I've been to this location a few times in the past, but this most recent visit will be my last time. There was a special occasion for a family member, so we had a large crowd of about 24 people. We had 2 servers, and they were overwhelmed. Drinks were forgotten, and the food came out at different times. The food was bland, with no refills, just a mess. Then, on top of that, the server charged my card for my food and the family sitting next to me. My food was 24 dollars, and the other came to 81 before the tip. I sent an email out to have them sort this out, and I have not heard anything back, and this happened Mar. 1st. Shame on you Red Lobster. Update: Shortly after posting my review, the Red Loster team reached out and got me squared away. Jimmy Carrol, the GM, reached out to me personally and rectified the issue. Great customer service goes a long way. Thanks again.

This is supposed to be a BOWL!!!! No greens, no tortillas, not even looks like . Chinese restaurant discount lunch much bigger and tastier than this 🤮. Worst experience.

This was the best Red Lobster meal we've had in years. We had great service and excellent food. We didn't realize it was graduation week for ECU, but we had a gift card from Christmas and this was our nearest Red Lobster (50 miles from our home). They were fairly busy for mid-afternoon on a Friday due to the ECU graduation. Our waitress, Lauren G, was on point! The General Manager, Jimmie Carroll, was very attentive. Excellent experience! Sorry, I didn't take photos.

I had a pleasant experience here on a Friday night. Thankfully there was no wait here at the Greenville location and we were able to be immediately seated. Our waiter was very good. He was attentive and polite and overall gave great customer service from start to finish. I wish I would've gotten his name. Our food was delicious and after eating about 3 biscuits with my Cesar salad, I was stuffed. I ordered the shrimp trio with broccoli and a cesar salad. My boyfriend enjoyed his Waygu burger with lobster mashed potatoes. When our entrees arrived I didn't have much room so most of my food went home with me and I enjoyed later. But the food I was able to get down was really good and hot. I have no complaints about my visit here and I will be back.

I Really appreciate Makayla and the manager for helping make my birthday celebration dinner go well. The crab legs that came out with my meal were not great, and they assured me that I wasn't the only one who had issues with the crab legs and the manager picked out new crab legs for me and they were so much better than the first set. I'm very thankful to Makayla and her Manager.

The food was good! Never ate red lobster before. I ordered the shrimp Baja bowl. It was pretty good, and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. What stole the show was the cheddar cheese biscuits. Yooooooooooo!!! I had to take some to go😆.. I'll be back one day . The staff was Friendly and attentive. Too bad I stopped drinking because their drink menu was looking pretty tempting 😏.

With only about a 15 minute wait, this Red Lobster did not disappoint. My hubby wanted to go here for Father's Day. We were extremely fortunate to get Kim as our waitress. She had just come on for her shift and had not clocked in yet but she greeted us anyway and kept us informed the entire time of our options and order as it was being prepared. She was amazing! Kind, and vibrant personality. The food was pretty good since neither of us had eaten at a Red Lobster in years. We definitely enjoyed it. My only complaint is that Red Lobster doesn't offer many options for vegans. Either way, the baked potato, broccoli and crispy brussel sprouts were delicious!

We had such a nice experience there last night and it was truly because of our service! Our server, Somaia, was incredible as well as the young woman who welcomed us in and the gentleman who assisted Somaia with our check! I had five young children with me and it could've been a mess, but they all made the experience so easy and joyful! I am a single mom so I rarely take my kids out with me, but I took a chance and I'm really glad I did! Thanks for a wonderful night!

I feel red lobster gets a bad rap, but I couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was friendly and the service was good, but the food was the star of the show. We got the lobster spinach artichoke dip, seafood stuffed mushrooms, and shared a shrimp 4 ways between the 2 of us. Everything tasted fresh and cooked perfectly, and the value could not be beat. We had more than enough food, A great seafood dinner for under 30$ a person, including drinks, is almost unheard of anymore, but they delivered. Some places are staples for a reason, and this red lobster proved that.

