Huge shout out to the night crew on Saturday 3/19/22. We slid in right at close, I promised my 8 yr old subway for helping me work and we didn't realize it was already 9pm! The staff pulled everything they had already packed up and made us dinner. They were so sweet about it, I know I probably would have said no way, but they went above and beyond

The food is always fresh .

This location is amazing! The teenagers working were so nice and polite. Sandwiches were made correctly and weren't just thrown together. Will definitely make this my go to Subway.

Subway is not one of my favorite places to begin with and is more of a 3-star place for me, but that has nothing to do with this location. I added a star to compensate for my personal bias. The restaurant has been clean each time I have visited. There always seems to be new people working, and I think the turnover rate is pretty high, but the service has been decent and I've never felt like they don't know what they're doing. Pretty good lunch spot in town if you're looking for an inexpensive meal.

Fast service I hardly had to wait, which was unusual because it was around the lunch hour. Normally slow pace, but the staff kept the line moving. I was very please with both the food and the service. I specially liked how they offer the opportunity for customers to donate to the hungry kids because I believe in giving when you can when the chance to give comes up.

Came in and nick had the worst attitude about doing his job, do better.

Definitely felt unwanted here. Once the next gentleman walked in and wasn't greeted either, I realized that was normal service for this lady. Definitely won't go back

It's ok. I mean I've never experienced anything wrong with the food. It just seems every time I go there, they are out of something. Last time it was apples. Time before that they didn't have many chips to choose from. And instead of comping something in the kids meals because they didn't have what my children wanted, they still wanted to charge for it. I asked if we could get a cookie instead of an apple and they made it seem like it would take too much button punching on the register and would still have to pay extra for it. Give the kids a dang cookie, keep a customer!

I went to the subway in Godley. The girl behind the counter acted like she didn't care if i was there or not. She mashed my bread up terribly. It was hard to eat without everything falling out of it. I tried to joke around with her and got absolutely no reaction. There was stuff all over the yellow cheddar, when i asked her to dig under for clean pieces i guess she got butt hurt. Oh well there are other subways to eat at.

Went in and ordered a sub... The old lady that works day shift on 8/1/24 was really rude. A young guy made the sub and she only rang me up and all I asked for was to please spread the chicken out a little and she got a attitude slamming things and making comments about how she can't control how much chicken is on it etc. all I asked was to spread out the slices chicken. Lol Smh. My buddy asked if everything was ok and if we somehow offended her and she got a big attitude saying she didn't like that I made a simple request on my sub and that if we dont like it, then too bad, and that she can call godley police out here quick. Which makes no sense... I've never seen someone act so angry and rude to Customers for literally nothing. No one was rude to her and no one said anything rude. She just seemed like she wasn't a happy person at all. Then she came outside and started taking photos of our vehicle like a triggered unhinged person. She shouldn't be working in Customer service at all.

went here as a surprise for my children on grandparents day at school. got 3 sandwiches and one was rock hard we had to trash it. the lady putting the sauces on the subs was putting way too much and also squirting access into the trash what a waste. as a former manager at subway the customer service and speed of service were atrocious!!! they had to of known how hard the bread was when they made my subscription because they can feel it. I know how it works again I was a general manager at subway for YEARS the way they ran the subway today was horrible. if I need to apply and run this subway myself I will do so because these ladies weren't trained correctly. I'm very displeased with this location and may not return period. I called the store and once I said the word complaint they instantly offered just a free sub. didn't want to hear what I was complaining about PLUS there wasn't a manager on the shift. ISN'T THERE SUPPOSED TO BE AT LEAST 1 MANAGER ON EVERY SHIFT again I am very displeased.

Staff was great. The food tasted like it was old, roast beef made us gag bread was also not fresh. All in all the staff was the only thing that made it a good experience

I asked about bringing the sandwiches back and she told me no because I’d just go ahead and alter them. Avoid this place at all costs. This owner should be ashamed of who they’re putting into management.

It was never offered for the store to remake our food, we have still been yet to be reached by said manager, who was also UNWILLING TO SPEAK TO US DIRECTLY, and our subway app (which was how we ordered and paid) STILL REFUSES TO SHOW US CREDITS FOR THIS ISSUE. Again, the teenager was wonderful in his attempt to help, the manager was useless. we will not be back. The manager was terrible and not friendly. I'd recommend a discussion about customer satisfaction.

Nothing like what you’d expect from a fresh sandwich shop. It literally crumbled apart while I was trying to eat it. I paid extra for meat, and somehow it felt like I got less than a normal sandwich. For what I paid, the sub looked and tasted like something thrown together with whatever scraps were left at the end of the day. Overall, the food was absolutely atrocious. Between the stale-feeling bread and awful flavor, this was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly suggest avoiding this location until they figure out what “fresh” and “extra” are supposed to mean.
