Lawrence was ABSOLUTELY wonderful, so much we came back the very next day. Best Taco Bueno I have been to. Food was perfectly on point, he was very friendly and accommodating, as well as Alexis. We had just moved nearby and I really appreciated the great customer service after an exhausting weekend.✌

i’ve been coming to this bueno nearly every week for about five years. i’ve seen a handful of different employees working and they have all always been nice and quick and helpful. i rarely have to wait longer than a minute for my food and it’s great fast food. party bean burritos for life 🤘

As of me posting this review, the employees they have there are wonderful. A little under staffed but if your patient you won't be disappointed, lol. ( Again, as of this post they were a little under staffed. ) Cleanliness could be a little better but again they are under staffed so it's not bad at all if you see it in those terms. The food is always terrific but I only usually get the same things over and over. Their bean burritos ( burritos in general, lol ) and their nachos. Recently I just found out about their box so I have been getting those a lot as well.

I just had a meal here, and I think it was the best Bueno meal I've had in a long time. Everything was hot and fresh! Most Taco bueno's around town have been slacking and I think that's why they're closing some. This Taco Bueno made me eat the whole meal even after I was full.

I eat here just about every day due to the close proximity to work. Super fast service, I'm literally ALWAYS in and out. Kathleen and Sean (sorry if I misspelled your names)are always super friendly and ask me about my day at work. 10/10 recommend! Cheesecake chimis are reason enough to go if the service with a smile isn't enough for ya!

Best service I have had in a while! Was having a bad day due to personal family issues, came in for lunch and the manager made me feel so welcomed (his name is Vincent) and was so kind, not to mention two hard working ladies Adelina and Jenny, were so kind and made my day. Most places do not care to ask how is your day is going, Vincent did! And the food was delicious! I recommended this Taco Bell to all my family and friends. Thanks for your hard work.

Wohoo!! Thank you to the 2 new ladies that are working the evening shift. Wish we would have got your names. The restaurant looked amazing and our food came out exactly how we ordered it. It's so great to have some normalcy and eat inside the dining room again. The salsa bar is open and on point! The firehouse salsa was delicious and the cilantro was super fresh. Can't wait to return!

Drive-thru on this night and they didn't mess up my order. Very rare for a drive-thru. Food was fresh and hot. Service was great. Very pleased. One minor complaint....fix your drive-thru speaker. There's a very high-pitched sqeal/feedback.

Believe it or not, it's been years, like 25 years, when I loved Taco Bueno for the first time while cleaning carpet in college days. Today I'm experiencing the same great and distinct Mexican food, and the same love for the USA. I'm grateful that Taco Bueno kept the tradition.

I lived in Lake Worth and frequented that bueno often before the service started to decline. At the beginning of the year my work transfered me close to Meacham. Looking for lunch I hit up the Bueno off beach. It was around noon and dead in the store and the food was nothing to write home about. When ordering I noticed that the manager (Teri) was the same that was in the Lake Worth store before the decline in service. (She was moved to camp bowie). Anyway she stated that she just took over the store a couple of days prior, and was working on getting things turned around. I've probably been here weekly since. The service, food and overall apperance of the store are tons better than the first day I was here. If you enjoy TexMex give this Bueno a go.

I haven't been to Taco Bueno in awhile now. But I always loved their Mexi Dips and Chips. They are always so good and fresh. But sadly, not this time. The Queso was cold, the Guacamole didn't even have a flavor and the beans were dry. But the chips were stale and not fresh. Very disappointing. This was around 8:00 on Saturday night, and they had a BIG drive-thru order and a few people at the counter. I mention this, bcse it seems like everything would be hot and fresh, just from going through so much food. Better luck next time, I guess.

First time ever going to a Taco Bueno. I came because I had a coupon. The staff member was super nice and let me use a bunch of them on the same ticket. I ended up getting a bunch of food for $3. The quality is pretty low, but I was pleased with how nicely I was treated.

Food is (usually) prepared well, dining room is kept up, and we've never had problems with the staff at this location. It's REALLY difficult to rate Taco Buenos because they actually make their food from scratch. When it's done well, it's probably the best franchised Mexican-ish fast food you can get. But, when it's not... it's easily the worst (brown guacamole, rubbery chips, hard rice). And it can all change within a single day. The best you can ask for is a consistently decent Taco Bueno and I would say that recently this location has been a good one.

