Friendly staff, food much better than chain restaurants, clean facilities, all 'round good restaurant! If you're looking for a full-on restaurant that's more authentic and better than the more overrated fast food chains, I'd recommend this restaurant!

Delicious! I also enjoyed seeing the exotic fish in the lobby. They are the same fish from the Finding Nemo movies! Great service. Easy parking.

Deliciousness was all around...As I had never had dim sum before, this was a very special meal, courtesy of my boss (who is of Chinese descent)...she did the ordering of the main dishes and I was NOT disappointed...I particularly fancied the lobster dish and was a big fan of the dumplings... I definitely plan on going back!!

The staff is very friendly and although the atmosphere is fancier than I would usually like it still is a very inviting place. The food is always delicious too, their coconut milk tea is absolutely amazing. Anyways I recommend it to anyone who loves having a good time

The place is very nice. They always clean the table after each used. The employees are nice and friendly. The food's are very good. Will come back again! The restaurant is open Friday, Saturday & Sunday for dining in from 11am to 7pm.

What we like most about this place in addition to the food and larfe portions is the fact the waiter remembers what we ordered last time when we came back 2 months later.

I like the variation of food especially the dim-sums. I feel like I'm in Hong Kong they have a roving cart inside where you can see and choose what you will eat. Service is very fast however there are times that there are a lot of patrons which means you have to wait in line. Try to look for Lola very nice and pleasant girl. Ever people serves with a smile on his/her face.

My favorite place in the whole world but i only go for the dimsum. It's high quality and very near me. The tend to seat pretty quickly even large groups. The food is always hot and fresh but u might have to fight a lil to get the cart pushers attention. The jasmin tea is perfect just like their cleanliness, decorations, and friendliness. I want to eat here every weekend c:

Dim sum is rare in the northwest SFV, so to find a place and have it good is really special! Traditional carts plus full menu of Chinese dishes. Only wish they had more variety of the dim sum. I like their chicken feet!

I have been going to the A &W on Mission in GRANADA HILLS for 20+ years! ❤️ They have excellent dim sum and a large variety. So good!! So authentic!! So demure🤣! I can close my eyes and be in San Francisco Chinatown. The owner is wonderful, service is excellent. They have TWO locations. Granada Hills is the better of the two IMHO. Enjoy!

My first time here and they nailed it! The food was outstanding. I got the number 15 which is spicy and breaded shrimp came with rice and soup. The only thing that would have made it better is if the drinks were available as well. And even though there is no inside seating right now, there is a bench right around the side of the building that you can sit and enjoy your food.

My brother and i went here for dimsum on a thursday afternoon. They had 2 carts of food in operation. We picked siumai, har gow, chive dumplings, gai lan steamed broccoli, pork ribs with black bean sauce, and shrimp with sugarcane and of course hot oolong tea. The food was decent and above average. Service was decent as the restaurant wasn't crowded. The bill was under $60 total.

So I tried a bunch of things on the menu. The lady was very sweet. I will be going back to try more things. So far the food was good. Did the trick for me I was craving dim sum and steamed buns. Definitely nothing like LA dim sum but it was still good.

Food was amazing! We have been to this location in the Valley three times over the last couple of years. It can be a little noisy at times but other than that, this place serves some of the best Chinese food in this area.

Service was lacking by one staff member, but then I had great service from another gentleman that's been working there almost as long as I've been eating there (26 years!) Regardless...the FOOD is always delicious and the portion sizes are great. You won't be disappointed in the variety. Feel free to ask for things not on the menu as well that they still make like chicken in garlic sauce. 😋

This place is great for local dim sum. They have dim sum on a daily basis. Great selections and a variety of items. My all time favorite dish here is the house special lobster. They actually have a lobster tank. You get a fresh lobster marinated in that special sauce that I call heaven. Get ready to get your hands real dirty. It's part of the whole experience. If you are celebrating a birthday and Lola happens to be working? You are in for a big surprise. She has a fantastic voice. Now go and have some lobster and thank me later.

I took my mom here to celebrate her birthday since it's a asian restrauant. We ordered the Hot and Sour soup, Kung Pao Shrimp, Shrimp with Asparagus, Vegetables Deluxe, Cod Fish Fillet and the fried calamari. My favorite dish was the Kung Pai Shrimp and Cod Fish Fillet. The service was great for us, they weren't busy and we were the last guest there before they closed for the night.

