I have such a love for this location. I’ve been a customer here ever since high school and have always had a pleasant experience. I came back to town and placed a Panera order for the drive-through. My order was ready super fast. I got home and realized my sandwiches were missing. When I called, the manager I spoke to was so helpful and kind over the misunderstandings that had occurred. It sucks not getting food but mistakes happen and I think the response to the mistakes is the most important. I felt like the resolution was extremely thoughtful and professional. I felt like a valuable customer that genuinely matters

So i went through the drive thru and riley was amazing super sweet gave me some good reccomendations and just has a positive attitude!!! Super sweet and missy she was so sweet at the window Nd they made sure me and my baby food was fresh and went out there way to make sure my baby apple was cut up ! They are a power house running drive thru ! Both deserve a raise more than 75 cents ! Thank you for all you do ms riley and ms missy !💗

Quite busy. I had the healthiest thing on the menu, a poppyseed strawberry and chicken salad. It was perfect. I didn't understand since there was no table service when you paid online they ask if you wanted to tip. But the budget duo with the soup half sandwich and roll or a stealer price if you drink water. And if you get one of those large salads two people can eat off of it so you're still only paying about six or seven dollars per person which I think is a good deal. 6-15-25: ordered days ahead and picked up my two Father's Day poppyseed strawberry salads. Drive-through very efficient and very kind drive-through server. 6-21-25: went with a friend of mine for supper and both of us had the soup and sandwich combination was very good I had the wild rice soup and the turkey sandwich. In one of their semi sweet orange scones. They have a real nice gas fireplace with a low long couch and two chairs someone could just sit and read and have a drink and a sandwich. It's nice and cool inside it's a good oasis in this crazy world. 6-25-25: i'm telling you this is about the fourth time if eaten here in two weeks. This is my new favorite place. Even when it's busy it's just very cool and inviting and the food is great and you can get really good deals if you know what to look for. Today I got me a Mexican corn chowder and a chicken Panini type sandwich. And don't forget the mini baguette you get with your soup. 9-8-2025: I had a avocado egg white and tomato sandwich on what looks like an oat bun. It was a lot more delicious than it looked on the inside. My only recommendation is to have larger slices of avocado instead of the equal amount of avocado with tiny little slices to fall out when you bite into it. but I had a good coupon and my breakfast was only five dollars and they have such good atmosphere here and so many different seating arrangements and fireplace and couch so you just can't beat it. So you might wanna get the app and look up the coupons because you can eathigh class for the same amount as you could eat at McDonald's. 1-12-2026: ate a delicious cup of loaded potato soup and a half salad. They were very fast even though they were busy and the food was perfect and the place was clean. Quite popular for lunch

I had a gift card for Panera, and we came here for lunch. We went inside and ordered at the kiosk. I got a grilled cheese and creamy tomato soup Value Duet. My partner got a Bistro French Onion Soup bread bowl. I also got a side of bacon macaroni and cheese. Something we did not consider was that all of our items came with a side baguette- we think we could have changed it to a bag of chips or an apple, but we did not realize we could do that. So it ended up being a LOT of bread. The kiosk defaults the side to bread, and I think that having an option to choose your side instead of having a default there can help with that confusion. The inside of the location was very nice and had some ECU items in it, too, which was a nice touch. We got some cups for water at the counter. While I did not get a drink, I appreciated that they have cane syrup at the beverage bar if you want a sweeter drink. We waited for our order to be picked up. When I got the mac and cheese, it did not have bacon in it, so I let them know, and they sprinkled some on top. Overall, the meal was underwhelming. The grilled cheese was very bread-heavy, with seemingly only one slice of cheese for how thick the bread is, but the tomato soup helped it out a lot. The mac and cheese was good. The french onion soup bread bowl was really good! The sourdough complemented the flavors of the soup well. We also got a chocolate chip cookie for free for joining the Panera rewards program. I enjoy Panera's offerings for bagels, salads, and sandwiches, so I think I got the wrong things here. The prices were reasonable for the quality.

I come almost every day to redeem my sip club beverage. I have been having an extremely hard time lately and really just wanted a small treat. I counted the change I had in purse to be able to get it and the wonderful, kind woman who helped me is named Heather. She was very sweet to me, treated me like a human being and didn’t even bat an eye at the fact I was paying with change. Today has been extremely tough and I have been dealing with hateful people all day, and this small interaction completely gave me a break from that. She is so very sweet and even remembered me from previous visits when I bring my child in. She deserves all the gold stars and recognition. So many places people will hardly even ask you how are you or act like it’s an inconvenience to them that you are there. This was the sweetest and kindest interaction I’ve had all week. Thank you so very much lovely Heather. She deserves everything!!

Hands-down the best sandwich spot in town! I can't say enough good things about this place. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked bread and sizzling ingredients hits you in the best way. The staff is super friendly, fast, and clearly passionate about what they do. I ordered the signature sandwich (roasted turkey, avocado, and chipotle mayo on sourdough) and it was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly balanced flavors, generous portions, and every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh. The bread was warm and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—perfection. They also have great vegetarian and vegan options, which is a huge plus. And don’t skip the house-made pickles or the cookies—they’re next level. If you're a sandwich lover, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again (and again... and again).

I am usually here with a group of friends from church and I never knew that they had #pizza! The mergerhita pizza is delicious. The soup is also very good. I like the French onion although my mom's was better. There's a fire place and lot's of seating for singles and groups up to Meet and linger. The service is excellent. My espresso was delicious but not hot enough (they have a microwave but I went to the counter because I drank more than half in 1 gulp) and they replaced it immediately and apologized. I am impressed by their customer service being consistently above average. (I go here a lot) I will of course be going back soon. Highly recommended! Update. Had a delicious breakfast sandwich with my brother today!
