Dining room not air conditioned. The food is fine but it feels like it's 90°F in the dining area. This is borderline unbearable.

Beware delivery with uber is by locals that are abuse by their phones thru uber app they force the noise in phone and drivers cannot turn down very dangerous and uber could care less. Same as last year , very dangerous conditions with uber driver app high level of no proofing Who develops an app the say leave at the door meet the door in the same order then no picture request. Anytime it’s a pure mess. And no regulations is so bad so junk and they are 88 dollar stock. , uber is not driver friendly safe and just records your issues never helps improve safety of our streets. Uber app lowers safety and quality with just ignoring the problems. Try it yourself and see the mess

I came here on Monday 12/07 at 12:40pm The cashier was extremely rude. She also yelled at a senior citizen for using the restroom. And when I asked her for an extra bag for my 4 happy meals she didn’t bag she just shoved my food in the other bag I already had which was already almost full. McDonald’s should hire ppl that want to work and not ppl that make them look bad

People don’t work they think is a hangout place I ordered my daughter a happy meal with just the ketchup and the burger and they gave me just the burger. I asked for barbecue and nothing. Also she got 4 pieces of fries 🤦‍♀️

Has to be one of the worst locations ever. Management is inattentive and lazy (at least the male), location is busy and always prioritizes drive thru. Some of the young employees are great. But overall, horrible. But no other choice sadly as I work near by and occasionally want some garbage food.

ZERO urgency my order took forever and I pre ordered it so long before they were all standing around talking cussing (I’m not sensitive to cursing but cmon your at work around others that’s trashy) asked for help after standing at mobile order counter for 10 min gave them the code and he walked around and checked the bathrooms before even telling the back I was here. Took 20 min by far worst McDonald’s ever. If there’s ever a corporate meeting for McDonald’s in this area… bosses just know they all are SO unprofessional and lazy here

They misrepresent and falsely advertise their menu. You see when you look at the menu and see a quarter punder, you will see a burger with two buns, a patty, some onions and cheese having the impression you are going to get what you see in the picture for whatever price it has on the menu or picture, for example $5 for 2 quarter pounder. But then you walk in the counter and order what is in the picture they tell you that cheese is extra even though it comes with cheese in the picture. Decieving customers in order to make extra money is not consider good customer service. Not to mention the rude Indian looking guy who was training a white girl on May 16, 2022 3:00 p.m. in the casher. The food looked and tasted old when I got home.

Will treat you like a criminal for redeeming free food that was GIVEN TO US FOR PLAYING THE MONOPOLY GAME. Employee approached with unnecessary attitude. Have been to other Mcdonald locations and never experienced this. Reason most likely being that I showed up 30 minutes before closing and they were lazy and didn't want to do their job. If you have an issue, take it up with corporate. If you don't want to do YOUR JOB, leave it for someone else that can.

Dining room small dirty and uninviting. No counter service, kiosk only. Food took more than 10 minutes. Fries not hot. Very unsatisfactory flavor and texture on sandwiches. Nuggets tough. Food seemed old. Will never go back. Staff polite but come on, in a world where In n Out exists, McD's better raise their game. We just went because this location recently opened. Lesson learned.

Went through the drive-thru on October 16th, 2025, around 7:30 PM. The blonde-haired girl working (believe her name was Jasmine, according to what she told my wife) was rude and unprofessional. When she took my order, she sounded uninterested and didn’t care — no energy, no greeting, and I had to repeat my order multiple times even though it was just one item. It wasn’t busy at all, only one other car in line, so there was really no reason for that kind of service. When I got to the window, she handed me the order while looking away, almost like saying “here, go away.” I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand when it’s busy things can get hectic — but this wasn’t that. What makes it worse is this isn’t the first time we’ve had this kind of experience here. It’s happened to both me and my wife on separate visits. Definitely disappointed with the lack of basic customer service.