We were part of the group of people who went out for dinner on Christmas day. We spoke with the waitress who has been there for over 20 years. They don't mind being open because it's another business day. We got there early because we had a feeling it was going to be busy. They were packed when we left and that was at 6pm. Our food came out in waves. The kitchen was very overwhelmed. The waitress said they had too many to go orders to keep up. Overall, the food was hot and plentiful. We ordered too many dishes. Nothing like Chinese leftovers. I know some of the customers after us were waiting a long time for their food. I just hope they understood how difficult it is to staff on a holiday. Patience or stay home. Orange chicken was tender but had a barbecue flavor we weren't expecting. Beef chowfun. Deep fried Oysters. Crispy fried salted pork chop. Small order pork BBQ and Westlake beef soup. All good and filling.

It ain't the nicest. It ain't the cleanest. But, by gosh, it's all we got out here. Sometimes you just need a quick Dim Sum pick-me-up. I'm pretty sure A&W Seafood is where I had my first Dim Sum experience when I was a kid. I loved it as an eight year-old, and I love it even more now that I tried all the menu items without ketchup. They have all the Dim Sum greatest hits like Shimp Har Gow, Shao Mai, BBQ Pork Buns, Sesame Balls, etc. It's the best place for Dim Sum in the valley unless you want to drive an hour south or east.

J
John Panico

Always good food. But lately portions are decreasing. No soup noodles. No fortune cookies. Lunch cart delivery is forced on you Prices are always being increased

If you dont want to drive to China Town for an authentic chinese food, this is my top of the list chinese restaurant. Avoiding LA traffic is why we settle here, but the food is great and authentic, but their shrimp siomai for me is not as good as those in Chinatown, other than that love their chinese dishes. About the price, its expensive but can compensate for the hassle of driving the LA traffic. Will be eating back there again, soon.

I always come here for their dim sum so I can only say whether or not that is good and not there regular menu. With that being said their dim sum is delicious. They also have a place to get boba inside the restaurant that is good as well.

Not bad, but not stellar. Good enough. We had a varied selection of food, soup, chicken, pork, fried rice, etc. Nothing to complain about and nothing to rave about.

This is a review solely based on the dim sum experience. I really wanted dim sum, so I decided to visit this place and I immediately love it so much more. If you live in the valley and can't go all the way to Alhambra then you know how hard it is to find good dim sum. The only other great place is the other A&W. So I'm not comparing to places outside of the valley because that would be a whole different comparison. I like this one for their dim sum than the other A&W on Reseda because of the time, location, options and taste. Dim sum is available until around 3:00pm, so definitely show up before then. This is awesome because I have more time on the weekends to show up. The restaurant is also very big, so it can have more people than the other restaurants. This is located in Granada Hills, and it is close to the 118, so you can stop by here and just head on to the freeway (depending if you need to go on there). When I first walked in, it smelled like various Chinese food dishes, but it didn't smell strong or bad. It actually felt clean and it brought back memories of some good food experiences. So I was definitely more excited to eat here. When the dim sum carts came around they had more options (even though I showed up late in the afternoon), including more shrimp dumplings, pork ribs, siu mai, pork buns, shrimp and beef noodle rolls, and the little footballs (I never remember the actual name). Usually because I show up late, they start running out of some of the dishes, but they had everything I wanted so I was very happy. The taste of the dim sum dishes were a little different too, it didn't feel as oily and you can taste the various ingredients. When I had finished, I didn't feel as bloated as most other times. I definitely enjoyed the food. The waiters and waitresses were a different story. Not as kind and responsive as the other locations. If anything, they looked annoyed most of the time and I felt like they were avoiding our table sometimes. Maybe they had a long day, but the service wasn't very enjoyable. Overall, luckily the food was great and definitely coming back for dim sum. I have yet to try the food on the menu, but they look great though. I really want to try the duck next.

Great family style restaraunt. Moderately expensive but one dish feeds several people. If your a fan of calamari, try the crispy fried salty spicy fried calamari. It's awesome, as is the house shrimp or chicken. Good service, great food.

H
Hazel Go

the food was good. the place is very wide and open, not cramped like other places. only reason i'm giving them 4 stars is because they can work on the service a bit. there was a dish that took a while to get served and it was a slow day.

