I unfortunately don’t come to this location often because I’m not always on this side of town, but every time I stop in the workers are so nice! They’ve never messed up my order. The food is always fantastic and the store is always clean. They never disappoint 😄
It was my first time being in this restaurant, so I was preparing for the worst case scenario. However, I found my experience here to be quite pleasant. The restaurant was clearly well-cleaned and the food was served fast and tasted delicious. Definitely recommend, and I’ll make future visits here if my work commute allows for it.
I haven't lived in NC since 2007, and KFC was always my favorite spot. I was excited that it was still here, and both times that we visited, they did not disappoint. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the store was clean, the food was very good, very fresh, very fast, and my family were all very happy with their orders. Miss Deanna is on point with those delicious apple pies! Thank you very much, KFC.
Ordered a 10 piece feast over the phone & Destiny was great. She had everything ready when I arrived & the chicken was hot & fresh. The line was a little long but I was so impressed with her customer service skills that I didn’t mind waiting.
We come here often. So we came in today 2/4/2023 we always eat in. No complaints at all, but while we was here eating we was watching employees wearing plastic gloves handling money then going to handle food with out tongs. So if they are going to be doing both, cashier and food they need to either wash their hands or change gloves out. Like I said no manger complaints...food always good and staff is friendly.
Took a while to receive my food, but it was pretty good.
The service was good, but the chicken was very subpar for both my husband and myself. The chicken tasted like it had been on the warmer way too long! We paid $18 for food we did not enjoy!
I was hoping to get some good after work, and once again disappointing, old chicken and dry smelly biscuit, feel like money wasted never again smh.
Drove through and placed a $60 order for my family of five. Got home and they did not give us two of our sides. I called and she said we’re open till 10 you’re good. No I’m sorry no nothing. I pull up to the speaker box after driving 15 minutes back to the restaurant to get my sides and told her I was the lady who called about my sides and she says drive around. I drive around she opens the window, hands me a bag and says you’re welcome and then shuts the window on me. Do better KFC. The customer service is so bad it doesn’t even matter if my meal tastes good or not.
Ordered our food. 👍🏽 was handed our bag so we checked it. Was missing the 2 fries we ordered and the ranch and honey mustard sauces we asked for. Tell the young lady behind the counter and she gets our fries and 2 ranch. We said can we get the honey mustard too?, the girl lets out a huge sigh of annoyance and throws the sauce on the counter with an eye roll. If you can’t give me what I asked for when I ordered then give an attitude when YOU screw up maybe you should rethink your job choice.
I give this place 2 stars because the eatting floor appeared clean as a whip & it looked organized. I was impressed with what my eyes saw. But the place smelled old & musty like mildew in spite of the wet floor signs all over the floor. The staff was unattentive & very unprofessional. Upon entering nobody was in site a full 3 minutes. No movement except my eyeballs. I didn't say a word. I wanted to SEE if how their kitchen was ran. I was NoT impressed. Then a worker approached me from the back & another appeared...the food was bad. I was so disappointed & hungry. The wedges were paper thin..I never had "wedges" like that. The chicken looked greasy & tasted like it was the resting pieces on the bottom of the tray that soaks up all the excess grease. I couldn't distinguish between the crispy & the original looking at both meals.(my tray & my friends). I showed him their sanitation rating which was 91.something. It was clean. But the food was nasty. The service was just ok. The workers were rude on break in the restaurant on their cellphones being loud & ignorant. It was embarrassing & made the place worse. I went to the restroom before I left & that was a booby trap. Toilet paper all in the stalls on the floor in urine and NO toilet paper on the rolls..but the big commercial roll laid on top the sanitary napkin disposal. How trifling is that. We both said we will never go back there AGAIN. And yes...I am a Chef and know what's right and wrong. The manager was there & she seemed burnt out with bad feet, back problems and no hustle. Unmotivated. Unproductive. 2 drive thru visits and 1 sit down patron besides myself & guest the entire half hour! I SEE exactly why....Smh. Waste of good time & money. I wanted a refund after the first bite. I hate to speak badly of a professional business but food IS my passion & I can't stand when my professional integrity is compromised by people who obviously just want a paycheck & no "food love" is felt in a supposed to be nourishing establishment. No LOVE. New mgmt PLEASE
Chicken was jerky - overcooked. 17.99 pkg was awful. No one amswers the phone for a complaint. Really sucks. My dog enjoyed the chicken. Oh and the sides were ice cold. Even the tea tasted old. Go to the hospital location.
Whether its in person or through a delivery app, I've had nothing but bad luck with this store multiple times. From cold food, burnt food, canceled orders. This location is just doesn't deserve your hard earned dollars.
I deleted a good review from 3 years ago because this is beyond ridiculous. This is the 4th time in the last year that we order food, arrive at the pickup time… just to be told they are just now dropping the chicken and it’s gonna take another 20 minutes. The order is 3 sandwiches and 15 pieces of chicken. At 7:58 the order was placed and given a 8:15 pick up time. And in those 17 minutes… they never bothered dropping the chicken that was needed for the order. I walk in and I’m asked if I’m here to pick up a doordash order. I said no, an online order… she grinned and said “oh well, you gonna have to wait at least 20 minutes, he just now about to drop the chicken” And since it’s the chicken they need to drop, all of my other food will now be 20 minutes older. Every time it’s the same issue, no chicken to be dropped until I’m here to get it. I’m sitting here in a dead restaurant. No reason whatsoever for this kind of service or wait. I do however hear a deck brush being used to do floors, as a fast food veteran, I can hear the preclose being done. Maybe worry about your customers before worrying about getting ready to go home.. when you don’t close for another hour and a half. Sitting here typing this while a wait, so far I’ve been here waiting for 26 minutes. Have heard one drive thru order and no other walk in orders. Common sense response to this issue. When I ordered 17 minutes ago, drop the damn chicken. Then when I come in at the calculated pick up time.. you say… “3 more minutes and your chicken will be ready” And then I never write this review! Leave a happy customer, and come back a spending customer.
KFC making people do there own ordering. So I guess customer's now have to do half the job on a key pad in front lobby.. Managers should refuse to do this for corporate.. it is a complete inconvenience without any discounts for customers doing their own work to get their food
I ordered for me and my daycare for lunch, the customer service sucks...the female that took my order at the drive thru wasn't that bad but the Tall Dark skin Female with the wide hips at the pick up window was awful...she never greeted me or said have a great day or anything! Never received service like that.."SHE MADE THE STEREO TYPE THAT PEOPLE HAVE ABOUT US BLACK WOMEN SEEM TRUE! WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD!!!