All in all pretty good, but the queso was VERY liquidy like they watered it down. It had the consistency of water. It tasted just as good, but it seems like Taco Bueno does not have a standard when it comes to their queso. It is always good, but for instance this location made it very liquidy, more so than last time I went here, and the one by my house in Rockwall always makes theirs with jalapeno chopped up in it. It is okay but not nearly as good as the normal Taco Bueno queso. Only other complaint has nothing to do with this location but the main menu.. it would be nice if they offered an enchilada platter with one beef and one chicken, but again the food was good and the complaint is more of a suggestion. The queso thing though is a problem, it always has tasted good so far but considering it is so different every time I get it now, that may not always be true... It would be nice to know what I'm going to get

I have been a Bueno had since I was 13. Recently, the quality of Bueno had dimished. Here @ N. Ft. W. Bueno however, the service has never been better. While the food may still need help,it's not as terrible as some of the south DFW locations. And the staff was extremely supportive and pleasant. I will be coming to this location whenever I feel the Bueno need fill my thoughts.

Updated; The beef tacos were bloody and they give us nachos with excessive amount of sour cream instead of the mix dip and chips. They made it right and were very nice about the mess up. The replacement looked to be spit free lol.

Food was good. Old Lady with burgundy hair working the counter was extremely rude. I worked fast food for almost 10 years which is why I didn’t disrespect her back. Also I was raised to respect the elderly.

Was understaffed and with all new employees that you could tell had only been working there a few days. Service was extremely slow, but to their credit the order was correct so at least they didn't try to rush and get the order wrong, so have to appreciate that at least. The dining room was clean and the salsa bar was well stocked.

This place was killer a couple years ago, now it seems like it may be slipping. It's pretty hit or miss, and every. single. time. I order a meal they forget to include the chips, so I have to pull around, go inside, wait, tell the cashier, wait and then leave, completely eliminating the reason of having a drive-thru.

I know that days are tough in the fast food industry. But, don't assume that you DON'T need a cup carrier if there are 5 drinks ordered. And as a customer service tip, don't react to a customer asking about cup holders by saying "Well, you didn't ASK for one"!

Food and service was good but I would recomend you eat in your car or take your food home. Dinning room is way too hot. If i had to guess i would say around 78 to 80 degrees. It was similar to that a coulp months ago so I dont think its it's going get better soon.

The service didn't take long. The manager and the drive thru girl were sweet. This time, for party taco Thursday , the tacos were filled with ingredients. Good night. 😆

Even with the majority of people opting for take out & curbside pickup orders in light of the Pandemonium Pandemic.My wait time in the drive thru was very short. But the food tasted like it had more salt than it normally has. But overall it it was good to with a short wait time.

The service was good compared to other TB we have gone to. But it took about 30 minutes to get our to-go order. Also I usually order a muchaco without meat (so just the beans) and they barely put any beans - mostly just lettuce. So disappointed.

I ordered mucho nachos. They were very sloppy, soggy and a little bland. Small for the price as well. It looked like maybe a trainee made them? They were kind of busy when I ordered. But I expected more food. The taste of the salsa they give out was amazing. And the cheesecake chimichangas had good flavor, but they were really greasy and a little overcooked, plus they put like 1/8 tsp of powdered sugar on them. The size of them has dwindled over the years as well.

It's always Bueno, however I'm not a fan of their new smoked brisket tamales. They were light on seasonings and heavy on the liquid smoke. I haven't tried the pork tamales yet, hopefully they are better.

