I am in love with their Shack Stack 🤤🤤🤤 it's a cheese burger pattie with a 'shroom pattie 😍 omg it's delicious. Definitely the best of both worlds! Their ice cream cone or custard cone (can't remember what it's card here 🤔😅) that's also good. Their lemonade wasn't good though 😞 it was pricey and not good 😐 their chicken strips were really good too! I would definitely come back to this location! It has accessable parking lot in the back (pay at the machine) the only downside is there isn't that many spaces so u might or might not find parking, depending on the time and day you come😓 Theres also outdoor seating available but I always prefer inside. I really liked how polite the workers are 👍🏼 customer service always matters ❤️ thank you for a great meal and great service 🤗
Firstly, the prices are outrageous! Though the service was quick and the staff was very nice. The place was packed but still very clean. We ordered two shake burgers, one hamburger, two orders of fries and one bacon/cheese fries and it was just over $30. The presentation was nice. The patty was seasoned well but I wasn't too happy about the smaller than most burgers bun. I expected more for their jacked prices. The burger paired well with the crinkle cut fries and even better with the bacon and cheese fries! I guess the service and taste merited the higher pricing and I'm just whining. Haha! My family loved and we'll definitely be coming back!
I love this place - the fries are really good and hot, shakes are AMAZING, tables are clean and they read reviews to make the place doesn't end up like McDonald's. Staff was great, attentive and friendly.

My husband & I took our Grandson to this Glendale location on 8/23/25. We had free burger cards and were eager to try Shake Shake Burgers, fries etc. We didn't know how to use the cards or understand other food options. We were so lucky to be serviced by Frank. Omg, he was so enthusiastic about Shake Shake's food options and was so patient to explain how to use the cards, ordering process, drink refills, delivery of food to our table, etc. He was patient and kind, even talking to my nine year old Grandson. Who does that! He offered to help us in anyway possible so that our experience at Shake Shake would be a great one. After we finished dinner, we we went outsidee to sit in the front patio area. We were so surprised that Frank came outside to see if we needed anything. Frank was such a thoughtful young man. I marveled at how much he loves working at Shack Shake, his menu knowledge, his customer service skills and his professionalism. Frank is destined for a great career in anything he pursues. Please make Frank a manager. Nowadays most service workers don't put the customer first. Frank is a gem. We will definitely go back there. Thank you Frank.

This was my 1st time coming here. I got the shake stack burger. It has a burger Patty with cheese, bacon, fried mushroom stuffed with cheese. Then a Christmas cookie shake. They were both so good . It made me cry a little . I definitely need to have some nicotine. After this fabulous meal. It was so good! I'll be back for sure.
Fantastic interior and exterior ambiance. Super friendly employee with the plugs that's from Seattle. First time trying, and the flavors are exquisite. I love that the buns are not thick which gives more flavor recognition to the ingredients used. Fries are great, not dry on the inside which is easy to do with crinkle cut. The shake was delicious albeit a bit too finely whipped for my liking but it does make it easier to drink. A bit overpriced, but given the setting and location, it does feel nice.
I had never been to shake shack before but I had heard so many marvelous things about it. But I’m a true cali girl and you know us, we don’t think any burger joint can possibly be better than our beloved in n out. But boy was I wrong. First of all, shake shack is sooooooo winning with this vegetarian option thing. In n out needs to step their game up!! I got the stuffed mushroom burger. I’m completely obsessed!! Every time I see a shake shack I have to stop now. The way the cheese just oozes out. It’s amazing! Also the shakes are freaking amazing!!! The fries are crisp and have flavor. I’m in love. I feel like I’ve cheated on in n out but it’s so worth it. I can’t wait to go back again. Waiting in a 20 minute line is so worth it