Lived in the SFV for 13 years now. I consider myself a foodie, but I have never tried this restaurant, until last weekend. I was really craving for lobsters. So I advised the Fam that dinner will be at AWSF Restaurant. The experience was great. Aside from everything else we ordered, of course I have to go for the house special lobster. 2 orders of 4.5 lbs. of lobster cost about $250. IMHO, it was the bomb. My Fam don't eat that much. We finished 1 4.5lbs order dine in. I finished the rest at home on the next day. The sauce was the bomb! Gout attack on the 3rd day, but what the heck! YOLO! It was worth it. I WILL BE BACK! That's for sure :)

One of the best dim sum places in the valley. Very good food that will give you food coma right afterwards. We did have issues having the carts with food come to our table but there was still plenty of food to go around.

C

Dated inside. I've been coming here since early 2000s. Quality on some food is not the same like the house special lobster which was a hit back in the day and main reason to come. Now still has dimsum 11a til 3p, still a good place for that. Pork chops with spicy salt and pepper still the same and very good place for this dish. Not greasy like others. Taste is consistent, fried crispy. Eat right away if you can. Friendly staff, accommodating too. Prompt service. This is a good option for Chinese food in the Granada Hills SFV area. I come from Ventura county for the pork chops, chicken feet dimsum item, char siu bao, sesame balls with sweet yellow bean paste filling, if that says something. They used to have big tanks full of fresh live seafood (crabs, lobster, fish) that you could pick out and they take it out clean and cook for you. That has long been gone. They used to have a well lit stage for when you had a big group. Not as many dimsum carts and ladies like they used to anymore. Not as bustling like back way before covid. But it's good place to get your chinese food craving and for certain dishes i prefer. One thing is consistent though: their prices have steadily gone up to ridiculous level. Demand for higher price and make sure you stay presentable in looks and ambiance as well. I invite my close family out of tradition but not the best option to entertain new friends just cause it looks dated inside, not all dishes are top quality anymore either.

We used to come to this restaurant for special occasions and probably a lot of Sundays. We love their dim sum and even some of their dishes in the regular menu (crispy pan fried noodles, pork chop, walnut shrimp etc...) During pandemic, this is the first time we ordered again here. We just got dim sum. It was good but maybe because of lunar new year it was super busy, there's no online ordering. Only 2 people doing the orders and they were overwhelmed... phone kept on ringing and they can't answer anymore...

E
Eva Rosenberg

We placed the order through DoorDash and got a few dim sum - always tasty. We got some baked egg tarts - should have gotten more. Great crust, too. We had the deep fried oysters - which really didn't taste like anything special. But the BIG DISAPPOINTMENT? We ordered kung pao beef for the next day. And when I went to heat it up today, it turned out to be vegetable fried rice. Totally not what were expecting. For what it was, the taste was fine. But very few mushrooms or broccoli, or even other vegetables. Oh well...Next time I will call before placing an online order.

***EXPERIENCE 1*** (Positive) 07/31/25 I've been coming to this restaurant for over a decade. So I've dined here in the best of times, and the worst of times. They used to have a server that sang opera. One time there was a party going on, and she sang a bit, it was amazing. Another time my Aunt went to the restroom at closing, and she got locked in the restaurant. The staff came running back to let her out. They were very apologetic. I haven't dined here in a while, so I thought I'd see what they have been up to lately. This restaurant is like a lot of old school Chinese restaurants, a large banquet hall type room with lots of table seating. With the ability to arrange their seating in different configurations, they are able to accommodate just about any size party. There was no waiting, our party was seated immediately. We were served a complementary starter of Wonton chips with dipping sauce. The chips were crispy, and tasty especially with the dipping sauce. We ordered Crispy Fried Cod Fish Fillet with Spicy Salt, Sweet and Sour Pork, Eggplant with Hot and Spicy Garlic Sauce, and Orange Beef. The Eggplant was the first dish to arrive. It was extremely hot, but perfectly cooked. It was slightly firm, but soft, as it cooled down it became even softer. The hot and spicy garlic sauce gave it a lot of flavor. The Sweet and Sour Pork looked great on arrival. It had nicely battered and crisp pork pieces that were tossed in a classic sweet and sour sauce, the flavor is what you would expect, delicious. The fish pieces were crispy, moist, and flaky, flavored with spicy salt, and garnished with green onions and jalapenos. As for the Orange Beef, this version features battered pieces of beef fried crisp, tossed in an extremely flavorful, and citrusy orange sauce. This is a dish we get here every time we come. We ended our meal with some Egg Yolk Buns. The bun is similar to a bread roll, but stuffed with a deliciously creamy egg custard, and topped with a sweet crumbly crust. The combination of textures is fantastic. It's a not too sweet, thing to eat. The only issue is the fact that there is only bottled water. It's not a deal breaker, but it is an issue. Service here was very friendly, and all the dishes came out in a timely manner. We found out the woman who sang opera was still working there. She was serving us. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

I prefer the other A/W rather than this one. After going to both for a while, this A/W felt like they served smaller pieces of Dim Sum. The place is large, perfect for parties, and way better parking, but in terms of experience, service, and food sizes comparable to prices between the two? This place loses. Pick your poison in amenities!

