Service is horrible , Ricky was in a rush and being very dismissive and rude. Did not appreciate the lack of customer service and the attitude gave by Ricky.

Went to this panda today and QUICKLY LEFT! 🤢 After seeing and smelling the woman’s bathroom flooded with what filled the whole restaurant with the smell of poop water. I understand things happen but To make matters worse. The person that was trying to clean it was stepping all in that poop water and then walked right through the lobby and into the kitchen with his poop shoes! 😩🤢🤮this is why I never eat out!!! Like why!!!

I ordered thru Uber Eats. The delivery was on point, but forgot to add any type of utensils or chopsticks! I had to leave the job site and walk to the nearest convenience store just to buy a pack of forks and reheat my food in the microwave ! I've tried calling them an no answer! SMH!

I arrived at 9:45 and walked in. Was not greeted or anything. Was rushed while ordering. Sat down and was eating and at 10 pm they locked both doors. Several customers came and tried to come inside but the doors were locked. I asked what time they closed and was told 10:30. It was 10 pm when they locked the doors. I opened the door for a customer that was trying to come in and the employees started talking about me out loud to each other. They are messing around when the restaurant is dirty. Then my son that had dropped me off and he went to get something from the store before they closed walked up. I went to let him in and the employee yelled please don’t open the door. I turned around and said that’s my son. She came to the table to say that they do not let anyone in after 10 which is wrong. The open sign is on and you are losing customers by the numbers due to employees not wanting to work.

Placed an order online. Paid extra for the premium entree. They must have ran out because all I received was orange chicken. Called the location a couple times. No answer. You only get 1 chance to rip me off. Won't be going back. Update, corporate did eventually get back to me. They fully refunded my order. While I am grateful for that, it will take something like 3 to for 4 weeks to get that money back.

Chow mein, this is what you call cho mein. This is all vegetables. I'm tired of people trying to sell you all vegetables all the time. They sell this chow mein this way. I pay for chow mein, not to get all vegetables. If I wanted vegetables, I would buy vegetables. They always put the leftover vegetables from an hour ago in the new chow mein, Please, if you're going to sell me vegetables instead of chou mein, stop using the chou mein name. Use vegetables with a chou mein flavor.

Why? Just why??? Why Is there more veggies then noodles! I bought 2 large side of chow mein and they are both full of veggies not to mention they cut the noodles into small pieces AND its super oily!!!!!

Just found a metal piece in my orange chicken, tried calling the fast food place and no one answers the phone. Horrific to think there's metal in our food.

I will no longer be coming to this Panda Express the service is terrible and the food is bad. This is my second time having a bad experience with my food I found a mosquito inside the broccoli beef. Not to mention they got my order wrong. I couldn’t get a refund because they were already closed.

I got skimped on my order. Only got a single entree for the bigger plate. I understand missing the third by accident, but don't your plates have two entrees? How do you even miss that? Just seems like someone got lazy and didn't want to do it. Overall terrible service.

Love Panda Express, order delivery from here often; however, they always forget something. Last time we ordered, they forgot our Walnut Shrimp (which costs $4 extra). Tonight they gave us 2 veggie spring rolls instead of the large 12 piece we ordered and paid for. Worse, every time we try to call, no one answers the phone...poor customer service.
