Went here last Friday night with a friend for my birthday. At first my experience wasnt that good. It was overly packed, long wait times and someone had a medical emergency so they wouldn't serve any waiters until the paramedics arrived which was understandable. Once my friend and I got seated our waitress "Lana" turned everything around. If I could give her 100 stars for her customer service I would. She was so down to earth and a genuine kind spirit. When I say she made sure that we were taken care of she went above and beyond. Even though this review was a little late I hope she sees it or someone let's her know because she deserves it. There should be more people like her and she deserves a raise. Lana keep up the great job, and thank you for your kindness.

We were having a terrible night out with restaurants: 1.Cheddars was super slow with the worst waitress so we walked out 2. Longhorn’s interior smelled bad so we left *We called Texas Roadhouse to see if there was a wait & were told about 10 minutes so we went. It was the best choice! Within 10 minutes we were seated & drinks ordered. The food was hot & good. All staff that we encountered were friendly. We stayed 10 minutes til closing & didn’t feel rushed. Our night ended well. Valentina was our waitress, she’s new & so kind! Explained the menu to us since it was our first time visiting. In my opinion, it seems like everyone’s trying to get something for nothing based on the reviews. If you’re going to go out and expect free food and coupons-that’s why these people complain. The food is the food, you’re not at Capital Grill you’re at Texas Roadhouse you have to know what to expect when you walk in the door. We look forward to coming back, food was great!

Super busy, long wait times and they were definitely not prepared. We visited on 2/8/26, waiter said it had been that crazy since noon. In the hour we were inside, we endured the birthday parade 9 times. The waiter said they average 3-400x PER DAY.

The wait was over an hour on a saturday night. We expected a wait, but we were told to wait outdside and it was very cold. The hostess was rather rude. However, our server was great and the food was very good. It was loud and hard to hear our table mates.

My first time at Texas Roadhouse was great. I went with my family for a birthday celebration and really liked the service and atmosphere. I got the three-piece catfish, steak fries, and steamed broccoli, and it was all pretty good, especially the fish and fries. I'd totally recommend it!

Wyatt was a great server. I had ribeye steak it was delicious the blooming onion was delicious. If you come during the winter time bring your jacket because we were in a corner that was quite cold. But it didn't take away from our time. And there was one preparation error that they fixed real quickly.

Came mid week, not crowded at all. Just the two of us so we were seated at a table for two (much smaller that tge booths) which was fine for us two. Waitress came right away and took our drink orders. Brought drinks and took our appetizer and said she would take our food order if we were ready. We gave her the orders, appetizer arrived in a few minutes, then not even 10 minutes later were just starting to eat our appetizer and they bring out the salads, shoved them on the tiny table along with our two teas and a cocktail I had ordered, and the rolls,.half the salad plate is hanging over the edge of the table, then right behind the salads come our steaks, at this point it was ridiculous to try to eat the appetizer so I stacked it under the roll basket. We were still trying to eat our steaks when she came with the check!! Never had service like this at a Texas Road House. It was our wedding anniversary as well....not a good dining experience at all.

Today was already an emotional day for my family, as we were gathering to honor the two-year anniversary of our mother’s passing. I had a coupon for a free appetizer, which I showed to the waitress when ordering. I proceeded to order my appetizer and dinner, not realizing that the coupon required two entrées. Had I known, I would have ordered differently, but the appetizer was not something I was pressed to have—it was simply because I thought it was included. My two sisters were on a separate bill and also used a coupon, so my meal was on its own. When the bill came, I was informed that I needed two entrées for the coupon to be valid. This was not explained beforehand, even though the waitress saw the coupon at the start of my order and said nothing. When I asked to speak with a manager, Josh came over. Unfortunately, his demeanor felt dismissive and nonchalant. Rather than trying to understand my perspective or acknowledge the miscommunication, he insisted on the policy. Considering the circumstances, and the fact that the waitress did not clarify the requirement at the beginning, I believe the appetizer should have been removed from the bill. I left very disappointed—not only with how the situation was handled, but also with the lack of empathy and care shown by management on what was already a difficult day for my family.

I used to love the food here. But today, the food was the worst. This is the first time in my life I've ever experienced a restaurant that serves a customer a hamburger patty that's not even cooked. When I complained, the manager didn't even apologize or offer any sympathy. She just said she'd remove the price. It was the worst. I can't understand how they could serve a hamburger patty that's not even cooked. If I get sick from eating this food, will Texas Road House be held responsible?

Tried to have dinner here on a Monday night and they would not serve our party bc they were understaffed. Would recommend hiring more friendly staff or closing on Mondays if you cannot accommodate customers.

This is just a warning to anyone who would choose TRH to cater a meal. They put our group down back in the summer to cater a meal (I have all the emails). Gretchen is the coordinator and I communicated with her and she sent me the menu in November. I asked her about buying gift certificates twice because I know they like that, but she never responded to me so I just decided to pay near our catering date with a check. When I contacted Gretchen two weeks prior to the meal she told me she contacted Brooke, the manger who took us off the schedule back in November because we did not buy gift cards to support the store. If I knew that was a stipulation I would have bought the gift cards. No one ever contacted me to tell me they removed us from the calendar and replaced us with another organization. I scrambled to get the meal catered by someone else at the last minute. This place has poor management and I won't make this mistake again. Don't use this place to ever to cater a meal!!!!

BEWARE OF MISSING ITEMS IN TO-GO ORDERS & DON’T LET THEM REMAKE YOUR FOOD!! I made an online curbside order tonight around 9pm for a simple entrée, 12pc shrimp with green beans, rice and fries. After waiting 15 minutes after I received the text that my food was ready, I received my order with missing items. I had no melted butter for the shrimp & no green beans. I was going to just take the loss until I checked the temperature of my food and it was ICE COLD. I went inside the establishment & told the hostess about the issue with my order and requested a refund. She asked me if I was sure and that they could remake it. I told them that I know they were about to close (10pm) and I didn’t want them to remake it if it would take a long time. She assured me that they can remake it and she spoke with whom I assume was the manager (a tall guy in the blue collar shirt) who came over to me and told me they were going to be remaking my food and he took my order on a notepad. After waiting another 30 minutes, he brings out my food. I finally leave the establishment at 10:30 PM. I get home and this is what they gave me. The shrimp looked good, but it was ice cold. The rice was cold and the green beans were full of juice and look like they had been sitting for a long time. Lastly, the fries were ice cold, hard, burnt and also look like they have been sitting out for a while. The melted garlic butter has solidified because it is also COLD. This is unacceptable and if they weren’t going to cook the food properly, they shouldn’t have offered to remake the food, now my time is wasted and I did not dare eat that food. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund. I dealt with this entire situation for 1.5 hours. Words can’t express how irritated I am. This is not the first time TRH has had missing items in my order or given me terrible food. Giving customers low quality food and service should be an immediate corporate concern. Especially when paying customers don’t receive all the items in the orders. Major issue.
