This is the second time that I have been to chipotle in two weeks and they have been out of chips. Ordered the kids meal on the app and it didn’t say anything about being out of chips. Get there to pick up my food. They were not apologetic at all. The ice machine was broken and the Coke and Coke zero were out.But still had to pay full price! What burns me the most is that none of them seem to care at all. I used to go to chipotle twice a week, but after the past two times I will not be going back.

Will not be going back there was a baby roach? In my bowl. Upon bringing the bowl back in they snatched it from me and threw it away then proceeded to ask if I needed a refund. Disgusting behavior and food, highly disappointed for how much you pay per bowl.

We placed an order for 9:20, plenty of time before close, not busy inside, 3 workers around. Showed up a few minutes early. Ended up waiting until 9:43 for our order to finally come out. The order was only one bowl and a bottled drink. 3 workers came to the window and said “one second.” I have never waited that long for “fast food.” Could’ve gone in and ordered and it would’ve been way faster.

Came tonight to grab something quick. The line was low, but the service was rushed and very unfriendly. My bowl was literally half full and all on one side. If I’m paying $15 for a meal, I expect for it to at least be presentable. I understand portions and what not but this is insane.

everytime i go to this chipotle something is messed up. customer service is horrible, food portions are horrible; if i’m paying 12-15 dollars i would at least like more than 6 singular chickens in my bowl. today i specifically asked for a bowl with rice and chicken and NO beans, but what did i get? a bowl filled with beans. now if i was allergic this establishment would be getting sued! i also had a full blown leaf in my bowl. i have 0 clue what this chipotles problem is but it needs to be fixed before your higher up’s get called! :)

My partner went into Chipotle a couple days ago , and as he was going down the line, an employee, a younger African american woman dropped a tortilla on the floor & picked it back up and put it back on the warmer. Some employees are very rude, inconsiderate. There are very few employees at this location who my partner has had good experiences with

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was beyond frustrating. The atmosphere at this Chipotle was chaotic and unwelcoming and the place didn’t feel clean or cared for. The customer service was just as bad. The workers acted like they didn’t want to be there, barely spoke, and rushed through making the food without paying attention to quality or portions. When I finally got my bowl, it was half full—literally. They barely added any ingredients, and when I politely asked for a little more, I got eye rolls and attitude. It felt like I was bothering them just by ordering food. For the price you pay, you expect at least a full serving and some basic respect. Definitely won’t be going back to this location. Disappointing all around.

There’s no reason why they box this up and sent this out the door un edible! My burrito was so packed I couldn’t even enjoy it. I understand people are complaining about the portions, but they’re putting too much food inside these tortillas.

I ordered a pick up order at this location only because the other Chipotle by sheets is closed today. Just disgusting. I asked for lettuce and look what I got.. sprinkles and hard pieces. The guac was brown. My bag was all thrown together and all fatty pieces of meat. The workers are rude. I said thank you to the male who handed me my food and he just stared at me. I didn’t eat this garbage. Straight in the trash and I went to Cava. Go to the other chipotle tbh or somewhere else. Don’t waste your money

Filthy. Almost every table was covered with food. Behind the food service line, food strewn all over. I understand it’s busy, but no excuse for how dirty this place is. Honestly, the worst Chipotle I have ever been to.

Went to take another bite of my chipotle bowl and a bug was buried inside. I expressed my concern and they said it was “organic” and it wouldn’t hurt me and continued to make it difficult. Wouldn’t give me a refund until I handed them the bowl so I made sure to take the picture. They then decided to laugh with other customers about it. Very unprofessional staff.

I paid for 2x steak and when I got home there was barley any meat in there. I weighed it out and it was 1.55 oz. Apparently a standard chiptole serving size of meat is 4 oz, Wow!
