Nice place for a quick burger !! Quality / Price is fair . Staff is friendly and the place is clean. The fries were quite good and the burger also good , maybe just a bit overcook but overall, tasted very good so I recommend the Habit Burguer.

Low lit and following covid rules & regs.. " Habit Burger Grill" had my tummy full with Sweet Potato Fries and an Ahi Tuna Filet. Super delish and highly recommended. They have tons of burgers ( sloppy and plain) to choose from. Friendly service ' to go only' Prices aren't too crazy

All ordering self-service kiosks require a US phone number, which makes it difficult for non-US customers to place an order. There was no alternative option provided. The staff appeared busy and were unwilling to assist at the cashier. I waited for some time without help. This experience was disappointing.

Went to use my offer of a free double char. Ordered onion rings and a chocolate milkshake in order to get the free $9 burger. The burger itself is decent. I felt it lacked a bit of salt and pepper. I was satisfied with the onion rings, but the chocolate shake seemed to be a ready-made mix. Staff are OK friendly!! What really turned me off was the inconsiderate staff who swept and kicked up dust while I was eating. I mean, come on, and show some respect and don’t kick up dust while I’m eating! That’s common sense!!!

I tried this location via dining-in, take-out, and dashing. Dine-in and take-out are much more worth it. The restaurant is decently clean. The staff is courteous. And the wait time is reasonable. I like the burgers, especially the Portabella Char. The fries and tempura green beans are both delicious. The dine-in portion is almost double the size of the Doordash portion. The milkshakes are good too, but on the smaller side. If you don't order drinks and only want water, it's located at the soda machine. The label indicating where the water is might be small, but if you look hard enough, it's there. There are plenty of parking in the plaza. So if you live in the area or happen to pass by, I would recommend this Habit Burger Grill.

Wack experience, and we won't go back (better options elsewhere for burger/fastfood). For the food, the char burger was just okay. The best part of it was the bun which was actually very good. The rest was forgettable. The fries come out somewhat crisp but got soggy/soft in minutes. We were dining in so it's not like the fries had time in a bag. The tempura avocado sounded interesting but was also meh. The dragon fruit lemonade is suuuuper sweet if that's your thing. The worst part of the experience was how crazy loud the music was. You could barely have a conversation at all. I asked the lady at the counter to turn it down, and she said "well no one is complaining about it." Dude, I was literally complaining about it. Then she went on to say turning it down wouldn't make a difference. Overall, I regret picking this place. We were about to go to Shake Shack, too. Smh

First time at the Habit and was not impressed. Price: for the cost with adding cheese to the double char I would take many other places first like Five Guys, In n Out, and even Burger King and you really need the char flavor Carl’s Jr is better. Food: this meat tastes like a grill but not meat if that makes sense. There’s no flavor and the bread was crumbly like it was old and maybe I had a bad one but you can see in the photos it was falling apart and not because of juices cuz it was DRY and I asked for extra mayo. Service: phenomenal. Kind and patient and pretty quick and the place was even clean considering it’s busy.

In Foster City I had a disappointing experience at this Habit Burger location in Foster City. I visited around 5:00 PM and needed help placing an order because I was unfamiliar with how the promotion worked in the app. Unfortunately, the employees working at that time were dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance, they seemed irritated and simply waved me off instead of taking a moment to explain how to place the order correctly. As a customer, I expected at least basic courtesy and willingness to help. Good customer service is especially important when customers are confused about promotions or ordering systems. A short explanation would have solved the issue quickly, but instead I felt ignored and unwelcome. I hope management reviews this situation and reminds staff that customers asking for help deserve respectful and professional service.

Very disappointing customer service. I asked for a large paper bag with handles because my takeout bag was already greasy and hard to carry. The manager refused, saying it was “only for salads,” even after I explained and offered to pay extra. I had already tipped 10% on a pickup order, yet was still met with attitude. She finally gave me the bag, but with a very bad attitude. Simple request, unnecessarily poor service. Won’t be back.

I was told that I can't pick my side at the main register only at the kiosk. That my order would come with green beans only when ordering at counter vs kiosk. I have cash so ai can't get what I want. What a joke I will never come to this location again. (They could of put green beans since she says it can't be changed and told cook to give me fries not tell me to use kiosk if I want to customize it).

Hope I can give them a 0, I didn’t touch the pay screen and scanned my credit card, they automatically charged me a more than 20% tip, their tip is charged based on after tax. I asked their manager Marta to revert the transaction, and redo the transaction, she said can do nothing with very a bad attitude. It is such a ripoff, they can definitely do something, she just refuse to do anything.

This was my second time visiting this location. The first time, I found several pieces of onion skin inside my hamburger. I contacted customer service about it, and they kindly sent me a voucher. Today, I came back to use that voucher — but I was shocked by how rude one of the female employees was. It made me realize that this store seems to have completely lost the concept of customer service. After placing my order, I showed the voucher at the register. The employee looked annoyed, turned to another worker, and said in Spanish, “This is the one who complained,” then glared at me and said, “Scan it!” in a very irritated tone. I’ve been to many restaurants and fast-food chains, but I have rarely encountered such an unprofessional and discriminatory attitude. If you want to eat at The Habit Burger, I strongly recommend going to a different location — definitely not the one in Foster City.
