Crazy busy but they're so fast! They have nice staff who try to be quick and friendly. Never had a bad slice here (sometimes a bit greasy but it's pizza!) Hotdogs are good and they have good toppings. Easy place to pop into for a bite especially when shopping there. So cheap!

Busy like most Costco food courts and basically the exact same food as all other Costco food courts. It's ran pretty efficiently, so the large number of serviced customers doesn't result in a super long wait. I went at the lunch rush (around 12:30) and it felt like less than 10 minutes of total waiting.

Can’t go wrong with Costco food court. Good and cheap prices.

Very very cheap food that is surprisingly good, although often is very greasy. Pizza, Hot-dogs, Chicken bake, Salad, Churros, Frozen Yogurt, Smoothie, etc

I have been coming here since I moved to Santa Barbara over 3 years ago. I just couldn’t resist their pepperoni pizza. The flavor has stayed the same yet, sadly, in recent times, some things have changed: sometimes the slices are so unevenly cut that I actually feel kinda embarrassed as I know they use a metal cutter. But most recently I have experienced they no longer answer the phone if you wish to order in advance. Those days when I was able to save some time by calling ahead seem to be far gone. They should just let customers know that this feature is no longer available if you simply can’t use it. :(

They took a lot of the food away and now it's basically hot dogs and pizza..... The pizza dough hasn't been all the way cooked the last 2 times we got it. Wish they would bring back more items on there menu.

Great food for good price. But they have to figure out the line issue. The prepay line gets so long and they still keep a full line open for manual walk up. Pro move is to just skip the prepay line when it's long.

Ordered over the phone an hour prior to pick up for 3 large pizzas and when I get there to pay (an hour after placement) they tell me the pizzas won’t be ready for another hour and a half because their dough is frozen?? I was not going to wait another hour. I don’t understand why this happened and I’m upset about how this was handled. Ridiculous.

I tried Costco Food Court for the first time: the pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, and hot dog. It's good if you like cheap food. But the pizza is very greasy. The hot dog bun fell apart and the hot dog was very salty. Hence, food quality is low. I wasn't upset....the quality matches the low prices.

I had a truly disappointing experience at the Costco food court, all thanks to Coco’s complete lack of professionalism and customer care. After waiting in a long line and placing an order for two pizzas, I was met with nothing but rudeness and dismissal. When I politely followed up about my order, Coco brushed me off almost immediately, offering a refund instead of a solution — as if my time and effort meant nothing. I didn’t come to Costco for a refund — I came to get the food I ordered and paid for. Her tone was dismissive, and there was zero attempt to apologize or provide an update on my order. It felt like she just wanted me out of the way. This is not the level of service I expect from Costco. If this is how they treat loyal customers, they’re going to start losing them fast. Management should seriously address how Coco handles customers — no one deserves to be treated like an inconvenience.

The food court experience needs to be fixed and the kitchen needs a strong manager. The employees running the kitchen are so rude! The young Hispanic girl working the side window on 2/22/2025 at 5pm needs to be fired; she’s rude for no reason and has no sense of urgency to help guests. Costco please fix this because guests won’t suffer having every order be this terrible