Our waitress Devan was superb waitress. Along with the manager. She took great care of 16 people. The food was excellent. The house salad was a meal in itself for $1.99 with entree (shrimp Linquini was enough for 2 people. She kept hot biscuits on the table and you know how folks in the south like biscuits. I will be back.

My sister and I had decided to go to Red Lobster while we were in Greenville and we had remarkable service. Brandon was our server and he was phenomenal. He made suggestions and even rapidly brought out our food. The temperature was great and the taste was even better. Brandon did not interrupt our conversation and was respectful when checking on us. He truly made our night with his kindness. The manager was also very nice, held a great conversation and was very welcoming. Overall, this was a very enjoyable dining experience for my sister and I, although this is posted on my fiancé’s account.

I haven't been to this particular restaurant in quite awhile. Reason been so many other choices for seafood available within eastern NC. But I was pleasantly surprise! Our waiter was very attentively to our needs and offer advice to our party of seven. Our food came out nice and hot in a timely manner. I I'm questing they don't recognize Birthday's anymore? Anyway! I would like to thank the staff for allowing us to wait out a torrential rain storm.

The food here is tasty. The new item, crispy dragon calamari, as seen in this photo, is very good. It is saucy and a little hot, pepper wise. If you like calamari, it's worth a try. The servers are quite friendly and attend to your every need. They check on you periodically to ensure you have all you need and want. Parking can be a little tough near the building due to lots of vehicles some times, but overall, one should be able to park upon arrival. There are lots of business places around, like Khol's and Food Lion (a grocery store). There are also hotels near by. Overall a good, kid friendly place to eat.

I ordered the mariners boil and my husband had fried shrimp. He said the shrimp were okay, a bit small and so was the loaded potato. The mariners boil was also just okay. The lobster tail was about 4" long and 1 1/2" wide. The shrimp were small like my husband's, as were the potatoes. The crab legs were 2 legs on one set and three on the other with only one being a claw. Plus they were out of crackers for the crab legs so i couldn't get the bigger section or the claw open. I got a mix of old bay and the garlic sauce and realized after the first bite i should have gone for more spicy. That was my fault. Our waitress Pam was very nice and attentive. Overall we weren't impressed and probably won't go back. Just wasn't worth the 45 minute ride.

A couple of months ago went here for a birthday dinner and let’s say it wasn’t the best. The chef ate the last pizza that was supposed to be served to us. The kitchen manager had to come out and give us discounts, I believe William was his name. One of the best customer service managers encountered. Today, for Father’s day wasn’t the best as well. I get it was somewhat full but we didn’t get our utensils/plates, drinks, order took until 15-20 minutes after. So for that issue the same manager, William, came and gave us three free appetizers on him! When the main entrees came out, we still didn’t get our salads which should be the first “meal” out. All the hot food came out after except two salads, we had to wait extra just for salads. So again, William came and gave us discounts. Though this stuff happened, the kitchen manager William made the absolute best of it. Outstandingly surprised at how well his customer service is. Someone give this man a raise!

UPDATE: Went to enjoy the Endless Shrimp before it left again next week. The Parmesan Bacon Garlic Shrimp (New Offering) were Phenomenal!! Highly recommend them. Enjoyed our Lobsterfest Meals, and the crispy fried Brussel Sprouts are just amazing!! Our server Monique was so kind and helpful! There was no wait for a table which was very nice and our food was served fresh, hot and rather quickly. A little pricey, but you get plenty of food for the money!

My first experience at Red Lobster and it was very good. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a smile. The host brought us to a table, we then requested a booth which he quickly obliged. Soon after we were seated our waitress arrived. Her name was Chloe and she was pleasant and very energetic. She was attentive and we soon had our drinks and complimentary hot cheese rolls. Our entrees arrived soon after. The shrimp Alfredo I ordered arrived hot and was savory, shrimp was plentiful and the dish was very enjoyable. Our drinks were ice cold and the atmosphere was fairly quiet for a nearly full restaurant. Our overalll experience was good and I would definitely go back. On a housekeeping note I would recommend cleaning the wall area and windowsill, it was obviously dirty.