UPDATE: THERE IS A NEW MANAGER AND SO FAR SO GOOD! The phone now rings and is answered too. Go by and tell him thanks for cleaning the place up! I added one star for the improvement. I’ll add more if they keep it up! You started off as a good memory fulfilled for me. I haven’t been in town to have taco bueno in years. I miss it! How is Taco Bell still in business after being in the same market anyway? My first order here was frustrating but your friendly girl at the counter helped us through. (My husband like chicken and cheese only soft tacos) Apparently chicken and cheese soft tacos aren’t available in the Wholotta box- please reevaluate that decision. My second visit was ok, drive thru ladies were not personable. My third visit was 2 beef and cheese burritos- got 4 bean and cheese burritos. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I tried to call the restaurant and ask for a replacement but the phone just makes a weird noise ultimately. My husband called- same thing. Days later- same thing. Fourth visit, ordered 2 Coke’s and got them but the mix was off. In the window I asked the girl “Since my order was wrong the other day...” she interrupted and said “oh I didn’t make the food” Me: I understand that ma’am. Do you have a different phone number that is different than the one online? Her: No they stole our phone? Me: Do what? Someone stole your phone? Does corporate know you don’t have a phone? Who would steal your phone? Was there a robbery? Her: ohhh I don’t know. It hasn’t been here since I started here. Me: So do you have a manager that can help me make the order right next time I come through? Her: shuts the window Me: waits patiently until she comes back Her: oh yeah we do but she’s busy. Me: don’t worry about it today but when I come back iso expect to be able to make that right. Her: oh ok you can try. Seriously? This is why people don’t come back. It’s not hard y’all- let’s hire some different folks that want to be there. The homeless stay right across the highway.

Guacamole not very good & skimpy amt. Beans ok cheese sauce real runny, not spicy at all. Service ok, not very friendly. Chips ok.

Employee at drive in was very nice, got my order right. I ordered muchacho platter. Everything was delicious except for the chips. The chips tasted like old rancid frying oil and very bitter after taste. I suggest you change your frying oil or check expiration date.

The service earned it 3 stars. The staff is friendly and the place looks clean. The food was cold and not appealing. It just didn't taste fresh. This was my first time back in a few yrs, and I don't see me going back any time soon.

I eat at Bueno all the time but this one was bad.. food tasted weird bad enough I only eat a little before I decided I need to stop just in case. The salsa bar looked old all the condiments had lost there color

Food was undercooked, order was not correct, cashier didn't understand how coupons worked, over a 15 minute wait in drive thru. Augusta Frescas (starwberry Hibiscus) was not too bad.

Service was ok. Felt very rushed. Guy started closing window while I was talking. Placed a good sized order. Of course didn't make it home with everything. Ordered queso and chips.....no chips in bag. Annoying.

Saturday night ordered a to go order from in the lobby. They were way understaffed and it took over 30-40 mins to get my small order. I had to stop the prepaper when i saw she was about to make a beef enchilada even though my order said chicken. Then when i got home i found that they left off the side of sour cream i paid extra for and added pico onto items even after i specifically said to leave it off. They were running around like they didnt know what they were doing and were totally overwhelmed. It was one of the biggest messes of disorganization and bad preperation for a Saturday night ive ever seen at a chain restauraunt.

Was here on 08/23/2023. Was waiting to finish my order when a blonde lady wearing a Bueno uniform came in turned the front door trash cans around. As I was waiting for my meal she proceeded to mumble something under her breath because there were some lids on the soda counter. As I am sitting eati g a gentleman walked in, by this time she was sweeping the floor across the restaurant as the man sat down she told him "I'm going to sweep there" She was no where near the area the poor guy got up and moved to another area. As I finished my meal she had a very mean unapproachable look on her face. I was walking to the trash can and she says" The trash can is on the other side." I told her my car is parked by this door I'm exiting thru there. Then she said " well just leave it there I guess I can take care of it." I told her well you turned the trash cans around. I set my tray diwn and left. The other staff that was there was awesome and very polite. I did their survey on line and gave them a bad score because of the interaction with this lady who was rude. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE THERE DONT GO IN THAT DAY....YOU LADY WERE A TRUE KAREN!!!!

Usually this Bueno is the best around, but today we went and the beans taste just bland like there is no seasoning or something is really off about them. My kids and I always get burritos and tostadas.. so I just threw money away and we're still hungry. Also, I guess they decide to just leave the phone off the hook because they were dead when we were there and I called many times to only get a busy signal. Annoying.

Slow and under staffed. Walk in and like 5 people was in the lobby and like 2 cars at drive thru. all of which where angry. They told me it would take a while because they got slammed. 15 minutes later told me it would take a while because they got slammed 2 customers in lobby 1 in drive through. I thought this is fast food.

After we got our order home, we found 1 chilada platter missing and 4 of 10 tacos missing as well. I had 3 tacos on my plate and ate 1 1/2 when a red bug ran out of the 3rd one. NEVER will I eat there again.

The taco salad was ice cold and was filled less than 25% of the enormous shell it was in. Also, the queso was cold totally congealed. It was stomach churning!! I'm calling as soon as they open in the morning to complain!!

