Panera Bread is a great option for quick, casual dining. Their soups, sandwiches, and baked goods are consistently tasty and fresh. The atmosphere is inviting and the service is typically friendly. Prices can be a bit steep for what you get, but overall it's a solid choice for a fast-casual meal.

Pleasant and inviting café. The staff were friendly and it seemed like at least one of them was constantly cleaning and checking on the tables. I've been to some Panera locations that were messy and dirty, but this one was almost spotless!! Not too crowded during lunchtime on the day I was here. Only slight downsides are not much natural light inside, and poor availability and quality of outside seating. Will I be back? Definitely yes.

Excellent sandwiches, soups and treats. Had a chicken Caesar salad last night that was perfect. Not swimming in dressing and fresh chicken. Love this restaurant. New items on menu are great. Treats are good too.

Rapid Order Pick ups are tucked away so a staff member has to get your name and hand it to you rather than a free-for-all. I got a text alert saying my food was ready 5 mins before my pick up time so that was nice. They already plead out in utensils in the bag for me and I didn’t know You can’t go wrong with their creamy tomato soup. It’s truly heart warming for the soul. I wasn’t feeling so well and I was craving it so I ordered the soup on a 90 + degree day. No regrets! I felt so much more alive after eating that lol

This was my first time at a Panera Bread Restaurant. This one is located off of Devonshire and balboa. I loved the service provided by Natalie. She was very knowledgeable with what's on the menu. The restaurant was clean and the food and drink were delicious 😋. I got the mango citrus drink.

Met family here for a quick bite before seeing Indiana Jones next door. The service was great! My soup was pretty good as well, I tried the onion soup. It's not as good as the broccoli cheddar, but not bad at all.

It's an okay place with above average food with also above average pricing for said food. You will get decent deals if you sign up for their membership club, but be advised, it might be better to either get your own shopping foods or just go to a full sit down restaurant for better pricing.

Food is usually pretty good, service is nice especially when its not busy! When picking up mobile/delivery orders it does take quite a while for anybody to even ask what name youre there for lol. Still pretty nice ♥️

Surprisingly, the taste of cappuccino in the cup is far better than in the To-go cup, as shown in the photo. As a matter of fact, it beats the taste from most Togo cups in Starbucks or other popular coffer shops. Will come back for a cup of cappuccino in the cup again.

Great use of sip club! Nice quick working employees, only issue is only one outlet spot in whole store & someone goes there to use it daily & if you disrupt him he cries manbaby tears because never had a problem in his life lol, good job on everything else though

I order coffee.. and it was cold from the dispenser .. to bad 👎.. coffee it's the mean item you sale .. it should be good high standard . . The dining room needs some refresher and remodeling.. the menu needs more items

Is not like before, the breads aren't fresh bake, the salad was way too expensive, too much dressing on top and not big enough for the price you paid. The coffee isn't taste like before they open the restaurants, the place was almost empty, I was the only one with my daughters there , seems like they are going to close soon

The food was pretty good. The total experience was not. The women's restroom was not clean. Especially the handicap stall. Yuck! On my way to the restroom I saw 2 orders that looked like they were ours. When I left the restroom they were still sitting there. So then the server brought it to our table it was cold. We were in a hurry so we didn't complain.

I Ordered a pastry and the staff was really nice but she was spraying the trash can and wiping it down with her gloves on. She took my order, my debit card and picked up my pastry all with the same gloves on. I looked at her but didn’t want to be rude or seem too harsh but I had to say something. I asked for another pastry and she said she had on gloves. I reminded her that they were the same gloves she touched everything else with. I didn’t want her to get in trouble or anything just wanted another pastry with clean gloves. She felt nervous when another staff member came and asked what was up. I said everything was fine. The first staff then picked a new pastry and placed it on the counter next the the hand broom she was sweeping the counter with. I just took the food and left. 3 stars because she tried her best and was nice.

I used to love Panera as they had good quality food and service. Now everything is triple the price and half the size. The employees was not all that inviting at all and seem like forced to work there.

$33 for a very small half of chicken sandwich (literally a few pieces of chicken), even smaller half of ham sandwich, 2 baby bag of chips and 2 cans of Pepsi. Literally had to go to Carl's Jr. after because we were still hungry UGH! The menu was extremely confusing as they had prices for the half sandwich but only at a pick 2 price. The picture is you have to pick a side but you only get less than $1 off the high priced side. If you want to have sandwich by itself you're going to have to pay at least $2 more for it. I am leaving two stars because at least the food tasted good but probably won't be coming back again.