What a great birthday we celebrated with our niece. 11 family members traveled over 1 hour to Greenville area as a midpoint location. Our reservation was done in advance. We waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. That was great since we saw w other large parties already seated. Our main waitress was Sabina. She was very cheerful and faithful in making sure we were attended to. After ordering our food group was feed in about 10-15 minutes. Red Lobster's famous biscuits continue to have an award winning taste especially when it was hot. We had a variety of orders. The Ultimate Feast was amazing. The new tacos were tasty and filling.. Salmon was divine. Popcorn shrimp and fries were the children favorites. The Admiral Feast was good. My broccoli was too salty and Sabina made sure it was corrected. We also had 2 shrimp pastas and shrimp and lobster pastas that were cold. Sabina immediately shared it with the cook and the manager swiftly apologized and served the meals. Along with the corrected broccoli...next time order it steamed with no seasonings..it was perfect for me. Our neice received a birthday dessert and we along with a few servers joined in singing Happy Birthday. That was priceless All in all we enjoyed our visit. The restrooms were clean, the restaurant was presentable and our Sabina was a blessing. The young lady she was training will do well if she continues to learn from her. The managers were exceptional. We may visit again when we're in town.

The new menu and delicious food were a big surprise as I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in years. The building is old and a little run down still, but the absolutely amazing service more than made up for it. Once this place gets renovated it'll be a regular stop for sure.

I only order online here and usually it's the lobster and shrimp pasta- it's fantastic! But the service was poor for my last visit when picking up from the bar. I waited almost 10 for the food to brought out but no one was behind the bar. Someone even came behind the bar and used the register and never said hello or asked if anyone there need assistance. To me it was the basic customer service was the lacking- I would much rather order delivery and not have to deal with it at all.

I didn’t have an issue with waiting to be seated thats to be expected on a Friday. The restaurant seemed as though they were understaffed in service and in the kitchen. After being seated our waiter Austin was very nice. He got our drinks and bread and took our order. After that things went to hell. We didn’t get our food for over an hour and only 2 of the entrees came out the other two took another 30 minutes. My husband and son had already finished eating by the time our food came out. The waiter kept apologizing but the wait time tonight on food was ridiculous. It wouldn’t even made me as upset because I understand being understaffed but the food was under seasoned. The new crab boil was not the best I’ve had and they could use some more seasoning. It just taste as under seasoned not like any seasfood boil I’ve eaten before. Again Austin was great but please follow up on the new products .

My waitress name was Emily. She was okay but in heard other waiters coming by their tables multiple times to check on the customers and asking if they were satisfied with their food. My Caesar side salad had multiple pieces of bad lettuce and I did let the waiter know. She only apologized and that was all. At the end a guy did come and ask how everything was and I let him know about the lettuce and he offered to make me one to go, but I declined. My Alfredo wasn’t seasoned and I did not enjoy it. My shrimp were very small as well in the shrimp scampi. My husband enjoyed his Jambalaya and Brussel sprouts.

Dinning area empty, took 20 min to be seated. Biscuits came out with food. Have not seen manager walk the floor. Waiter was great, he was attentive. Out of burgers, and old bay.

It was okay. The steak is a new item on the menu and I attempted to try it (yes steak at a seafood restaurant?!?). It was flavorful but not made to order. I ordered medium well and it was well done. Next time I'll order medium rare. Other than that no complaints honestly. Just like any other Red Lobster.

Food was okay. We had the new salmon, lobster tail, and shrimp dish. The salmon was not seasoned well neither was the shrimp. Service was good. Table and chairs had food still on it. We requested a rag to clean it before sitting down. The aerver Derek was good and knowledgeable of the menu. Overall it was okay. Probably won't be back for awhile or will try another location.

