I have been to a lot of Happy Lemon places, and this branch is on the smaller end (area-wise) - but has enough tables and seating area for multiple groups! Bright walls and cute decorations make it a lively place to be. Quality of their drinks is great as always!

The boba tea was very tasty. We tried the mango green tea with mango boba, the only option for syrup is half or full, even with half syrup if wasn't too sweet. For milk tea options, Oreo milk tea with boba was also very tasty. The service was quick.

This Happy Lemon location has a consistent quality in their Salted cheese. Never had their tapioca boba but I can attest that their drink is superb. When I ordered online on Doordash for pickup, I found it so smart that they separated the salted cheese into a separate container so that the cheese does not melt into the drink before you're there to pick up! That was the surprise for me that makes me think that they deserve a 5 star. I don't think this is a standard for all Happy Lemons so I am glad that management here is forward thinking. My favorite drinks are Cold Black Tea with Salted Cheese and the Mango Lemon Slush.

Was really skeptical of the salted cheese, but I'll try anything once. I opted for the black tea with salted cheese because I was afraid it would be too sweet and creamy with milk tea. 50% sweet is perfect. This is now my all time favorite drink! Love it! Tip: Drink the salted cheese drinks at a 45 degree angle to allow for you to get both the salted cream cheese and tea at the same time. I have actually tried mixing the cheese with the tea before I drank it (not recommended and maybe even frowned upon), but it's just not the same. My family also love Mango Matcha with mango boba, Mango Yakult Smoothie, Boba Milk Tea with puff cream and crystal boba. The best thing about Happy Lemon is that they are consistent at every store. I have been the stores in Cupertino, Fremont, Foster City, Burlingame and San Bruno and it's perfect every time.

Their salted cheese drinks are always the best compair to elsewhere. It may be hard to find a table during peak hours as there are only few tables right there. Interior is not as pretty as their Cupertino store.

Bubble tea from happy lemon will put a smile to your day. This boba was nice, refreshing and fruity especially with the mango fruit chunks! I'm giving this location a 3.5 to 4 star review bc the music was so loud, and along with the blenders going on, the servers got our drinks all wrong bc they couldn't hear us. We had to repeat and shout at one another. Though it's not as customer friendly and it may be an extra upfront cost for the owner, I think it'd be a good investment to get a kiosk as an option for customers to place their own orders. The throughput would go faster and the chance of wrong orders would be minimized.

Ordered E11 with 0 sugar but it was still very sweet.

It's not a bad boba spot. Small and nestled in a busy Chinese restaurant outlet. It's one of 4 boba stops in one plaza. The main selling point of Happy Lemon is their cheese topping. It's a little saltier and has a more curd-like texture than milk foam. I wouldn't say it's better than any of it's nearby competitors, but it's slightly different. Be wary of parking and driving in this general area. There's been a string of car windows broken and cops circling to ticket people cutting through lanes from the 880 exit.

I had the salted cheese series, milk tea with pearl. The milk tea alone is watered down, boba doesn't have the right texture. When mixed together with the salted cheese, it is as though I'm drinking melted cheesecake.

Also had the regular waffle which is the best in this place and the calamari but so dry and feel like it needs a sauce. The place lacks customer service, staff are sitting on the side using laptop or phone and will not see customers that are ready to order. No option for paper receipt, tip is optional but will ask you upon ordering and paying your order. When your order is ready they will announce the name of the order, someone touched my order as we have the same order (no name no order number no receipt). Trash bin next to it is overflowing as well. I hate to give low stars but here it is.

It is okay, but the cheese layer is too sweet to me, maybe I should order less sugar🤔 I am also kinda picky for the boba, their boba is just okay because I prefer boba that is chewy and sweet. I may give it another try for the fresh fruit drink and will have my review updated as well. Sorry to give you only a three star this time. By the way, their service is good and fast. Store is clean and well decorated.

less than average milk tea and tea selection, less toppings than other places and the taro topping is just horrendous. just little floating bits of taro. not expected.

Told me they don't do hot drinks when it's on the menu. This is the worst happy lemon in the bay. Fire all the staff that worked 11/18/2023 @ 4PM, and retrain on the menu and customer service.

Ordered a milk tea after a large group of people, and of course it takes forever for the large group to get their order and of course there's a mistake in their order somewhere. After waiting 20 minutes, the orders of other people ahead of me get filled while I'm stuck waiting again. I ask them where my order is, the guy finds my order in the back sitting there the whole time and hands it to me. The lid is loose and the ice is half melted. Not coming back to this location again.

Their electronic menus weren’t working so you can’t see what they have. Their physical menus don’t list descriptions. Too few employees to even help me.

Reached around 8:45 pm, there were two staff, neither of them smiled or greeted or not even a word, didn’t even ask why I wanted, the lady just had a cold attitude and I asked for bubble waffles and she said no, didn’t care to give a reason.

There was a strand of hair in my drink, also the pudding tasted very weird, like crystallized sugar, it was disgusting.

Bad service. Not willing to give you a bag for holding bottles of milk tea.
