I’m an out of towner and wanted pizza. I called, the girl was nice and I placed my order. I went to get it and the place was clean and the young lady was nice and gave me my pizza. The pizza was good. The end.

My son and I pick up the special pizza box with 2 medium pizza, 8 boneless wings, and 5 cheese sticks very good it took two days to eat, nothing like leftover pizza to eat the next day

I ordered pizzas and bread sticks for our team members at work for lunch. I placed the order on line before the restuarant opened and received the delivery order at the time I requested. The food tasted great and was nice and hot! Thank you to the team at Pizza Hut who provided a special and tasty lunch!

Daniel, the manager, was exceptional. I was unhappy with a pizza I ordered last week and he explained that corporate was trying to make PH pizzas look more artisanal. As a former VP of operations systems for on of the large burger chains and former consultant to YUM, I though the idea was ridiculous because it encouraged inconsistent products which did not look at all like the product shots in your advertising. I asked him to make me a pizza like in the product shots, which he did. And, it was excellent.
I really enjoy eating at pizza hut when I can. The online ordering system makes it easy and convenient. I really like the fact that after a while I can get awarded for being a customer and get certain items in return if I collect enough points.

I’m pretty familiar with the way pizza places operate having worked with a different company for years and this place is awesome, the manager is so nice, the drivers, I’m told the company takes good care of its people and if there’s an issue with an order it’s more than fixed. Had a great talk with I believe his name was Daniel? Anyway, as always thank you

My husband and I decided to do date night tonight considering pizza… we were hesitant between Sam’s pizza to save money or Pizzahut-ended up going with Pizzahut large stuff crust! I must admit the last time we came was a great experience but this…was an even better experience-customer service top notch. We got exactly what we asked for! Thank you again for the great and amazing experience for our lovely and tasteful date night ! Will highly recommend and ALWAYS come back 10/10!
I normally wouldn't leave a review for a pizza joint, however, these employees were the friendliest I have ever encountered. 9 times out of 10 people don't greet you let alone smile at you, and they all were so kind. The driver that was running in and out, the pizza slayer in the back, and the woman who took our payment. Chefts kiss. Thank you for the kind service!

Today is my 14-year-old's birthday, and he wanted "Pizza Hut cheese sticks" as his after school treat before his birthday dinner. When I called in the order, I was greeted with such kindness and a very helpful voice on the line. Super pleasant, and he even had me laughing. After arriving to the restaurant for pick-up, my youngest wanted to go in and help me pay. We were greeted by the General Manager who was very attentive, and let my youngest complete the transaction. He was very kind and friendly. We told him that it was his brother's birthday where he proceeded to come out to the car and wish the birthday boy a "Happy Birthday" followed by a fist bump. He then gave him a comp for a Free Personal Pan for his birthday! Talk about customer service!! In a time where no one wants to work, and there is so much negativity surrounding us, THIS MADE MY DAY!! Not only did it put a smile on MY face, but a BIG ONE on the birthday boy's face, too! Thank you Pizza Hut!! What a TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE!!!! :-)
As most businesses suffer with staffing, Pizza Hut is over coming the issue with great customer service. My order was late, and a new employee forgot to make part of the order. Not only did the manager address my concerns, he also took the time to calmly explain to the new associate proper procedures for the order process. If other leaders took the time to effectively teach staff, I think we would all have better dining experiences. Congratulations to the Store Manager on Greenville Blvd., NC

Pizza Hut have friendly people working for them. I don't mind buying food from someone that doesn't mine fixing what u ask for.

Due to this location being short-staffed, and pretty busy at the time, I was not greeted/addressed for 15+ minutes after arriving to pickup my carryout. Also, my order was not ready at the estimated pick up time so I waited in store for 30 minutes after arriving. I recognize that the present store team members were doing the best they could.

I always by my wings from this Pizza Hut. But this time my wings wasn't as tasty as before.
My pizza was warm as if it had been sitting there for a while. I placed my order ahead of time and schedule my pickup time. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

First my food arrived cold and box was smashed and pizza looked like someone shook up the boxes or dropped them.
Order was never brought out to the car. I waited over ten minutes then finally had to go inside.
First time having a bad experience with this particular pizza hut. Person that took my order was rude, he cut me off mid order. Called the store because I didn't receive my receipt and was informed I had to ask for it. That is something I never had to do. Unhappy with this experience.
One of the employees (I think the manager) was repeatedly coughing with no face covering. My pizza was very unevenly and sparsely covered in the 4 toppings that I ordered.
I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because my children love their food but presentation of food goes a long ways an thats something they lack in their food they deliver

Ordered last night. The New Yorker. Not hot at all. Not cut well. Greasy underneath. I ordered this once before and it was good. What happened? The breadsticks were too brown also.
Well not worth it to me. Not enough meat more bread. Way too much bread. Meat sparingly in middle only. Definitely needs parmesan sprinkled on it. Dipping sauce too sweet for me. Sauce needs to taste more Italian with seasonings and spices. Would not order again. Fillings just not there.
Bad ordering experience. Couldn't hear the employee that answered the phone. The person asked many questions, I suppose from a script, and that made ordering take a long time. It was exhausting trying to place a simple order for a pepperoni pizza.
Ordered delivery, pi'zone I got was honestly sad. Huge bread pocket with a lunchable amount of filling and no seasoning on the top. Only thing good about my order was the breadsticks, although quite crispy.