I have never eaten at a Red Lobster before, which makes sense because I do not consume seafood products. However, the people in my house do, so we decided to come out here for dinner since they do offer non-seafood options. It was not very busy when we came, and it was very quiet. Our server was Serena. The other people in my party ordered the Spendless Shrimp special, which looked like a good amount of food and variety for the price. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger. The description said: "Grilled patty topped with bacon, cheddar, lettuce, fresh tomato, and our signature sauce. Served on a sesame bun with a choice of one side." I did not ask for any modifications to the burger, and when they asked me what temperature I wanted, I said medium. For my side, I got a baked potato with sour cream and butter. Our server came by to take drink orders and then brought us the cheddar bay biscuits. I read online that each person gets two biscuits, but we got four biscuits and we had three people. I was not sure if that was a mistake or not, but it was such a minor thing that I did not feel the need to bring it up. We waited about 20 minutes for our food after placing our order. My burger came plain and was not cooked to my liking, but again, it was not worth it for me to make a fuss about. The baked potato was wonderful- it is hard to mess one of these up, but I still enjoyed it. The service was also lacking. Our drinks were empty, and we had to ask for a refill twice. For me, good service is noticing the drink is low and bringing a new one (or asking) before the customer has to do it. By the time our drinks were actually brought out, my food was finished, and I no longer really needed to drink, so we wasted the drink. Overall, my experience here was mildly disappointing and I do not think I would come back.

The food was typical Red Lobster. Our Server was the only bright spot. The manager was a bit arrogant, we will not be going back to that Red Lobster or any others. If the higher powers of their corporate structures, do not care enough about who the have managing and being the face of an establishment let them fail.

This was an horrible experience, about 7 mins exactly after I was seated I saw not one but 4 roaches in my first 15 mins sitting down. I ask to speak to a manager, her name was Dorothy. She was rudely aggressive once I confronted someone about the problem & stated what I saw. I asked about the Health Inspection Grade, she proceeded to roll her eyes & walk off cursing under her breath. The only nice employees that were really genuine in this process was a female named Somaia & Kimberly. I would not recommend anyone eat here. Even my bathroom experience wasn’t good, I spotted leaks in the ceiling & after that I was completely rubbed the wrong way. I can bet on it, that their roach & rodent infested & the manager is a horrible, she is not a people person & shouldn’t be in the customer service industry. My review & experience will also be expressed to larger administration. I also didn’t see not one camera in this establishment which is an safety issue.

We ordered take out,(July 26, 2025) drove 40 + miles. When the order came out the waitress placed it on the counter and walked away without a word !!! Stayed gone over 5 minutes when she came back she helped the other gentleman whose order was brought out at the same time ( and left on the counter) He wasn't thrilled either. So our order sat there for around 10 minutes getting cold while she finished helping the other gentleman.. When he got back home with it it was even colder despite the fact we have insulated bags to keep food hot, well needless to say he has to be hot when first placed in the bag. The baked potato was hard in the center, And to add insult to injury no biscuits, biscuits were on the ticket but none in the bag. Not the first time we have had issues with take out, the last time the shrimp were way under cooked. Of course I tried to call and speak to the manager but no one ever came to the phone. So it will be a long time before we go back.

If I could give them zero, I would. We came to try the new seafood boil. We waited 20 mins to be seated, that was not the issue. Once seat we waited 20 min before we were even acknowledged by a waiter from a different section. We were sent a random young lady who usually works to go orders. She took our orders and came back 30 minutes later and told me they couldn't make my food. I asked to speak to a manager, who said they could but they ran out of potatoes. I said ok, 20 minutes later the to go staff member said we don't have roasted garlic butter. We have been here since 7:30 still no dinner. I will never return. Don't waste your time or money.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went for my brother’s birthday, and it completely ruined his tradition of celebrating at Red Lobster. We ordered drinks, but the appetizers came out before them and even those took about 45 minutes. They also forgot my salad entirely. I ordered crab legs, which arrived overcooked and without a crab cracker. When I asked for one, I was told they were waiting for it to finish washing, but I never received it, so I couldn’t even eat my meal. On top of that, the restaurant wasn’t even busy, which made the slow and unorganized service even worse. Overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The only positive was the training server, who did an excellent job and even took our order because the main server was taking so long.