If you are in the San Fernando Valley with a hankering for standard dim sum fare, and: *Do not want to travel to Chinatown Or Alhambra.... *Or nuke a bunch of Trader Joe's or other Frozen Food Dim Sum. This is likely your safest bet.... Be warned They literally have like 3 or 4 carts. That's it. The dim sum game is WEAK..

Been ordering takeout from here for about 10 years. The food is good but the prices continue to rise and the portion continue to get smaller. If you order Spivey pork chop they over charge and you barely have enough for two people. Very disappointing. Gonna have to start searching out another option.

I went here to celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday. I’ve been going to this restaurant ever since it opened in Granada Hills. The staff has been really nice and sweet. However, on this particular day, the staff seemed irritated and rude. If you want to dine here for a party, the water is individually priced (and it was not made clear in our reservation agreement). Usually, everyone is nice but today’s experience was not a positive one.

J

Update: they are turned us away because we forgot our vaccine cards. We have been eating at this restaurant for 4 years now. They staff is friendly and they recognize us. We go maybe once a month. We love the dim sum, but the quality isn't always there, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I definitely recommend.

N
Nathan Chan

The food is good, but the prices are way high for what it is. I can get the same good quality Chinese food at a bunch of other places for less. That aside the food is good, service was average. Had to ask for our cups to be refilled. Also, most Chinese restaurant automatically give you tea, this one doesn't. We ordered sweet and sour pork, lo mein, and some duck. Sweet and sour pork was okay. The sauce was good and had a very good crispy texture. The down side was I felt the pork strips were very small and had more batter than pork. The lo mein I didn't try, but my party said it was good. The duck had a plum type sauce which I didn't like. Bathrooms were clean.

They have a lot of of people coming here on a Sunday lunch for their regular menu and dim sum, the manager or owner is pretty cool along with the young staff however the middle aged and older staff are just okay. It's either the older staff are forgetful or lack good customer service. The food are different some are just okay, the good dim sum is the sesame balls, shrimp balls, shrimp with scallops Chinese broccoli, the rest I can do without. I don't eat beef and pork so I can't really make any critique on those. Their tea is not for free which is surprising since most Chinese restaurants I go to have complimentary tea. I'll be back since I enjoy dim sum and their mushrooms with bokchoy.

Their food used to be better and had more flavor. What we had for dinner tonight (house pan fried noodle, shrimp rice soup, salt and pepper pork) were all bland

Used to be the our go to place for Chinese food, but after what covid19 did to a lot if restaurants prices have soared and food quality has suffered immensely .Very disappointed with my last purchase. I don't think I'll be back there again for a while, maybe never.

Came in, hostess didnt even lift her head up from her whatever she was doing to greet us, as we sat down menus werent even placed down and she asked if we were ready to order.. we went for dim sum and honestly it was sad.. only 2 carts and it looked like the food was a day old, actually tasted like it too.. i should've taken the extra drive to chinatown.. not recommended especially if you want the dim sum experience.

Late dim sum on Monday afternoon food was warm not hot like it supposed to. 3-4 waitresses talking not even care for customer. Ordered quarter roasted duck. Forgot to served till almost done with my food

Pricey: $14 for orange chicken. My husband had house shrimp also $17. The waiter asked of we wanted rice and gave a small bowl for us to share, another 2.25. I was not impressed with the portions plus we were literally served within 5 min-which tells me it wasn't made fresh. #1 the name says bbq seafood, there is no bbq. #2 it's basically an overpriced Chinese food only it's not the best. Try it if you want..... I wasn't impressed.

The food was horrible. the meat smelled, I should say it wasn't even a meat. it was just fat. the old ownership and service was better. panda express has better meat then they do. we will never eat from this place again.

I ordered 5 items several days ago 30 mins before closing. One of the items I ordered was Kung Pao Chicken. Usually its colorful with fresh veggies and chicken. What I received was a bland dish and not fresh.. It was less than desirable in color and taste. This is usually not the case. The other 4 items were fine. I will think twice about ordering before closing.

