What a vibe! Noah greeted us with a smile and was so friendly and welcoming. Loved him! Plus The honey lavender lattes were delish, but it was the quiet yet welcoming vibes won us over. I'm personally not usually a fan of chain coffee shops, but this is a good setup. 50% discount if you pay with a Capital One card (heavily subsidised, promoting their range of cards, which includes those with air miles options ...I don't work for Capital One btw). Decent coffee (I'm critical when it comes to rating drinks) and good food options. There's plenty of space to work from, with free WiFi.

Great atmosphere! OK COFFEE/MATCHA. Coffee quality used to be better years ago ( Peet’s coffee, but current Verve coffee is not good enough especially for someone paying full price without Capital One member %50 discount)

The representative who assisted me did not demonstrate proper etiquette and came across as unfriendly, which affected the quality of the service. The location itself is also difficult to access, with unclear parking instructions and the added inconvenience of paid parking. I hope management addresses these issues to provide a more welcoming and efficient experience for future customers.

Christian Smith is a great example, But not happy with the remote customer service bunch of kids that are not aware of human behavior. Would recommend it as a cafe yes but banking... not sure! See it for yourself.

Customers clearly don’t matter. Worst credit card company I’ve ever dealt with — do not trust them. Do not recommend. Regarding the Capital One staff at this location, a female employee with dark straight hair and glasses displayed a lack of customer service skills and could be much more friendly. Terrible attitude. Rude.

High prices and they will charge for ANY alterations, no matter how banal. It's a money-making bank scheme posing as a cafe.