We went and got a wholotta box and our rice tasted old and the beans were burned the tacos had a tea spoon of meat it was almost like a vegan taco. I ordered a large queso and i got a large container with 1/4 of it being queso. Rude svc the man that helped me didnt even speak he rudely grabbed the queso i complained about took it out of my hands and threw it away then gave me a bit more in a new large container. So imma rate this place a 1

I love Taco Bueno, but this location flat out does not care about quality or freshness. I live close so I gave it many opportunities. Tortillas dry and hard, beans crunchy, meat is always clumpy. I've thrown more away than I've eaten. I've done the surveys on the receipts but nothing changes. Good luck to everyone that goes there.

First experience at this location wasn't good but I tried again and was treated with the same experience. 2 people working dinner rush, so it was slow. Felt ripped off. Spent $12 and got maybe $4 worth of actually ingredients like meat and cheese. Taco Buano can't be saved, after the sold out it's just gotten worse. Also didn't get any salsa, this should be standard at any tex mex place

Poor quality food I got the taco plate, guacamole was almost black sour cream was runny. The rice was dry and undercooked the beans had either lumps or meat in them the tacos didn't have enough meat to taste them I was able to eat at least one taco and through the rest of it away. But the lady at the window who took my order was very nice and professional that was the only plus about the whole thing

Went to this location tonight (4/25/18) at around 1:20 am. Ordering was fast and easy, but the problem occurred when we pulled up to the window. We were met by the most sassy and rude employee. The employee was a young female and had fading pink hair. She began by judging our order saying we were inconveniencing her by ordering tacos there. Then she went on to tell us to go to Whataburger instead. We explained that we just wanted to pay and get our food, but she continued on. She started complaining about how late she was there and how ready to leave she was, how “early” she had to wake up this morning, that she was moody because she needed to take her meds. Finally we got her to take our card an give us our food so we could leave. She was very rude and overall unprofessional, a supervisor definitely needs to speak to her about her attitude.

Ordered the 7 dollar beef quesadilla. No meat on the two outside prices, and barely any in the middle. I miss when taco Bueno was actually Bueno. Now its just taco malo. You can't even call to complain. I really hope they turn it around. They are the closest to my house.

Worst food ever. Taco bell blows them out of the water. I ordered brisket quesadillas and brisket big friken burritos and payed extra. Each $ 2.60 for brisket. I smoke meats for a hobby. The brisket was not real. Tasted like chemicals. Very disapointed. Never again.

The Customer service was terrible. The main manager was completely rude to me named Terry I asked her for picante sauce and charged me $1.50 for 1 sauce. I asked her if I could speak to someone above her and she told me no and not to come back. Then when I finally got my food it was cold and it was all mixed up from how she threw it in there. I asked her for a refund because of the food and because I couldn't talk to someone above her and she asked me to not come back. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my family or friends the food is gross and the manager is very rude.

Went to feed my family of 7. Open sign on! Two of the three doors have posted open until 10 pm ( it's 7:45). Patrons inside. I knocked on the window and was blatantly ignored. Not the best experience. Lost my future business.

I was very unhappy I had large drinks and they were 2” from the top from being full. My platers were all mixed up and looked like they weren’t dropped? I tried to call them and get it fixed and they wouldn’t answer the phone and it would just hang up on me!!! Very frustrating and disappointing!!!

Staff doesn't listen. We asked for no tomatoes due to a food sensitivity and the items we asked for no tomatoes...surprise...had a lot of tomatoes crammed into it. Ordered chips and guacamole. The chips had zero salt. And I'm guessing they ran out of salt for the chips because they dumped it all into the guacamole. That thing was SOOOOOO salty if I were a snail I'd be dead. You can't taste ANYTHING because of how salty the guacamole is.

When I went they only have chicken and refried beans... apparently. Not sure why they didn't just close for the night if they didn't have any ingredients for their food.. And whoever was working was quite rude. Didn't acknowledge me at the drive thru, I had to get THEIR attention. Then sounded inconvenienced that I was trying to order food that they didn't have. None of which is my fault. Won't be going back.