I don’t know if they need a new phone or something but they didn’t seem to hear well or something. We asked for regular crust medium pepperoni and regular crust cheese. They repeated it and said extra cheese but we never said that so we corrected that. They didn’t tell us the type of crust when the Second Lady repeated the order so when it was picked up it was thin crust.. thankfully they did remake them. I don’t know what was going on though.
Delivered boneless chicken wings with no ranch sauce that we ordered with our wings also delivered boneless wings with no utensils to eat them with. Staying in town at a hotel so we have no access to these items So they did not even pack utensils with our order or the ranch that we ask for. I’m so furious with dumb people. Damn. Common sense people!!

By the time she came out it was three more people waiting in line. She literally took her time coming out there. I know we stood there waiting more that 10 minutes. Have drivers take 30 seconds to read the delivery instructions and to make sure sauces are with the order before they leave with the order
Upon pulling into the parking lot one of the delivery drivers was in such a rush to get back he almost hit me and then they rushed me out the door when I was trying to order

I just called to place a delivery order, and they told me that they do not deliver where I am located but I am only a mile away from their location. When I asked why, they couldn’t even give me a reason. She just said, “I don’t know, we just don’t.” Either give people a reason why you can’t bring them food or continue to get bad reviews and go out of business.
Called for delivery.. Ordered a pizza which was for delivery. However the 2ncd pizza (being on special) had to be carry out. So they could deliver the first pizza but I would have to pick up the second one ... The onions were dehydrated or cooked too long and we got stuffed crust but hardly any cheese stuffed inside. They also forgot to add our extra marinara and garlic sauce. Next time I'm trying Papa John's.
Ordered online. Was supposed to have delivery in 30-40 min. So I waited, at 50 min. I called and the guy that answered was so rude. He said it was on the way and hung up as I was saying something. At 60 min. I called again and the girl who answered said he was on his way. I told her I'd like to know where he was so she said she'd call. As I waited my doorbell rang (I specifically said to NOT ring it because I have dogs). I asked if my food was going to be cold and was assured it was in a heated box and would be good. WRONG! It was like leftover room temp. I'm just so over trying to order and get good food in a reasonable amountt of time.
I just ordered the driver handed my a itemized receipt not the receipt so I can give him a tip. Then he said I didn’t pay with my card which I did online because it said have your card ready to show the driver. On top of all that he walked down to call his manager so I called before he got down there. He comes back up stairs and basically throws the food at me and says have a nice day. I open up my cinna stock box no icing like how do u forget the receipt and my icing then get an attitude because you messed up. If money is taken off my card I’m going to be livid. I couldn’t tip if I was going to with a itemized receipt.
We ordered two medium any topping pizzas last night and there was a long hair on my husbands. He threw up, called to complain (of course, they couldn't care less) and we received a credit. Safe to say that credit will not be used at this location.
Called from a hotel; asked if they delivered and was told yes and order would be delivered in 30 minutes. Called back 1 hour and 23 minutes to inquire when order would arrive. This person told me they didn't deliver to that hotel. Unacceptable, staff doesn't seem know what they are doing. Hotel is less than 2 miles from Pizza Hut. ???
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. You will be better off ordering carryout from another location. This place will deliver the wrong pizza, undercook your pizza by a LARGE margin, or leave things off of your order (no breadsticks with the pasta I ordered when it CLEARLY says they're included, etc). They are good about crediting your account if you catch the problem in time - I bought the pasta for the next day so didn't notice the missing breadsticks until then, but it's not worth the hassle. Not worth the hassle at ALL. This has been an ongoing issue for me and I usually stay silent because mistakes happen, but this has become unacceptable.

After sitting 20 more minutes for that, the two boxes with fries I got were cold, and my big New Yorker was not only cold now, but it was missing toppings I ordered online. When I got to my vehicle finally, I also realized the drinks and sauces I paid for were not given to me, so I had to go back in the store, wait ten more minutes to get that. The manager did give me a cookie for my hassle, but even that was hard and not edible. After paying $82 for that order, I was over Pizza Hut at that point.
My experience with this location was very disappointing. The staff seemed unorganized, especially when handling delivery orders like DoorDash. Additionally, the lack of communication was frustrating. They completely ignored phone calls—I sat there and watched the phone ring at least 20 times without anyone answering. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location. They need to improve their efficiency and customer service significantly.

With my order the driver forgot my drink so I called management and they offered to have driver bring it back (keep in mind I tipped her almost $6) The manager assured me it will be redelivered and it was not. Manager didn't call or anything. I heard from no one. My pizza got hard and cold waiting on the rest of my paid order. I am getting to the point where I will just start buying pizza at a diffrent establishment if this is how you NOW treat your customers. I have been supporting pizza hut for awhile but I refuse this type of service. I shouldn't have to call store multiple times to get my order right. I did my part. I gave you my money and i am not HAPPY with this stores service. And to add insult to injury the Manager had the audacity to say she was sorry for the inconvenience and to continue to shop with us! Lol, not with this service. It's like she said all the right things but she didn't hold up her end of the transaction.She didn't manage the situation at all. Now I am spending the beginning of my busy day(time is money) trying to contact the store AGAIN about my order.