The service was not bad, but my friends was extremely unhappy with the quality of the food.We went in expecting to have a hot meal(especially for the price), but the food came out way too fast & wasn't at all hot.

Food quality and service has really gone down. The shrimp did not taste fresh. The dishes were bland. The chili paste was more watery than before. And they did serve the spicy mustard There was one cart for steamed. They only have bottled water from Costco. They charge for the water. Manager said it is because the other water was not safe to drink. But they served ice and cook with it. I don’t think we will go back

Not too many places in the valley that serve dim sum especially in the carts that the servers push around the restaurant so this is our go to. Service is to be expected as not the best but like I said not many choices. They do have lots of options which is always a positive. Staff is not rude but not friendly either. You definitely need to get their attention vs them coming to check on you. They only serve bottled water no ice water for free! It's a larger restaurant so you can host a large party here.

UPDATE: We had Dim Sum on a Monday afternoon. Normally the service and the food is excellent. It wasn't today. The shrimp and beef with rice noodle looked terrible. It must have been the last of them because they looked all torn up. I've never seen Dim Sum look so inedible. They should have never served that to us. They also tasted bland. When I tried to get a bill it took like 15 minutes to finally getting one. I even went up to the cashier to speed up the process but No one knew where the ticket was. Once I got the ticket I went up to pay bill. Instead of running my card right then they said they will bring it back to me, another 10 mins went by. They really didn't seem too busy either, about 5 other tables. We've been coming here for many years I'm hoping this was an aberration. We went on Mothers Day. Dine in was available and tables were socially spaced. The food was delicious, Kung Pao Chicken, house special squid and pork chops 5⭐. The Chow fun and walnut shrimp 4⭐. They served Costco bottled water instead of ice water in glasses, they charged $1.20 per bottle. The food came out a bit slow, they apologized and gave three complementary baked barbeque pork bows. We will definitely come back again.

The reviews were super deceiving. In terms of food quality, at the minimum, it was editable. Nothing stood out to me as super delicious or memorable. The service was really slow for what seemed like a lot of staff and not very busy. It was hard to flag anyone down and we'd be passed around from host to host. It felt like we were more of a burden than guests. I went out of my way for this restaurant and won't be returning.

I paid 400 dollars for dinner for 3. I got the house special lobster fried fish and BBQ pork. It was ok. The people that work there were pretty nice . That was the best part to be honest. I would do panda express next time.

The food and service are very average. The bill is charged with a 20% tip, which is also recorded in the bill with other titles. We asked the waiter and were told it was a tip. I felt very uncomfortable

M
Mark Dang

The food is decent. Prices are a bit high but customer service is horrible. The two delivery guys are always nice and polite but the girl taking order for delivery is very rude. She certainly does not belong in customer service and probably would not have been employed elsewhere unless it's a family business.

We went here many times in the last few years because there are not many options in the Valley. It has gone from bad to worst. They now sell lunch size portions at premium price. 6 pieces of beef loc lac for $18. Avoid this place at all cost. Go to the Reseda location instead

E
Enrique Garcia

They serve cold appetizers that have been sitting on a cart for who knows ho long. They also force a tip on you at 15 percent then ask you for another tip on top of that.

D

Food was bad and expensive. Gratuity is a must and if not given what was suggested, they will get upset. Will never go back.

First and last time at this place. We were a party of 13. I give it 1 star because the service was good. Zero stars for the horrible, tasteless food. Wonton soup was like water with wonton and veggies floating in it. A can of chicken broth would have been better. Beef and broccoli was without flavor or spices. A lot of broccoli but " where's the beef"?? Expensive by other (MUCH BETTER) restaurant standards. We were all disappointed with the food. No glasses of water . .had to pay $1.50 for a bottle of Kirkland water. They added 4% to the bill as a " utility " charge. Never again. We're going back to another Chinese restaurant that is consistently great.

A
Abigael G

I never plan on going back to this place. We asked for water, which is usually free EVERYWHERE ELSE and they came out with water bottles from costco for $1.50 We ate our food and the bill already had a 15% tip added to it. The damn tip should be an option depending on the service!!!