Absolutely horrible. The girl in the drive through was so rude. She tossed my order out the window and then proceeded to slam the window shut. It took me almost 30 minute to get my food. I realized when I got home that they did not give me all of my food. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. I will be returning to speak with someone about this. Forgot a lot of items in my drive thru order. Even forgot all the guacamole and sour cream and chips for all the platters I ordered. Waste of $30 Also everything in the platters were skimpy, barley and meat and sauce. I was basically eating a flour tortilla:/

Incompetent employees. They were all so obviously confused about what order they were filling and not paying attention to the requests. I deliver for dd it was painful to watch and annoying to have to tell them how to do their job. Taco bueno employees-work on one order. Fill it. Then move to the next order. Dont make everyone wait for all the orders to be ready. First come first serve! It's called fast food not eat tomorrow restaurant!!!

If I could give a half of star I would!!! While looking over the menu , asked what was in something and they couldn't tell me. I had to look at the picture and guess and then she says " Yah, that is what's in it , just put in a pita shell". That's not the worst of it!! Pulled up to the window and she didn't even know what my order was. Had to repeat it 2 more times and tell her how much it was. This store needs a general manager overhaul , manger overhaul, and the employees need to be trained properly. The food was delicious and it was still warm when I got home but the staff needs to have a manager and general manager who knows how to train a staff of people. Not saying to fire the management but teach them so in turn the can teach the staff so it can become successful. No matter what the food was delicious!!! And I'm a very picky eater. Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at Taco bueno and I’ve been going for about 30 years. My order was wrong and burnt. I tasted like they dunked my muchaco in the toilet or dirty dish water. I am appalled. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Avoid if at possible. The dude running the drive thru got mad a me when he had to take my order. I get it bro you work at Taco Bueno and your life sucks but it ain’t my fault. Then, after reading the order back to me put the food in the bag so poorly that it was basically inedible and ALSO they got it almost all wrong. Take pride in what you do or gtfo.

Ordered chicken taco salad and all I got was the salad. They seemed to have forgotten the chicken on the Chicken Taco Salad. Tried to call them multiple times and no one answered. Eventually they must’ve put the phone off the hook because there was just a dial tone. If I pay for something I expect to get it. Come on guys. There are numerous other taco places so step your game up. You have lost a customer today.

When they stop doing taco Tuesdays like 2 years ago I walked in around 5:30 and there was nobody in the place except for the few behind the counter would you take care of less that they had a customer at all two people for $20 it sucked you'd be much better off at Taco Bell

The only reason I offered one star is because zero wasn't an option. The old lady with burgundy hair was extraordinary rude. I sat down to eat and I'm about two bites into my muchaco when she said " get out of that area! It's closed" she said it was to be cleaned. So I picked up my tray and drink and moved to the front area and began eating again. That's when she started sweeping under my table. I then went to the front counter, requested a bag, bagged up my food and went to my car and ate in the parking lot. There's nothing anyone can do to make this right. I'll never be back.

As a huge fan of Taco Bueno this location was very disappointing. I went here about 3 weeks ago and asked for 7 chicken & potato burritos. The lady working in the drive thru thought I had said 1 burrito but when I corrected her that I'm ordering 7 she had a bad attitude. When I got home, which is only 5 minutes away, the tortillas were cold and the ingredients were not nearly as good as the one I used to frequent. I will be going to another location because I don't want to waist my time and have another experience that was so disappointing. If you're a Taco Bueno fan I would not recommend this location.

I was just there today at 6:50 I proceeded to order the number one with three beef tacos crunchy and a medium drink I proceeded to order to party burritos two party quesadillas and one muchaco I asked the obviously very young and inexperienced clerk to repeat my order back to me but he was not listening he had headphones on and he looked high I got home and checked my food and it was multiple muchachos instead of crunchy tacos unfortunately I couldn't get back there to get it fixed I tried calling please reach out to me that would be great thank you

Tomatoes were bad and made the whole meal taste terrible. When I brought it up to the staff they claimed they were fresh, but you could literally smell how terrible they were. Tried to get it corrected with a new item. Same issue, bad tomatoes. They just didn’t care.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a number 4. Which was a chicken quesadilla and a crispy taco, with a unsweet tea. The tea was 🤢. The quesadilla was just so so. But the crispy Taco was soggy. Everything lacked flavor. I will not be coming back to this place.

I hate to leave this review but this is the 4th time coming through the drive through and the food has been wrong and terrible each time. First when you ask for a drink and get carbonated water wth this happened two of the four times. I placed my order and got the wrong food and the food I did get was not good at all

Came to get some bueno and sat at the drive thru for about 5 minutes saying hello and asking for help and getting no response. After pulling off and looking through the window I saw absolutely no one. No one in the lobby. No one was behind the counter either. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and the lights were on inside and the open sign was on. It was only 2:45pm. Not sure what's going on.