Young girl halping me at the counter was very friendly & patient. I don't usually do reviews but I was SO Upset, and feeling very ripped off by the low quality sandwich I received. It's just disgusting how a large company like this can ripoff consumers. We all know how expensive things are nowadays. Even at today's prices you'd think for a $10.00 sandwich I would if at least gotten 1 oz. of meat on a dipper sandwich, but I don't even think the amount of meat on my sandwich weighed an ounce. It was so sparce when I opened the bun up, some of the inside didn't even have meat spread out on it. The only reason I didn't just go back & get a refund was because I paid cash and I asked the cashier for a receipt, however there wasn't one in the bag when I got home. Plus by the time I would have gotten back there they would if been closed. So basically, with taxes, I spent close to $12. for a very expensive piece of focaccia bread! Wish I was able to upload a picture.

The food its a lie, the pictures of the menu are incredibly amazing, the real food ... Not. I asked for a onion soup. I show you the picture they have in the menu, and the food they gave me. Awful!!!

1st time ordering, and 1st bite all bread.. 1star is all i can say. Way OVERPRICED. It's not worth my 19$! Should have gone Mcdonalds for breakfast instead.

The place you s nice but when you walk in the most of the tables are dirty. My family and I order 3 meals including a salad and sandwich. The lettuce was old in the salad. Th sandwich salad was old as well and the pickle was even worse. We order a apple they give us chips. Went to exchange it and the lady giving the food seem so disconnected and stuck up. No greeting from any of the employees even though they have a big sign saying greet everybody. The apply they give was was rotten I let them know but they didn't care they just offered another one. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper. This place was so slow. Not to many costumers and everything was dirty drinks we're almost empty and it was hard to find forks and knives because the containers were empty. Costumer aervice is not good and food was horrible.

Went for takeout. Very tired, skimpy Green Goddess salad, hard boiled egg frozen. No avocado. Onion soup, no cheese. $20. Will not be going here again.

The food was mediocre, the ice tea was hot, the bread was stale and dry. Do not recommend. Too much money for what they serve. I compare it to gas station food.

Worst Panera Store. We did Order to Go and when we got home, one order was missing. And when we called, they said they did not do the order because they ran out of bread. The thing is they did not tell us before. And they allowed us to pick up the bag knowingly one item is missing. Manager is no help. Did not even apologize for the mistake. Panera Braead management must take notice of this before this store drag the company down the drain. Will never come back!

Visited this location on 3/26/2022 ordered 2 pick 2’s. The chicken on the sandwich was not cooked thoroughly and we requested it be re-done. The second try it was still pink and chewy. Feeling uncomfortable with the chicken we recinded our food and asked for an alternative. The team manager came to the table where she explained the chicken is “supposed to look like that. She portrayed a very abrasive attitude and an unwillingness to correct the issue. The customer service overall was very poor. I would not recommend.

I work in food service for 2 year and I would never give this to a customer and have them think this is edible u guy should be a shame of how u work. Up to this point, everything's fine, rules are rules. I was eating there and I offered to let him just use my receipt, but she still refused because he's just a delivery driver and not a client. This is when it became extremely unprofessional, because the cashier's facial expressions were extremely impolite and dismissive. Hope they can be more considerate in the future, even if a delivery driver isn't the one eating they are still customers in some way. And if a driver asks kindly to use the restroom, we should all have the decency to let them. It would be really disappointing if that was the manager as well.

Our meal was supposed to also come with a baguette that was left out. The meal is not worth the price. The sandwiches barely had any meat( the pictures when you order are deceiving). we basically ate bread, not a complete sandwich. The soup was the only good thing. The sandwiches were very bland and tasteless. If you are considering getting this mea or any of their baguette sandwichesl, I would recommend not to. It was underwhelming, expensive, and disappointing. I would give 0 stars if I could, but there is no option for that. Such a disappointment.

Do not come here buy a can of Progresso and get some bread from your local bakery. Go to mendocino farms or something if you're going to spend your hard earned money. Avoid at all costs and thank me later.

I am filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding these predatory refund practices and emailing the CEO, Paul Carbone, directly. This place is a disaster from the management down to the hygiene. Avoid this location at all costs.
