I went there about 2-3 weeks ago. They took a long time with my order. When I complained, the lady that handled the situation handled it very well. She not once had an attitude. She even offered a free drink. They ended up making the wrong pizza, but I was still happy with the way she handled the situation.
Great customer service: I order a pizza that was in the oven cooking. I decided to wait in my car because I get cold easily. The gentleman with the most incredible eyes delivered my pizza to my car. I was quite pleased with him going the extra mile.
I would like to personally thank Blanca and her team for going above and beyond in our time of need. Count on Little Ceasars whenever the weather is not the greatest for Fresh, Hot Pizza!!
After being out and about all day long, i stopped in for a quick dinner for the kids. The associate working the register was very pleasant. He actually assisted a lady with a big order ouy to her car. Dont see this very often. So SHOUT OUT to Anthony who i learned was the GM. Great job..lead by example, sir.
You used to get what you pay for back in the day with those classic 5 dollar pizzas they have, however with their new 6 dollar recipe it's a bargain... Dare I say a steal how inexpensive their top tier pizza is at the quality it's made. I don't even consider other pizza joints anymore considering the quality, service, and not to mention the convenience of pulling up and having a stack of pizzas for a party within 10 minutes no warning. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it little caesars.
I tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill the cashier acted like I tried to pay with Bitcoin or a drawing of a hundred dollar bill. I added another pizza just to bump the total from $14 to $21 and thus in my mind offset the change I was draining from her register. I had to chaffer to get her to call over another employee who I assumed I would now have to dicker with to try to get this deal done but to my shock and surprise the young lady asked if she had enough change to complete the transaction which she did and so the purchase was made! The reason for my 5 Star rating is because I had previously left other pizza places one of which was another little Caesars on 303 and my interactions there were not great. I tried to pay with the same legal tender that I used here the only difference was the young lady with the common sense and courage to make that executive decision to make it happen. Your awesome who ever you are. Keep it up.👍😍

I haven't craved little Ceasars in years. Nothing against them by any means but when other competitors were equally priced for a single pizza i just kinda went with them. After trying their new slices and stix deal, I gotta say I've had it twice this week already! Good flavor, great price and it's filling! Great job little Ceasars for getting me back in your doors!

Ordered from the counter, had to wait a little as it was around the dinner rush, but it came out hot and fresh, like the namesake! A nice, affordable dinner option.

Accurate given wait time and the front cashier was nice and professional. Staff wore masks. I did notice staff making the food didnt wear gloves. I prefer gloves even with prepping. But after the oven, they weren’t touching the pizza directly. I got the pepperoni with stuffed crust and it was delicious! Price is hard to beat.

I placed my order online and went inside as soon as it said it was at the counter but was told several times it was coming out after waiting 15mins inside the store I asked to adjust my payment and give me the items that were ready instead she went in the back and waited on the item and not wanting to make a scene I still had to wait and left there not happy with that service interaction at all
Tastes good but they always try to overcharge you. Sometimes the pizza is $5 plus tax and other times its $6 plus tax. Even though I always ask for the same pizza. Classic cheese or classic pepperoni.
Their pizza was never hot and ready (I'm talking 20-25 minute wait) so we started preordering which is also never ready. We either have to wait on crazy bread or the actual pizza. We get the combo and not once have they included the sauce, we ask for it each time. Even our most recent pizza wasnt cut so we had to cut it ourselves. The pizza itself is good, sometimes not enough cheese but overall good. I do wish they would get their timing together.

I ordered ahead to pick up my food 4 hours ago and it’s still not ready? My pickup time was 7:45 but when I go to check if my order is ready it was just out in the oven at 7:37??
I went in and my pizzas that I ordered and should've been waiting in the pizza portal weren't ready except that they were and I sat there for no reason because they weren't using the pizza portal. My pizza was sitting in a warmer behind her. Waste my time!!! She saw me walk up to the portal and said nothing to me for ten damned minutes about it. Meanwhile, I had a sick teen in the car. I thought I just had to run in, grab n go. Nope. Not cool.
the girl running the register was obviously faded on something fun. she even tried to short me when I went to pay. I hand her a $20 and get $7 for a single pizza. I did eventually go back and get the rest of my change.