I love everything here - the burgers, the fries, the milkshakes, even the beer! They've got tea, lemonade, everything's delicious. Nothing to add - just go and try it. Highly recommend!
The burgers and chicken sandwich are excellent. Though it's a bit small for the price. Place was really busy on a Saturday night. The line moves pretty quickly. There is a decent (paid) parking lot in the back. Enjoyed the concretes (frozen custard with mixin). Wish they had better mixin options.
We love shake shack. Always a great burger and fries we grabbed a bunch of burgers to go at this location and were very happy with our decision. The surrounding area is very clean and safe. There is outdoor seating available as well. The restaurant was very clean inside I took off a star for the bathroom not being as clean as it should be but overall it was great experience. Very limited on street parking which requires you pay.
Fresh beef burgers and fries, with classic Creamsicle floats or shakes and other common drinks. Great tastes that take a boomer back in time when these were common elements of the burger places growing up. Loved the nostalgia. Fast service, reasonable prices, and modern decor. Sorry had to drop a point due to the excess grease on the burger.
First time here because it's new to me. Overall food is good. A little pricy for a small burger for me though. But everything is from a good source and for a good causes. Cashier and servers are very helpful and friendly even though got our refill wrong the last time. Will go back if in the area.
The quality of the food was great, the fight for seating was not great. From the hype, I was expecting the burger to end all burgers. Turns out, this is just your regular burger that is prepared well. The fries were crispy throughout the whole meal and that really impressed me. What did not impress me was when I tried sitting down with my family and was halted by a staff member who wanted to save the table for another family. It would help other customers if they were informed ahead of time that you have staff managing tables because having staff tell me I can't sit at a table at a fast food restaurant is a bizarre experience.
We finally got to see what the hype is about Shake Shack and how it compares to In-N-Out. Although both are burger joints they are different from one another. Shake Shack has a ton of items on their menu and serves different types of menu items. It even has menu items for pets. It gives you lots of choices but it is also confusing when it comes to ordering. The food is expensive when it comes to burgers. For 3 people, we spent over $30 for burgers with fries and drinks. The regular burger portions are small and it didn't really fill me up. I have to admit that I did enjoy the taste of the burgers. The meat patty and buns was very soft and had a good taste to it. We loved the crinkle fries. It is a change from the normal fries that you get with burgers. Now, that I have sampled their food, I still think In-N-Out have better burgers.

Good service, good food. However I asked for a combo meal and was told "sure, what kind". Burger, drink and fries, but I would prefer a shake instead of a soda, Is that ok I said. Sure, what kind of shake would you like? regular fries? would you like a double or single burger? Good service over all. However when I received my order. Everything was rang up separately. The receipt showed no combo meal. I paid around 20 dollars. The burger was ok, the fries were skimpy, didn't even fill pass the rim. The strawberry shake was good! Maybe next time ill pay more attention to the menu board. Maybe they don't have combo meals. But I was never informed of that.
Not worth it for the price. The burgers here taste good but are a bit on the small side for what you they charge. If you want to leave satisfied I suggest you order a double patty. The chicken sandwiches are ok, but can be overpowered by the sauces they slather all over it. Really disappointed in the fries. The crinkle cut fries are terrible and taste just like they came straight from a frozen bag (and pricey for the size). Hate the fact they removed the condiments self serve area too, now you have to keep asking for more ketchup etc. All in all there are way better options these day for a quality burger and fries.
I think shake shack is overrated. Last time got a veggie burger to try and it was ok. But the fries was so dry and not what I was expected since I had the fries before and it's was good specially with the cheese but this time it was not.they are expensive for super dry fries and an ok small burger.
High prices for meh food. I love to give food places five stars!!! However, these 🍔 are not worth it for the price. A double cheeseburger is near 10.00 a single over 6.00 and they are super small. The bread is good but if you are going to pay these prices go to 5 guys or Habit. For 28.00 we got a double cheeseburger, 🍟 and fries w/bacon and cheese. No drinks. I requested onion, no onion came with my cheeseburger. That is not the reason for my low rating. My ratings are based on quality and quantity of food, how clean the restaurant is and service is last bc we all have bad days... I understand if cooks and servers makes mistakes we all been there....... Plus it's not the cooks fault or servers on the quality or quantity of food. Pricing different story. These days working families need more bang for your buck. Save your money and take the kids To McDonald's or In N Out for some good old fashion shakes and burgers... Some pictures to show how small your food is... Oh I did order extra pickles..😂 the pictures make ur food look larger but the burger is no larger than your palm of ur hand. My husband ate his double and mind. Fyi my husband is not FAT and neither am I🥰
Ordered a $13 burger, received it with a shriveled bun, barely toasted, i ordered a double and was given a broken, incomplete for the full patty price i paid. Store was empty and it was 11am. Completely inappropriate and implication of careless customer service. Never again.
This lady is very rude and shows attitude when I asked for a side of sauce and condiments. And looks at you with disgust for a simple request. Felt a negative vibe from this location from some of the workers. Where they hire these emo, depressed looking individuals is beyond me. Also the burgers and fries are expensive.
