The Manager was awesome, his personality is the way all people should act. I will be ordering all of my pizzas from that location. It was the manager on duty Saturday 21st., That manager need to teach a class on hiw to treat, and interact with people, and customers. Thank you.

I order from this store frequently. They make mistakes sometimes, but they're only human. The rare times they miss something on my orders, it just so happens to be during the weekend. So it's my own fault for buying pizza on their busiest nights. And just a note to anyone: don't take out the restaurant's mistake on the driver's tip; it's probably not their fault.

High-five to Aaron. His greeting was great and he made laugh. Which in itself is a task. I ordered what I thought was the big box dinner was the personal box and the wings were boneless. He said bone in doesn't come with the personal only the big box. As I started to call my husband to tell him about the wings, he walked in. After telling him my error in ordering, Aaron ordered me the big box meal on him. We thanked him and waited for our food. He is good person and we definitely will keep going there like we have been for the past few years. Kudos to you Aaron. Keep up the your g ood customer service. And also to the young man that offered to put our first order in the warmer while we waited so that it wouldn't get cold. A Happy customer 😊!

This pizza hut is great. I never have to wait long and my pizza is always hot and made exactly like I ordered. The employees are always very nice and personable. They actually smile at you and communicate with you and make you feel like you matter to them. I don't need to be made to feel special but I do appreciate it when you acknowledge I am a paying customer and you are doing me a service. That's how I do my job and I do the best I can, it's called customer service and this pizza hut has it! Thank you all who work here. You make your customers happy and the pizza taste fantastic.

I always enjoy the meatball sub at Subway. I have had trouble with the staff upselling me without asking. So I complacently went along,which I suppose is what they are wanting. It just makes me resentful. It might be a while before I go back.

Better customer service...I was the only customer in the store, and although there were 2 employees at the registers that made eye contact with me, NO ONE greeted me or asked what I needed. I finally had to say that I was there to pick up an online order. The employee did not open my pizza to confirm it was correct; there was no sticker on the box, so he definitely could have. I ALWAYS tip, and this poor service was not deserving of my tip.

Delivery was brought by door dash after ordering through the app and my drinks were left off. I was told they could get them to me in 45 minutes after the food would be cold, when they're 6 minutes down the street. They also don't cut the cheese bread so be prepared to do that yourself as well. Edit: They brought it to me directly within about 10 minutes to make it right .

Better pizza, lower prices. $30 is too much to pay for very mediocre pizzas. Also, they were out of ingredients like red onions. There’s a grocery store across the street. Last time, it was mushrooms.

Delivery took over 25 minutes after the text said it was out for delivery. Pizza was barely warm. Ordered Diet Pepsi. Got regular Pepsi. We do not drink regular soda so it was thrown away.

The cookie had a weird aftertaste, and neither myself nor my daughter could eat it. The delivery driver was also a bit rude. I spoke to him several times, and was polite and he literally looked me in my face, passed me my food, and walked off.

Pizza is always delicious and they get my order right most of the time. Service def needs a lot of work. They now have a pickup window but no one is there half the time so you’re waiting forever.

New York promo...toppings were minimal, very little cheese and tasted just ok. And the 12 piece wings was $22 FRACKN DOLLARS...THEY WERE MORE THAN THE DAMN PIZZA!!! The staff was very nice tho!!

Iwe haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in quite some time so we placed the order, it was ready and delivered nicely but the pizza had hardly any meat on it and it wasn't done. The pizza didn't taste good because the cheese wasn't even melted and cold in the middle.

When we select contactless delivery, honor it. 4th time in a row the drivers are standing there handing me the order instead of leaving it on the porch like the website claims.

Rude associates, wait so long for actual help and then the wait for the pizza. I order online and just to pick up still wait 30 plus minutes. They messes up my order gave me a waver on the wings they didn't deliver and when I wanted to get that credit it apparently expired. So not only did that not deliver my food they took away the money for it.

The Pizza Hut App was fast & friendly to use the first time I used it. Since installing it, I cannot log in using the app. Instead I have to log in by going to the website.

Food taste fine, but they constantly give you the wrong order when take out. You then have to wait an additional 20 to 25 minutes for them to prepare your food again because they gave your order to someone else.

This is our closets pizza spot, and used to be our favorite. Not fantastic but good enough. This was the second time in two months I made an order and they cancelled it without comment or explanation, just cancelled.

Pizza is pretty good, most the pepperoni one, but i don't know why they take 15 minutes, that's ok but what i don't like is that they can't just take your order, if they get a call, they just stop taking it and get to answer the phonecall, which is rude.