Went today 8/3/25, we were seated quickly, then sat there for 10 minutes and no one came to our table. They were not busy. At least 3 employees sitting in the dining area on phones. The new TV ad lied, nothing has changed. We will not be back.

I will never in my life go to Red Lobster in Greenville NC again. I ordered and purchased the seafood boil with shrimp sausage potatoes and corn with double Cajun butter.What a disaster 🤮 I got a greasy substance with no flavor to the bottom of the bag with raw potatoes. The bag had no taste, no flavor, shrimp was overcooked, potatoes raw, I had about 6 cut sausages in there and when I placed the order for some reason it was ready in less then 15mins. I lost $30 on some unseasoned uncooked non flavored food and I’m highly pissed.

The 15th was our 7th Wedding Anniversary. A wild puppy, won’t allow us to go out, so we ordered out instead. Placed the order around 7:50, said it would be ready at 8:15. I arrived at 8:15, I was directed to the bar for pickup. The lady asked me for my order name, then left to check on. Moments later she rushed by as if on a mission. Then another young lady popped up around the corner, and just stared at me. So I mentioned my order name, and she said .. “Oh, I was actually just about to call you, we are out of salmon”. Mind you, by this time, it was around 8:23, pick up time was 8:15, and she was “just about to call me”. So she asked what I would like to substitute, and I told her I’d need to call my wife and find out. She said she would be right back, and left. I found out and waited for about 10 more minutes. Never seeing her again. The bartender Clara (I think), walked up and asked me if I was waiting for pick up. I explained what happened and told her our substitution. She went to the back to let them know, she later also told another cook walking into the kitchen area. She was the one bright spot of my order. I proceeded to sit at the bar, having a convo with a nice older gentleman. Whom informed me he comes there when he is in town for the salmon, but was upset to learn they were out. While sitting there, I enjoyed a beer. The old man got his food, ate his food and looked over at me and said.. “you’re still here? That’s a long time for carry out! That’s not good!” I finished my beer and at 9:05 the girl whom told me earlier that “she was about to call”, brought me my bag. Apologized for it taking a while and walked away. 8:15 pick up time! Then, as common sense told me it would.. I arrived home with a room temperature at best, 7th anniversary meal. With 1 warm lobster tail. I provided a photo to show the pat of butter sitting on the small, now rubbery looking lobster tail.. also my potatoes that showed the sign of once being hot, but the butter I had in there spoke otherwise… and I paid over $100 for this quality and service. It’s funny, I never seen one sign of a manager at any point. Y’all wanna send me an email so I can get a refund? Matching or better meal credit?

I door dashed for this place. Worst experience ever! They took forever yo even greet me befote getting sent to the bar to then wait an additional 15 min. As a door dasher we are timed and the seriously effected my ratings. But thats not all......the packed the food so poorly that it decided to leak all in my car and I noticed when I arrived at the location and the bag bust and all the food fell on the ground.

I was given attitude when I told him I didn't want their Stone Cold food after I received it late. Then the manager proceeded to lie to me to tell me that they cannot process refunds from the website and according to corporate that was a lie. Took me two weeks to get a $50refund from corporate.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had in a restaurant! 13 minutes before drink order was taken. Another 8 minutes to get the drinks. Server was never around. Drinks sat empty most of the time. Anytime she happened to grace us with her presence and we asked for anything she acted like we were a bother and never even stopped walking to listen or give us the time of day. Took 20 yes 20 freaking minutes to cash out. We should have just walked out. She needs serious training she was a zero!!