Ordered at drive thru a whole lotta box of 12 party tacos. Got home had 12 party burritos. Couldn't call it kept giving a busy signal. Went back which is a 18 minute drive. Was told I ordered wrong. The woman on the food line kept yelling that I got what I ordered. They made the tacos but I got 10 which were also skimpy. Like I'm begging for food! I just wanted what I ordered! SMH

I went here today. Usually everything is inoffensive and meh, nothing to write home about. I ordered ahead cuz I walk everywhere and wanted it ready when I got there, even showing up a little late to give them time. I get to the register to pick up and the woman tells me she doesn't have an order for me. I show her my receipt with the order number, pick-up time, and address that confirms I did indeed have an order. She said they wouldn't make my order until it showed up on their end. So I sit. I'm there for forty minutes while they refuse to make my order that I paid for. They look past me and serve over a dozen other guests in that time. I'll be contacting corporate after this review.

I actually eat here fairly often, and usually enjoy the food and service, but tonight I got there well before closing time, lights are all on and open sign is on, there is no sign or indication that they closed an hour early. There is no visible crew as I drove around and no answer at the speaker. Makes me really hesitant to continue eating here.

There was a guy at the drive thru working (super nice) very attentive and seemed caring. I was using tap to pay on my phone and it kept timing out on him. I showed him my bank account and it charged me sent it back and then charged me again. He went to show his manager and she came to the front. Her name was Adelina. She was super rude! I even showed her proof that it took it out of my account and instead of making things right by the customer, she had a crap grin on her face like “good luck” I let her know I will be contacting corporate as I will do that next. I usually am pretty relaxed and do not make reviews but this experience with her was out of line. She was rude. Customer did not come first. I will not be visiting this taco bueno at all ever again. Thank you for the kind man at the front. As I understand she was saying I might get the money back in time because of system failure.. she was pretty much making me pay double or drive off with no food. I chose to drive off with no food. The gentleman was also trying to explain my account was charged numerous times because he saw it and she put her hand up telling him to be quiet.

I visited this location and went thru the drive thru. Sat in line for 15 minutes just to get up to the window for the lady to tell me that it’s cash only. When I asked about it she told me that I was told at the speaker, the guy taking orders told me to pull up to the window and did not say anything about it being cash only. I wasted my entire lunch time

I work out in the heat all day with stressful situations at times. I saw Taco Bueno and love their taco salad but this store gives the reason there never anyone eating there when I go by. I ordered a taco salad add beans and the drive thru asked me soft or hard. Should have been a red flag but I was hungry and hot. I also ordered a large unsweet tea. I get home my taco salad is mostly lettuce, I'm not on a diet, and my drink was soda a sugar soda. Back when I did customer service they cared if your food was wrong now they don't even listen when you order. My receipt reads large Tea so not sure where the connection got lost from register to tea container. Obviously from asking soft or hard they wasn't caring to listen anyways. One these days your going to give someone sugar and they get sick. I tried to call several times no answer so I'm saving the drink and when I can get in that area they getting the almost 4 dollar soda back. Why have a phone if you don't answer it.

The first time I went to taco.Bueno was when they first opened. I ordered the taco, and the shell was stale. I foolishly decided to give them another try. Brisket Queso, that looks great! When I got the queso it looked nothing like it did in the picture, and I counted eight square chunks of whatever meat in the queso. I will never go back

This place deserves zero stars!! Pulled into the drive thru and get nothing but silence. Even after I kept saying, "Hello" I finally decided to leave and looked through the window and see an employee sitting on the dang counter! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Taco Bell got my money today and the order was correct, hot and good! Taco Bueno you should be ashamed of your employees and need to do better!!!

I've been ordering drive thru from this location for 10 years and sadly the quality has really gone down the last year or so. My goto has always been the crispy beef tacos with a generous helping of their delicious fresh salsa. In the past the tacos taste great with lots of flavor, but lately they have been bland and flavorless. I don't know if they've changed their recipe or quality of ingredients to cut costs, but I will stop eating here moving forward. Even my teenage son who eats everything in sight said the last batch of tacos I brought home was gross.