Came home to a raw dough pizza. This is the 2nd Little Ceasars location this is happening at. Maybe this needs to be elevated to corporate. Can't imagine all the people getting sick. We buy this pizza specially for my 3 year old son. Little kids eating raw dough is alarming.
SMH this place is becoming ridiculous. They never have anything ready like they advertise. I ordered a simple pepperoni and I was told it will take 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I asked and it wasn’t ready. It was over 30 minutes when I asked this breanne and she rudely said “”oh! I know how long it’s going to take” and walked away from the front desk to the back 🤦🏽♀️
Bad service, girl overcharged me when I clearly told her 20 cash the rest on the card. Ended up paying over $50. Now I have to wait a couple days for a refund. Train your people, if they can’t do something or don’t know how to do it ask....as simple as that ! Update: Came back same exact issue happened now I have to go through my bank to dispute.
I called my order in at 3:09 Today and waited my 10 mins and came to the store to pick it up. I even verified on the phone that this was by the Chapps. I go in to pick up my order and the girl says I didn't have an order. I called the number 5 times and could hear it ring but she didn't want to answer it. Then I told her I recognize your voice from the phone and she blamed it on another girl who just so happen to have left but I saw no one leave. So I'm sitting here waiting for my pizza that I had to reorder and this girl drops the gray plastic circle that they put around the pizza to prepare them and she just picks it back up and puts it back on the shelf. Thank God my pizza is all ready in the over. Worst place ever. I will never come here again!!!
I will never go to this location again.. The pizza look like it been sitting there for hours. It was dry it was brown and it was nasty. My dog would not even eat it. On top of that I was double charged. I had a hard time communicating with the manager because I don’t think she speaks English… If I could’ve given no stars I would have
I called 6 times before walking in, and nobody answered the phone. So I ordered in the store, this guy didn't give me the receipt in fact he was using his iPhone for the addition. I asked for my receipt and it didn't match my order. I told him about that and he said he had run out of roll for the register machine. By the way on my 17 minutes waiting he never picked up the phone once, even when it never stopped ringing
This place is ridiculous I ordered a pizza and got home the pizza was old looked like they reheated it!!! Smdh I would definitely not recommend this place!! This is the second time this happened to me!! South Grand Prairie ceasars do better!!! Save your money and don't go here! I love pizza but they just did it for me! SMDH
Tried to give this location a 2nd chance. Young man with dark hair and glasses, purposefuly messes up the order, overcharged then made me wait for the refund. Two weeks ago we ordered pizzas, extra cheese and soda. Waited 32 minutes. When we asked for parnassian (free) for our wait. We were denied. Of course I was angry asked for managers name but never called. Fast forward today, the same young man was there. Guess he was going to show us, after he said 7 mins, we hear the wrong thing was submitted and we had to wait longer. This young child must not value his job. You've lost your Friday customer. I will not give any business anywhere my money when you don't respect me. I'm pretty sure this young man would probably spit in the pizza if he had a chance.
They forgot my sauces and it was a doordash order so I couldn’t go there to get them sadly, I got charged for all of the sauces yet I didn’t receive at least 1, I paid for 5 buffalo ranch.
Came to store to pick up a pepperoni pizza and they said they were under staffed and too busy to take my order for one pepperoni pizza, and then just turned around and walked away from counter. Nothing else……
Was told 7 min wait on a Monday place is empty I'm the only one sitting here people in and out got theres me 25 min wait now........ for one extra most bestest. Should have gone to pizza hut, Papa John's anywhere....... Gave it another try came in wanted the hot and ready asked of they had any avail now she said yes. Paid for it then she says oh sorry I thought I had some it'll be just a minute 10 mins later I'm out the door. This will be last time I dont do three strikes.
I got an email suggesting that if I order on line, I would get a free Slices n Stix Free, however after I place my order, I don’t get the discount and the email doesn’t give a code. Are y’all scamming the customers?
Closes early, what seems like daily. Have come here wanting a hot n ready pizza 20 or so minutes before closing time and lights were off, employees sitting and talking. This store used to be reliable until about a year ago.
I would rather order from Dominos pizza or Pizza Hut. Prices are getting ridiculous I paid almost $26 for three pizzas. Four years ago I used to pay $5 per pizza. This is extremely expensive for a period of 4 years. I now pay less money when I order from Domino’s or Pizza Hut than little ceasars.