M
MICHELLE GARCIA

Horrible experience, the waitress was stressful, I didn't ask for the check and they bring it and push me to pay when I wasn't finish my food, the dumplings were cold and sticky, the Lo Mein was horrible and greasy, they press us too much, they charged the tip by themselves without my permission and in general all the food was overpriced and bad quality, I will never come back here

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!Disappointed in this location I been doing to the one on Sherman way and reseda for years now but decided to go to this one on balboa and San Fernando mission. When I arrived I was ambushed by four employees asking me for drinks and some desserts they offer right away. Food at a weird taste like if they burnt the noodles I notify them and they did nothing won’t ever dine there again

K
Kristy M

Update: Came for Mother’s Day lunch and most of the dimsum was soggy or not fully cooked. I don’t think I’ve ever had bad dimsum in my life until now. The only thing that was probably good was the beef chow fun with gravy dish. Was here for a wedding, so it was more of reception/dinner. The vegetarian & lobster dish was pretty good. I think the fried rice could have been better but not sure if that was just the style. Pretty simple banquet hall.

M
MARIA QUINTANILLA

This was my first and last time going to this place. The waitress was rude never once came to the table after she took our order. Never smiled even after I told her it was our first time there. It seems like she was the only one serving. The food was terrible, we usually go to Chinatown. I was tired did not want to drive. I regret that. To make it worse they charged me 15% tip automatically . When I asked why I was charged 15%, the man at the register gave me the excused that it was done by the machine. Never ever will I go to this restaurant again.

I ordered a noodle and asked him to make it spicy but he didn't give it to me. There was no chopsticks and nothing.I called more than 10 times but no one answered.

We arrived at 7:35pm to eat here after seeing they had a 9:00pm closing time online. They refused us for dine in but offered to cook for us for take out saying they close at 8:00...fine. We then begin to order what we want and they told us it would take too long for them to cook because they are closing soon...why even offer if you're just going to decline service anyways. Total waste of our time. At least have accurate business hours posted, it's the least you could do.

J
JVF2718

Terrible service. We have to approach the male server to get our order. The guy was just standing at the cashiers booth wondering about something instead of taking our order. The place wasn't busy at that time. Only 2 tables of customers. The clam that we ordered has an after taste and the fried chicken taste old and was rubbery to chew. The lady server was insisting that it was fresh. I just didn't argue. We still gave them a fair tip. They lack what you called GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and the taste of the food has changed.

Our family used to love this place. After covid, the service became really bad. Like last weekend, my husband and I went there for dim-sum. We had to get up and get our own sauce and they ran out of several things. In addition to that they charge for water and tea. This is the only restaurant that I know that does not give you water. When you ask for water they give you a bottled water. At one time we brought our own bottled water and we were told that this is not allowed.

Sweet and sour pork was very greasy, tuff and way too thin. There was Hair in the chow mein and also in the crispy tofu. Crispy tofu was bland. Honey walnut shrimp was bland also, maybe it was the breading?? The water cups were dirty. The waitress was in too much of a hurry for us to order making it not a very pleasant experience. The individual fish plates were not available. The restaurant itself is very nice inside. We went in the afternoon before their break at 3:00 p.m. the bill was 71.xx not including tip. We did not bring home the food which was plentiful because we hardly ate it. This is not a good location... Go to the one in Northridge instead.

Germaphobes: avoid this place at all costs! My mom was introduced to this restaurant a million years ago and likes to come every so often. We popped in around 2:45 a couple days ago and it was the oddest dining experience I’ve had in a long time. 30-45 minutes of anxiety. As soon as we walked in, we were seated and immediately the carts came over. Instead of allowing us a little bit of time to look at the menu, they just hovered over us, rushing us to tell them what we want. Note: I rarely go for dim sum, so I’m not familiar with the items like others who specifically come for this (like my mom - who felt rushed too). We got 3 items from the cart (4 pieces each), sesame balls, and a plate of beef. How this came out to over $55 is still nuts to me. I absolutely don’t mind splurging on food, but this made no sense to me. The food was a 2-3/5 AT BEST. The beef was good, but super overpriced. They don’t offer water, only bottles from Costco that they charge almost $2 for. We ordered tea too, please look at my attached photo to see the absolute filth built up on their kettles. The guests dining here were all talking with their mouths full, coughing, and sneezing all over the place. The carts are just sitting around, some of the items are not even covered and they have them placed in a section where they pile up all the dirty dishes from the table clean ups. Question: how does this restaurant have an A? Furthermore, when they brought us a box for leftovers, they placed the dirty checkbook/ tab INSIDE the box. Disaster. Never coming back!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Today around 1:30–2:00 PM, the male cashier at the front was extremely rude and impatient. He made theinteraction, uncomfortable from start to finish.I don’t understand how someone with such a poor attitude is placed in a front-facing customer service role. Basic politeness and professionalism were completely missing.Very disappointing and honestly shocking.