Guy thought it was funny to laugh at my name when I came to pick up my order. Very disrespectful and I hope they would better reflect on this. Aside from that, they were able to process my order well and the quality of food was not bad. Also according to one of the staff members, the pick-up window opens at random occasions by the manager.

I sat at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes and was never acknowledged. I finally went inside and the girl basically just blew me off. "Oh, we didn't hear it." No apology or care at all. Very dissatisfied with the service at the N. Garland location.

We've ordered from this location for years. The service has gone down to the point that we will go to another location from now on. Ordered was placed online about 445 for pick up at 530. The pick up window was closed so had to park and go inside. The food wasn't ready and we had to wait a few more minutes. They were polite but the late service and no pick up window open makes us want to go to another location.

This place really needs an overhaul in customer service. We ordered a Big Box pizza for dinner. I asked for parmesan cheese packets and was told they are no longer free. The bread sticks were burnt on top and I called 2 hours later because we were busy and asked for a replacement of bread sticks only and was told no because I waited too long. I tried to explain my reason for the delay to this so call manager and was told, call tomorrow. Home office pay attention to your reviews! We will stick with the mom and pop pizza joints from now on.

Ordered about $70 worth of food, it took an hour and a half to get to the house which I'm not mad about whatever. But what upset me was when the pizza came it was cold and you can tell it was old and not fresh. And we were missing part of the order. The delivery dude comes back with the missing wings that also came cold. So we decided to take it all back it was simply not edible. The first guy we spoke to was rude and defensive which I get we're in a pandemic and places are short staffed but all he had to do was say ok and either offer to remake it fresh or refund the money only after the 2 other guys stepped in did something get done about it. I got my refund and went elsewhere. Is this a bad place no not necessarily we have eaten here before without issues but that dude didn't help the situation.

I ordered my pizza at 4:08, it was delivered at 5:10, the lady was super nice, but when I bit into my pizza it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a while.

Horrible service here waited a whole hour and half for my pizza to be delivered just for them to forget my wings. I called for a hour with no answers before midnight 10:30 to 11:30 to be exact . Very bad experience. Warning. Warning. Ordered pizza for a Hotel staff I was staying in On Easter Sunday. Trying to support the workers at this trying time. The pizzas were not cut. This is what we get for trying to support workers at this time. Very ungrateful I would urge to stay away from this location.

The people are disgusting. Their clothes are filthy as if they have a wash them for at least two weeks . The inside is disgusting and has food everywhere. They were making pizza on a dirty counter top, the cashier is on her phone in the corner, and no one speaks to you when you walk in. I have pictures of everything.

If I could go lower than a rating of one I would. The service is horrible and nobody knows anything when you ask something. My order was almost two hours late and when it arrived it was wrong, and when I spoke with the manager on the phone he was silent most of the time. I will never ever call pizza hut again.

General manager garret was rude useless and misinformed 3 times consecutively. When called about a fraudulent charge on my debit card made with an online order he refused to inform me whether or not the order was sent to his location . Advised me to call my bank as if I hadn’t done so already to receive the location of where my card was swiped when I don’t even live in garland . He chose to give me the wrong corporate number twice and proceeded to play dumb until I spoke with corporate and they informed the store location not Only could release the information but would have too .

Waited 1 hour and a half for a pizza we never got because told us they kept burning the pizza. We didn't want a pizza after waiting that long. We paid cash and told us we could not get cash back only store credit.

Online & app ordering rarely work, unable to redeem points, delivery orders ALWAYS missing something- last order shorted 4 drinks and a brownie. HATE this location!

Please make better pizzas. My pizza was extra thin when I ordered hand tossed. There was barely any sauce on the pizza. Extra dry. The pizza was like biting into cardboard.

I ordered the big New York pizza and received the saddest excuse for a pizza I have ever seen. The customer service was okay but the presentation of the food was so bad it looked like someone stepped on it before handing it to me.

The worker on the phone was very rude off the start and then she just wasn’t helpful and made the conversation uncomfortable then the pizza was delivered by doordash but did not have any stickers to make sure it wasnt opened and after eating we found peices of hair in the pizza.