Ordered deliver didn't realize it would be through Doordash. I really would have just did pick up had I known they use a service. I was suppose to get my pizza at 5:19pm as I'm typing this it's currently 5:42pm and the tracker from doordash says my order won't be here until 6:06pm now. Crazy thing is at 5:20pm it said 6:04pm.
Horrible service, don’t even bother calling because they don’t answer the phone. I walked in and staff is on their phone, when I asked if the phone was working they said yes but goes to voicemail. So what is the point of calling in an order? Lazy, lazy, lazy!

The young Hispanic girl working looked at the ordere three times close proximity I had to tell her that I didn’t want it. She called her manager and on speaker explained in Spanish. ( I don’t speak Spanish). They remade it the absolute same. I asked another customer in the store front did it look like it has enough ingredients on it and he confirmed no. All that and I just wanted it made with more cheese . Lol

Haven't eaten here in a while so thought I would order. The pizza was awful it was a complete exaggeration of sauce and cheese. The crust was so soggy from so much sauce. The cheese you literally could have choked on it. I'm extremely upset to gave pay for such a thing and watching my entire family using napkins to wipe off sauce in-between each bite. Completely disappointed never coming back. Store wouldn't even answer the phone so we could correct the problem.
Went inside to order a pepperoni pizza - made to order versus the ones that have been sitting in the warmer for hours - the employees got an attitude but went ahead and said it would be a 13 minute wait - 4 minutes later they bring the pizza to the car - my daughter was appreciative that they brought it out - got home with a cold pizza - which our dogs ate - pizza isn't great to begin with - gets worse if reheated in microwave or toaster oven - my Grandson won't eat it if it's not hot. Common sense didn't kick in for her that there's no way the pizza made to order would/could be ready that quickly. To the employees your there to do a job - primarily make pizza - so if someone requesting a "fresh" pizza is problematic and you take it to another level of bringing an old pizza to the car you need a new job or stay home since you are not competent and have no people skills.
Ordered a stuffed pizza and 2 orders of the crazy puffs and my wife waited 45 minutes after the estimated time, after seeing many people leave with their order. I called the store to talk to someone about canceling or to refund my order and my wife said that the lady told the guy to not answer the phone because it's passed 8 o'clock PM. I don't appreciate that especially because they were avoiding my wife since they have not given us the order and was not courteous at all.This will be the last time I order from this location and I will have it known. To top it off the damn food wasn't even hot.
Whoever was cashier on Super Bowl Sunday at around 8:25pm should really just consider staying in the back! Keep in mind, I ordered my food ahead of time so I could be in and out. I came in, was not acknowledged, home girl was slouched over on her phone for a whole 2 min before she said “how can I help you?”, after telling her I was here to pick up and wanted to add breadsticks, she grabbed my pizza, went back to her phone, then to grab the breadsticks. I should’ve been in and out, I waited too long for something that was READY! I wish I was exaggerating but whoever the manager or franchise owner is, should take a look at the surveillance cameras so you can see that I’m NOT lying! Don’t put people who lack basic customer service skills in an area where it’s part of the job description!
The customer service was poor. I ordered a pepperoni, and ultimate supreme pizza minus sausage. I wanted to purchase pineapples on the side for both pizza and I was told flat out NO. After commenting I have purchased pineapple for my pizzas before the young lady said NO again. I just laughed and walked off. Why bother with the cost of cheap pizza! The next time I will spend my money at a higher end pizza restaurant for better service and what I want on my pizza even if it is a side topping. Where did the customer service go!

Trash for the most part. Every blue moon, I'll get a decent pizza. It's the thick crust pizza that they undercook. I do pizza hut on occasion. Little Caesars locations are hit or miss. These young kids definitely need to learn better service. The management is pretty garbage too.
Person working wasn't necessarily friendly and didn't greet me when I entered. Pizza ordered was also undercooked. Tasted like raw dough. Didn't feel like driving back to have it remade. I should have tasted it in the car, like i originally planned, before I drove off, since their quality has declined the past couple of years. Haven't eaten here in over a year or more because of that. Will continue to stay away.
I placed my orders through the Little Caesars app, and on two separate occasions my drinks were not delivered. When I called, I was told I could not receive a refund. The manager also refused to speak with me directly, and the staff member on the phone attempted to place blame on the delivery driver. This is unacceptable. Customers who order through the app should not be penalized when the store fails to provide the products paid for. I am owed a refund and expect it to be returned. Until this business corrects how it treats its customers, I will not be returning. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office regarding this matter.
