my sons valentines party. They had zero already made, had to wait for them to make them. Got to the school and saw that they only if fact gave me around 4 dozen or less, but charged me for six. Couldn't go back for more because I had to go to work. This place is absolutely terrible and rip you off.