Ordered pizza at 4:20pm and it arrived late again at 6pm, ordered 2 sets of wings and the wing sauce was spilled inside the bag which caused a messy spill when i opened it, order was also left outside with no doorbell ring to notify the order had arrived, 2nd time this has happened at this location

They should really have an option for a zero rating. I ordered a pizza around 3:24 pm for a delivery time of 4:06. By 4:40 the pizza still hadn't made it so I called because our apartments are literally right next door. They told me the driver got lost or something and he'd be there in 5 minutes. He didn't make it until 5:15 pm when we opened the pizza, one of the pizzas was still completely raw in the middle so I called back and they told me they would send another one. I said it's ok I'm right next door, I can come pick it up. They insisted on delivering it though. So I waited and after 45 minutes still no replacement so of course I called back and by this time the employees are laughing like it's funny, so I drove up there and brought the food back and asked for my money back. She said I'm sorry store policy is that we don't give refunds only store credit. Now I'm furious becauseI have so much store credit at this Pizza Hut that I could feed my family for a week. There was no manager on duty and just a bunch of unqualified employees that can't even cook a pizza to the correct temperature. The employees called the store manager 4x. The last 2x he hung up on the employee and told them he didn't care what the issue is but that he doesn't do refunds. This store has the worst customer service I've ever encountered at Pizza Hut and for me to spend the type of money I do with this company is completely unacceptable. They will never get my business again.

I would have given no stars, but that's not allowed. I needed to order 12 large pizzas with varied toppings. I call and ask if they're running any specials. I was transferred to a line that no one answers. I call a 2nd time and instead of answering my simple question of what their specials are, Ronald demanded my personal info first. I told him I wasn't even sure if I was going to order from them yet, but he refused to give me any info and repeatedly asked for my personal info. I have eaten Pizza Hut pizza for years. In fact years ago I worked for Pizza Hut. This evening I ordered a Canadian bacon on regular crust. When I opened the box at the store I commented how little meat was on it. The employee just laughed it off. When I got home I was shocked at how sparce it was. The dough was so tough I could hardly chew it plus it tasted like old grease. It was AWFUL!!. It remnded me of chef boyardee box pizza but WORSE!. I would have taken it back had it not been so hot and far. I am calling tomorrow to complain to the day Manager and demand a refund. You guys have really lowered your standard. Shame on you. This was the Buckingham location in Garland, Texas.

The food and service was great. My "1 Star" rating is due to the new policy of charging $1 for parmesan and crushed red peppers! These are condiments and should remain free. Placed an order around 6:15 with pickup ready time 6:30. Went to pickup 6:50 and was told that there was no order placed under my name. Argued with manager and when shown order number and confirmation screenshot, manager acknowledged order and said it was sold to another customer since they forgot to put it in a plastic bag. Had to wait another 15 minutes to prepare replacement order. Crew/manager never apologized for mistake.

Pizza was not good. We got the box with cheese and pepperoni pizza and boneless wings. The wings seemed undercooked as they appeared pink inside and the pizza was mostly crust with big masses of cheese in the center. I don't expect much from pizza but to be consistent. I wasted my money. A frozen pizza from the store would have been better.

This is the worst pizza hut, I have been going there for about 12 years it used to be good but in the last few years it sucks. You ask for extra marinara sauce the it is like water and no flavor but you have to pay for it.and the attitude of some of the employees the last few years has been terrible, very rude at times but have the nerve to want a tip.This location is only a 30 second drive from my home but now I drive 10 minutes to another location because the service is so much better.

I won't order from this store anymore. Earlier this week I ordered a large pizza, cheese sticks and honey barbeque wings. I ordered the pizza and wing deal on their website. I was buying this for my grandkids. They "forgot" the wings when they delivered the pizza and cheese sticks. I specifically ordered the wings for my grandson who is lactose intolerant sI he couldn't eat the pizza or cheese sticks. I called the store they said they would make fresh ones and deliver them. Two hours later and 4 more calls. Each call they said they would make more and deliver them. It's been days and we never got them. My poor grandson had to eat ramen noodles. Way to break a kids heart!!! You don't deserve the one star but Google makes me give you at least one.

So I'm currently waiting on my pizza that I ordered around 9:40, was quoted to arrive at 10:20... cool no biggie, seems kinda like a long wait especially since it's 1 pizza with 2 toppings and I live littertaly 5 mins down the road and I'm creeping up on an hour with still no pizza at 10:37: recent update delivery driver showed up at 1040 was nice and had a smile on his face so I'm not upset with him. I just wanted to eat pizza from this place, but an hour and and half wait was too long, so I called the place and they said I had no placement order but yet I got an email confirmation about my order detail and the woman on the phone said “You didn’t place anything on the site ” wether or not it’s 5 minutes or 50 minutes till your closing an order is an order horrible horrible customer service. The delivery driver dropped my wings on my front porch and then had the nerves to serve it to me thinking I wouldn't know. Never buying from Pizza Hut again. Y’all should reevaluate who you have employed!! Absolutely disgusting.