So I had 2 mobile orders me and my wife ordered separately for reasons. Well I went in and had to wait which was fine. However when my food got brought out to me it was I'm assuming a manager he asked me the names I was waiting for and I told him he put the food down and goes got to get the drinks which is fine. However I could tell he didn't want to be bothered off the gate. Well I noticed I didn't see my note on the receipt where I asked nicely if I could also get cocktail sauce. When he returned with my drinks he rolled his eyes and I was very nice and asked about the cocktail sauce he goes real rudely Its in the bagwith a attitude and storms off. His attitude with me was like I was beneath him and what I ordered wasn't good enough for him to make or serve. It's hard to explain it. But I got treated like a burden but let me walk in there dressed like I got a million dollars and he would probably wait on me hand and foot. I order from there pretty frequently and I always get the same thing. So to be treated like I'm garbage and he SUPPOSED TO BE A MANAGER AND A EXAMPLE TO EMPLOYEES IS DISGUSTING.

1. No hostess. Seated by waitress after several mins.2,Took 25 mins to get our drinks from bar, and when they arrived, the passion sunset colada could have been served during probation as there was no noticeable alcohol in it. 3.Notified the kitchen was out of carbonara 25 mins after order placed. Ordered crab legs in old bay and butter. Spouse ordered Cajun chicken. 4. Took 30+ mins to get food. It arrived overcooked and luke warm. 5. The side baked potatoe was so over cooked that the cheese was rock hard and crusty. The Cajun chicken was cool and lumpy with very little chicken in it. The crab was so overdone that the shell was soft and the meat shriveled down to not even a full bite per section. Once the crab legs were removed from over them, a disgusting, un-appetizing display of grease and potatoes appeared on the plate. Even the waitress agreed that she wouldn't want to eat it. 6. The carpets were dirty with a build-up of grime. Worst of all, when my husband went to use the restroom, the toilet seats were so filthy with feces that he had to try to clean one before he could use it. However, the first stalls seat was beyond his attempts to clean. The second seat was somewhat better only in that he got it clean enough to drape tissue over it without urine and feces soaking through. The health department should have been called. Our dinner for 2, with 1 appetizer, a beer and 1 cocktail, 2 entrees, and no dessert came to $86. It was not worth half that amount. We did not short the waitress her tip as none of it was her fault. Despite the fact that it was a Friday, the restaurant was highly under staffed. At one point, the bartender was waiting tables and the kitchen workers were delivering meals to tables. We thought we could enjoy a pleasant lunch at a restaurant that we had always enjoyed in the past. However, we were very disappointed and can see that, in order to save the franchise, many corners have been cut such as quality of food and surroundings, and prices have gone up.

As expected, the disrespectful, incompetent, inept and incapable persons that you would find at McDonald's, work here. They are just "adults". I use that term loosely. My order was missing all sides. Called the establishment and no answer. Returned, and the manager had an attitude. As well as the disgusting barkeep ( "female" with glasses"). So the rest of my food sat at home, getting cold, while i returned to this deplorable place. The quality of the food was so bad, we thought the main was incorrect by ita looks. How about we shut down trash establishments like this. Will never return.

Took my wife and our family of 6 children, we ordered the kids Mac and cheese and two chicken tenders to make it easy. 5 orders total for the kids- our 6th child is a baby. The Mac and cheese was ice cold and the tenders hard as bricks. My wife and I ordered a lobster plate and some crab legs. Both orders with sides. We all got sweet tea for our drinks. Very small portions on all orders. I was starved after I merely tasted my food. On the plus side . This experience lasted a total of about two hours and our server only brought us a refill every hour. Our total bill after all was over $100 . Do not recommend; take your family to McDonald’s and you’ll have better service and better quality food/portions. My family deserved better and I’m sure yours does also.

Went to dine in at this establishment today and after my server took my order, I noticed a ROACH on the floor. I immediately walked up to my server (who was putting in my order) and told him to void my order because I saw a ROACH. He apologized, which is fine. As I walked out, the hostess asked if I was okay and I told her what I had just seen. She also apologized. In conclusion I will NEVER eat at this location. It needs renovations and a THOROUGH cleaning. I noticed something dripping from the ceiling as well and I assume they have a leaking issue. There are water stains on the carpet. The vents are full of mold. I’d imagine the new CEO, Damola, would be VERY disappointed. Cleanliness of food establishments needs to be taken a lot more serious in Greenville, NC.
