I had a fantastic experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken, especially due to my likeness for spicy food. The flavors and spices at Dave’s always hit the spot, making it an easy choice over Chick-fil-A when I’m craving that extra kick. Additionally, the service was exceptional, thanks to Erika. Highly recommended for anyone who loves their chicken with a fiery twist!

While on a work trip I got food for our shop and everyone loved it! We had the sliders in mild and medium as well as the fries. Everything was hot and fresh. Highly recommend!

Naomi provided me great service during my visit. They were so welcoming and kind to me, demonstrating patience and understanding with my unfamiliarity with the menu and giving solid advice. I started going to Dave's Hot Chicken after my 12 year old recommend it. It didn't seem appealing to me but one day I said "what the heck....let's go here." So me & 1 of my daughter's went and now we love it. We've always had a good experience here and we love the food here. I was surprised at the food portions. They're were huge for us and I thought the price was great for the amount you're given. Except for their top loaded fried. Either the cook was in a hurry to make them or that's the portion they're required to give us. They were really good though. Customer service is always great as well. Always clean every time we go and I almost always see someone cleaning and sweeping. Outside is clean as well.

I love that I can get some good protein that’s not like fast food Jack-in-the-Box or McDonald’s. This place is great! Naomi took my order and she was really friendly and had a very positive vibe about her. Thanks for making good food.

The food was great but the service not so much. They were fairly slow with orders coming out but overall good experience and I would eat there again.

As someone with a super high spuce tolerance, I've been on the hunt for something that will actually affect me and the Reaper sure does. I only managed to get through half a slider before pulling out the white flag (mostly because I have plans for the rest of the night and I don't want to be out of commission). The chicken is soft and tastes really good. Highly recommend this to my highly tolerant friends.

Food could’ve been better. Workers didn’t smile once, saw this spider walking on the wall as I was eating, made me lose my appetite.

Honest/Truthful Review Customer service is good. Food wasn’t the greatest at all. It seemed a bit bland, it was juicy but with not much flavor, i got the Hot spice level. Bread would be better if toasted on both sides instead of just giving us a litteral uncooked sliced bread. As well as the sandwich bun, toasted on both sides would make it so much better. I waited about 15 minutes to get my food which was the #3 and note that i was the ONLY customer there when the store opened up for the day. (The employee offered me extra sauces and a free drink so i’ll add a star to this review for the excellent service considering my wait. I Noticed people complained about the fries getting served cold, to be honest i came around 10:30 right when they opened and they were hot for about two minutes and then went cold, so i don’t blame them for the fries getting cold, it’s food, things just get cold faster than other foods. Employees should be properly trained to cooked. Date reviewed 2/28/2022

Food isn't the same as some of other locations I have been to other locations, and here, the chicken doesn't seem as crispy. We have a party of 6; when we tried combine one small 2 seater table to the 4 seater table, we were told by the staff we aren't allowed to move the table. Then I ordered orange cream slush from the kiosk, but was told there is no cream when we picked up our food. Why is the menu still allow ordering the item that's unavailable? And the most important and dangerous issue is their emergency doors. They have 3 doors, but only 1 door is unlocked for the outside in!!!

Been a few times and definitely the worst location. Food is gross sandwich is not made properly taste foul.. I will not eat here again. The put almost zero slaw. Store dirty service 👎

I was pretty disappointed with my visit to Dave’s Hot Chicken. The tables were sticky and didn’t look like they’d been cleaned, which made the place feel unkept. My order took over 15 minutes, even though it wasn’t very busy. On top of that, the staff was insanely slow and had an attitude when approached, which made the wait even more frustrating. Good food can only go so far when the service and cleanliness are lacking. Definitely needs improvement.

I went in today w my child , she purchased a slush and after paying the cashier told her their slush machine isn’t working so we asked to switch to a milkshake and we will pay the difference which was only 10 Cents , Rose refused to honer that and insisted she can only do a refund and us purchase the milkshake as a separate order , which we did.. so then I asked her for a refund and she tricked me and said only corporate can give me a refund so I have a video of her stating corporate will refund me and guess what ? Still no refund . She pretty much robbed my daughter for her money in her face . SHAME ON U ROSE HOW U TREAT CUSTOMERS AND CHILDREN !!

I will never purchase anything from this location, even if my life depends on it. Your restroom policy toward delivery drivers is not only segregation, but also singling out one of the most important parts of your business, DELIVERY. If you insist that we make a purchase just to use the restroom, then I will never buy anything from you. This policy is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. I will make sure to pass this on to yelp and Apple Maps and any other platform I can think of, hoping to reduce your business until this lame policy is changed. DELIVERY DRIVERS make sure you leave any restrooms you use in a tidy and neat manner ( the way you found it).

Cashier admitted the mistake, added a second charge, promised a refund, and refused a refund receipt. Weeks of follow ups, the store phone is disconnected, support said the franchise would respond in 3 business days, nothing happened. I still have both receipts and written exchanges. I had to escalate with my bank. AVOID THIS SCAMMY COMPANY!

literally the worst experience ever. i’ve been fasting all day and was looking forward to trying out the new mozzarella sticks. i placed an online order and it said it would take 15 mins. the drive there took 20 min and when i got there, they took an extra 30 min to make the order instead of having it ready already. i go home and see that they gave me someone else’s food! my order is written clearly on the outside of the bag and inside they have all the wrong food. i am so incredibly disappointed. had to drive back again another 20 min just for them to say it’s going to take another 20 min to make the food and they’re unable to do anything because their manager isn’t there. i have wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get fried chicken and mozzarella sticks it should not be this difficult. never coming to this location again.

Stood in the restaurant for 35 minutes waiting for my order. They never called my name. Shelved my order then called it 16 minutes later. They claimed they called my name despite me standing right there for all that time and never heard her call it. Got my food cold and not even so much as an I'm sorry. I watched countless people leave pissed off. She couldn't take orders for over 20 minutes, working the counter alone. This place doesn't care about your business. Absolute trash. I will NEVER come here again.

Terrible experience. On 07/19/25 I was charged for both a #1 and a #4 when I only ordered a #4. The cashier admitted the mistake but instead of fixing it, charged me extra and promised a refund that never came. It’s now a month later ... no refund, no way to reach the store (their phone is disconnected), and zero accountability. I still have both receipts to prove it. This isn’t just bad service, it’s theft. Avoid this location at all costs.