The deliver time was well over an hour. They forgot the garlic dipping sauce and hot wings. I tried to call them but gave up after being on hold for over 15 minutes. The food that did deliver was not all that great and didn't seem fresh. I will never order from this location again.

I ordered 1 large 3 toppings and 1 medium 3 toppings, the toppings were horrible red onions were almost nonexistent, the large pizza chicken, meatballs and bacon. I found a couple bacon crumbs, minimum chicken but quite bit of meatballs just laying on top of pizza but seems as if there wasn't any cheese. The pizza wasn't really hot and It was just $22 wasted. Out of my preferred wing sauce online so I ordered a different one. To get a call telling me they were out of that one as well. I know things can happened it was just a bit frustrating. However, the lady that came to the window was nice.

I tried to switch my carryout to delivery and the first man that picked up said it was fine and hung up. I called back to confirm if they had my address saved under my account or something and a lady picked up, assuming it was the manager. The manager said it would take 2 hours to deliver, which i was fine with because i was having a get-together. She kept insisting that I cancel the order due to such a long wait. After I told her my address, she said her location does not deliver to my house. Kid you not, I live 10 minutes away. I've had delivery from this location countless times and never had a problem. Until now. Now I drive to a more far Pizza Hut because of better service.

This place is Nasty! The staff is very rude! We Ordered a pizza and wings, was told that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour had passed, We came back to pick up our order, and it wasn't ready. That's Ok, we'll wait. We waited another 17 minutes. When we returned home and were about to eat, the wings were ice cold in the center. And the pizza had been sitting for some time. It didn't taste like it was freshly made. Called the store and asked to speak to a manager. They hung up and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back.

I ordered one pizza, I was told it would be 15 minutes, (it costed about $18., I’ll have to check my card statement to be sure) I sat in my car for 12 minutes went inside and was handed a barely warm pizza, I was expecting to be given my receipt but she balled it up right in front of me and kept it, never asked me if I wanted it. The pizza was salty and it was nothing like the Pizza Hut I knew and loved.

Picked up my pizza today. They didn't open the box to show the pizza as usual. When I got home and opened the box the pizza looked like it was not a freshly baked pizza. The crust was very rubbery and hard. The toppings and especially the cheese were not fresh. I think this pizza was a leftover and not a freshly cooked. Maybe a leftover pizza from earlier in the day. I wont go back to this pizza store.

I Ordered online on the Pizza Hut app with my card and when they came to deliver my pizza they said I choose to pay with cash. when I didn’t I paid with my card and had proof the funds came out and when the driver called his manager to explain the situation the manager started Screaming at me !! was being super mean and disrespectful and made it seem as if it was my fault when clearly my bank statement showed the funds came out of my account. The pizza delivery guy left, and when my husband called back to pay with cash they refused to deliver it, and to top it off one of the pizzas was supposed to be FREE because I used my rewards and I didn’t get it and I never got my credit back -_-

Horrible once again! Every single time we order from this Pizza Hut something's always wrong with our order. Our wings were cold one of our pizzas was completely burnt . And over half the pizza had no cheese with burnt sauce. The other Pizza had no sauce. We order from this location a couple times a month and every single time it's horrible.

I will never go to this Pizza Hut again! Two times in a row they had excessively long wait times. An hour for a carry out order? Horrible customer service! When my husband made a complaint the girl behind the counter actually said "I don't care." This location needs new management or something. They had given us a free pizza coupon for the first time they messed up, but the second time we placed an order the same thing happened again. Ridiculous!

Spent over $30 and ordered multiple pizzas, wings, breadsticks and every pizza I received had raw dough in the middle. My order was wrong. The only good part about this meal was the cheesy breadsticks. The young man that worked the drive-through for carry out was really kind, but sadly he’s not enough to make me want to come back I don’t plan on ordering from here again.

The fact that I waited over an hour for my food just to get a man with an attitude. Cold and burnt food is messed up. It want happen again. By the way this is suppose to be cheesy bread.

This is the worst pizza we’ve ever had. We ordered an extra large hamburger & pepperoni thin crust pizza, and the crust doesn’t even support the toppings. Hence, as soon as we picked up a slice, it just falls all over. The crust is terrible, the toppings are terrible as well. I mean, come on….. How can a pizza restaurant get this so wrong?! In addition to that, they charged a 4.95 delivery fee, plus, we always tip the driver. So after it’s all done, we paid close to $30 bucks for a two topping pizza! Further more, they told me it would be delivered in 29 minutes.,We received our pizza 45, later. Honestly that’s not that long. But, don’t tell us 29,minutes and then be almost 20 minutes later. Just tell us 45 minutes and set yourself up for success by saying 45 minutes. Don’t even waste your time or money. Look elsewhere.,

I entered pizza hut to pick up my order and the young lady working the front was taking an order on the phone, I was the only customer there. I waited patiently for her to end the call thinking I would be taken care of after the call ends so i took a seat to wait. She placed the caller on hold, didn't acknowledge me, she walked away to the back, and I could see there was a gentleman employee standing near the front, he could obviously see me but also didn't acknowledge. She came back to the phone and a lady customer walked in. The gentleman employee immediately asked her how he could help her. I was there first! So then a gentleman customer walked in and the female employee ended the call then assisted him! Here i am still waiting. I said "I was here first and I have been waiting." She says she forgot and continued assisting him. THE EXPERIENCE WAS WELL BEYOND DISSATISFIED. Also, the pizza was gross and the sauce tasted sweet. Yuck!

I called to let them know and a couple of days later a manager called me and said I would have an order of wings credited to my phone number. I placed an order today and asked about the wings and they said there was no credit on my phone number.I won't even start with how sketchy the workers look here.

We ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. 1) Italian pizza with stuff crust. 2) hamburger pizza on half and add onions with stuff crust. When we got home with the pizza the first pizza was fine. The second one was half hamburger and half onion. Meaning half of the pizza was an onion pizza. We called 5 times and they kept hanging up on us. Finally a man talked to us and said they didn’t have a pizza order with our phone number. I told him we had a call log when it was ordered, plus the 5 following calls. Plus we had a receipt. Then he hung up on us again. It was a mistake on their end but he didn’t want to discuss it or make it right. I won’t buy from them again.

During thanksgiving break I tried to redeem some reward points for wings so my kids could eat while out of school. I ordered an 8 piece wing and then attempted to call the store several times (4 to be exact) to request that the wings be cooked a little longer due to the fact the last time two times I ordered at this particular location there were a few undercooked wings so I wanted to avoid going back up there for it to be corrected. I have a newborn at home and didn’t want to be inconvenienced or inconvenience the staff by recooking them. I finally got ahold of the manager Kirk Freeman on the 4th attempt and requested for the wings to cook a little longer and he refused to do so stating that the wings were done. I explained the situation, he said he wouldn’t cook them longer based on a “possibility “ they were undercooked but I could come and try them once I was there and if I didn’t like them, he would recook them at that point. That seemed super weird and I’ve never been told the wings can’t be cooked longer, so I proceeded to ask for his name. He then quickly responded, “ ugh, I’ll recook them and they’ll be ready in 10 minutes” hung the phone up, and never gave his name. When I arrived at the store to pick the wings up, he slung them across the counter in a bag at me and STILL refused to give his name and store number. He threatened to call the police on me as well with a baby car seat in hand simply because I continued to request his name and store number. Luckily I found a receipt that had the store info on it on the counter. I asked another lady who worked there for his name and he told me I couldn’t talk to her because she doesn’t speak English, at which point I told him I speak Spanish and asked her for his name again. The name was finally given to me and I left to call customer service WITHOUT the wings because I was worried something may have been done to them! Worst experience EVER! Never going back to the garland location on Buckingham and Garland Rd.

No-one answers the phone. I have to cancel an order and I can't get a hold of anyone to do so. Is there a machine that takes a message? Nope!!! It just rings and rings until it hangs up. And you would think that 4 or 5 times would be the charm. I'll never order pizza hut again period. I'm strictly dominos now. Or anywhere but pizza hut.

This is the second time I have ordered a pan pizza and did not receive it. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Not sure if this is a “new” pan pizza crust or if this location is just not giving you what you order. Pan pizzas used to be twice as thick and a whole lot tastier. I can get better pizzas elsewhere.

The pizza was good the seasoning on the wings was more on bottom of the delivery box than on the wings, but still it was good. Most troubling for me was the delivery person who delivered my wings he did not say a word just handed me a receipt then my food even after asking him how it going and did you get your tip. I should have called the store and requested to deny him my tip back. You should not allow rude people to represent your company.

I don't usually go to this pizza hut and I definitely won't be going back. The breadsticks were horrible. They looked like they were sat on. They were hard and dry, very gross. The marinara sauce was watery, didn't taste like marinara at all. I'll stick to the walnut location.

Wasted $25 on a big dinner box the pizza was dry barely had sauce on it, the breadsticks weren't seasoned and they were hard. The wings didnt have a lot of flavor and were dry. We were able to get a new order of breadsticks and wings. They decided to be ignorant and give us chicken wing soup. I would've rather had my money back.
